The present study aimed to present the setting, the dynamics and the difficulties of seeking to preserve the environment by using of privatizing protection. The dialogue established implies responsibility in dealing and coping dialogues and research that impact the environment and the very law enforcement. The guiding concern of the research is the analysis and understanding of these structures that impact the environment contrasted with conservative perspectives. The study of that law tames crossovers paths in the context of human-nature dimension. The research was developed through a literature review and study of the New Forest Code and the Direct Actions of Unconstitutionality proposed so far. The results show the importance of rethinking the preservation instrument of the law, even with limited data for the complete evaluation of your goals, due to a model that refusal coping political actions to productive interests and that can be truly effective. / A presente dissertação tem por objeto a financeirização da preservação ambiental assumida pelo Novo Código Florestal Brasileiro, Lei 12.651, de 25 de maio de 2012, por meio das Cotas de Reserva Ambiental (CRA). Com o presente estudo objetivouse apresentar a configuração, a dinâmica e as dificuldades de se buscar a preservação do ambiente usando-se da tutela privatista. O diálogo estabelecido implica responsabilidade no trato e enfretamento de diálogos e pesquisas que impactam o meio ambiente e a própria aplicação da lei. A preocupação norteadora da pesquisa é a análise e a compreensão dessas estruturas que impactam o meio ambiente contrastado a perspectivas conservadoras. O estudo da referida lei desbrava caminhos de entrecruzamentos na conjuntura da dimensão homemnatureza. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida por meio de uma revisão da literatura e do estudo do Novo Código Florestal, bem como das Ações Diretas de Inconstitucionalidade até agora propostas. Os resultados encontrados evidenciam a importância de se repensar o instrumento preservacionista da lei, mesmo com poucos dados para a avaliação completa de suas metas, por conta de um modelo que recusa as ações políticas de enfrentamento a interesses produtivos e que podem ser verdadeiramente efetivas.

This diploma thesis characterizes a specified field of the civil law that deals with the judicial proceedings of inheritance through the analysis of professional literature and relevant case law. The attention is especially devoted to development of the legislation, the proceedings in the beginning of this judicial proceedings and its parties, the minor included, possible discretions of the decedent with his belongings, the conflicts appeared in this judicial proceedings, the settlement of the estate in entirety, the question of the overextended asset and the selected issues of judicial proceedings of inheritance with the international aspect (Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council).The thesis points out the main amendments which have been brought to the judicial proceedings of inheritance by the recodification of the private law that has been in effect in Czech Republic since 01. 01. 2014. The thesis was composed by the method of description with elements of analysis and synthesis. The individual legal institutes are described, analytically examined and evaluated. There are presented their mutual connections and the view of the problematic as a whole. The comparative method was used as well by evaluating the present legislation with the former one that was in effect in the Czech Republic until 31. 12. 2013.

This master thesis discusses current legislation in the field of supported and renewable energy sources. At the beginning of the thesis are defined renewable energy sources from the perspective of Czech legislation and of professional view. The second part is focused on legislation regarding renewable energy sources in the European Union and the Czech Republic. Follows an overview of the support tools and legislation regarding renewable energy sources in other member states of the European Union and the current status of the set objectives related to the share of energy from renewable sources in gross final energy consumption, which have been established by Directive 2009/28/EC. At the end is summary, along with an overview of the most successful and least successful countries in terms of achieving the objective.

#YoSoy132 movement was founded in May 2012 during the election campaign, after a small incident with one of the presidential candidates, Enrique Peňa Nieto, at IberoAmerican University in Mexico City. The movement gained relatively quickly a large number of supporters from many Mexican universities and also among ordinary citizens. The topic of this thesis is the transformation and evolution of the movement from presidential elections till present days. The main goal of this paper is to analyze the movement and answer the question on how #YoSoy132 movement has been developing over its fifteen months of existence, whether it has institutionalized and stabilized and how it can be defined and characterized.

Climate change has recently arised in the international agenda as one of the top issues. The paper first provides with a theoretical comprehension of actorness in international relations. Second, the paper examines milestones of the historic development of the current climate regime. Third, the focus turns to the major actors which influence the climate change negotiations and examines their preferences, their evolution and pursuit on the international scene. It assumes politics is a two-level game and that political factors are not exclusive driving forces on the international scene. Finally, remarks on the future of climate regime are presented. The paper concludes by stating that actors differ in social identification with natural reality and that the shift in current environmental paradigm is rather unlikely.

Orientador: Patricia Borba Marchetto / Resumo: A bioética envolve questões que acontecem em um mundo multidisciplinar, interdisciplinar ou transdisciplinar, o que pode sugerir uma grande lacuna do direito, favorecendo ou até promovendo violações contra a humanidade, como também aos sistemas internacionais de direitos humanos e aos direitos fundamentais, estes inseridos no cenário constitucional brasileiro. Neste caso, a ciência e a tecnologia invadem o mundo do Direito, limitadas pelos institutos do direito à vida e da dignidade da pessoa humana, os quais são premissas constitucionais de formação do Estado para a construção e o fortalecimento do ordenamento jurídico composto por regras nacionais e por fontes internacionais, cenário permeado por questões éticas e morais que trazem interpretação tanto ao Direito quanto à Bioética e suas peculiaridades. A relevância do tema deve ser observada não somente pelo viés dos interesses econômicos que envolvem as pesquisas científicas ou a manutenção dos sistemas de saúde pública, mas, principalmente, para obtenção de respostas aos dilemas que envolvem a ciência e a saúde e suas sensíveis e possíveis violações aos princípios mencionados. Através de um caso concreto, ainda em trânsito no sistema de justiça brasileiro, abordando o direito de uma paciente submetida à lista de espera por um transplante de medula, a pesquisa se desenvolve no sentido de discutir a relação entre direitos humanos, bioética, preservação da vida, evolução científica e seus desafios modernos e, especialmente, ... In this case, the science and technology invades the world of law, limited by the institutes of the right to life and human dignity, which are constitutional premises of formation of the State for the construction and strengthening of the legal system composed of national rules and international fonts, scenery permeated by ethical and moral issues that bring interpretation both to the Law regarding Bioethics and its peculiarities. The relevance of the theme should be observed not only by the bias of economic interests that involve scientific research or the maintenance of public health systems, but mainly for obtaining answers to dilemmas that involve science and health and his sensitive and possible violations to the principles mentioned. In 2012 the HZDR, and in consequence also the Institute of Ion Beam Physics and Materials Research (IIM) including its Ion Beam Center (IBC), has undergone a scientific evaluation. The evaluation committee composed of the Scientific Advisory Board and numerous external experts in our field of research concluded that “the overall quality of the scientific work is excellent”, that “there are an impressive number of young scientists working enthusiastically on a variety of high-level projects” and that “the choice of these projects represents a clear underlying strategy and vision”. We feel honored and are proud that the external view on our scientific achievements is that extraordinary. In view of this outstanding result we would like to express our gratitude to all our staff members for their commitment and efforts! In the past year, we continued our integration into the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers (HGF) with our Institute mostly active in the research area “Matter”, but also involved in a number of activities in the research area “Energy”. In this respect, many consultations were held with the Helmholtz centers contributing to common research areas to precisely define the role we will play in the newly established HGF program “From Matter to Materials and Life” (see schematic below). Our IBC has been recognized as a large-scale user facility for ion beam analysis and modification of materials, i.e., specializing on materials science. In particular, the IBC plays a prominent role in the recently approved Helmholtz Energy Materials Characterization Platform (HEMCP), which mainly concentrates on the development of dedicated analytical tools for the characterization of materials required for future energy technologies. The successes achieved by the IBC allows us to invest 7200 k€ to further improve and strengthen the ion beam capabilities at the Institute. In addition to this infrastructure-related grant, we were also successful in our funding application for the establishment of the International Helmholtz Research School for Nanoelectronic Networks (IHRS NANONET), aiming at promoting the next generation of leading scientists in the field of nanoelectronics. The IHRS NANONET is coordinated by our Institute and offers a well-structured PhD program to outstanding students of all nationalities with emphasis on interdisciplinary research and comprehensive training in technical and professional skills.

Microsoft SharePoint 2013 är en plattform som är väldigt populär för utveckling av intranät. Möjligheterna för kommunikation inom en organisation bidrar till större och bättre informationsflöde inom organisationen samt leder till effektivare arbete inom organisationen. Microsoft Sharepoint 2013 är alltså ett intranät som blir ett centrum att vistas på samt där man träffar sina kollegor för att dela information och mycket mer. Detta examensarbete utgår från Microsofts välkända intranät Sharepoint 2013. Målet med examensarbetet har varit att skapa ett ärendehanteringssystem utifrån företaget Precio Systemutveckling AB:s beställning samt kravspecifikation . Utvecklingen har baserats på ”The great new app model” som under början på detta år (2013) introducerades utav Microsoft i den senaste versionen av Sharepoint: Sharepoint 2013. Det finns flera olika utvecklingsmetoder för att utveckla i appmodellen. Efter en utförd förstudie valdes ”Provider hosted app”, vilket innebär att ärendehanteringssystemet skall utvecklas samt köras på en server som företaget ansvarar över. Då appmodellen är relativt ny så har det under projektets gång uppstått utmaningar som varit riktigt kluriga att lösa på grund av att man inte lyckats finna relevanta källor med förklaring på de olika problem som uppstod. Utmaningarna har ändå lösts med hjälp av den information som idag finns samt med stöd ifrån seniora Sharepoint utvecklare. Resultatet av detta projekt blev ett ärendehanteringssystem som levererats till företaget samt som eventuellt kommer att börja användas inom kort. Förstudien kring appmodellen har även lett till ökade kunskaper kring hur appar i Sharepoint fungerar samt dess styrkor och svagheter. / This project is about apps in Microsoft Sharepoint 2013. We are two students that will during this thesis create a task management system for the company Precio Systemutveckling AB. We will use the great new app model that is a way to develop Sharepoint apps. The result of this project is a task management system that the company can use to keep track of their tasks.

The past few years have seen the emergence of new types of civic engagement. Citizens are now more capable to organize themselves than ever before and this creates a new pattern of social mobilization that has not previously been the centre of academic focus. This work analyses the particular case of the Romanian winter protests of 2012 in an attempt to prove that current mainstream theories of resource mobilization and framing do not fully explain the emergence of unstructured movements. The results aim to pave the way for a new theory of civic engagement that fits the newly observed realities and could be generalized to explain all forms of structured or unstructured participation to collective action.
