"Comment vivre ?" : la contribution de Gérard Siegwalt à l'anthropologie théologique contemporaine / "How to live" ? : the contribution of Gérard Siegwalt to the contemporary theological anthropology

Hutchen, Matthias 23 March 2012 (has links)
The study focuses on the theological anthropology in the work of Gérard Siegwalt and on the question of the human identity, more particularly its means to life in a moral and an existential senses. This question is based on the following issue : a priori, humans are made, not born. The human identity is to be discovered only after an intellectual and spiritual progression, sometimes painful, summarized in the work of Gérard Siegwalt by the notion of "dying to become". In this thesis, we try to analyse the point of view of Siegwalt when developing his anthropology. We want to examine to what extent he used the pattern developed by Luther : "simul peccator, simul justus, semper penitens". Once this pattern pointed in the anthropology of Siegwalt, we will try to understand how he applied it and updated it. This update means the use of the correlation method, inspired by the theologist Paul Tillich. Siegwalt considers that the theology has to work in line with the other disciplines and he tries to establish a system which combines a compte rendu of the Christian faith and an analysis of the human personal experiences. The anthropology of Siegwalt seeks simultaneously to be sapiential (since it focuses on the reality of the human life appealing the wide range of human sciences and hard sciences) and prophetic (since Siegwalt starts from the biblical revelations to answer the existential questions about the human being). It is through this approach that we can find a three-part plan : the first chapter about the question of the reality of the human life (the human life in the world and in front of the world), the second one will deal with the question of the truth of the human life (the human life before God) and lastly a third one in which we will try to understand the position of the method of Gérard Siegwalt according to the question of the Nature and the Grace.

Le cadre et la substance de la pensée bergmanienne ; l'influence de l'enseignement écclesiastique sur l'encadrement / The frame and the substance of Bergman’s thought

Montazeri, Leila 17 December 2015 (has links)
The aesthetic analysis of Ingmar Bergman’s movies requires a study of the theological and iconographic signifiers. The paradoxical effects of framing and the mobility of the filmic image tell a story of the soul and make it possible to map out an intuitive route for the individuals implied in the story. The unfolding of different points of view involve the soul and give some spiritual scope to this idiosyncratic cinema. In Bergman’s style, spirituality cannot be found within a fiction, but within a form. Style comes out from thought and from the exposure of a wandering search for “the self”. This process is enriched through the shift from dramatic narration to anti dramatic pictures and from linear plot to non figurative forms. In accordance with our active existence, Bergman prefers the figures that are shut in by the edge of the frame, the dissolved images, the empty compositions and disconnected looks: man didn’t come to the world intentionally, but was thrown into it and later forsaken on earth. The framing is a space where the characters can meet with sacred things and have a spiritual experience. A contradiction between earthly matters and heavenly ones remains the main subject within the frame. The study of the relationship between the image and the film script introduces Bergman’s cosmology: it is not the script which builds up the image but the image itself which generates an idea to be developed further. The faces are transformed in portraits, in their search for human truth and, on a wider scale, for man's commitment in Creation. In this sense, nature neither embodies material reality nor serves as a mere filmic object, but it stands out as a form of the sacred.

Konstruktion av Laborationskort med PIC-processorn / Construction of a laboration card with the PIC-processor

Wessman, Richard, Svensson, Jonny January 2002 (has links)
<p>In this report you can get a complete instruction about how to build your own development system for the PIC-processor. This card will be used for laborations for the students at LITH-ITN. With this card you can send new assembler codes (new instructions) down to the microprocessor via the Serialport on your computer. Then the new instructions for the microprocessor will start to execute. We made a solder paste stencil at Campus Norrköping solder paste stencil laboratory. The software we made makes it possible to receive and transmit the new code to the board. </p><p>The first part of our report contains some information about why we chose the components that we did. There are also some preferences about how these components are working. We also explain the architecture of the microprocessor because it is then easier to understand how to program it, which is explained later. We have made a guide for Microchips development kit MPLAB and some discussions about it. The components that we use are necessary to initiate and therefore we show in detail how this works. The software for transmitting the code from the computer to the card is presented and so is the code on the board that receives the transmitted data. When the board receives new code through the serial port it puts the code in the memory and start to execute it. To test our construction we made programs, which initiates and reads a temperature from one digital temperature sensor and one analog temperature sensor. We also got the opportunity to learn how the manufacturing of a solder paste stencil is proceeded. This proceed we have described in this report. All software is described in assembler but you can also make your programs in C. Additionally we have made a short investigation about how the C-compiler CCS is installed and used in MPLAB.</p>

Deriving Consensus Ratings of the Big Three Rating Agencies

Grün, Bettina, Hofmarcher, Paul, Hornik, Kurt, Leitner, Christoph, Pichler, Stefan January 2010 (has links) (PDF)
This paper introduces a model framework for dynamic credit rating processes. Our framework aggregates ordinal rating information stemming from a variety of rating sources. The dynamic of the consensus rating captures systematic as well as idiosyncratic changes. In addition, our framework allows to validate the different rating sources by analyzing the mean/variance structure of the rating errors. In an empirical study for the iTraxx Europe companies rated by the big three external rating agencies we use Bayesian techniques to estimate the consensus ratings for these companies. The advantages are illustrated by comparing our dynamic rating model to a benchmark model. (author´s abstract) / Series: Research Report Series / Department of Statistics and Mathematics
