In this context, the objective of this paper was to develop a software that implements the mathematical model of coffee crops prediction based on phenological indices of production established and tested by Reinato (2012) and Miranda et al. (2014). For this purpose it developed a mobile application for the Android platform that has as main features: 1) registration of farms and plots, with the possibility of calculating the area of plots through the GPS device; 2) productivity prediction calculation: implementing a mathematical model, which is composed by calculating the value of production phenological indices followed by a linear regression that converts the indice into sacks per hectare, generating also the prediction confidence interval and 3) reports consultation of previously made predictions. The application was developed and tested in the farming, and the results obtained by the application are consistent with those obtained by Reinato (2012) and Miranda et al. (2014). / A previsão de safras é uma atividade estratégica para o agronegócio, pois possibilita a tomada de decisão relativa a vários pontos da cadeia produtiva. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste trabalho foi desenvolver um software que implementasse o modelo matemático de previsão de safras de café baseado em índices fenológicos de produção definido e testado por Reinato (2012) e Miranda et al. (2014). Para esse fim, foi desenvolvido um aplicativo (software) para dispositivos móveis (celulares e tablets) para a plataforma Android que possui como principais funcionalidades: 1) cadastro de lavouras e talhões, com a possibilidade de cálculo da área dos talhões através do GPS do dispositivo para a previsão de produtividade total; 2) Cálculo da previsão de produtividade: implementação do modelo matemático proposto, cujo resultado é o índice fenológico de produção do talhão. Nesse índice é aplicada uma regressão linear que converte o valor dado em sacas por hectare. Além da previsão gerada pelo modelo matemático, foi acrescentado o cálculo do intervalo de confiança, resultando não apenas em uma previsão única, mas em um intervalo de estimativas prováveis; e 3) Consulta de relatórios das previsões efetuadas. O aplicativo foi desenvolvido e testado em campo com dados reais, comprovando-se que os resultados obtidos são compatíveis com os obtidos por Reinato (2012) e Miranda et al. (2014).

Torito es una aplicación que busca combatir la constante informalidad en los servicios de transporte en Lima al invitar a los conductores, que buscan generar ingresos adicionales, a un trabajo formal; y a usuarios, que requieran movilizarse en cortas distancias, a un servicio de transporte seguro y confiable Torito cobrará a los conductores suscritos una comisión del 20%, la cual se efectuará del precio total del servicio de traslado. En una primera etapa, Torito estará disponible en San Juan de Miraflores, con un plan de expansión para los próximos 5 años, que abarca los distritos de Lima Sur y Lima Este. Este servicio es totalmente posible, ya que está alineado a las necesidades de los clientes que usan diariamente el servicio de mototaxi para acercarlos a los paraderos, centros de trabajo y a otros destinos. Finalmente, en el análisis financiero, se demostró que Torito es un negocio viable y rentable, debido a que la Tasa Interna de Retorno es de 24.21%, que significa que Torito generará valor a sus inversionistas. Una de las características que define al mundo en este momento es la movilidad e inmediatez. La aparición disruptiva del Covid-19 no sólo nos forzó a cambiar hábitos de conducta para evitar la propagación del virus; sino también aceleró la transformación digital. Hoy como parte de esta transformación la tecnología se ha convertido en vital e imprescindible para el día a día, desde la forma en como nos comunicamos, como trabajamos, como nos mantenemos informados, y obviamente como cuidamos de nuestra salud y la de los nuestros. El Perú no fue ajeno a esta revolución digital, muchas empresas tuvieron que migrar sus servicios al online para subsistir, y bajo aplicativos y/o páginas web transformaron al usuario tradicional en digital. En una economía compartida o colaborativa donde el acceder a servicios o búsquedas se realiza gracias a las tecnologías móviles conectadas a Internet. En el presente trabajo, se ejecutó un plan de negocios sobre una aplicación móvil para realizar consultas psicológicas de forma virtual, creado por cinco estudiantes de la facultad de Negocios de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC). El proyecto se desarrolló en base al aumento de afecciones psicológicas vistas durante el periodo del 2020 -2021 a causa de la pandemia del Covid-19 que ha afectado a la población peruana de forma relevante, llegando así a generar cambios significativos en el desarrollo de su día a día, cambio que se ve reforzado por la falta de herramientas para acceder a una consulta psicológica siguiendo las reglas de prevención contra esta enfermedad. Al analizar este sector podemos ver que existe un alto potencial de crecimiento debido a la tendencia de uso de teleconsultas en el sector salud, en especial, consultas psicológicas. Luego de evaluar las necesidades y requerimientos de nuestro público objetivo, desarrollamos una aplicación móvil que sirve como nexo entre el psicólogo y el paciente, que permite obtener una comunicación más fluida y accesible al brindar una plataforma exclusiva para realizar psicoterapia. Al finalizar nuestro proyecto de ventas, se analizaron los diferentes planes presupuestales del área de RR.HH., de operaciones, marketing y ventas para tener una proyección, en términos monetarios, de lo que necesitamos para llevar a cabo nuestra idea de negocio. Con ello, seremos capaces de saber si es aceptable invertir en él o en todo caso, aprender y crear nuevas ideas de negocio. / In the present work, a business plan was executed on a mobile application to carry out psychological consultations in a virtual way, created by five students from the Business School of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC). The project was developed based on the increase in psychological conditions seen during the 2020 -2021 period due to the Covid-19 pandemic that has affected the Peruvian population in a relevant way, thus generating significant changes in the development of their day by day, change that is reinforced by the lack of tools to access a psychological consultation following the parameters of prevention against this disease. When analyzing this sector, we can see that there is a high growth potential due to the trend of teleconsultations in the health sector, especially psychological consultations. After evaluating the needs and requirements of our target audience, we developed a mobile application that serves as a link between the psychologist and the patient, which allows for more fluid and accessible communication by providing an exclusive platform for psychotherapy. At the end of our sales project, the different budget plans of the HR, operations, marketing, and sales areas were analyzed to have a projection, in monetary terms, of what we need to carry out our business idea. With this, we will be able to know if it is acceptable to invest in it or in any case, learn and create new business ideas. / Trabajo de investigación

Generating C code from MATLAB can be a powerful tool for a wide range of engineering problems. Especially in cases where MATLAB excels, including matrix operations and some of the built-in functions, code conversion may represent a significant assistance in their development. The aim of this master's thesis is to explore the possibilities of generating C code using MATLAB Coder App. As the documentation for MATLAB Coder was not found sufficient a theoretical basis for the use of this tool was introduced along with simple examples of possible applications. Next, code generation for controlling a laboratory DC motor using a microcontroller dsPIC was made automatic and controlled directly from a single MATLAB script. Individual steps were described to supplement existing documentation and to allow for an easy use. Finally, selected functions were tested for code generation. As a result, certain limitations can be outlined, as well as suitability of both the created tool and the MATLAB Coder App.

Mobilní aplikace s predikcemi výsledků e-Sports utkání / Mobile App with Predictions of e-Sports Matches

E-Sports, also known as progaming (professional gaming) has grown a lot in the last few years. Professional gamers are regularly attending tournaments watched by hundreds of thousands of fans and with prize pools of millions of dollars. There are many video broadcasts of those events and recently betting on e-Sports has also become available. The main goal of this thesis was to create a mobile app for OS Android, which aims to utilize this growth and create a service of providing predictions of results of the e-Sports matches, similar to that existing in regular sports. The application in its current form receives the predictions via Google Cloud Messaging service and shows an Android notification on their arrival. The predictions are then stored on the device into SQLite database so they are available for further view and filtering. After the matches are finished, their results are shown in comparison to the predictions and balance of the predictions is calculated. Users can display information about their subscriptions and predictions under that subscriptions. The app was created in Android Studio IDE with appearance based on the material design guidelines. The app was tested on several devices of different brand and Android version, then it was placed on Google Play for open beta testing. In the future the app will be offered to the users of the service of providing predictions of results of the e-Sports matches.

Utefter detta och vår samtids ökade fokus på miljön och återvinning valdes målet med detta projekt, en progressiv webbapplikation som använder sig av bildigenkänning med hjälp av maskininlärning som ska underlätta för människor att sortera och återvinna sina hushållsavfall. Slutresultatet är en applikation som kan köras likvärdigt på de flesta enheter (mobil, pc, surfplattor etc.), oavsett vilken modell eller vilket operativsystem den har. Applikatio- nen används för att identifiera hushållsavfall genom en bildigenkänningstjänst. Denna rapport behandlar de teknologier som använts för att bygga applikationen och implementationsprocessen av den. Slutligen diskuterar vi resultatet av utvecklingen och några utvalda personer fick testa appen, svara på några frågor och säga vad de tyckte. / More and more people in Sweden have access to both the Internet and smartphones to a greater extent than ever before. There is an application for almost everything, such as training-, games- and news applications. Based on this and the increasing interest for the environment in general and recycling, the goal was set for this project. A progressive web application with the use of image recognition with the help of machine learning that will make it easier for people to sort and recycle their household trash. The final result is an application that can be run equally on most devices (mobile, PC, tablets, etc.), regardless of model or operating system. The application is used to identify household waste through an image recognition service. This report addresses the technologies used to build the application and implementation process of it. Finally we discuss the results of the development and some selected people got to test the app and answer some questions and voice their opinions.
