A presente dissertação investiga as possíveis irrupções do feminismo na cena contemporânea, com a finalidade de identificar no espetáculo Hysteria, do Grupo XIX de Teatro, procedimentos e propostas que coincidam com os modelos de teatros feministas. Ainda que a obra em questão não se intitule como tal, existe na criação da peça uma intuição feminista por parte do grupo? O que uma peça necessita apresentar para ser considerada feminista? \"Feminista\" é uma categoria suficientemente consistente para ser aplicada à arte? Visando responder a tais questões, o trabalho pretende se aproximar da teoria crítica feminista, estudos de gênero e sexualidade, e teorias teatrais. A dissertação está dividia em três capítulos: o primeiro, com recorte histórico, contextualiza brevemente o movimento feminista e sua relação com a arte; o segundo relaciona o espetáculo com alguns procedimentos e teorias teatrais aderentes à obra; e por fim, o terceiro capítulo traz questões relacionadas à sexualidade e questões feministas para culminar com análise do espetáculo e suas relações com o feminismo. / The present dissertation investigates the possible eruptions of feminism in the contemporary scene, with the purpose of identifying in the spectacle \"Hysteria\", from Grupo XIX de Teatro, procedures and proposals that coincide with the models of feminist theaters. Although the work in question is not titled as such, is there a feminist intuition on the part of the group in the creation of the play? What does a play need to present to be considered feminist? \"Feminist\" is a sufficiently consistent category to be applied to art? Aiming to answer such questions, the paper approaches feminist critical theory, gender and sexuality studies, and theatrical theories. The dissertation is divided into three chapters: the first one counts with a historical cut - it contextualizes briefly the feminist movement and its relation with art; the second makes a relation with the play and some theatrical procedures and theories; and finally, the third chapter brings issues related to sexuality and feminist questions to culminate with analysis of the play and its relations with feminism.

Aproximando conceitos como Teatro Documental (Erwin Psicator), Biodrama (Vivi Tellas), autoficção (Serge Doubrovsky) e espetáculos contemporâneos previamente selecionados por suas proximidades discursivas, a pesquisa investiga práticas que tratama memória como agenciadora de criações teatrais. O interesse principal da investigação é refletir como esta memórias e torna uma possibilidade virtual para a problematização e potencialização do "real" na cena, criando mecanismos de composição espetaculares, que aqui se define como Biopoéticas Teatrais. Este processo mnemônico é problematizado neste trabalho tal qual catalisador da cena, inserindo-se em esferas de caráter pessoal, em atos de exposição, pela experiência do revelar-se a si e ao outro em cena. Assim, procura-se evidenciar uma cena que transite entre o individual e o coletivo, criando uma manutenção própria de organização. Busca-se ainda identificar aportes da prática desta construção que se utiliza de si para criação cênica, evidenciando o confronto entre autor e cena, real e ficcional. Para tanto, serão enfocadas as estratégias de criação de três espetáculos: Luís Antônio-Gabriela (direção de Nelson Baskerville), Natalício Cavalo (direção de Patrícia Fagundes) e Br-Trans (criação de Silvero Pereira), que nascem a partir da memória, de relatos, fotografias, vontades, fracassos, etc, para compreender e levantar potencialidades que possibilitem reflexões cênicas, práticas sobre a multiplicidade da vida posta no palco, potencializando produções singulares no teatro. / Approaching concepts such as Documentary Theatre (Erwin Psicator), Biodrama (ViviTellas), autofiction (Serge Doubrovsky) and contemporary shows previously selected by their proximity discursive, this research investigates practices that treat memory as a mediator theatrical creations. The main interest of this research is to understand how this memory becomes a virtual possibility for questioning and enhancement of "real" in the scene, creating spectacular composition mechanisms that here is defined as BioPoetic Theater. This mnemonic process is questioned in this work just like catalyst scene by entering into personal spheres, in acts of exposure, the experience prove to themselves and to each other on stage. So, we try to highlight a scene that transit between the individual and the collective, creating its own maintenance organization. It also seeks to identify practical contributions of this construction that uses itself to scenic creation, highlighting the confrontation between author and scene, real and fictional. Therefore, strategies for creating three shows will be analyzed: Luis Antonio - Gabriela (directed by Nelson Baskerville), Natalício Horse (directed by Patricia Fagundes) and Br -Trans (creating Silvero Pereira), born from memory, reports, photographs, wills, failures, etc., to understand and lift capabilities that enable scenic reflections, practices on the multiplicity of life put on stage, leveraging unique productions at the theater.

The thesis focuses on the method of property valuation of selected housing units located in the town of Mikulov. The first part provides an explanation of the basic concepts related to this matter, the differences between price and value, methods of property valuation and the characterization of the real estate market. In the second part, an actual valuation is performed and the selected housing units which were actually sold are described. The negotiated purchase price and the values determined by the method of direct comparison and administrative valuation are compared.

The thesis is focused on the development prices of rent in Czech Budweis and is divided into several parts. The first part is focused on the history of inhabitation and history of rents. The second part is devoted to explaining basic concepts that are important for my work. In the next section of the literary research, I pay attention to itself lease and the rent, where these concepts and facts related with them, described in more detail. In the practical part there is processed the information from questionnaire, information from Správa domů s.r.o. and still focus on apartments, that have been over the past few years, realized rent through estate agents. From the processed data are created synoptic charts and graphs, together with commentaries and evaluation.

The diploma thesis is focused on sales of agricultural equipment in the domestic market. It analyses the current situation and competition in the industry and possibilities of using funds from the EU funds and the state budget of the Czech government. Furthermore, the work processed by selected instruments for promoting agricultural machines and tools and assessment of participation in trade fairs at selected specialized commercial company. Part of this thesis is a brief survey respondent´s shopper of agricultural machinery.

The Diploma thesis named Trends of the Estate Prices in the Czech Republic is concerned with the analysis of the development of the real estate prices especially apartments and family houses. The main goal is to thoroughly analyse the evolution of property prices within 10 years (2004-2014). Other goals include the impact of selected macroeconomic indicators on real estate prices, the impact of the financial crisis and the view on the current situation in the real estate market. The most important terms and definitions related to actual real estate, ownership, Cadastre of Real Estate and real estate market are explained in the theoretical part. The practical part is divided into two sections. The first section includes a look at the development of the construction industry and housing construction , development of prices of residential property and the development of prices compared with GDP, inflation, unemployment, income population, demographic development and abroad. Development of housing prices is analysed by means of time series analysis and explained with expected development of the real estate prices. The main goal of second section is analysis of the questionnaire, which focuses on the actual inhabitant. The aim of the questionnaire is to obtain and comparison of indicators related to housing.

The subject of this thesis is the cost in selected sectors of an agricultural company called Prima a.s. for the year 2013 and determination of the process of creating transfer prices. The literature search characterizes the costs along with its breakdown. In connection with these the calculation system is characterized, along with methods of calculation. The work is also focused on calculation formulas. Specifically, it introduces a generic calculation formula and the calculation formula for crop and livestock production. These issues are related to the formation of the transfer pricing described in the literature search. The framework of selected livestock sector characterizes the problems of breeding cattle in the Czech Republic, its economy and its related method of monetizing milk. The production of milk and its effectiveness relates to the amount of fed silage corn. Silage corn is one of the main entrances in the search of feed described. The main part characterizes Prima a.s. as a company. It describes the basic business venture together with production factors. Further work to the plant and animal production enterprise. The crop production work includes a calculation of the cost of corn and consequently its manufacturing cost compared with the valuation for livestock production. Within the livestock production, the work deals with the characteristics of cattle. This part of my Dissertation work includes the main subject, the thesis and of milk production and its costs. Costing is compiled according to the methodology of the annual cattle in the country. Synoptic table is compiled with the main indicators of cost and these are then characterized in detail. Work in connection with this issue more deeply engages in the dissolution of indirect costs in this sector. Subsequently evaluated economics of milk production and cattle farming as a whole. Based on the set out analysis conclusions regarding the cost of milk production and the creation of transfer prices and recommendations are designed to minimize the costs for this sector in the agriculture company.

The thesis is focused on analysis of monthly shares values of a defense company called Lockheed Martin. Thesis shows possibilities for the analysis of financial and non-financial indicators of the company, which could help to identify potential problems. First I will do the analysis of financial indicators of the company, which will be followed by a descriptive analysis of the development of share prices for the period from 2010 to 2015, which will seek to analyze the possible events that could lead to the movement of share value. In conclusion the prognosis will be drawn from the data using statistical software SAS 9.4 for the following months of 2016.

The diploma thesis deals with the description of basic concepts of the grapevine history, characterization of wine and its species, classification of grapevine varieties, most varieties grown and with the most important wine growing regions. The emphasis is focused on different types of wine, evaluation of their quality, methods of storage, buying pattern and consumption. The practical part compares the major growing areas and major varieties grown in Austria and in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is concentrated on the wine production, consumer habits, wine consumption and current state of the market. The analysis of foreign trade with this commodity between the two countries was conducted by both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. Some attention is also paid to the existence of black market in the Czech Republic. Conclusion of the thesis analyses the two countries in terms of vineyard area, total wine production and consumption, share of domestic production in total consumption and it compares the most popular grapevine species and countrys specialization in exports and imports.
