With this study, we investigated the phenomenon of wear to physical and psychic teacher s face as their workplace, which has been stressful, drawing attention to various problems caused to the teacher and the institution. The objectives of this study were to characterize and identify causes and problems caused by the stress leading to the SB. Dentro de uma abordagem de pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, foi realizado um estudo de caso. For the lifting of the data were used for Inventory Symptoms of Stress for Adults (ISSA) and a semi-structured questionnaire, used by 45 teachers from an IES in the town of Dracena, State of São Paulo. The data were analyzed, categorized and presented in order to determine the main sources of Burnout syndrome that focuses on teachers, but also the physical and psychological effects on teachers from this condition. For this study it can be said that the working environment of teachers, is causing wear to physical and psychic in high degree, caused by changes in the world capitalist who treat the school as a business, excessive charges and those fleeing the role of educator beyond difficulties in interpersonal relationships in their daily activities with students and administrators. All these factors are causing stress and consequently the Burnout Syndrome. It is also possible to say about necessity for an articulated work between the management team and faculty to prevent and reduce this syndrome in the university environment / O estresse ocupacional que se cronifica e leva o professor a adoecer e contrair a Síndrome de Burnout vem crescendo assustadoramente entre os professores universitários. No presente estudo, foi investigado o fenômeno do desgaste físico e psíquico na forma do professor enfrentar o ambiente de trabalho, o que tem sido estressante, chamando a atenção para diversos problemas causados ao professor e à instituição. Os objetivos deste estudo foram caracterizar e identificar causas e problemas provocados pelo estresse levando à SB. Dentro de uma abordagem de pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, foi realizado um estudo de caso. Para o levantamento dos dados foram utilizados o Inventário de Sintomas de Stress para Adultos (ISSL) e um questionário semi-estruturado, aplicados em 45 professores de uma IES na cidade de Dracena, Estado de São Paulo. Os dados foram analisados, categorizados e apresentados com a finalidade de determinar as principais fontes da Síndrome de Burnout que incidem em professores, como também os efeitos físicos e psíquicos nos professores decorrentes dessa patologia. Por esse estudo é possível afirmar que o ambiente de trabalho dos professores, vem provocando desgaste físico e psíquico em alto grau, causado pelas mudanças do mundo capitalista que constitui a escola como empresa, cobranças excessivas e aquelas que fogem do papel do educador além das dificuldades nas relações interpessoais em suas atividades diárias com alunos e gestores. Todos esses fatores vêm provocando o estresse e consequentemente a Síndrome de Burnout. Também é possível afirmar a necessidade de um trabalho articulado entre a equipe gestora e o corpo docente para prevenirem e reduzirem essa Síndrome no ambiente universitário.

(v AJ) Introduction to Issue: The examined issue of the thesis is the influence of burnout and its development on the sexuality of women in health care in emergency care. Since there are a few nurses working in hospital facilities, I think they are in great danger of burnout. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate this issue and discover possible solutions to avoid burnout. The objective of the thesis is to find out whether burnout syndrome and its development influence the sexuality of non-medical health workers. Methodology: The research was conducted by means of a quantitative method using the online questionnaire on the website Ošetřovatelství.info. The data were collected using two questionnaires, the first focused on burnout (the Czech version of the Shirom and Melamed scale) and the second, which investigated the sexual function of the respondents (KRATOCHVÍL, Stanislav. Treatment of Sexual Dysfunctions). All nurses and female paramedics working in intensive care were included in the research sample. The diploma thesis is focused on the matter of continuing education of social department workers in municipalities in former Česká Lípa district. Specifically, it looks at what the educational needs in this area, workers have. The theoretical part is focused on the terminology. Firstly, it devotes to the characteristic of the former Česká Lípa district from the perspective of social work performed by the workers of municipalities. It also discusses the continuing education of workers and training needs analysis. This part also describes the burnout syndrome that is related to a supervision which is also a part of this thesis. The practical part is focused on the social workers' needs of continuing education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out which of the skills and knowledge for workers are the most needed. In the research, there was used the methodology of quantitative analysis via halfstructured questionnaires and the following structured interviews in order to gain the necessary qualitative data. The partial goals are to find out if the willingness of workers to participate on continuing education has impact on the burnout syndrome, or how burnout syndrome is related to participation in the supervision.

La investigación que a continuación se presenta tiene por denominación “Síndrome de burnout en los trabajadores del colegio Juan Manuel Iturregui 2022- Ciudad Lambayeque”, asimismo en tipo de investigación es descriptiva, cuantitativa, no experimental; se pretende realizar dicha investigación a razón de la evidencia en el centro laboral de las malas relaciones que se presentan entre los trabajadores y que esto tiene una causa originándose el síndrome de burnout que adquiere los colaboradores, cuyo punto de verificación es la influencia entre ambas variables, asimismo. La metodología que se pretende realizar es a través de un cuestionario que se elaboró tomando en cuenta la variable en estudio para luego ser aplicado como encuesta a los colaboradores de la institución para conocer la situación real del problema, por otro lado para la realización de esta investigación se tendrá como apoyo el soporte administrativo de la institución como también la colaboración del Director del plantel. Llegando al resultado que el síndrome de burnout se encuentra en un nivel medio, debido a que el factor cansancio emocional o agotamiento es el que afecta más a los trabajadores. El objetivo del estudio descriptivo comparativo fue evaluar y comparar el grado de Síndrome de Burnout percibido por las enfermeras de Nefrolabt Chiclayo S.A.C, en función de diversos parámetros sociodemográficos como género, edad, estado civil y tipo de control. Se seleccionó una muestra de 32 enfermeras que laboran en la clínica mediante un método no probabilístico. Se realizó una encuesta para recoger datos sobre las características demográficas y administrar el Maslach Burnout Inventory. En cuanto a los niveles del síndrome de Burnout, se observó una notable distinción en relación con el sexo, aunque las otras tres características se evaluaron de forma similar en los distintos factores sociodemográficos. / The objective of the descriptive comparative study was to evaluate and compare the degree of Burnout Syndrome perceived by the nurses of Nefrolabt Chiclayo S.A.C., according to different sociodemographic parameters such as gender, age, marital status and type of control. A sample of 32 nurses working in the clinic was selected using a non-probabilistic method. A survey was conducted to collect data on demographic characteristics and to administer the Maslach Burnout Inventory. Regarding the levels of Burnout syndrome, a notable distinction was observed in relation to sex, although the other three characteristics were assessed similarly in the different sociodemographic factors.

Now probably the most common diagnostic tools are the MBI (Maslach Burnout Inventory) and its derivatives (eg. MBI-General Survey), but there are many other methods, such as developed by Israeli and European psychologists (BoTeLis, OLBI, CBI, MBS, etc.). The goal is to assemble a relatively complete overview of these diagnostic tools.In the empirical part, is to verify the psychometric properties of Czech version of the selected methods on a set of population, describe and analyze their characteristics.

The diploma thesis deals with the school burnout as a new phenomenon. The thesis gives an overview of associated field problems, different causes and factors important to its development. The first chapter of the work includes a brief description of a developmental period of adolescence, which is a critical stage to the development of school burnout. The thesis further speaks about the role of education in adolescence; in this context it mentions the role of classmates, school class and school, teachers and parents. The thesis also speaks in details about stressors in school environment and overall stress. A next part of the work is devoted to the basic concept of burnout syndrome from which school burnout is derived. It gives several definitions and different conceptions of burnout syndrome, describes causes, personal characteristics leading toward burnout and its course. The empirical part the diploma thesis displays a process of an adaptation of School Burnout Inventory, which was translated and extended. It introduces elementary psychometric characteristics of the new questionnaire. The Abstract This thesis deals with the problematic of burn out syndrom. In the theoretical part it deals with the prevention from the side of the employer and the support of the Ministry of Health. It compares psychosocial support provided by the divisions of Integrated rescue system. In addition it describes the actual situation in providing of the long term intensive care with the focus on the roots of origins of the burn out syndrom in those departments. In the practical parts were describes 4 Prague hospitals (ÚVN, FN Motol, RK Malvazinky, ETOILE CZ, a. s.) and their areas of prevention, through the qualitative methodology of data collection. Through the analysis quantitative metodology, it was found out, that majority of the respondents would appreciate creation of anonymous phone line within the frame of psychosocial support. The respondents also claim that it would be good, if the employers would be given by the law the obligation to provide the psychosocial support. From the research it appears, that the employers, eventhough they are aware of the risk of the burn out syndrom appearance in the departments of intensive care, they do not measure the appearance of this phenomen with the tools meant for it. Psychohygiena jako prevence syndromu vyhoření u poradenských pracovníků / Mental hygiene as a burnout prevention of counseling staff

The thesis deals with the issue of mental hygiene as a burnout prevention of counselling staff working in counselling for family, marriage and human relations. It is focused on psychologists and social workers. The first part deals with the issues related to the counselling and requirements for counselling staff, as well as the specifics and risks associated with the profession, and the clientele that comes to counselling. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the issues of burnout syndrome and mental hygiene related to the profession of counselling staff. The second part of the diploma thesis is processed in the form of empirical explorative research which aim was to map the issue of mental hygiene as a prevention of burnout syndrome among counselling staff, specifically psychologists and social workers working in the counselling for the family, marriage and human relations. It was found out that the counseling staff perceive as the most burdensome administrative and organizational components of their work and unmotivated or difficult clients. On the contrary they are most enriched with the diversity and variety of client stories, meeting with clients and feeling of their meaningfulness.
