Nas últimas décadas, o rápido avanço do setor aeroportuário nacional decorrente do crescimento econômico e populacionais expos os gargalos de infraestrutura e da malha aeroviária brasileira ficando os aeroportos limitados a polos habitacionais mais estruturados. O aumento do fluxo de passageiros transportados no setor aéreo neste período tem compelido o planejamento e construção no setor público para a ampliação dos terminais aeroportuários de passageiros denominados no meio aeronáutico como TPS. A observação do impacto e interação entre as decisões do projeto arquitetônico, quantidade e dinâmica das informações, normas e legislação nacional e internacional, que estão constantemente sendo atualizadas e desbalanceadas, geram fatores determinantes no processo projetual e construtivo. A motivação na elaboração desta tese é preencher uma lacuna quanto a escassez de estudos no Brasil que enfoquem especificamente o processo de projeto arquitetônico nos TPS. Para realizar a pesquisa foi utilizado o método Design Science Research (DSR), visando auxiliar projetistas de arquitetura e coordenadores de projeto na gestão de projetos de terminais aeroportuários regionais de passageiros. O desenvolvimento da tese foi baseado na análise de terminais aeroportuários de passageiros domésticos e regionais brasileiros fruto da experiência do autor na área, na revisão bibliografia nacional e internacional deste tipo de edificação. Como resultado foi criado um termo de referência estruturado, para o planejamento do processo de projeto arquitetônico contemplando elementos para gestão de requisitos de programa, do fluxo de projeto, da coordenação e da compatibilização do projeto arquitetônico com os demais projetos específicos, legislações, normas, agentes, instituições, concessões e órgãos públicos fornecendo diretrizes básicas para o processo de projetos de TPS. / In the last decades, the rapid advancement of the national airport sector, due to the economic and population growth, exposed the infrastructure and the Brazilian air transportation route, making the airports limited to the housing poles with better structure. The increase in the transported passenger flow on the airline sector, in this moment, has compelled the planning and construction of the public sector for the expansion of the airport passenger terminals, named in the aeronautical environment as TPS. The observation of the impact and the interaction between the decisions of the architectural design, amount and dynamic of the informations, national and international rules and legislation, which are continually being updated and unbalanced, create determining factors in the design and constructive process. The motivation on the elaboration of this thesis is to fill the gap, regarding the scarcity of studies in Brazil which aim specifically the process of architectural design on the TPS. To make the research the Design Science Research (DSR) method was used, aiming to help architecture designers and design coordinators on the project management of regional airport passenger terminals. The thesis development has been based on the analysis of domestic and Brazilian regional airport passenger terminals, which is a result of the author expertise on the area, on the national and international literature review of this sort of building. A structured terms of reference was created as a result, for the planning of the process of architectural design contemplating elements for the management of program requirements, design flow, coordination and compatibility of the architectural design with the other specific designs, legislation, rules, agents, institutions, concessions, and public agencies, providing basic guidelines for the process of TPS design.

A necessidade de um instrumento de transporte aéreo mais eficiente e seguro aliado ao Porto de Santos, capaz de promover a expansão e o desenvolvimento equilibrado da capital, do interior, do litoral sul e do norte do estado de São Paulo, através do incremento das conexões com a Região Metropolitana da Baixada Santista, funcionando como receptor e transmissor de energia, fluxos sociais, urbanos e econômicos na esfera macro metropolitana da capital, foi o motivo pelo especial interesse em desenvolver essa pesquisa. Nesse contexto a Base Aérea de Santos apresenta um potencial \"sui generis\" de criação de um complexo intermodal de cargas e de passageiros com a fusão única de ar, água, transportes ferroviário e rodoviário, na América Latina. In this context, the Santos Air Base presents a potential sui generis creation of an intermodal complex of cargo and passenger with a unique fusion of air, water, rail and road transport in Latin America. Framtid eller kraschlandning? : En kvalitativ studie av flygledning på distansOlsson, Sofia January 2018 (has links)
Air traffic control and how it is organized is about to change. In Sweden, the Air Traffic Navigation Services (Luftfartsverket) together with SAAB have developed an alternative to traditional air traffic control; Remote Tower Services (RTS). RTS means that a digital tower with multiple cameras is placed at the airport instead of a traditional air traffic control tower. The air traffic controllers control the traffic via a Remote Tower Center (RTC), often situated several miles from the airport. 2015, as the first country in the world, the Air Traffic Navigation Services together with SAAB launched RTS in Sweden at Örnsköldsviks airport which operates from a RTC in Sundsvall. In the forthcoming years RTS is about to be implemented at four Swedish airports. Using Everett Rogers theory of diffusion and theories of public-private partnership this paper examines RTS as an innovation. The study is based on qualitative interviews with representatives from the Air Traffic Navigation Services, Swedavia and Swedish Pilot Association.The study shows that RTS as an innovation can be seen as a consequence of the deregulation of the air traffic control market in 2010 whereas digitalization is another contributing factor. The study also shows that the implementation of RTS can be seen as unilateral. There have been deliberative elements with municipalities and other actors but some of these elements have been symbolic.

and private airports, and all the activities that Federal Law 7.565/1986, the normative
acts of ANAC and the concessions contracts of the airports, allow them to coexist in
these areas. To do so, we first look at the concept of public areas, as well as its modality
of use by individuals. Once this is done, we’ll turn our attention to private and public
airports, as well as the kind of activities that the law allows to be performed in these
areas, in order to verify the private or public nature of each one. Finally, under these
premises, we identify the legal regime of the assets of privet airports, as well as those
located at public airports, but ceded to private individual for their exploration / Pretende-se, por meio deste estudo, investigar o regime jurídico dos bens afetos aos
aeródromos públicos e privados, bem como todas as inúmeras espécies de atividades que
a Lei federal 7.565/1986, os atos normativos da ANAC e os contratos de concessões dos
aeroportos, permitem que coexistam nessas áreas. Para tanto, primeiramente nos
debruçamos sobre o conceito de bem público, bem como as suas modalidade de
utilização pelos particulares. Feito isso, voltamos as nossas atenções aos aeródromos
privados e públicos, bem como às espécies de atividades que a legislação de vigência
permite que sejam desempenhadas nessas áreas para, com isso, verificar a natureza

Previous issue date: 2018-06-25 / Analyze means of transport is fundamental for the understanding of the formation of
large urban centers and economic development, whether local, regional or national
level. Based on this premise, this study sought to point out the economic potential
and the challenges encountered in the new air terminal in Goiânia, Goiás state,
opened in the year 2016. In addition, addressed the relationship between logistics
and the means of transport, particularly air transport, the importance of airport
infrastructure efficiently to the dynamics of the market, as well as the relationship
between the airport of Goiânia and regional development. It was verified that: even
with the inauguration of the new terminal, there was no significant increase in the
volume of cargo transported; the base of the economy in Goiás depends
fundamentally on the road and rail modes, with the exception of pharmaceutical and
automotive industries, which use the air service; and the proximity to Brasília hinders
investment and development in the sector, as it is not economically viable to two
poles nearby. / Analisar meios de transporte é fundamental para a compreensão acerca da
formação dos grandes centros urbanos e o desenvolvimento econômico local,
regional e nacional. Com base nessa premissa, o presente estudo buscou apontar
as potencialidades econômicas e os desafios encontrados no novo terminal aéreo de
Goiânia, estado de Goiás, inaugurado no ano de 2016. Diante disso, abordou-se a
relação entre a logística e os meios de transporte, em especial o aéreo, a
importância de uma infraestrutura aeroportuária eficiente para a dinâmica de
mercado, bem como a relação entre o aeroporto de Goiânia e o desenvolvimento
regional. Constatou-se que: mesmo com a inauguração do novo terminal, não houve
aumento significativo no volume de cargas transportadas; a base da economia em
Goiás depende fundamentalmente dos modais rodoviário e ferroviário, com exceção
das indústrias farmacêutica e automobilística, que utilizam o serviço aéreo; e a
proximidade com Brasília dificulta investimentos e desenvolvimento no setor, visto
não ser economicamente viável dois polos próximos

Efeitos da poluição atmosférica na área do Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo - Guarulhos sobre ensaio de bioindicadores vegetais / Effects of the air pollution in the São Paulo International Airport - Guarulhos area on a vegetable bioindicators assayRocco Junior, José 16 March 2009 (has links)
O presente estudo justifica-se pelo crescente aumento da economia e conseqüentemente dos diferentes tipos de transportes para viabilizar esta economia, a exemplo do transporte aéreo que vem crescendo significativamente. Este estudo objetivou verificar um possível efeito mutagênico causado pelo combustível de aeronaves em bioindicadores vegetais As áreas selecionadas para esta pesquisa foram o Aeroporto Internacional de São Paulo (pontos: torre, pátio, pista L e pista R), um bairro adjacente que é rota de aeronaves e o Parque Estadual da Cantareira que dista 16km do aeroporto. O aeroporto situa-se a 749m de altitude com ventos médios de 129 graus e velocidade média de cinco nós, temperatura média de 19 graus centígrados e umidade relativa do ar média de 80 por cento. Um bioindicador vegetal proposto foi a Tradescantia pallida, com 15 floreiras em cada ponto mencionado, analisando o potencial mutagênico através dos números de micronúcleos (Trad-MCN) e metais pesados impregnados nas folhas da planta, sendo coletadas as inflorescências e folhas mensalmente durante um ano e meio. Para caracterizar a área de estudo foi analisado o material particulado presente nos diversos pontos, utilizou-se amostradores mini-vol, com exposição por 24 horas em sete coletas durante um ano. Para verificar os compostos orgânicos voláteis (COVs), foram feitas três coletas através de canisters. As maiores concentrações de gases provenientes da queima do querosene foram encontradas nos pontos: pátio, pista L e bairro. Os resultados indicaram uma correlação positiva (p=0,034) entre COVs e MCN, no local de maior concentração (pátio, indicando que os compostos orgânicos voláteis provenientes de combustível de aeronaves (QAV) apresentaram componentes capazes de causar mutagenicidade em nosso estudo. / The worthiness of this study lies on the fact that, within the scenario of the multiplication of various kinds of transportation means resulting from the economical development, the growing use of air transportation means has been quite significant. The aim of this study was to verify a mutagenic potential effects caused by aircraft fuel on a vegetable indicator. The locations selected to carry out this research are the São Paulo International Airport Guarulhos (points: tower, apron, runway L and runway R), an adjoining district which lies within the route of the aircrafts, and Parque Estadual da Cantareira (a public park), 16 km away from the airport and apparently not impacted by the aircraft traffic (reference point). The airport lies at an altitude of 749 meters, with average winds of 129 degrees and average speed of five knots, average temperature of 19 degrees centigrade and air relative humidity of 80 per cent. The vegetal bioindicator propos, the Tradescantia pallida, with 15 flowerbeds placed in each of the locations mentioned above, which were used for the observation of the mutagenic potential through the analysis of the amounts of micronuclei (Trad-MCN) and heavy metals accumulated on the leaves. The inflorescences and leaves were collected on monthly basis within a period of eighteen months. For to characterize the study area was analyzed the particulate material in the various locations, using mini-vol sample collectors, with 24 hour exposure through a one year period. For the analysis of the volatile organic compounds (VOCs), three collections were made with the use of canisters. The greatest concentrations of gases resulting from the burning of kerosene were found on the locations: apron, runway L and district. The result showed a positive correlation (p=0,034) between the VOCs and micronuclei in the location with greatest concentration (apron) indicating that the organic compounds from aircraft fuel (AVK) have mutagenic able components.

The economic evaluation of a new airport investment requires the use of estimated future air
passenger demand.Today it is well known that air passenger demand is basicly dependent on
various socioeconomic factors of the country and the region where the planned airport would
serve. This study is focused on estimating the future air passenger demand for planned
airports in Turkey where the historical air passsenger data is not available.For these
purposses, neural networks and multi-linear regression were used to develop forecasting
models.
As independent variables,twelve socioeconomic parameters are found to be significant and
used in models. The available data for the selected indicators are statistically analysed and it
is observed that most of the data is highly volatile, heteroscedastic and show no definite
patterns. In order to develop more reliable models, various methods like data transformation,
outlier elimination and categorization are applied to the data.Only seven of total twelve
indicators are used as the most significant in the regression model whereas in neural network
approach the best model is achieved when all the twelve indicators are included. Both
models can be used to predict air passenger demand for any future year for Or-Gi and Zafer
Airports and future air passenger demand for similar airports.
Regression and neural models are tested by using various statistical test methods and it is
found that neural network model is superior to regression model for the data used in this
study.

Stochastic programming approaches to air traffic flow management under the uncertainty of weatherChang, Yu-Heng 26 October 2010 (has links)
As air traffic congestion grows, air traffic flow management (ATFM) is becoming a great concern. ATFM deals with air traffic and the efficient utilization of the airport and airspace. Air traffic efficiency is heavily influenced by unanticipated factors, or uncertainties, which can come from several sources such as mechanical breakdown; however, weather is the main unavoidable cause of uncertainty. Because weather is unpredictable, it poses a critical challenge for ATFM in current airport and airspace operations. Convective weather results in congestion at airports as well as in airspace sectors. During times of congestion, the decision as how and when to send aircraft toward an airspace sector in the presence of weather is difficult. To approach this problem, we first propose a two-stage stochastic integer program by emphasizing a given single sector. By considering ground delay, cancellation, and cruise speed for each flight on the ground in the first stage, as well as air holding and diversion recourse actions for each flight in the air in the second stage, our model determines how aircraft are sent toward a sector under the uncertainty of weather. However, due to the large number of weather scenarios, the model is intractable in practice. To overcome the intractability, we suggest a rolling horizon method to solve the problem to near optimal. Lagrangian relaxation and subgradient method are used to justify the rolling horizon method. Since the rolling horizon method can be solved in real time, we can apply it to actual aircraft schedules to reduce the costs incurred on the ground as well as in airspace. We then extend our two-stage model to a multistage stochastic program, which increases the number of possible weather realizations and results a more efficient schedule in terms of costs. The rolling horizon method as well as Lagrangian relaxation and subgradient method are applied to this multistage model. An overall comparison among the previously described methodologies are presented.
