Utiliza a Teoria da Atividade (LEONTIEV, 1978, 1983) como aporte teórico metodológico, a fim de compreender o fenômeno estudado. Descreve e interpreta os dados dos questionários e dos projetos de ensino dos professores por meio da técnica de Análise de Conteúdo (BARDIN, 2002) e com o uso do software Atlas Ti. Identifica nos questionários, a predominância das mídias eletrônicas (TV/Vídeo/DVD, computador) e impressa (livro didático, jornais, revistas) como recurso didático para motivar os alunos, dar dinamismo as aulas, facilitar a aprendizagem dos alunos e o relacionamento professor-aluno demonstrando o apego às mídias tradicionais. Após o início do curso, identifica, também, o uso das mídias para complementação do conteúdo e promoção do acesso às mídias. Nos projetos de ensino, por meio da descrição e análise das necessidades, dos motivos, das ações e das operações, percebe diversidade de ações e operações com o uso de diferentes mídias para promoção de debates, discussão, leitura de diferentes gêneros textuais, pesquisa, trabalho em grupo e socialização dos estudos realizados. Conclui a partir da análise das ações e operações executadas no projeto de ensino que houve integração de diferentes mídias nos projetos de ensino, no entanto, prevalece o uso das mídias como recurso tecnológico que promove e facilitador do ensino e da aprendizagem. No entanto, em relação à integração das mídias de modo critico e na perspectiva da produção e autoria, percebe que nos projetos de ensino analisados a proposta do Curso Mídias na Educação não se efetivou.

Children's thinking in formal contexts : accommodating chaos and complexity in cognitive intervention

This study is about the conditions that may serve as prerequisites for the development of self-regulated learning (SRL). In the context of educational psychology, SRL is not only about the formal aspects of managing one's learning, but also the motivational and affective processes that drive learning, as well as the social and political arena which provide the context for learning. In this study, I will propose that personal, social and political factors can combine in complex ways to produce a learning situation which cannot be addressed adequately without addressing its inherent complexity. I examine some current issues in cognition and cognitive intervention and begin by drawing attention to some problematic aspects concerning children's thinking from an educational and psychological point of view. I review the sociopolitical context in which the conceptualisation and implementation of outcomes based education (OBE) and Curriculum 2005 takes place in South Africa and I also discuss some issues pertaining to the study of cognition from a more psychological point of view. I also address issues of complexity by examining how the meaning of the word has changed in response to changing paradigms in science and psychology and suggest that complexity theory is a metaphor that best fits current knowledge about cognition and problem-solving. Since this study is about the accommodation of complexity in cognitive intervention, an important feature of this study concerns a specific characteristic of complex systems, namely chaos. Chaos allows self-organisation in a complex system and is also the main reason why change in a chaotic system is non-linear and unpredictable. It is generally believed that complex systems need to be studied in an unrestricted context if one is to observe those features that lend the system its chaotic character. In the context of the present study, complexity and chaos are hypothesised to be necessary prerequisites for the development of children as self-regulated learners because they form the mechanisms by which cognitive change becomes possible. The research was carried out in two phases. In Phase One of the research, classroom observations were made and the Mediational Behaviour Observation Scale (MBOS) was especially designed for this purpose. Phase Two of the research was carried out in an intervention context by means of a design experiment. Verbatim transcriptions were made of the interaction between the researcher and the learners in nine group sessions which formed part of the design experiment. To enhance the reliability and validity of the data, re-coding and intra-coding consistencies were calculated before the data were analysed. The re-coding consistencies ensured that the subsequent analysis of patterns would enable reliable conclusions to be drawn, whereas the intra-coding consistencies helped to refine the MBOS by indicating which categories may have been flawed, poorly described or impure. As such, the examination of the intra-code consistencies could perhaps be likened to factor analysis which resulted in some codes being merged and others being rejected. These data were used to construct a revised and shortened version of the MBOS. Some of the more important results of the data-analysis on the design experiment indicated that when complexity and chaos are encouraged in cognitive intervention, some of the mediator behaviours that are most likely to be observed are (i) guidance of the way in which learners execute tasks, (ii) attempts to engage learners in group discussions, (iii) modelling or requiring learners to explore tasks systematically, (iv) positive interactions such as acknowledging responses or praising learners, (v) modelling analytical thinking and (vi) probing of learners' responses. / Dissertation (PhD(Educational Psychology))--University of Pretoria, 2003. / Educational Psychology / unrestricted

Análisis del uso de los depósitos aduaneros en las empresas importadoras de vehículos livianos en Lima metropolitana

La presente tesis realiza el análisis y evaluación del uso de los depósitos aduaneros en las empresas importadoras de vehículos livianos en Lima Metropolitana mediante la aplicación de entrevistas a profundidad que evalúa la percepción de las principales empresas importadoras de vehículos livianos y los depósitos aduaneros con mayor participación en Lima Metropolitana. Estos resultados fueron empleados y codificados para mostrar la relación y diferencias de intereses en función a tres variables que permiten comprender el comportamiento en el tiempo, la capacidad de los depósitos aduaneros y la aplicación de las tarifas de los depósitos aduaneros. En el primer capítulo, exponemos el marco teórico, el cual se divide en Antecedentes, nacionales e internacionales, los cuales refieren a investigaciones científicas relacionadas al uso de depósitos aduaneros y el atractivo del comercio internacional del sector automotriz, y en bases teóricas, las cuales ayudan a comprender la evolución del comercio internacional del Perú en los últimos años y del sector automotriz hasta llegar a convertirse en un producto relevante en las importaciones del país. En ese sentido, aparece la figura de los depósitos aduaneros quienes cobran relevancia en esta investigación ya que representan a una importante herramienta comercial ya que permite almacenar vehículos en territorio nacional bajo custodia de aduanas sin tener que pagar derechos o tributos hasta su venta o nacionalización, lo cual, a su vez, contribuye al desarrollo del sector. En el segundo capítulo, se plantea la problemática, se determina el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos e Hipótesis que conducirán la investigación. En el capítulo 3, se expone las formas ejecutadas en el trabajo para comparar la percepción; así como la población y la muestra no probabilística a utilizar. Posterior a ello, en el cuarto capítulo, se codifican las respuestas recopiladas de las empresas encuestadas y se organizan en función a la relación encontrada por la herramienta atlas ti. Finalmente, se interpretan los resultados de cada pregunta, que está en función a cada objetivo específico, mediante el uso de gráficos y tablas y se presentan las conclusiones y se redacta las recomendaciones para ampliar el valor económico de la empresa. / This thesis performs the analysis and evaluation of the use of customs warehouses in light vehicle import companies in Metropolitan Lima through the application of in-depth interviews that assess the perception of the main light vehicle importers and the customs warehouses with greater participation in Metropolitan Lima. These results were used and coded to show the relationship and differences of interests according to three variables that allow understanding the behavior over time, the capacity of customs warehouses and the application of tariffs for customs warehouses. In the first chapter, we expose the theoretical framework, which is divided into Antecedents, national and international, which refer to scientific research related to the use of customs warehouses and the attraction of international trade in the automotive sector, and on theoretical bases, which help to understand the evolution of international trade in Peru in recent years and the automotive sector to become a relevant product in the country's imports. In this sense, the figure of customs warehouses appears, which become relevant in this investigation since they represent an important commercial tool since it allows to store vehicles in national territory under customs custody without having to pay duties or taxes until their sale or nationalization, which, in turn, contributes to the development of the sector. In the second chapter, the problem is posed, the general objective and the specific objectives and hypotheses that will guide the investigation are determined. In the third chapter, the methods used in the investigation to evaluate the perception are presented; as well as the population and the non-probabilistic sample to be used. After that, in the fourth chapter, the responses collected from the surveyed companies are coded and organized according to the relationship found by the atlas ti tool. Finally, the results of each question are interpreted, which is in function of each specific objective, through the use of graphs and tables and the conclusions are presented and recommendations are made to extend the economic value of the company. / Tesis

Sorgenfri industrial area - Urban development from a developer´s perspective with particular application to Norra Sorgenfri

Både under min tidigare utbildning, främst inom nationalekonomi vid Lunds universitet, men även senare i min yrkesutövning inom bygg- och fastighetsbranschen under en period av 15 år, har jag främst kommit i kontakt med problemställningar vilka i någon mån haft som syfte att utmynna i en slutsats med kvantitativ relevans. Då jag som del av programmet Urban utveckling och planering skulle skriva en uppsats på D-nivå, ett arbete som resulterade i förevarande rapport, valde jag därför en problemformulering och en metod som båda gav mig möjlighet att bredda min kompetens, snarare än fördjupa den.Denna studie strävar efter att utveckla en teori för stadsutveckling ur ett fastighetsföretagarperspektiv. Den specifika situation som arbetet fokuserar på är stadsdelen Norra Sorgenfri i Malmö. Teorin har genererats med användning av metoden grundad teori och datorprogrammet Atlas/ti.Läsaren finner förhoppningsvis att den teori som utvecklas har en allmän relevans för stadsutveckling och hur kommunens planarbete kan förändras. Den som är intresserad av just vitaliseringen av Norra Sorgenfri bör också kunna finna något av värde. Även den läsare som inte delar den tolkning som jag ger uttryck för genom teorin, kan troligen finna användning för den begreppsutveckling som är en del av teorin.Studien utgör mitt examensarbete på D-nivå inom programmet Urban utveckling och planering vid Malmö högskola och utgör en av fyra delar i ett projekt som behandlar Norra Sorgenfri. / This essay develops a theory for urban development from a developer´s perspective. The particular geographical area under study is Norra Sorgenfri – a rather run-down industrial area in the central part of the city of Malmö in southern Sweden.The theory generation begins with in-depth interviews, which are expanded upon through theoretical sampling of written documents such as annual reports, research reports and articles in the media. The empirical data is analyzed through the use of grounded theory and the computer software Atlas/ti.The theory generated focuses on three core areas required for a vitalization of the area; 1) the delegation of power from the municipality to the developers, businesses and individuals with an immediate interest in the area, 2) the three dimensional definition of real estate and 3) the need for significant infrastructure investment to enhance the value of the area.

This thesis deals with the transmission of information about hard drugs which were concealed by social system in the 70th and 80th of 20th century from perspectives of drug users. We focus on the problematics of informational sources and channels by means of the social system and the systems theory of Niklas Luhmann. We analyse, by using grounded theory, information environment which influenced the drug subculture. The data sources consist of 35 interviews with addicts who were actively taking hard drugs before 1989. The aim of this thesis is a comprehensive look at the functioning of the drug subculture, transmission of taboo information in society 70th and 80th of 20th century by the theory of social capital and social systems.
