Generating Synthetic Schematics with Generative Adversarial NetworksDaley Jr, John January 2020 (has links)
This study investigates synthetic schematic generation using conditional generative adversarial networks, specifically the Pix2Pix algorithm was implemented for the experimental phase of the study. With the increase in deep neural network’s capabilities and availability, there is a demand for verbose datasets. This in combination with increased privacy concerns, has led to synthetic data generation utilization. Analysis of synthetic images was completed using a survey. Blueprint images were generated and were successful in passing as genuine images with an accuracy of 40%. This study confirms the ability of generative neural networks ability to produce synthetic blueprint images.

From Plate to Palate: Elevating Customer Experience Management and Satisfaction : A case study of Swedish fine dining restaurantsSara, Benmakhlouf, Fajardo, Rodrigo January 2023 (has links)
Customer experience is a broad topic that can cover several different branches, fields and industries. Various researchers have done significant work into thetopic, yet it still has gaps of fragmentation and an overall understanding on howto manage it. This research focused on customer experience within the finedining industry with the purpose of identifying how fine dining restaurantstackle customer experience with the goal of creating satisfied customers. Inorder to answer the questions at hand, the research took the approach of a casestudy to better understand the Swedish customers at fine dining restaurantsdisregarding other countries or cultures. With the help of three main concepts, the Five Aspects of a Meal model, the service blueprints, and the fine diningclues and messages, the authors found out that several aspects such as tangibleand intangible factors such as food quality, atmosphere, and service quality, areat the core of creating a desirable customer experience. In terms of customersatisfaction, the guest feedback and other forms of criticism is critical for finedining restaurants due to the importance of listening to the customers which canresult in creating regular, or loyal, customers.

Projektová dokumentace při návrhu datových sítí / Project documentation for the design of data networksGajdošík, Ivo January 2011 (has links)
This Master’s thesis deals with project of blueprints for installation of data cabling in specific building following regulations. Theoretical part describes basic overview of used regulations and principles of data networks with focus on Ethernet and Wi-Fi standards. Separated chapters cover passive layer of data networks and computer-aided-design. Practical part contains implementational and architectural drawing of data network project in multipurpose building. According to these plans the project could be realized.

Lohn- und ProfitkurvenHelmedag, Fritz 10 December 2004 (has links)

The phenomenon of displacement in contemporary society and its manifestation in contemporary visual artWillemse, Emma Wilhelmina 11 1900 (has links)
As an alternative to existing research which states that the phenomenon of displacement resists theorisation because of its complex nature, this study conducts a Phenomenological examination of the nature of displacement in which the interlinked losses in the key concepts of the consciousness of the displaced, namely Memory, Land and home and Identity, are navigated. It is shown that the current consciousness of society mimics these losses with the effect of displacement being experienced as a state of mind by contemporary society. By comparing selected artworks of artists Rachel Whiteread and Cornelia Parker, it is established that although manifested in diverse ways, contemporary artworks reflect displacement according to a set of broadly defined visual signifiers. The visual documentation of a site of displacement in the North West Province of South Africa and subsequently produced artworks underline these findings and highlight the elusive attributes of loss inherent in the displacement phenomenon. / Art History, Visual Arts & Musicology / M.A. (Visual Arts)
