The subject of my diploma thesis, "The reasons for differences in prices of water (water and sewage) in South Bohemia on the examples of selected towns Vodňany and Prachatice" is to analyze the pricing of water and sewage, and their development in the period between 2006 to 2014 in the towns Vodňany and Prachatice and find the main reasons for the differences in these prices between these two towns.

In this thesis is solved valuation of agricultural buildings using the usual price and established price. It is also prepared an overview of basic concepts relating to property valuation. This thesis is mainly focused on the valuation of buildings and halls, which are the most common type of agricultural buildings. In the practical part is described and awarded a specific object selected to agricultural use. Established price will be determined by cost method based on the latest valuation notice number 443/2016 Coll. Usual price will be determined by comparison with similar types of properties.

Soil is a very specific production factor, and because they wear out, it is immovable and most importantly, its supply is finite. For the valuation of the property is used several different ways - through pricing in a market where there is market price, the prices issued by the state, which are the official rates, to yield valuation and cost method. Most workers who are dependent and cooperate with the land valued at their property located in this market through commodity prices, and thus the price at which the commodity purchased and for which it put into your business.

This master’s thesis focuses on the price development of apartments in the central part of the city Opava. The introductory part defines the methodology of the apartment appraisal and the basic terms used in this topic. Further on, the database used in this thesis to achieve stated objectives is specified and evaluated. The Data are based on a documented purchase price of apartments, existing market value appraisal and ascertained assessed value. The development of purchase prices, market value and assessed value are being researched in the city of Opava. Furthermore, the development of the above-mentioned prices and values is researched in particular cadastral areas in the central part of Opava. The impact of aspects relating to apartment, building and locality are being evaluated. In conclusion, results of the local research are compared with the Czech Republic and selected countries of the European Union.

My diploma work is focused in evolution land price on dependence input landscape preparedness. My investigation was made in three locations. The locations will be used for production, commerce and housing. I assested what cause the diference and price trends.

My diploma paper is focused on description of the ways of assessing, which are used in practice. The diploma paper should also make a comparison between those assessing methods and recognise the difference between them. Next aim of my diploma paper is to shortly mention the questions of International valuation norms (standards), but only those parts, which are related with assessing of real property. Practical part of my diploma paper is especially focused on assessing of family houses by chosen assessing methods, which are: cost approach, comparison method (nenašla jsem), standard price and price at present time. Whose resultant values will be compared. Partial task is recognition how the aspect of job opportunity is influencing the price of family house, which was counted by comparison method.

This thesis deals with the assessment of the impact of spatial planning on land prices according to valuation rules and prices usual in the district of the town. The work examines the non-construction land - agricultural, land for construction of building and land. In addition, the price of land and the attractiveness of non-construction, the rumor about the transition than construction land and construction cost of building land.

This thesis deals with landscaping issues from the legal standpoint and evaluates the influence of landcaping on the price of estate according to legislative assessment and standard price in the Stare Mesto region.

This diploma thesis aims at the strategy of retail company and its purchase and sale department. Thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains information about business and its functions, basic allotment of range of goods, methods of prizing goods and calculation of profit margins. Furthermore there can be found demands on suppliers, goods and manners of order realizations that are given by the businessmen. Last but not least there are descriptions of the HACCP system and of the key technologies used in such business. The practical part is based on the theoretical one and it includes assortment of analysed company, its structure and concern in overall revenues. After this chapter there follows the purchasing strategy in which the organization of buying within the company, competences of particular employees, and methods of purchasing used across different suppliers and separate phases of purchasing program are demonstrated. In the part called selling strategy there are specified the price system, discount sales, forms of purchasing and staffs. In conclusion of this thesis there is focus on the SWOT analysis in which the main future opportunities and threats of the company are mentioned.

Este estudo busca analisar alguns trabalhos da cena contemporânea de Fortaleza, que discutem de algum modo as questões de gênero e reconfiguram seus padrões de representação. O foco da pesquisa é o que chamaremos de cena performativa-política, com suporte teórico dos estudos do teatro contemporâneo e da performance, da teoria queer e da filosofia. Nesse sentido procuraremos estabelecer relações entre nossos objetos e o pensamento de autores distintos dos campos dos estudos performativos e de gênero, como Taylor, Fischer-Lichte, Caballero, Dubatti, Turner, Butler, Preciado, Halberstam, Louro, Gadelha, Martins, Leal, Coelho; além de filósofos como: Foucault, Artaud, Agamben e Didi-Huberman, para citar alguns. Num primeiro momento, procuraremos situar nossa pesquisa a partir do que propõem alguns desses pensadores em relação ao contexto nacional e local, sobretudo a partir do diálogo com pesquisadores como Ramos, Fernandes, Mostaço, Yamamotho, Castro, Costa e Honório, por exemplo. Num segundo momento, analisaremos as \"respostas gays\" pelo teatro, sobretudo a partir dos anos 1970, com foco na análise do espetáculo Caio e Léo, encenado pelo Outro Grupo de Teatro. Em seguida, buscaremos ver como se desconstroem imagens do chamado \"universo feminino\" em algumas encenações e sobretudo no espetáculo Corpornô, da Cia. Dita. Por fim, observaremos a criação de \"transtopias\" e remixagens no trabalho do coletivo As travestidas, com foco na encenação de BR-Trans. Ao longo dos capítulos, teremos uma seção de provocações críticas e, ao final, buscaremos responder à questão sobre como esses processos (e os demais vistos brevemente) podem reagir à heteronormatividade / This study aims to analyze some works from the Fortaleza´s contemporary scene, which discuss gender issues and reconfigure its patterns of representation in any way. The focus of this research is what we will call a performative-political scene, with theoretical support from studies of contemporary theater and performance, queer theory and philosophy. In this sense, we will try to establish relations between our objects and the thought of different authors from the performative ande gender areas, such as: Taylor, Fischer-Lichte, Caballero, Dubatti, Turner, Butler, Halberstam, Louro, Gadelha, Martins, Leal, Coelho; and philosophers as: Foucault, Artaud, Agamben and Didi-Huberman. to name a few. At first, we will seek to situate our research from what some of these thinkers propose in relation to the national and local context, especially from the dialogue with researchers such as Ramos, Fernandes, Mostaço, Yamamotho, Castro, Costa and Honório, for example. In a second moment, we will analyze the \"gay answers\" by the theater, especially from the 1970s, focusing on the analysis of the play Caio and Léo, staged by Outro Grupo de Teatro. Then, we try to see how images of the so-called \"female universe\" are deconstructed in some scenarios and especially in the performance Corpornô, by Cia. Dita. Finally, we will observe the creation of \"transtopias\" and remixes in the work of the collective As travestidas, focusing on the staging of BR-Trans. Throughout the chapters, we will have a section of critical provocations and, in the end, we will try to answer the question about how these processes (and the others seen briefly) can react to heteronormativity.
