The universe of the analysis are the Educational Foundations in Santa Catarina and their 3rd grade Teaching Units. Such Foundations, created by the State or City Government, made possible the interiorization and regionalization of the 3rd grade Teaching in Santa Catarina, and by the time this search was done, they gathered 2/3 of the whole student population of such a teaching level, there. The University is the norm and the isolated institutions are the exception under the Brazilian law for the Third Grade Teaching. Nevertheless, the exception has statistically a modal position. The university and the isolated institutions are separate realities and normally, found in different surroundings. No wonder, if both are different, refered one to another, their concept must be various also. The Isolated Institution is still searching for its institutional identity, its destination. In the search of the Isolated Institutions identity is considered the know-how Santa Catarina accumulated through its Educational Foundations. This study deals with those Institutions under three viewpoints: the aims of the Institutions, their structural organization and the ways they interact with the environment. The analysis of the aims has a triple dimension: the goals and functions of the 3rd Grade Teaching as refered to the law; the goals and functions of the Educational Foundations and their Teaching units, concerning to the various legal commands, and the results attained by such Institutions. As far as the analysis of the aimed purposes are concerned, as well as the results, three kinds of people are focused: the lnstitution’s teaching-administrative personnel, the students and the communities. Inferences are drawn between the aimed goals and the reached ones and the personal fulfillment of the teachers and administrators. Compared to what students and conununities alike expect from them in order to elevate the coherence between the aimed and the reached goals, and the discrepancy among the interested as far as the aims are concerned. An analysis is made aiming to output the lack of coherence between the formal structure and the administrative action of the Institutions. One believes that formal structures sophisticated beyond the needed complexity of the organization create 'formalities', here taken as discrepancy between the rule and the behavior. The 'formalities' justify the incoherence between the aimed and the attained, as far as goals are concerned. The data show that there are connections between the kind of structure (formal-concrete) and the union of aims and results. Siftings are made to explain the disruption of aiming among the partners concerning the interaction with the environment, here understood as the action of the Third Grade Teaching Institutions upon the social neighborhood and the performance of this one upon that one, as an 'exchange'. Here also is drawn an association between the Studied variables. The data here shown lead us to state that the Isolated Institutions of Third Grade Teaching are marching toward their own destiny. Alternative actions are proposed aiming to reach the Isolated Institutions' identity, besides the urge to deeper studies on this subject. / Este estudo centra-se na análise das Instituições Isoladas de Ensino Superior. O universo da análise são as Fundações Educacionais de Santa Catarina e suas unidades de ensino superior. Estas Fundações, instituídas pelos poderes públicos Estadual e Municipais, foram responsáveis pelo processo de interiorização e regionalização do ensino superior em Santa Catarina, detendo, à época da pesquisa, mais de 2/3 do alunado deste nível de ensino. A legislação sobre o ensino superior, vigente em nosso País, adota a Universidade como norma e o Estabelecimento Isolado como exceção. Mas a exceção, segundo a lei, estatisticamente, ocupa posição modal. A Universidade e o Estabelecimento Isolado são realidades distintas e, normalmente, situadas em ambientes diferentes. Se diferente é a realidade de ambas não se pode enquadrá-las no mesmo 'figurino' conceptual. O Estabelecimento Isolado de Ensino Superior deve buscar sua identidade institucional, sua vocação. Na busca da identidade dos Estabelecimentos Isolados de Ensino Superior, é analisada a experiência de Santa Catarina, através de suas Fundações Educacionais. A análise aborda essas instituições sob três aspectos: seus objetivos, sua estrutura organizacional e as formas de interação com o meio ambiente. A análise dos objetivos situa-se numa tríplice dimensão: os fins e funções do Ensino Superior, preconizados pela Lei, os fins e funções das Fundações Educacionais e suas unidades de ensino, expressos em seus documentos legais, e os resultados alcançados por estas instituições. Tanto na análise dos objetivos propostos, como dos resultados alcançados, são enfocados os três tipos de participantes: o pessoal docente admi-nistrativo das Instituições, os alunos e as comunidades a que servem. Estabelecem-se relações entre os objetivos propostos frente aos alcançados e as aspirações do pessoal docente-administrativo frente às dos alunos e comunidades, visando avaliar a coerência entre o proposto e o alcançado e a discrepância dos objetivos dos participantes. Para explicar a falta de coerência encontrada entre objetivos e resultados, são analisadas a estrutura formal e as práticas administrativas das instituições. Parte-se do pressuposto de que estruturas formais sofisticadas, além de complexidade da organização, geram 'formalismos', entendidos como a discrepância entre o prescrito e os comportamentos. Os ' formalismos' tendem a explicar a falta de coerência entre o proposto e o alcançado, no campo dos objetivos. Os dados mostram existir relação entre tipo de estrutura (formal-concreto) e coerência de objetivos com resultados. Para explicar as discrepâncias dos objetivos dos participantes, são analisadas as interações com o ambiente, entendidas como a atuação das IES sobre o meio e deste sobre aquelas, em termos de 'trocas'. Encontra-se, aqui, também, relação entre as variáveis analisadas. Os dados obtidos levam a conclusões no sentido da busca de vocação própria, da especificidade das Instituições Isoladas do Ensino Superior. São levantadas alternativas de ação, na busca da identidade das IES isoladas, propondo novos e mais aprofundados estudos sobre o assunto.

Este objetivo tem como referência alguns estudos e movimentos de educadores envolvidos historicamente com a Pedagogia e enfatizam a importância do papel do educador que, no âmbito da sua formação expressa, no limite, a totalidade do projeto social que o determina. Neste sentido nossas análises recorreram as amplas e complexas transformações que o mundo do trabalho vem sofrendo nesta atual fase do capitalismo, denominada de globalização neoliberal e, puderam, demonstrar que, ambos os projetos de formação, estão, cada qual, associados a uma determinada concepção sobre o desenvolvimento social. Sendo assim, e, ainda recorrendo a alguns aspectos internos que os compõem, através da organização curricular, a organização institucional e o perfil do profissional aí requerido verificamos como se tornou explícito o direcionamento das políticas educacionais, pelo menos no que se refere à formaçâo dos profissionais da educação, no atendimento das exigências atuais do capital, legitimando certas necessidades econômicas e políticas. A formação do profissional da educação no atual contexto de composição dos quadros profissionais no Brasil aparece, então, como necessidade histórica-ideológica à hegemonia do projeto social que visa se manter no contexto de dominação / Abstract: The objective of this research is to analyze the formation of the professional of Basic Education through the projects established both by the Instituto Superior de Educaqao (High Educational Institute) and by the Pedagogy Course. This objective is based upon some studies and movements of educators involved historically with Pedagogy and emphasizes the importance of the educator¿s role that, in the scope of his formation expresses, at utmost extent, the wholeness of the social project that determines his practice. In this sense our analysis evoked the wide and complex transformations the labor world is going through in the present stage of Capitalism, the so called ¿neoliberal globalization¿ and could demonstrate that both formation projects are related each one to a certain concept about social development. In this manner and calling forth some internal aspects they are both built up from, through curricular organization, the institutional organization and the profile of the demanded professional, we verify how explicit the guidance of educational policies has become, at least on what concerns the formation of education professionals, complying with current Capital requirements, making legitimate certain political and economic demands. Consequentemente, a formação no contexto escolar também está envolta pelos determinantes que compreendem a sexualidade enquanto elemento constitutivo do ser humano. Contudo, a temática da sexualidade e seus respectivos estudos, dentre eles gênero, diversidade sexual, sexo, educação sexual vêm se destacando com maior cientificidade e também maior intensidade no contexto educacional a partir do início do novo século. Compreender os entraves e o caráter de repressão da sexualidade foi alguns de nossos apontamentos, pois na atualidade alguns estudos e propostas governamentais sinalizam a viabilização da abordagem da sexualidade na escola. Este trabalho, de caráter bibliográfico, tem como objetivo elaborar o que se denomina Estado da Arte ou do Estado do Conhecimento em relação à temática sexualidade, educação sexual e gênero nas pesquisas apresentadas no Encontro Nacional de Didática e Prática de Ensino (ENDIPE) no período de 1996 a 2012, apresentando os indícios do congresso em 2014.Consideramos o evento significativo na área educacional, além de oferecer a possibilidade de sistematizar trabalhos sobre o tema abordado, e assim, elegermos três temas articuladores em nossa pesquisa, sexualidade, educação e formação docente, compreendendo a sexualidade enquanto constitutiva de suas temáticas, quais sejam gênero, homossexualidade, homofobia, violência, dentre outros. A partir dos critérios de seleção encontramos cento e cinquenta e dois trabalhos para leitura que posteriormente foram analisados através da Análise de Conteúdo Temática. Consequently, the building up in the educational context also is shrouded by determinants, which comprehend the sexuality as a constituent principle of the human being. However, the theme of sexuality and their particulars studies, including gender, sexual distinction, sex, sexual education are accentuating with more scientific theories and also more intensity in the educational context from the beginning of the new century. Understanding the barriers and repression's character of the sexuality was some of our notes, because at the present time some studies and governmental offers signal the feasibility of the sexuality approach in a school. This bibliographical study have like a purpose to make out what is called State of the Art and State of Knowledge in relation to the sexuality thematic and sexual education and gender in the researches presented at "Encontro Nacional de Didática e Prática de Ensino" (ENDIPE) in the period from 1996 to 2012, showing the vestiges in the Congress in 2014. We considered the significant event in the educational field, beyond offering the possibility of systemize surveys about the broached topic, and so will elect three articulators themes in our research, sexuality, education and teacher training, comprehending the sexuality whereas constitutive of its thematics, like gender, homosexuality, homophobia, violence, among others.
