技術知識特質與團隊運作之探討-以台灣新藥研發專案為例蔡宗儒 Unknown Date (has links)
在學術領域之中,其過去對於新藥產業的研究大多集中於「新藥發展策略」、「產業環境分析」與「智慧財產權策略」等領域,而探討新藥研發各階段之團隊組成與運作模式的研究仍然極少。
本研究以個案訪談法為主要研究方式,深入探討兩家台灣新藥研發公司(包括基亞生技、台灣微脂體),並以『新藥研發流程』與『技術知識特質』兩個構面來探索其對於『新藥研發專案團隊運作』之影響。
所得到的初步研究發現包括:
1. 新藥研發專案各階段中,技術知識路徑相依程度與技術知識系統複雜程度呈現負相關,當路徑相依程度越高時,系統複雜程度則越低。
2. 新藥研發專案隨著階段的推進,專案團隊的組成與結構也會隨之產生變化,臨床前與臨床試驗皆有不同的團隊組成與結構。
3. 技術知識系統複雜程度會影響新藥研發團隊組成的異質/多元程度:技術知識系統複雜程度越高,其團隊組成的異質/多元程度越高。
4. 技術知識路徑相依程度會影響團隊採取何種團隊運作策略:(1)路徑相依程度愈「高」或是愈「低」,專案團隊會傾向採取「自行發展」的團隊運作模式;(2)路徑相依程度為「中」時,專案團隊會傾向採取先執行「初步研發」活動之後,再與外部廠商進行「合作研發」。
5. 技術知識路徑相依程度會影響新藥研發專案各階段的團隊類型:(1)技術知識路徑相依程度愈低,專案團隊會傾向採用「重量級」、「自主型」的團隊運作模式;(2)技術知識路徑相依程度愈高會傾向採用「功能型」、「輕量級」的團隊運作模式。
6. 技術知識內隱化程度愈高,該專案在團隊運作上愈容易將外部成員視為內部團隊,甚至在團隊組成上直接將外部成員納入內部團隊之中。
7. 在臨床試驗階段,試驗主持人的過往經驗為成功關鍵之一。
8. 新藥研發廠商若擁有先導研發的能力,可以減短研發時程與成本。 / Most of previous the studies on pharmaceutical industry have been focused on the development strategy, environmental analysis and intellectual property. Very few of them emphasize the stage of new drug development concerning the project team management.
This study uses technological knowledge characteristics (path dependence, complexity, and explicitness) and drug development process (drug discovery, non-clinical, pre-clinical, and clinical ) to explore the effect upon project team management.
The result of this study:
1. In every stage of new drug development, the path dependence and the complexity of technological knowledge have significantly negative correlation.
2. When the new drug development project evolves into the clinical stage, the structure of project team will be different.
3. The complexity of technological knowledge can affect the composition of team members. If the complexity of technological knowledge is higher, the complexity of members is higher.
4. The path dependence of technological knowledge can affect the development strategy. If the path dependence is higher or lower, the team members prefer “inner development”. If the path dependence is medium degree, the team members prefer “primary inner development” and then “cooperative research and development”.
5. The path dependence of technological knowledge can affect the team structure. If the path dependence is higher, the enterprise prefers “Heavyweight team structure” or “Autonomous team structure”. If the path dependence is lower, the enterprise prefers “Lightweight team structure” or “Functional team structure”.
6. If the explicitness of technological knowledge is higher, the enterprise intends to recruit team member from outside.
7. In clinical stage, the practice investigator can be key person of the success.
8. If the enterprise has the ability of “primary inner development”, the time and the cost of the new drug development can be reduced.

新北市國民中學教師會運作成效、教師組織公民行為與學校效能關係之研究 / A study on the relationships among the operational effectiveness of teachers' associations, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and school effectiveness of junior high schools in New Taipei City陳彥成 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在瞭解目前新北市國民中學教師會運作成效、教師組織公民行為與學校效能的現況,分析不同背景變項下之教師,知覺教師會運作成效、教師組織公民行為與學校效能之差異情形,並探討三者間之關係,最後建構並驗證新北市國民中學教師會運作成效、教師組織公民行為與學校效能之結構方程模式。
本研究採問卷調查法,共計抽樣34所學校,發出738份問卷,回收558份有效問卷;有效問卷回收率達75.67%。問卷調查結果以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、多元逐步迴歸及結構方程模式分析等統計方法加以分析與探討。
本研究獲致結論如下:
壹、新北市國民中學教師知覺教師會運作成效為中高程度,其中以「增進組織運作」表現最佳,「提升教師專業」則可再加強。
貳、新北市國民中學教師知覺教師組織公民行為為中高程度,其中「利他人行為」表現最佳,「工作投入與奉獻」則可再提升。
參、新北市國民中學教師知覺學校效能為中高程度 ,其中「教師教學效果」表現最佳,「社區家長支持」則有加強空間。
肆、新北市國民中學教師在不同背景變項中,「教師會幹部」、「教師會與學校行政互動關係非常良好」者,在知覺教師會運作成效上顯著較高。
伍、新北市國民中學教師在不同背景變項中,「擔任導師」、「教師會幹部」、「教師會與學校行政互動關係非常良好」者,在知覺教師組織公民行為上顯著較高。
陸、新北市國民中學教師在不同背景變項中,「兼任行政」、「教師會與學校行政互動關係非常良好」者,在知覺學校效能上顯著較高。
柒、新北市國民中學教師會運作成效、教師組織公民行為與學校效能之間具有正向關聯。
捌、新北市國民中學教師會運作成效與教師組織公民行為對學校效能有正向預測關係。
玖、教師組織公民行為在新北市國民中學教師會運作成效與學校效能之間有顯著完全中介效果。
最後,根據本研究結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政機關、學校教育人員與未來研究之參考。 / The purposes of this study are to learn the relationships among the Operational Effectiveness of Teachers' Associations, Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and School Effectiveness of Junior High Schools in New Taipei City. Comparing and analyzing the differences, relationships, and stepwise regression among Operational Effectiveness of Teachers' Associations, Teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and School Effectiveness of Junior High Schools, the researcher tries to build and verify a model for these three elements.
Through the use of questionnaires survey method, data are collected from 34 junior high schools, 738 questionnaires in total. Valid questionnaires of 558
are collected, with a usable rate of 75.6%. All data are analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation, multiple regressions and structural equation modeling.
The conclusions are as follows:
1. The level of the operational effectiveness of teachers' associations is medium, the performance in "strengthen organization operation" is outstanding, and "enhance teacher professional" can be further strengthened.
2. The level of the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior is medium, the performance in "altruistic behavior" is outstanding, and "work input and dedication" can be improved.
3. The level of the school effectiveness is medium, the performance in "teacher teaching effect" is outstanding, and "community parent support" can be further strengthened.
4 .The junior high school teachers as "teachers' cadres" and "in a school where the teachers' association has better interaction with the school administration" show significant perception of the operational effectiveness of teachers' associations .
5. The junior high school teachers as "mentors", "teachers' cadres" and "in a school where the teachers' association has better interaction with the school administration" show significant perception of the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior.
6. The junior high school teachers as "the ones who are concurrently in administrative work" and "in a school where the teachers' association has better interaction with the school administration" show significant perception of the school effectiveness.
7. There are positive correlations among the operational effectiveness of teachers' associations, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and school effectiveness of junior high schools in New Taipei City.
8. The operational effectiveness of teachers' associations and the teachers' organizational citizenship behavior can apparently predict the school effectiveness.
9.The proper fit of structural equation model among the operational effectiveness of teachers' associations, teachers' organizational citizenship behavior and school effectiveness of junior high schools in New Taipei City is assessed as positive and can explain the relationships among main variables. Teachers' organizational citizenship behavior fully mediates the relationship between the operational effectiveness of teachers' associations and school effectiveness.

直轄市山地原住民區改制前後制度及組織運作之研究-以新北市烏來區為例 / A Research on the Institutions and Operations Resulted from the Reform of High Land Indigenous Districts of Special Municipalities--the Case Study of Wulai District of New Tapei City朱家慧 Unknown Date (has links)
本研究旨在探討直轄市山地原住民區改制前後,原為官派制轉換成民選制的區,比較兩種制度在地方上的治理運作與模式,以表現不同制度在相同環境、事務時所產生的運作差異,一方面評估不同制度下之運作;方面評估制度中的民意制衡能力。最後分析民選制與官派制於治理上的優缺點和差異,並對當前制度提出相應的改善建議。
本研究採用的研究方法如下:
1.個案研究法:選定新北市烏來區為個案,觀察制度轉換之差異所造成的影響。
2.文獻分析法:整理分析相關文書資料以比較官派制與民選制的結構、機制之差異。
3.深入訪談法:選定直轄市山地原住民區改制前後,擔任行政與民代職務者,進行職
責與實務的訪談,調查制度差異對行為與結果的影響,以及地方感受跟評價。 / The case study is research to the mountain indigenous districts of special municipalities, the former official system is converted into an elected system of district.By comparing the models and practices of these two local governance systems brought by the institutional reform, which has led our attention to the differences of behavior and reaction the two systems have while put in the same environment and under the same government affairs, this present study evaluates the two systems with special focus on their administrative performance and check-and-balance capability of the public sector. The ultimate purpose of this study is to analyze the merits and limits of elected representation and official appointment and through observing one real case, and finally propose advices to improve the current system.
Methodologies adopted in this study include:
1.Case study: Wilai District of New Taipei City is chosen to observe the impact of institutional reform.
2.Literature analysis: Relevant documents and data are collected and analyzed for the comparison of official appointment and elected representation in their organizational and functional differences.
3.In-depth interview: Administrative officials and elected representatives who have experienced the transition are interviewed about their duty change and practical exercise of governance, in hope to investigate behavioral and consequential influences the new system has caused, and collect feedback and evaluation from local government.

家庭暴力防治法實務問題研究--以婚姻暴力為研究重心蘇曉純 Unknown Date (has links)
在研究方法部分,首先,本文針對國內現有之文獻加以蒐集,包括相關之教科書、專書、期刊雜誌相關文章、論文,以及一些具代表性的重要外國文獻,目的在整理及分析有關家庭暴力防治法基礎理論之問題,例如為何會有此法的形成、此法的架構及爭議問題何在等等,並進而提出本文之看法。
再者,執行家庭暴力防治法的實務運作機關,最主要為警察機關、社政單位、以及法院。這三個機關間的工作配搭,是否天衣無縫,抑或尚有需改進之處,都是本文中欲探討的對象。筆者並將以能力內所能取得的警察機關筆錄、法院判決書、社工人員意見為資料,一一探討這些實務機關對家暴案件的處理態度,是否切合當事人需要,這些執行人員的性別意識為何、是否有性別偏見,執行人員的性別意識對家暴案件之處理有何影響。至於家暴案件中雙方當事人的觀點,例如受虐者所需救援措施、加害人的處遇計畫,也將藉由理論與實務的文獻資料予以探討。
