Orientador: Célia Maria David / Banca: Sheila Fernandes Pimenta e Oliveira / Banca: Eliana Bolorino Canteiro Martins / Resumo: Considerando a adesão ao programa de expansão e reestruturação das Universidades Federais brasileiras, aprovado em 2009, a qual foi relevante para o contexto do país, no que diz respeito ao aumento de vagas na universidade, o presente trabalho visa a conhecer os impactos do programa Reuni na formação profissional do assistente social, assim como na permanência do estudante nessas universidades. Para tanto, realiza-se um estudo bibliográfico a respeito das atuais políticas de educação superior, com apoio de autores como Minto, Cunha, Tonet e Mészáros. Do mesmo modo, foi realizado também um estudo bibliográfico sobre a formação profissional dos assistentes sociais, que teve como apoio os autores Martinelli, Castro e Paulo Netto. Em seguida, foi feito um estudo de campo por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com as assistentes sociais da Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), lotadas na pró-reitoria de assuntos estudantis e no departamento de Serviço Social. A partir dos estudos e entrevistas realizados, foi possível constatar que as mais recentes políticas de educação superior, com foco principal o Programa de Apoio à Planos de Reestruturação e Expansão das Universidades Federais (REUNI), muito contribuíram para expansão da universidade pública federal. Entretanto, fica nítido que o programa de reestruturação foi utilizado também para cumprir alguns interesses de ordem neoliberal, por isso alguns aspectos são enfrentados cotidianamente pelos entrevistado... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: Considering joining the program of expansion and restructuring of Federal Universities Brazil, approved in 2009, which was of great relevance to the country context with regard to the increase in vacancies at the university, this paper aims to know the impact of the program I gathered the training of social service, as well as the student's stay in these universities. Therefore, there will be a bibliographic study on the current higher education policies, supported by authors such as Minto, Cunha, Tonet and Mészáros. Similarly, it was also carried out a bibliographic study on the training of social service, which was to support the authors Martinelli, Castro and Paulo Netto. O período temporal da investigação compreendeu entre a abertura desses programas até o final do ano de 2017. Salienta-se que a partir da década de 1970, com a crise do capital, ocorreram metamorfoses no mundo do trabalho e o processo de reestruturação produtiva trouxe alterações nas relações sociais e nas de trabalho sintetizadas no mote da "flexibilização", exigindo um novo perfil de trabalhador, questões que incidem sobre Educação e Cultura. Nesse contexto, a partir da década de 1990, ocorreu uma expansão da política de Educação ampliando o acesso da classe trabalhadora, principalmente ao Ensino Superior. A política educacional foi influenciada pelo ideário neoliberal e pelas prerrogativas dos organismos multilaterais para os países de economia dependente e, para garantir a permanência dos estudantes, ocorreu a regulamentação da Assistência Estudantil. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This study aims to analyzed the particularities of the work of the social assistant in the effectuation of the policy of student assistance on the basis of the knowledge productions of the master's dissertations and doctoral theses of the public Programs of Post-Graduation in Social Work in the southeast region of Brazil. The time investigation comprises the period between these programs' opening and the end of the year 2017. Since the 1970s, due to the capital crisis, it has been emphasized that metamorphoses have occurred in the job world and the process of productive restructuring has brought changes into the work and social relations synthesized in the "flexibility" motto, which requires a new worker profile, questions that rely on Education and Culture. In this context, since the 1990s, there has been an expansion of the Education policy extending the working class access especially to higher education. The educational policy was influenced by the neoliberal ideology and by prerogatives of the multilateral organizations for the countries of dependent economy and, in order to assure students' permanence, the regulation of Student Assistance took place. In this sector, the insertion of Social Assistants in the education area is extended, particularly in Public Universities and technological Federal Institutes, which are the focus of this study. A investigação foi realizada por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, que, ao longo do processo, permitiu reflexões e a elaboração de conhecimentos acerca do objeto de estudo, possibilitando a análise e compreensão do trabalho docente em uma instituição de ensino superior da microrregião de São José do Rio Preto (ABEPSS - Sul II). O método utilizado foi o materialismo histórico baseado no conceito dialético de Marx, que permitiu a apreensão das contradições do movimento do real. Evidencia-se que o atual cenário é marcado pelas contradições inerentes ao processo de produção e reprodução do trabalho, uma vez que o trabalho na centralidade da vida humana é indissociável da sua existência, porém, com o sistema capitalista de produção, esse passa a ser fonte de exploração intensificada, sendo que a lógica da existência do modelo neoliberal capitalista é a que permeia as articulações da vida social. O presente estudo buscou refletir as transformações do mundo do trabalho na sociedade capitalista, como se configuram as relações sociais diante do posicionamento de exploração e alienação do trabalho, no qual essas se materializam dentro da educação superior. The research was carried out by means of bibliographical research and field, throughout the process, which allowed reflections and knowledge about the object of study, this allowed analysis and understanding of teaching work in a higher education in the micro area of São José do Rio Preto (ABEPSS - Sul II). The method used was the historical materialism based on Marx's dialectical concept, which allowed the seizure of contradictions of real movement. It is on evidence that the current scenario is marked by contradictions inherent to the process of production and reproduction of the work; since the work on the centrality of human life is inseparable from its existence. However, by production capitalist system, this becomes a source of intensified exploitation, and the logic on an existence of neoliberal capitalist model is what permeates the joints of social life. The current study reflected the transformations in the labour world in capitalist society, as if configure social relationships on the positioning of exploitation and alienation of labour, in which these take place within the higher education. Thus, the study showed a contradictory scenario to working class' interests, in which the social worker is a specialized worker entered in the social and technical division of labour. A Formação em Serviço Social deve possibilitar ao discente o conhecimento de um projeto profissional comprometido com a transformação societária no sentido de propiciar igualdade e emancipação social, a partir de um olhar crítico da realidade embasadas nas dimensões: teórico-metodológico, ético-político e técnico-operativo. Ressalta-se que a educação é um direito, promulgado em 1988 através da Constituição Federal, contudo, salienta-se a fragilidade da sociedade neste atual contexto onde a educação passa de direito a mercadoria, sendo ofertada, sobremaneira, pelas instituições privadas a partir do empresariamento da educação, vivencia-se, assim, um retrocesso com relação a garantia do direito à educação. A pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as diferentes manifestações e causas da violência na escola e quais as estratégias adotadas para lidar com esses acontecimentos. Identificando os diversos tipos e causas da violência do universo escolar, quais as estratégias adotadas para o enfrentamento dessa e finalmente apresentar algumas propostas que pudessem amenizar essa violência. No intento de compreender melhor o tema, primeiramente fizemos um extenso estudo bibliográfico, na busca do que é violência na escola e quais os tipos de violência mais presentes dentro do ambiente escolar. Entre os diversos tipos violência presentes, nos aprofundamos em alguns o bullying e a depredação escolar, que são os mais presentes na mídia e nos projetos de combate a violência. E a violência estrutural e violência simbólica, que passam despercebidas e são encaradas como verdades imutáveis, fatalidades corriqueiras. Trazemos uma pouco sobre a violência intrínseca na política educacional brasileira e suas práticas pedagógicas, como a aplicação de castigos que deixaram ser físico, mas o castigo moral, ainda é uma pratica comum e bem aceita pelos pais e profissionais da educação, que acreditam que a educação só se dá através da punição. E ainda uma violência invisível presente no sistema educacional, que proporcionou a expansão descolada de políticas de permanência e qualidade. Apresentamos como o Estado tem agido diante dessa violência crescente, principalmente o Estado de São Paulo, que lançou em 2009, o Sistema de Proteção Escolar, que tem como um dos objetivos diminuir os alôs índices de violência na escola. Por fim, apresentamos uma realidade do município de Franca/SP, as dificuldades de se tratar do tema, e os diferentes olhares... / This research deals with violence at school, a complex issue, with its many facets, and constantly present in human life, especially through the media fanfare. The research aimed to analyze the different manifestations and causes of school violence and the strategies adopted to deal with such events. Identifying the different types and causes of violence in the school environment, what strategies adopted to deal with this and finally present some proposals that could mitigate such violence. In an attempt to better understand the issue, first we made an extensive literature study, in search of what is violence in school and what types of longer present violence within the school environment. Among the various types present violence, we deepen on some bullying and school vandalism, which are the most present in the media and projects to combat violence. And the structural violence and symbolic violence that go unnoticed and are seen as immutable truths, fatalities trivial. We bring a little about the intrinsic violence in Brazilian educational policy and pedagogical practices, such as applying punishments they left to be physical, but moral punishment, is still a common practice and well accepted by parents and education professionals, who believe that education can only happen through punishment. And yet an invisible violence present in the educational system, which provided the funky expansion of permanence and quality policies. Present as the state has acted on this growing violence, especially the state of Sao Paulo, which launched in 2009, the School Protection System, which has as one of the goals hellos reduce the levels of violence in school. Apresenta como objetivo principal a compreensão do processo de inserção do Serviço Social na Política Educacional do município de Ribeirão Preto/SP, em atenção ao perfil de educador social e político do Assistente Social. Aborda em seu desenvolvimento a trajetória histórica da Educação e do Serviço Social na sociedade brasileira desde o início, identificando proximidades e distanciamentos entre as duas áreas na conjuntura econômica, política, social e cultural do país, em busca de evidenciar os desafios e possibilidades da atuação do Assistente Social no sistema educacional, em específico nas instituições de ensino públicas e privadas. Em resposta às descobertas e evidências da Pesquisa, realiza alguns apontamentos e/ou sugestões para a categoria profissional em prol de seu fortalecimento e legitimação na sociedade, bem como frente ao seu processo de regulamentação e inserção na Política Social de Educação. A pretensão é a de contribuir com o debate e a realização de ações estratégicas em torno da temática, que se apresenta como pauta contemporânea de discussões, embora evidencie conflitos e contradições de longa data / The dissertation is based on research of bibliographic nature and Field (quantitative and qualitative), in reference to the historical materialist dialectical method. It shows as the main objective the understanding of the process of integration of Social Work in Education Policy in Ribeirão Preto / SP, in response to the profile of social and politician educator of the Social Worker. It addresses in its development the historical trajectory of Education and Social Services in Brazilian society since the beginning, identifying proximities and distances between the two areas in a set of economic, political, social and cultural of the country, in search to highlight the challenges and possibilities of the Social Worker’s action in the educational system, specifically in institutions of public and private learning. In response to the findings and evidence of the research, it is made some notes and / or suggestions for the professional category in favor of its strengthening and legitimacy in the society, as well as front of its regulatory process and integration into the Social Policy of Education. The intention is to contribute to the debate and implementation of strategic actions around the theme that presents itself as a contemporary agenda of discussions, although evidences conflicts and contradictions of long standing
