Propriétés de rétention et de libération de micronutriments par des réseaux protéiques : Étude du système gélifié - [beta]lactoglobuline/fer

Ces travaux de recherche visent à comprendre le mécanisme de formation de gels protéiques en présence de fer en vue de les utiliser comme systèmes dans le développement de nouveaux aliments fonctionnels. Les résultats obtenus montrent qu'il est possible de former des gels à froid de -lactoglobuline en présence de fer. En fonction des conditions utilisées, deux types de gels ont été identifiés et caractérisés : d'une part, des gels filamenteux sont obtenus à faibles concentrations en fer et essentiellement maintenus par des interactions hydrophobes et d'autre part, des gels particulaires inhomogènes sont obtenus à fortes concentrations en fer et maintenus par des interactions de type van der Waals. Des études in vitro ont montré que les gels filamenteux permettaient de libérer le fer au niveau de la barrière intestinale et favorisaient son absorption. Ces gels constituent donc de très bons véhicules pour transporter le fer et optimiser sa biodisponibilité.

L’augmentation de productivité et de capacité de production est aujourd’hui au coeur des problématiques industrielles. Ceci touche particulièrement l’industrie forestière qui cherche depuis de nombreuses années à accroître sa productivité par, entre autres, des méthodes d’automatisation appliquées à leur processus de transformation du bois. Pour automatiser les méthodes d’inspection industrielle, plusieurs voies ont été empruntées jusqu’à ce jour : photométrie, ultrason, rayon-X, thermographie, etc . La technique présentée ici, l’effet trachéïde, utilise les caractéristiques de diffusion d’un laser dans les fibres de bois pour faire ressortir la densité et la direction du grain du bois. Cette technique produit rapidement une image en tons de gris de la pièce. À partir de cette image plusieurs méthodes ont été développées afin de faire ressortir les défauts sur la pièce. Une méthode de fusion des données a été mise au point afin de faire le regroupement des résultats des différentes techniques de détection. La superstition et les habitudes de jeu au bingo

Plusieurs études font état de la popularité croissante des jeux de hasard et d’argent mais peu d’entre elles ont été effectuées sur un des jeux les plus populaires du Québec, le bingo. La présente étude, réalisée auprès de 96 joueurs de bingo, précise les relations entre la superstition et les habitudes de jeu (la tendance à participer à d’autres jeux de hasard et d’argent, la fréquence de participation et la somme d’argent misée). Les hypothèses stipulent que le montant d’argent misé, la fréquence de participation et la tendance à jouer à d’autres jeux que le bingo sont liées à la superstition. Les analyses indiquent des liens positifs significatifs entre la superstition et la fréquence de participation, les habitudes de jeu, et le lieu de contrôle. Cependant, on ne retrouve pas de corrélation significative entre la superstition et le montant d’argent misé. La discussion soulève les implications théoriques et cliniques de ces résultats.

Objetiva compreender esse processo que ganha visibilidade no contexto da cidade e pressupõe que a violência atinge a todos, mas que a morte por homicídios afeta desigualmente determinados grupos humanos, e pode se acentuar por gênero, idade, cor/etnia, classe ou grupo social e lugar de moradia. Considera que a possibilidade de o grupo jovem sofrer um dano no seu equilíbrio vital está associada às condições materiais e simbólicas, individuais e grupais. Para esta análise, recorre-se às estatísticas, às principais discussões teóricas a respeito das atuais configurações da violência e da criminalidade e suas relações com a exclusão territorial, à coleta de dados dos homicídios por armas de fogo nos documentos do Instituto Médico Legal e na 1ª Vara Criminal e às fontes orais, em entrevistas com as principais autoridades públicas responsáveis pelas áreas de Segurança, Justiça e Ministério Público e que operam com a criminalidade, a juventude e os direitos e garantias Constitucionais. A pesquisa quantitativa mostra que no universo das mortes violentas (homicídios, suicídios e acidentes) de jovens o homicídio por armas de fogo é a principal causa e evidencia a sua importância nos conflitos. As interpretações sobre esses conflitos fatais e a análise das características que definem quem são os jovens londrinenses assassinados, suas efetivas condições de vida, os lugares e as situações que levam aos homicídios, indicam que a maior parte dos homicídios de jovens por armas de fogo está relacionada ao contexto do tráfico de drogas e de armas e a outras práticas ilícitas que propiciam o acesso a bens de consumo materiais e imateriais. Its purpose is to understand this process which has become important in the city context and presupposes that violence affects everyone, but death by homicides affects unequally certain human groups, and it can be accentuated due to gender, age, ethnic group, social class or group and dwelling places. It considers that the possibility of the young group suffering any damage in its vital balance is associated with material, symbolic, individual and group conditions. For this analysis it is resorted to statistics, the main theoretical discussions concerning the current configurations of violence and criminality and their relation to territorial exclusion, data gathering of homicides by firearm registered in the documents provided by the Legal Medical Institute as well as by the 1st Criminal Court and verbal sources, in interviews with the main public authorities responsible for the areas of Security, Justice and the Department of Justice that deal with criminality, the youth and the Constitutional rights and guarantees. The quantitative research shows that in the universe of young people‟s violent deaths (homicides, suicides and accidents), homicide by firearm is the main cause emphasizing its importance in the conflicts. The interpretations on these fatal conflicts and the analysis of the characteristics that define who are the young people from Londrina that have been murdered, their real life conditions, the places and circumstances that lead to homicides, show that most young people‟s homicides by firearm are related to drug trafficking and dealing in arms and other illicit practices that enable the access to material and immaterial consumer goods. Literaturas africanas e afro-brasileira no ensino fundamental II / African and Afro-Brasilian literatures at the fundamental education

A pesquisa aqui apresentada tem por objetivo analisar, junto a professores e professoras do Ensino Fundamental II (EF II) da rede pública do estado e da prefeitura de São Paulo, a presença de literaturas africanas e afro-brasileira em sala de aula. Esse propósito se articula com a Lei 10.639/2003, cuja premissa básica é o ensino de história e cultura africana e afro-brasileira em todos os níveis educacionais no Brasil. A noção impetrada pela referida Lei deve nortear as propostas educacionais desde o nível básico até o ensino superior, sendo incluída na formulação dos projetos pedagógicos das escolas e nas próprias aulas. Nesse sentido, inicia-se a pesquisa por uma abordagem teórico-pedagógica ligada ao impacto de tal Lei na educação. Segue-se a isso a consideração da situação do negro no Brasil, observada desde os desdobramentos que o regime escravocrata exerceu em terras brasileiras, até as consequências desse período histórico para as populações afro-brasileiras no pós-abolicionismo, culminando com o alargamento progressivo dos direitos conquistados pela população afrodescendente. Segue-se, então, um breve estudo da Lei citada, das obrigações dela decorrentes, bem como de políticas afirmativas. Apresentam-se, posteriormente, reflexões sobre a abordagem da leitura literária em ambiente escolar. Por fim, tem-se uma pesquisa de campo qualitativa, realizada através da aplicação de questionários direcionados a professores/as de língua portuguesa, e da realização de uma roda de conversa entre docentes, a fim de se constatar em que medida suas práticas de ensino contemplam o tema da Lei no âmbito literário. Após as ações práticas, realiza-se a apuração dos resultados obtidos, a partir da discussão da perspectiva da Lei 10.639/2003 e de como têm sido conduzidas suas implicações para a educação pública. O objetivo precípuo desse método de trabalho é observar de que maneira a educação para as relações étnico-raciais tem se consolidado no ensino paulista, e qual o atual estágio de sua efetivação em algumas escolas da rede pública de São Paulo. / The research presented here analyzes, with Fundamental Educations teachers of the public teaching of the city and São Paulo state, the presence of the african and afro-brazilian literatures in the classroom. This purpose is linked to the Law 10.639/2003, whose basic premise is the teaching of african and afro-brazilian history and culture at all educational levels in Brazil. The notion brought for the Law should guide the educational proposals since basic teaching to higher education, being included in the formulation of educational projects in schools and in their classes. In this sense, the search begins for a theoretical and pedagogical approach linked to education. After, there is the consideration about the black people\'s situation in Brazil, observed since the slave regime on brazilian soil, to the consequences of this historic period for the afro-brazilian populations in the post-abolitionism, culminating with the progressive expansion of rights gained by the afro-descendant population. It follows, then, to the study of the mentioned Law and its obligations, as well as of the affirmative action policies. Later, there\'s an approach about literary reading in the school environment. Finally, we make a qualitative field research, with the use of questionnaires aimed at portuguese teachers, concluding with a conversation among some teachers in order to be seen to what extent their pedagogical activities include the issue of Law. After the practic actions, there is the verification of the results obtained from the perspective of the Law 10.639/2003 and its implications for public education. The main objective of this method is to observe how education for ethnic-racial relationships is being consolidated in brazilian\'s teaching, and what the current status of their effectuation in some public schools of São Paulo.

The law amends the Law 9.394, of December 20, 1996, which establishes the guidelines and bases of national education, to include in the official curriculum of the Education Network mandating the theme "History and Afro-Brazilian Culture", and gives other provisions. The research aimed to understand the representations of the teacher participants the broad sense Graduate in History of Africa, Black Culture and Black in Brazil (CFP/UFRB), about the consequences of Law 10.639/2003 in municipal schools teaching in Amargosa, Bahia. The research subjects are seven teachers the acting at the level of basic education, with specific training in the education of ethnic-racial relations, members of municipal schools in the city of Amargosa, Bahia. We used a qualitative approach mediated by content analysis (BARDIN, 1977), and the design of vindicatory/participatory research (CRESWELL, 2010). The tools for production data were document analysis, questionnaires and focus groups (BOURDIEU, 1997; LAVILLE and DIONNE, 2007; GATTI, 2005; DIAS, 2000; DAL'IGNA, 2012). The procedures are consistent with the epistemological approach of cultural studies, in dialogue with the rank analysis of representations (HALL 2013; FANON, 2008; BHABHA, 2011 and 2013; WORTMANN, 2001). The survey results highlighted the silencing of the issues surrounding the education of ethnic-racial relations in the Municipal Plan of Amargosa Education (2007), corroborating the blind policy productions to color, and the moves of a poorly told story. The subjects emphasized the power of representative weapons and the need to rewrite the history of black people in textbooks, tensions around the political action of teachers/as and the inclusion of a specific subject in basic education for dealing with education of ethnic-racial relations. Also question the imposition of commonplace, inferior and hierarchical, culture. The study reveals the representations of teachers/as marked by a thirst for institutionalizing Law 10.639/2003 in the sphere of the Municipal Education Amargosa-BA as racism coping mechanism from the context. Finally, we highlight the limits and possibilities of the study, in particular the potential of Law 10.639/2003 linked the prospect of negotiating multi/intercultural, when we reflect on the need for quality training for dealing with the education of ethnic-racial relations, and the implications to effect a cultural policy of respect for differences, which overcomes the demobilization of narratives and essentialist readings around the issue. / Esta disserta??o problematizou as representa??es de professores/as sobre os desdobramentos da Lei n? 10.639/2003 em Amargosa- BA. L'ironie au féminin dans The Penelopiad de Margaret Atwood et Unless de Carol Shields

Le présent mémoire propose une analyse de l'ironie dans deux oeuvres d'auteures canadiennes-anglaises contemporaines, soit The Penelopiad de Margaret Atwood et Unless de Carol Shields. Envisagée dans son rapport au « gender », l'ironie y apparaît comme une stratégie féministe qui, par l'intermédiaire de la parodie et la métafiction, interroge et subvertit les discours qui légitiment un ordre social et symbolique fondé sur le sacrifice de la femme. S'appuyant avant tout sur les théories féministes, notre analyse fait converger les théories de l'ironie et de l'ironie au féminin, de l'« agency », du postmodernisme, de la parodie et de la métafiction. Le dialogue entre notre corpus et ces différentes approches critiques nous permet non seulement de mesurer l'impact de l'ironie sur les oeuvres en question, mais aussi de rendre compte de la portée sociale, politique et morale de la stratégie textuelle privilégiée par nos deux auteures. L'objectif d'une telle recherche est de poursuivre la réflexion sur les différents moyens textuels utilisés par les femmes pour contester le pouvoir masculin. De plus, comme l'a fait Lucie Joubert dans son ouvrage pionnier sur l'ironie au féminin, nous souhaitons mettre en évidence le lien entre ce procédé littéraire et les différents enjeux de l'écriture des femmes. Nous désirons également montrer la pertinence de porter un tel éclairage sur deux oeuvres qui, par leur utilisation particulière de l'ironie, nous permettent de repenser la notion d'engagement féministe dans la littérature et contribuent au décloisonnement et à l'évolution des formes littéraires et des discours qui s'y chevauchent. Le tour d'horizon théorique que constitue notre premier chapitre sera suivi d'un deuxième chapitre sur The Penelopiad et d'un dernier chapitre sur Unless. Sensorkoncept för stridsfordon på det framtida stridsfältet

I Sverige pågår en omfattande ominriktning av försvarsmakten. Som en del i denna ominriktning genomförsstudier inom ett flertal områden som syftar till att hitta den utrustning och de förbandsstrukturer som kommeratt uppfylla kraven efter 2010.Denna uppsats vill bidra till dessa studier genom att visa att framtidens stridsfält ställer nya och ökade krav påstridsfordon och dess sensorer.Genom att utgå från en analys av den framtida markstriden identifierar arbetet de förutsättningar och krav sominom sensorområdet kommer att bli dimensionerande. Utifrån dessa identifieras sedan tekniska möjligheter somlöser stridsfordonets behovet av elektrooptiska utblickar. Möjligheter kopplas sedan till områdena spaning,framföring, skydd samt förmåga till bekämpning. Bekämpningsförmågan avser både den direktriktade elden såväl som externa bekämpningssystem.Uppsatsen visar att multisensorkapacitet i kombination med nätverksbaserat informationsflöde förändrar rollenför stridsfordonet både på stridsfältet så väl som inom fordonet i sig. Genom ett sensortekniskt konceptbeskriver uppsatsen denna förändrade roll. Arbetet visar att genom utnyttjandet av elektrooptiska utblickar gårdet att optimera sensorerna inom respektive område och därigenom erhålla en bättre helhetslösning än idag. Attkombinera och optimera sensorsystemen utifrån respektive områdes behov underlättar för stridsfordonet attkraftsamla sin förmåga i tid och rum.Det påvisas även att allt inte behöver ändras och att vissa områden och funktioner skall behållas som de är idag. / In Sweden a huge readjusting of the armed forces is in progress. As a part ofthis readjusting there are, within different areas, several ongoing studiesfocusing on trying to find the organisation and equipment of the future. Thetime spans for these studies are beyond 2010.This thesis would like to contribute to this study by showing that the futurebattlefield demands new and more acute sensor capabilities. I will highlight thedemands and requirements for sensors on a combat vehicle by analysing of thefuture battlefield. From these demands I will identify the technical possibilitiesthat will solve the future needs of the combat vehicle in regard to electroopticalsensors.These possibilities are then linked to four separated areas within the vehicle.The areas are the capability to conduct surveillance, to manoeuvre, protectionand the use of firepower. The firepower capability includes that of the ownvehicle and that of other platforms.This analysis concludes that multi-sensor capacity, in combination withnetworked based information flows, will alter the role for the combat vehicle.Not only on the battlefield but also in regard to the users within the vehicleitself.This thesis makes an attempt to capitalize these changes by combining thepossibilities into a technical concept. This concept shows that by optimizingthe sensors for the different roles one also gets a maximized capability of thecombat vehicle in itself. Arkitektur för stöd av ledning inom det flexibla insatsförsvaret

Försvarsmakten skall enligt regeringen utveckla tekniska lösningar för det framtidaledningssystemet som skall verka inom försvaret. Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera tillvilken nytta en försvarsmaktsgemensam teknisk arkitektur för stöd av ledning har för en chefsbeslutsfattning.Först introduceras det nätverksbaserade försvaret (NBF) och här beskrivs vad NBF egentligenkan innebära som metod för det flexibla insatsförsvaret. Därefter avhandlas vad ledningbetyder för Försvarsmakten med dess fyra faktorer: organisation, metodik, personal ochteknik. Slutligen beskrivs beslutsfattningsprocessen som ett avsnitt i uppsatsen då denmänskliga påverkan är en viktig del i ledningssystemet. Under arbetets genomförande harförfattaren intervjuat auktoriteter, bland annat från FOI och Handelsbanken, dessa personerhar genom sin medverkan genererat ytterligare kunskaper till uppsatsens arbete.Resultatet pekar på att en gemensam teknisk arkitektur mycket väl kan underlätta och förbättraen chefs beslutsfattning. För att uppnå detta krävs det en robust och högteknologiskkommunikationsstruktur, det krävs också att försvaret strävar mot en öppenhet så att det tillåtsett informations- och arbetsutbyte inom och utom organisationen. IT- och datasäkerheten kandock begränsa öppenheten för själva informationsflödet inom ledningssystemet. / Swedish Armed Forces plan to develop technical solutions to the futurecommand and control (C2) system, according to the Swedish Governmentsguiding principles. This thesis deals with a common technological architecturein the C4ISR structure and what kind of support the system will give thecommanders according to their decision cycle.First of all, the Network-Based Defence is introduced in the thesis and thewriter describes what NBF are thought to be as a method in the upcomingflexible defence. Besides that the thesis are studying what C2 are intended to befor the Swedish Armed Forces, four important elements are studied inside thecommand area and they are: organization, methods, personnel and technology.Finally the decision-making process is studied, as the human influence is acentral factor inside the C2 system.The thesis concludes that it is possible to evolve the decision-making process ifa high technology communication network supports the C2 systems.
