O primeiro capítulo aborda a análise filogenética do subgênero, para a qual foi utilizado o programa TNT, versão 1.1. Dichotomius bicuspis foi o grupo externo terminal utilizado para o enraizamento das análises. Para a árvore gerada (min. length = 0) foram calculados os valores de índice de consistência (IC) e índice de retenção (IR), e, para verificar o apoio dos clados, uma análise de “Bremer”, e “Bootstrap” como indicador de conflito entre os caracteres foram realizados. O subgênero Malagoniella foi considerado monofilético, sustentado por duas sinapomorfias e consta, a partir dos resultados alcançados, de 11 espécies e subespécies. O segundo capítulo inclui a revisão do subgênero, incluindo as redescrições em Malagoniella (Malagoniella) e novo status taxonômico para este, assim, como para as espécies/subespécies. Além de dados de distribuição geográfica e descrição de um novo táxon, que até o momento, é endêmico para o território brasileiro. Ainda, foram incluídas chave de identificação e a designação de neótipo e novo status taxonômico para as subespécies de M. astyanax. / This study presents aims to review the subgenus Malagoniella (Malagoniella) and search a hypothesis about the monophyly of the group, as well as the phylogenetic relationships between yours species. The Chapter one explains about the phylogenetic analyze of subgenus, that was performed on TNT program version 1.1. Dichotomius bicuspis was the terminals outgroup used to rootedness the analyzes. The generated tree (min. length = 0), were calculated consistency index (CI) and retention index (RI). In order to verify the support of the clades, analysis of “Bremer”, and “Bootstrap”, as conflict indicator between characters were done. The subgenus Malagoniella was considered monophyletic, supported by two synapomorphies and included 11 species and subspecies from the results achieved. The Chapter two, includes a review the subgenus, including redescriptions of Malagoniella (Malagoniella) and new taxonomic status to species and subspecies. Furthermore, geographic distribution data and a description of new taxon. Until this moment, this taxon is endemic at Brazilian territory. Moreover, it was included a key to identification and neotype designation to M. astyanax.

The literature shows few methods of quantification of 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA) in pharmaceutical forms, being the methodology most used by CLAE (High Performance Liquid Chromatography), which makes the procedure expensive and even unviable in certain sectors. Thus, it is justified the research by fast, efficient and low-cost methods for the analysis of this drug. This dissertation aimed to use the spectrophotometry technique for the determination of 5-aminosalicylic acid in different pharmaceutical forms, based on the formation reaction of a colored complex formed between 5-ASA and Fe3+ ions, which is known as the Trinder. Chapter 1 of this dissertation describes the methodology developed, as well as the results of this research, together with the relevant discussions. Experimental design (ED) and response surface methodology (RSM) were carried out in order to reduce the number of experiments and achieve the best conditions for complex absorbance procedure. Three factors at two levels were studied: 5-ASA concentration (150 mg/L; 275 mg/L and 400 mg/L), FeCl3 concentration (100 mg/L; 200 mg/L and 300 mg/L) and volume ratio (1:2; 1:1 and 2:1) between the amounts of 5-ASA and FeCl3. The developed method showed satisfactory values for linearity, precision and accuracy. The different drug formulations containing 5-ASA presented values that were in agreement with those specifications in the package. This spectrophotometric methodology proved to be low-cost, simple and fast to determine 5-ASA in pharmaceutical formulations. / O desenvolvimento de novas metodologias analíticas é essencial para criar alternativas aos métodos descritos nas farmacopeias, seja para identificação ou quantificação de fármacos. A literatura mostra poucos métodos de quantificação do ácido 5-aminosalicílico (5-ASA) em formas farmacêuticas. É considerada a metodologia mais utilizada, feita por CLAE (Cromatografia Líquida de Alta Eficiência), o que torna caro o procedimento e até inviável em determinados setores. Dessa forma, justifica-se a pesquisa por métodos rápidos, eficientes e de baixo custo para análise desse fármaco. Assim, esta dissertação teve como objetivo utilizar a técnica de espectrofotometria para a determinação de ácido 5-aminosalicílico em diferentes formas farmacêuticas, baseando-se na reação de formação de um complexo colorido formado entre 5-ASA e íons Fe3+, a qual é conhecida como técnica de Trinder. No Capítulo 1 dessa dissertação está descrita a metodologia desenvolvida, bem como os resultados dessa pesquisa, juntamente com as discussões pertinentes. O delineamento experimental (DOE) e a metodologia de superfície de resposta (RSM) foram realizados com o objetivo de reduzir o número de experimentos e obter as melhores condições para os procedimentos de medidas de absorbância do complexo. Foram estudados três fatores em dois níveis: concentração de 5-ASA (150 mg/L; 275 mg/L e 400 mg/L), concentração de FeCl3 (100 mg/L; 200 mg/L e 300 mg/L) e proporção de volume (1:2; 1:1 e 2:1) entre as quantidades de 5-ASA e FeCl3. O método desenvolvido apresentou valores satisfatórios de linearidade, precisão e exatidão. As diferentes formulações de drogas contendo 5-ASA apresentaram valores concordantes com os das especificações contidas na embalagem. A metodologia espectrofotométrica aplicada foi de baixo custo, simples e rápida para a determinação de 5-ASA em formulações farmacêuticas.

The purpose of this research was to get an insight on what day and time that businesses get the most respondents on Twitter. The focus area is the social media Twitter and the way to use the 140 characters available. Efficiency and profitability are key factors for business firms so if they know when the prospective and existing customers are most receptive to a message you can obtain an advantage which may be important in the future. The factors comes down to time, specifically time and day. To reach a conclusion on this matter the scientific report at hand will use business analytics to analyze data from Twitter to reach this conclusion. The data used for this analyze is from five companies with a Swedish market and based on two months April 2015 and May 2015.

The goal of the thesis is the optimization of non-compliant processes and the design of effective workflow for centralization of processing vendor master data at PPG Industries. The idea of unique process leads to savings and also to standardization and thus fulfills legal requirements. In the first part the project deals with the identification of processes, defines central model and process maps used to draft a more efficient process. Proposing part uses the findings to the previous chapters and focuses on implementation to workflow using Six Sigma DMAIC methodology. Final output is the definition of efficient workflow and metrics demonstrating a clear benefit in using these procedures at PPG Industries.

The thesis is focused on the range of subsidiary processes with the aplication to the situation of the factual company from the small and middle enterprises segment. The objective of this thesis is to provide the basis for making decisions within the system and cost optimalisation of subsidiary processes in this company. In the theoretical part is explained the processionary management fundamental and processes definition regarding to their subjects, holders, aims, inputs and outputs. In terms of subjects is further clarified the principle of dividing main and subsidiary processes. Their specifics are defined and also the reasons for their separating. There is qualified the posibillity of subsidiary processes detaching and the possibility of their supporting by external providers. In the following part the thesis records conception of subsidiary processes complex resourcing by integrated supplier -- the conception of facility management. In the practically part are defined the processes in company Odenwald CZ s.r.o. They are individualized through the use of processes analyze and subsequently are proposed the ways of their optimalisation. The suggested ways are reviewed by means of benchmarking with solutions exercised by the other companies in the region.

The thesis is focused on the Customer Relationship Management in an insurance company. The goal is to provide complex view on the issue of customer relationship management in the insurance, then identify the specific knowledge of insurance industry and consequently use it for analysis and design of selected processes of CRM. For these processes is also needed to design relevant performance indicators. These goals can be reached by mapping those processes in insurance companies, which are supported by CRM, to the standard functionality of the CRM system. For gaps is necessary to consider changing the standard functionality or change the process. Design of the indicators is based on the Balanced Scorecard and method CRACK. The benefit of the work is application of knowledge in the field of customer relationship management in the insurance industry as well as design and analysis of selected processes of CRM with their measurements.

Outra vantagem é a obtenção de novas variedades de produtos que passam a apresentar sabor, aroma e outras características diferenciadas. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo a avaliação do papel da cultura de L. helveticus (LH-B02 / CHR-Hansen) na acidificação, proteólise, redução do amargor, determinação do perfil de aminoácidos das amostras de queijo Prato e possível liberação de peptídeos bioativos. No estudo os queijos foram fabricados com cultura CHN-22 (cultura mesofílica aromática / CHR-Hansen) com e sem adição da cultura adjunta L. helveticus (LH) de modo a verificar se a presença da cultura adjunta influencia na qualidade da maturação do queijo Prato e se esta cultura é possível produtora de peptídeo bioativo inibidores da Enzima Conversora de Angiotensina (ECA). Para obtenção dos queijos Prato foram realizados três processamentos em planta piloto, com dois tratamentos diferentes, com e sem adição da cultura adjunta de L. helveticus. Dentro do período de maturação, ou tempo de estocagem, dos queijos, foram realizadas as análises microbiológicas, físico-químicas, eletroforéticas, cromatográficas e análise sensorial. Os queijos elaborados apresentaram composição típica de queijo Prato e atenderam aos padrões microbiológicos exigidos para o consumo do produto. Em relação ao perfil eletroforético observou-se aumento no desdobramento da fração ?s1-caseína pela ação do coalho, com surgimento de uma banda de maior intensidade, correspondente à ?s1-I-caseína, mais evidente no queijo com a adição da cultura de L. helveticus. Essa cultura também intensificou a degradação da ?-caseína com aparecimento das bandas de ?3-, ?1- e ?2-, já visíveis com 10 dias de maturação. A amostra de queijo adicionado da cultura adjunta foi mais bem aceita sensorialmente do que a amostra controle (apenas adicionado de CHN-22) e queijo comercial diferindo estatisticamente (p?0,05) destes em alguns parâmetros, tais como aceitação global, aroma, sabor e intenção de compra. Os índices de extensão de proteólise (IEP) e profundidade da proteólise (IPP) dos queijos Prato com e sem adição de cultura adjunta, praticamente não diferiram entre si, embora em todos os casos tenham sido observados aumento dos índices ao longo do tempo de maturação. Através da análise de aminoácidos livres, as amostras de queijo adicionadas de L. helveticus apresentaram teores maiores de aminoácidos comparadas com as amostras sem adição desta cultura. Pelo teste estatístico apenas os aminoácidos histidina, cistina e triptofano não diferiram quantitativamente entre os tratamentos (p?0,05). Na eletroforese capilar (CE) foi encontrado apenas para a amostra adicionada da cultura adjunta aos 31 dias de maturação um pico com tempo de retenção na faixa de 9 a 12 minutos, indicando a possível presença dos tripeptídeos de interesse na amostra / Abstract: The use of adjunct cultures is a new alternative technology that have been studied by researchers from several countries in order to improve the overall quality of food products , especially dairy products such as cheese , fermented milk , yogurt and others. Another advantage is to obtain new varieties of products with new flavours and texture. This study aimed to evaluate the role of culture L. helveticus (LH-B02 / CHR- Hansen) acidification, proteolysis, reducing bitterness, determination of the amino acid profile of Prato cheese and possible release of bioactive peptides. In the present study the cheeses were manufactured with culture CHN-22 (mesophilic aromatic culture / CHR-Hansen) with and without adjunct culture of L. helveticus (LH) in order to verify if the presence of the adjunct culture influences the quality of the cheese ripening and if this culture can produce bioactive peptide that may couse the inhibition of Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE). To obtain the Prato cheese three processins in pilot plant were done, with two different treatments, with and without addition of adjunct culture of L. helveticus. Within the period of maturation, and storage time it was conducted microbiological, physicochemical, electrophoretic, chromatographic and sensory analysis. The cheeses produced presented composition typical of Prato cheese and attended the microbiological standards required for the consumption of the product. Regarding the electrophoretic profile it was observed an increase in a break on the fraction ?s1-casein by the action of rennet, with the appearance of a band of greater intensity, corresponding to ?s1-I-casein, most evident in the cheese with the addition of the culture of L. helveticus. This culture also intensified the degradation of ?-casein with the appearance of bands ?3, ?1 and ?2-casein, already visible at 10 days of ripening. The sample of the cheese added adjunct culture was more acceptable sensory than the control sample (just added CHN-22) and was statistically different (p?0.05) of commercial cheese in some of these parameters, such as overall aceptability, aroma, taste and purchase intent. The extension rates of proteolysis (IEP) and depth of proteolysis (IPP) of the Prato cheese with and without addition of adjunct culture were different. In all cases it was observed increased rates over time for maturation. By analyzing the free amino acid, samples of cheese added L. helveticus presented higher levels of amino acids compared with the samples without the addition of this culture. By the statistical test only the amino acid histidine, cysteine and tryptophan did not differ between treatments (p?0.05). In capillary electrophoresis (CE) a peak with retention time in the range of 9 to 12 minutes, indicating the possible presence of tripeptides of interest was found in the sample added by the adjunct culture after 31 days of ripening / Mestrado / Nutrição / Mestra em Ciências da Nutrição e do Esporte e Metabolismo

This master’s thesis can be used as the guidebook for Wi-Fi networks provider in non-licensed zones 2,4GHz and 5GHz. It is good tool to understand wireless technology area and its protection. Reader can follow network design and avoid mistakes that are mentioned in work. This text shouldn’t be a tool or a guide for possible attackers, but an impulse for small providers who provide their networks in unsecured form. In the opening chapter of my work, matters of Wi-Fi networks are thoroughly analyzed. As they are able to get internet connection in a lot of inaccessible places, they are considered to be crucial for the present times. The basic procedure describing Wi-Fi planning is written in thesis and also its legislative that has to be strictly observed. The big disadvantage is riskiness of the wireless connection that allows attackers to attack network in many ways. For mentioned reason it is very important to take utmost account of Wi-Fi network’s security and attack resistance. Unfortunately a lot of networks are either secured partially or unsecured at all. These types of networks are frequently attacked in order to get “free” Internet access or because of competitors fight. In the text below we can find possible Wi-Fi attack forms using by attackers to get Internet access or destroy network hardware what can cause big financial loss to providers. I described design and realization of little-town network using safety tools implementation based on my experience. For that purpose I implemented benchmark tests in graphics as well as practical format.
