A cena musical, mundialmente falando, a partir das d?cadas de 50 e 60, teve como um dos atores o jovem que foi mudando seu estilo, corpo de acordo com a moda influenciada pelos artistas nos filmes, nas revistas e nos programas de televis?o. Nesse sentido, este trabalho refere-se ao cen?rio em que Natal, no Rio Grande do Norte, foi influenciado atrav?s do rock, heavy metal e punk, construindo cenas que, de alguma maneira, uniram-se para a produ??o da m?sica. A juventude natalense, de alguma forma, teve a oportunidade de experienciar, nas d?cadas de 80 e 90, a m?sica pesada e criar para si espa?os de sociabilidade. A partir de um cen?rio pol?tico e econ?mico desfavor?vel ao crescimento, a cena heavy metal teve como ponto de encontro a loja de discos Whiplash onde jovens se aglomeravam para criar v?nculos e principalmente ouvir discos que eram tocados de dentro da loja. A partir dessa uni?o, formaram-se bandas e, com isso, puderam tocar em festivais e eventos na cidade com outros grupos de rock e punk. As informa??es que inicialmente circulam dentro das cenas chegavam por meio de fanzines. O fanzine foi o meio pelo qual se criou uma rede de amizades se espalhando pelo Brasil, em que a troca de informa??o e tamb?m de material fonogr?fico ajudava a minimizar o problema da crise financeira, al?m do fato de muitos destes jovens n?o terem trabalho para comprar seus bens de consumo. Estes fanzines funcionaram tamb?m para criar uma imprensa independente onde as bandas locais e eventos eram apresentados. / In Natal of the 80s, a musical scene was being created from the insertion of the young person in the spaces of the city like squares, disc stores, concerts, parks and etc. However, this music-related scenario underwent a process of transformation. The musical scene, worldwide speaking, from the 50s and 60s had as one of the actors the young man who was changing his style, body according to the fashion influenced by the artists in the movies, magazines, and television programs. In this sense, this work refers to the scenario in which Natal in Rio Grande do Norte was influenced through rock, heavy metal and punk, constructing scenes that somehow joined for the production of music. The natal youth somehow had the opportunity to experience heavy music in the 80's and 90's and create spaces for sociability. From a political and economic scenario unfavorable to growth, the heavy metal scene had as a meeting point the Whiplash record store where young people crowded together to create bonds and especially to listen to records that were played from inside the store. From this union, bands were formed and with that they could play in festivals and events in the city with other groups of rock and punk. The information that initially circulated within the scenes came through fanzines. The fanzine was the means by which a network of friendships was created spreading through Brazil where the exchange of information and also of phonographic material helped to minimize the problem of the financial crisis and the fact that many of these young people did not have work to buy their goods of consumption. These fanzines also worked to create an independent press where the local bands and events were presented.

Aproximando conceitos como Teatro Documental (Erwin Psicator), Biodrama (Vivi Tellas), autoficção (Serge Doubrovsky) e espetáculos contemporâneos previamente selecionados por suas proximidades discursivas, a pesquisa investiga práticas que tratama memória como agenciadora de criações teatrais. O interesse principal da investigação é refletir como esta memórias e torna uma possibilidade virtual para a problematização e potencialização do "real" na cena, criando mecanismos de composição espetaculares, que aqui se define como Biopoéticas Teatrais. Este processo mnemônico é problematizado neste trabalho tal qual catalisador da cena, inserindo-se em esferas de caráter pessoal, em atos de exposição, pela experiência do revelar-se a si e ao outro em cena. Assim, procura-se evidenciar uma cena que transite entre o individual e o coletivo, criando uma manutenção própria de organização. Busca-se ainda identificar aportes da prática desta construção que se utiliza de si para criação cênica, evidenciando o confronto entre autor e cena, real e ficcional. Para tanto, serão enfocadas as estratégias de criação de três espetáculos: Luís Antônio-Gabriela (direção de Nelson Baskerville), Natalício Cavalo (direção de Patrícia Fagundes) e Br-Trans (criação de Silvero Pereira), que nascem a partir da memória, de relatos, fotografias, vontades, fracassos, etc, para compreender e levantar potencialidades que possibilitem reflexões cênicas, práticas sobre a multiplicidade da vida posta no palco, potencializando produções singulares no teatro. / Approaching concepts such as Documentary Theatre (Erwin Psicator), Biodrama (ViviTellas), autofiction (Serge Doubrovsky) and contemporary shows previously selected by their proximity discursive, this research investigates practices that treat memory as a mediator theatrical creations. The main interest of this research is to understand how this memory becomes a virtual possibility for questioning and enhancement of "real" in the scene, creating spectacular composition mechanisms that here is defined as BioPoetic Theater. This mnemonic process is questioned in this work just like catalyst scene by entering into personal spheres, in acts of exposure, the experience prove to themselves and to each other on stage. So, we try to highlight a scene that transit between the individual and the collective, creating its own maintenance organization. It also seeks to identify practical contributions of this construction that uses itself to scenic creation, highlighting the confrontation between author and scene, real and fictional. Therefore, strategies for creating three shows will be analyzed: Luis Antonio - Gabriela (directed by Nelson Baskerville), Natalício Horse (directed by Patricia Fagundes) and Br -Trans (creating Silvero Pereira), born from memory, reports, photographs, wills, failures, etc., to understand and lift capabilities that enable scenic reflections, practices on the multiplicity of life put on stage, leveraging unique productions at the theater.

Ensaios, gravação, prensagem, divulgação e distribuição de CDs e DVDs são viabilizados com recursos próprios e por meio de incentivos culturais. Alguns eventos culturais locais, como Abril Pro Rock, RecBeat, Coquetel Molotov, promovem as bandas independentes. Shows e venda alternativa de CDs, DVDs, representam a principal fonte de renda. A divulgação ocorre em sites, como MySpace, Orkut e blogs, onde são disponibilizadas músicas para downloads gratuitos em formato MP3. O Pós-Mangue revela-se desdobramento do Movimento Manguebeat que surge da periferia migrando para o centro e se mantendo central. Enquanto que a cena independente roqueira, situada no tempo e espaço (a)pós-mangue, mostra-se apartada das origens mangüísticas sendo ainda predominantemente central. Neste estudo etnográfico, que prioriza bandas alternativas da cena rock pernambucana, observa-se que The Playboys prioriza o humor, a sátira e a paródia, com letras que referem-se à particularidades e excentricidades da cena musical recifense. Enquanto Vamoz! foca na internacionalização, composições em inglês, estilo indie, com shows realizados em outros estados do país e em processo de agendamento para o Exterior. Em contrapartida, os Subversivos produzem um pós-punk rock socialista, letras subversivas e indignadas, denunciam desigualdades sócio-econômicas, com divulgação e distribuição ainda incipientes. Cenário cultural de identidades plurais, ideologias nebulosas, mercados independentes, consumo fulgaz, volátil, descartável, mutante. Espaço simbólico de interações permeadas por intolerâncias, conflitos e lutas. A Manguetown revela-se pósmoderna, cosmopolita, universal, antropofágica. Mas também rural, particular, regionalista. Encruzilhadas, complexidades, errâncias contemporâneas, repletas de tensões, intolerâncias, incompletudes

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku cen vlastnického a nájemního bydlení v ČR. V teoretickém úvodu jsou popsány jednotlivé sektory bydlení včetně rozboru jejich výhod a nevýhod. Věnuje se transformaci trhu bydlení od počátku devadesátých let s důrazem na regulaci nájemného. Těžiště této práce je soustředěno na analýzu faktorů, ovlivňujících regionální diferenciaci cen vlastnického bydlení a vytvoření příslušného statistického modelu. Důraz je kladen na v současnosti probíhající deregulaci cena nájemního bydlení poskytnutí podkladů pro rozhodování o tom, zda je výhodnější vlastnická či nájemní forma bydlení.

Tato práce se zabývá problematikou státních zásahů do ekonomiky a jejich souvislostí s cenou bydlení. Jak intenzivní jsou vztahy mezi ekonomickými ukazateli a ukazateli ceny bydlení. Jakým způsobem ovlivňuje stát ekonomické aspekty a aspekty bydlení. Na základě statistického porovnání vztahů mezi jednotlivými ukazateli a modelování vzájemného ovlivňování těchto ukazatelů pojednává tato práce o vhodnosti státních zásahů. Hlavním aspektem je cena bydlení, která charakterizuje ekonomickou úroveň regionu. Regionem se konkrétně rozumí jednotlivé okresy NUTS 4. Zkoumání vztahů a jejich vzájemného ovlivňování má odpovědět na vhodnost státu tyto ukazatele regulovat a do nich zasahovat.

Calculation of transfer prices of the individual performance means the calculation of the price of a product, service, work or other kind, expressed unit of output. Kind is usually expressed in the unit such as hours, kolograms, etc. The transfer price is a toll that is used for performance appraisals for the centers but is also used for other awards such as repair services, etc. This price is determined on the basis of precalculation. In the precalculation are listed the estimated cost of the product and the calculation shall be drawn up before the start of production, repectively at the beginning of the period. Individual performance is generally defined as the results of operations and as an external performance and internal performance. External performance are services such as goods, services or goods that are sold to consumers in the market at market prices. Internal performance are those services that are transmitted in particular within the enterprise between departments.
