Because of the nature of the study, the methodological support was the qualitative research, involving a field research, having as instrument the semi structuralized interview. Thirteen chosen families had been interviewed randomly, in the cities of President Prudente and Sandovalina, State of São Paulo, and Umuarama in the State of Paraná. The interview encloses the more significant questions that affects the families in its daily, as the current difficulties, mainly those that respects to children education. As result, it was evidenced that the families, in general form, are less structured, with great difficulties on children education, because of the conflicts of generations, loss of the moral, ethical, religious values, mass culture, lack of dialogue, constant influence of the mass media and changes on cultural identities in after-modernity. Ahead of this problematic, public and social politics are suggested for the families find institutional supports for its reorganization and re-education to create spaces for dialogue in its connivance, with the improvement parents and children relationship , searching more unit and understanding. / A pesquisa intitulada Educação e família: Desafios e enfrentamentos na sociedade atual tem por objetivo pensar, refletir e questionar os desafios da instituição familiar na modernidade e pós-modernidade. Pela natureza do estudo, o suporte metodológico foi a pesquisa qualitativa, envolvendo uma pesquisa de campo, tendo como instrumento a entrevista semiestruturada. Foram entrevistadas treze famílias escolhidas aleatoriamente, das cidades de Presidente Prudente e Sandovalina, Estado de São Paulo, e Umuarama no Estado do Paraná. A entrevista abrange as questões mais significativas que afetam as famílias no seu cotidiano, como as dificuldades atuais, principalmente no que diz respeito à educação dos filhos. Como resultado, constatou-se que as famílias, de forma geral, estão desestruturadas, encontrando grandes dificuldades na educação dos filhos, por causa dos conflitos de gerações, perda dos valores morais, éticos, religiosos, massificação da cultura, falta de diálogo, influência dos meios de comunicação de massa e mudanças constantes das identidades culturais na pós-modernidade. Diante dessa problemática, sugerem-se políticas públicas e sociais em que as famílias encontrem suportes institucionais para sua reestruturação e reeducação para criar em sua convivência espaços para o diálogo com a melhoria do relacionamento dos pais e dos filhos entre si, buscando mais unidade e compreensão.

Tais religiosidades foram tipificadas segundo os seus próprios fundamentos sendo, os cristãos comportamentais, cristãos específicos, cristãos institucionais, e finalmente o Nova Era. Apesar de controvérsias conceituais, estamos vivendo um período de transformações no nível das identidades, inclusive religiosas. Entre outras coisas, a pósmodernidade altera os paradigmas de construção das identidades individuais ao passo remove macrossistemas de formação de identificações. Surge, na pós-modernidade, um universo de identificações. Cabe ao indivíduo determinar para si mesmo o que é verdadeiro através da experiência individual e por um sistema de identificações e não por uma imposição da tradição social. Assim, temos a religiosidade como a forma de viver a religião na pós-modernidade. / The dialogue at the Internet between Christians and New Ages demonstrates the dynamics of construction of immaterial subjective worlds. Such religiosity had been classified according to its proper beddings being, the Mannering Christians, Specific Christian, Institutional Christian, and finally the New Ages. Although conceptual controversies, we are living a period of transformations in the level of the identities, also religious. Among others things, the postmodernity modify the paradigms of construction of the individual identities to the step remove macrosystems of formation of values, felt and identities. It appears, in postmodernity, a universe of identifications. It fits to the individual to determine exactly for itself what he is true through the individual experience and for a system of identifications, and not for an imposition of the social tradition. Thus, we have the religiosity as the form of living the religion at postmodernity.
