Previous issue date: 2011-08-23 / This study aimed to identify the level of participation of schools communities from Caatinguinha, Tapera and Bebedouro on a project about recovery of riparian vegetation in the city of Petrolina, Pernambuco. The project was developed by the city hall of Petrolina-PE in partnership with other institutions, among them, the local schools. It?s because it was understood that the school should strengthen its role in transforming the conduct of cooperative activities with the community and even without the existence of a mandatory subject of environmental education into school curricula. Were interviewed students, parents and teachers who have developed some proposed activities in the Project. Through research it was possible to identify the ecological and social consequences resulting from this initiative, could be mentioned, especially, the increasing awareness of environmental issues involved. Was noted the importance of joint actions to bring citizen participation in social processes that are inevitably involved. The performance of schools through the teachers and students was essential to raise awareness of parents and other community members for realization of the actions. It was very clear that the interest and excitement of the students to participate in any phase of the project resulted in more immediate than the greater integration in the classroom, the urge to realize other environmental actions to improve the Community. The study showed that it is not necessary to be an expert to develop environmental education programs in the area. From this experience, other activities have been proposed and developed by schools, considering environmental issues as a political act that prepares citizens to demand social justice, citizenship and respect in relations with nature / Este estudo teve como finalidade identificar o n?vel de participa??o das comunidades escolares de Caatinguinha, Tapera e Bebedouro no Projeto de Recupera??o da Mata Ciliar no Munic?pio de Petrolina-PE. O Projeto foi desenvolvido pela Prefeitura de Petrolina-PE em parceria com outras institui??es, dentre estas as Escolas locais. Isto porque se entendeu que a escola deve fortalecer sua fun??o transformadora com a realiza??o de atividades cooperativas com a comunidade e mesmo sem a exist?ncia obrigat?ria de uma disciplina de educa??o ambiental no curr?culo escolar. Foram entrevistados alunos, pais e professores que desenvolveram algumas atividades propostas no Projeto. Atrav?s da pesquisa foi poss?vel identificar as consequ?ncias ecol?gicas e sociais decorrentes dessa iniciativa, podendo-se citar, especialmente, o aumento da conscientiza??o dos envolvidos nas quest?es ambientais. Observou-se a import?ncia de a??es conjuntas para provocar a participa??o do cidad?o nos processos sociais em que est? inevitavelmente envolvido. A atua??o das escolas atrav?s dos professores e alunos foi imprescind?vel para a sensibiliza??o dos pais e outros membros das comunidades para a realiza??o das a??es. Ficou muito claro que o interesse e euforia dos alunos em participar de alguma fase do Projeto teve como resultado mais imediato al?m do maior entrosamento em sala de aula, o anseio de realizar outras a??es ambientais para a melhoria da Comunidade. O trabalho mostrou que n?o ? necess?rio ser um especialista em educa??o ambiental para desenvolver a??es na ?rea. Previous issue date: 2008-12-06 / This dissertation presents a discussion on the level of risk awareness of students who have welding practice in the laboratories at CEFET/PI, both in Teresina and Floriano. Its main goal is to investigate risk factors involving students, teachers and employees that work in these laboratories. It s an empirical survey, held among a certain amount of students from the course in Mechanic Technology. For data analysis, the concept of risk was compared to the students direct measure of perception. The main results suggest the students must be better informed, more risk aware and more competent, in order to avoid accidents. They also point to a strong need for a more formal and effective performance to assure full consciousness about the risks involving the welding practice. / Este trabalho apresenta uma discuss?o sobre a conscientiza??o dos alunos que exercitam tarefas pratica de soldagem no laborat?rio da Institui??o de Ensino CEFET-Pi em Teresina e Floriano e tem como objetivo principal investigar os fatores de riscos aos alunos, professores e funcion?rios que trabalham no laborat?rio. Trata-se de uma pesquisa emp?rica do tipo survey com uma amostra de n alunos do curso t?cnico profissionalizante de Tecnologia Mec?nica do Centro Federal de Educa??o Tecnol?gica do Piau?, na sua sede em Teresina em sua UNED de Floriano. Para a an?lise da conscientiza??o foi utilizado o conceito de risco e comparado com uma medida direta de percep??o dos alunos. Os principais resultados sugerem que os alunos tenham mais conhecimento, compet?ncia e conscientiza??o para que n?o venha acontecer nenhum tipo de acidente com os mesmos. Previous issue date: 2006-05-19 / This study deals with environmental issues on agriculture. In this context, the aim of this study is investigate factors able to influence the environmental conscientization of students of a agricultural technicals school about the aspects and environmental impacts related to the agricultural productive process. Besides, the used methodology on this work was to the application of a questionnaire based in Likert-kind scale with closed questions, they are constituted of variables which consisted of groups denominated perception, attitude, communitarian sense, commitment, sel-consciousness, knowledge and student profile. Like data analysis way was used descriptive analysis and chi-square to check the association significance between the perception variable with the variable ones of cited groups. The results obtained show that the environmental knowledge variable was one of the that showed high significance when it associated to the variables of perception group. The students with environmental knowledge showed high consideration that the production activities on agriculture cause large adverse impacts on environment. After the identification of some factors of environmental conscientization are shown recommendations which school must prepare techniques in aware high school of agricultural sciences with the environmental problems which be able to apply sustainable technologies on agriculture instead of traditional ones through the benefit of environment / O presente estudo trata das quest?es ambientais na agricultura. Nesse contexto, o objetivo deste estudo ? investigar fatores capazes de influenciar a conscientiza??o ambiental de estudantes de uma escola agrot?cnica sobre os aspectos e impactos ambientais relacionados com o processo produtivo agr?cola. Para tanto, a metodologia empregada neste trabalho foi ? aplica??o de um question?rio com escalas do tipo likert com quest?es fechadas, constituindo de vari?veis que compuseram os grupos denominados percep??o, atitude, senso comunit?rio, comprometimento, constrangimento, conhecimento e perfil dos alunos. Como forma de an?lise dos dados, foi utilizada an?lise descritiva e chi-quadrado, para verificar a signific?ncia das associa??es entre as vari?veis de percep??o com as vari?veis dos grupos citados. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a vari?vel conhecimento ambiental foi uma das que apresentou grande signific?ncia quando associada com as vari?veis do grupo percep??o. Os alunos com conhecimento ambiental apresentam maior considera??o de que as atividades de produ??o na agricultura causam grandes impactos adversos no ambiente. Previous issue date: 2012-01-11 / The presente research sought to comprehend what is the possibilities of the pedagogics proposals in Behavioral Education provides the awareness behavioral conscious of the educating. Among the teorics references that supported this research are Paulo Freire, Enrique Leff and Carlos Frederico Bernardo Loureiro. Through of the methodology of action-research, was constituted a research group with educators in a public school from metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. This group met, periodically, in 2011, in order to analyze and comprehending the attempts of previous jobs about behavioral education in this school, building new actions that can contribute with the awareness of the subjects involved. The daily research, collectives and individuals, were used like instruments of the data collection, where the educators assumed like researchers and registered the reactions and the changes identified in their educatings and the impossibilities arisen during the process. The datas were analized by methodology of Discursive Textual Analysis and unveiling the possibilities and the boundaries of the proposals developed. The boundaries show them according to the difficulties related with the school management, among them, the support less to development of the project and difficulties related with school management of the education, among them, the low time for the collective planning in the school. On the other hand, the constitution of the group and the planning developed unveiling possibilities of the pedagogical proposals contribute for the development of the awareness behavioral conscious of the educating and of the own educators. / A presente pesquisa procurou compreender quais as possibilidades de propostas pedag?gicas em Educa??o Ambiental proporcionarem a tomada de consci?ncia ambiental dos educandos. Entre os referenciais te?ricos que embasaram essa pesquisa est?o Paulo Freire, Enrique Leff e Carlos Frederico Bernardo Loureiro. Atrav?s da metodologia de pesquisa-a??o, foi constitu?do um grupo de pesquisa com educadores em uma escola p?blica da regi?o metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Esse grupo reuniu-se, periodicamente, no ano de 2011, para analisar e compreender as tentativas de trabalho anteriores sobre educa??o ambiental nessa escola, construindo novas a??es que pudessem contribuir com a tomada de consci?ncia dos sujeitos envolvidos. Os di?rios de pesquisa, coletivo e individuais, foram utilizados como instrumento de coleta de dados, em que os educadores assumiram-se como pesquisadores e registraram as rea??es e as mudan?as identificadas em seus educandos e as impossibilidades surgidas ao longo do processo. Os dados foram analisados pela metodologia da An?lise Textual Discursiva e desvelam as possibilidades e os limites das propostas desenvolvidas. Os limites se apresentaram em fun??o das dificuldades relacionadas ? gest?o escolar, entre elas, a falta de apoio ao desenvolvimento do projeto, e das dificuldades relacionadas ? gest?o educacional de ensino, entre elas, a carga hor?ria n?o suficiente para o planejamento coletivo na escola. Por outro lado, a constitui??o do grupo e o planejamento desenvolvido desvelaram possibilidades de as propostas pedag?gicas contribu?rem para o desenvolvimento da consci?ncia ambiental dos educandos e das pr?prias educadoras.

order to characterize its contributions to the formation of citizens that are conscious regarding
their role in respecting the animals in a sustainable development context. This study lectures
about the sustainability and sustainable development concepts and the discussion about the
theme in society. The aim is to relate this discussion to animal rights, emphasizing the
initiatives that occur in this direction. Information is discussed as the basis of knowledge and
awareness in society. It seeks to characterize the information transmitted through
cinematographic animations aimed at children as a tool to raise awareness of animal rights,
that is, as a means of educating to form citizens of value, guided by the concept of
sustainability. This is an empirical study of a qualitative nature, whose exploratory objective
is based on a documental research of the children's animations and whose analysis and
interpretation of the data are guided by the method of content analysis. As a result, it is
concluded that animations, when dealing with the relationship between men and animals,
adopt basic concepts of speciesism and anthropocentrism, showing situations close to the
prior knowledge of the public that they want to reach, contributing to the awareness of animal
rights. / Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo verificar a abordagem dada aos direitos dos animais nas
anima??es infantis, a fim de caracterizar a exist?ncia de contribui??es na forma??o de um
cidad?o consciente de seu papel no respeito aos animais em um contexto de desenvolvimento
sustent?vel. O estudo disserta sobre o conceito de sustentabilidade e desenvolvimento
sustent?vel e a discuss?o ? respeito do tema na sociedade, relacionando-o com o direito dos
animais, dando ?nfase ?s iniciativas que ocorrem nesta dire??o. Discorre-se sobre informa??o
como a base do conhecimento e conscientiza??o na sociedade, observando caracter?sticas

Previous issue date: 2008-08-12 / This research has aimed at studying the perception of University Hospital Onofre Lopes (HUOL) s workers on the environmental management plan of RSSS. They have been interviewed 250 workers: doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and cleaners. It was used an exploratory and descriptive research of the type Survey, which aims at obtaining of data or information on characteristics, actions or opinions of any group of people. The questions of the questionnaire were of the kind objective", formulated in a model "scale", analyzed in according to the positioning of the interviewee. The wastes of health service have high potential for environmental impact in the activities from HUOL. Actions or environmental protective policy can improve the image of HUOL. They have been detected divergences on the rigor in application of law of ANVISA. The HUOL s workers unaware of the law of ANVISA and they have little or no knowledge about the practices of environmental control, public health and, they do not know the Environmental Management System ISO 14001. They have divergent views on the degree of importance of ISO 14001. There is not a Waste Management Plan for Health Service and / or is not disclosed for most of HUOL workers. It has not carried out audits or defined the goals and objectives. Besides, it has not been identified legal requirements, and there has not been communication about the service is performed or has been made a critical analysis and no control of documents the environmental management plan. The HUOL have not had a committee of environmental management. The direction of HUOL has not been organized courses, training and recycling of waste on environmental control of the health service. On a scale from 01 to 05, the level of aware level concerning to the waste management from health services of the workers, so is at the threshold between 01 and 02. For the reversal of this situation, the first and urgent step is the creation and institutionalization the environmental management committee of the University Hospital Onofre Lopes / Objetivou-se estudar a percep??o dos servidores do Hospital Universit?rio Onofre Lopes sobre o plano de gest?o ambiental dos RSSS. Foram entrevistados 250 servidores: m?dicos, enfermeiras, auxiliares de enfermagem e de limpeza. A pesquisa foi explorat?ria e descritiva do tipo Survey, que visa ? obten??o de dados ou informa??es sobre as caracter?sticas, a??es ou opini?es de determinado grupo de pessoas. As perguntas do question?rio foram do tipo objetiva , formuladas em um modelo escala , analisadas de acordo com o posicionamento do entrevistado. Os res?duos de servi?o de sa?de possuem elevado potencial de impacto ambiental nas atividades do HUOL. A??es ou pol?tica de prote??o ambiental podem melhorar a imagem do HUOL. Foram detectadas diverg?ncias sobre o rigor na aplica??o da legisla??o da ANVISA. Os servidores do HUOL desconhecem a legisla??o da ANVISA e possuem pouco ou nenhum conhecimento sobre as pr?ticas de controle ambiental de sa?de p?blica e ainda, desconhece o Sistema de Gest?o Ambiental ISO 14001. Possuem opini?es divergentes sobre o grau de import?ncia da ISO 14001. N?o existe um Plano de Gest?o de Res?duos de Servi?o de Sa?de e/ou n?o ? divulgado para a maioria dos servidores do HUOL. N?o acontecem auditorias, n?o s?o definidas as metas e objetivos, n?o s?o identificados os requisitos legais, e n?o existe comunica??o sobre como o servi?o ? executado, n?o ? efetuada uma an?lise cr?tica e n?o h? controle de documentos do plano de gest?o ambiental. O HUOL n?o possui uma comiss?o de gest?o ambiental. A dire??o do HUOL n?o organiza cursos de capacita??o, treinamento e reciclagem sobre controle ambiental de res?duos de servi?o de sa?de. Previous issue date: 2006-05-19 / The present work sets out environmental issues in educational field. The aim of this research was to investigate the factors capable to influence the environmental behavior of the teachers in High school of the public school in Floriano, state of Piaui. For this, the methodology utilized an explanatory and descriptive search like a survey; questionnaires were applied with open and close questions establishing shifts that made up the following aspects; knowledge, behavior, responsibility, participation and trait of the teachers. The statistic techniques to analyze the data were descriptive analysis and analysis of multiple regression. The results reveal that teachers care about the real surrounding problems and believe that the school must develop ambient activities to stir the consciousness, it is important to the environmental improvement of the city. However, the results point out that are developed little activities related to theme concerned, besides the level of ambient consciousness given to the students are median. It was observed that teachers have little knowledge about theme like Agenda 21 and ISO14000. After identifying some factors of environmental knowledge, it was showed recommendations. The Agenda 21 recognizes in the educational field a mean of popular consciousness; the school should develop an education according to national policy of the environmental education / O presente estudo trata das quest?es ambientais no setor de educa??o. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar os fatores capazes de influenciar o comportamento ambiental de professores do Ensino M?dio das escolas p?blicas do munic?pio de Floriano, estado do Piau?. Para tanto, foi utilizada na metodologia uma pesquisa explorat?ria e descritiva do tipo Survey , empregando-se question?rio com perguntas fechadas e abertas, constitu?do de vari?veis que compuseram os grupos denominados, percep??o, atitude, senso comunit?rio, comprometimento, conhecimento, participa??o e perfil dos professores. As t?cnicas estat?sticas utilizada na an?lise dos dados foram ? descritiva e a de regress?o m?ltipla. Os resultados obtidos revelam que os professores t?m a preocupa??o com os problemas ambientais atuais e acreditam ser importante as escolas desenvolverem atividades ambientais como fator de conscientiza??o e relevante para a melhoria ambiental da cidade. Previous issue date: 2006-05-19 / This objective of this work was to investigate the enviromental perception of technician of clinical laboratories, in the city of the Natal/RN, focusing the generated environmental aspects and impacts in the activities, the strategical importance of the environmental management for the activity, as well as the knowledge about environmental norms and resolutions applied to the sector. A type survey exploratory and descriptive was carried through, using a questionnaire applied in 82 clinical laboratory, getting a return tax of 53,65%, or either, 44 laboratories. The results of the descriptive analyses point with respect to environmental conscience of the interviewed, therefore the majority (75%) described the activities of clinical analyses as great imapact on the environment. Although the interviewed present certain knowledge on the advantages of practical of envivonmental protection and the risks that the activities of clinical analyses offer, some important practical of environmental protection arer not develped by the majority of the iterviewed. The carried through statistical analyses had allowed to investigate the level of environmental knowledge of the professionals of the sector, being consisted themselves that they present little knowledge on practical ISO 14001 and of environmental protection in the health public sector. It can be conclude that, a program of environmental qualification for the sector becomes necessary, in order to improve the knowledge of the professionals of the area, and that the majority of the professionals would have a good recptivity therefore recognize the benefits of the practicadl of environmental protection for the competitiveness of the clinical analyses laboratories / O objetivo deste trabalho foi investigar a percep??o ambiental dos t?cnicos de laborat?rios de an?lises cl?nicas, na cidade do Natal/RN, enfocando os aspectos e impactos ambientais gerados nas atividades, a import?ncia estrat?gica da gest?o ambiental para a atividade, assim como o conhecimento de normas e resolu??es ambientais aplicados ao setor. Foi realizada uma pesquisa tipo survey, explorat?ria e descritiva utilizando-se um question?rio como principal fonte de coleta, aplicado em 82 laborat?rio de an?lises cl?nicas obtendo-se uma taxa de retorno de 53,65%, ou seja, 44 laborat?rios. Os resultados da an?lises descritiva apontam para consci?ncia ambiental dos entrevistados, pois a maioria (75%) descreveu as atividades de an?lises cl?nicas como de grande impacto sobre o meio ambiente. Embora os entrevistados apresentem certo conhecimento sobre as vantagens das pr?ticas de prote??o ambiental e os riscos que as atividades de an?lises c1?nicas oferecem, algumas importantes pr?ticas de prote??o ambiental n?o s?o desenvolvidas pela maioria dos entrevistados. As an?lises estat?sticas realizadas permitiram, avaliar o n?vel de conhecimento ambiental dos profissionais do setor, constando-se que apresentam pouco conhecimento sobre ISO 14001 e pr?ticas de prote??o ambiental no setor de sa?de p?blica. Pode-se concluir que, um programa de capacita??o ambiental para o setor faz-se necess?rio, a fim de melhorar o conhecimento dos profissionais da ?rea, e que teria uma boa receptividade, pois a maioria dos profissionais reconhece os benef?cios das pr?ticas de prote??o ambiental para a competitividade dos laborat?rios de an?lises cl?nicas

Previous issue date: 2017-02-07 / Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Cient?fico e Tecnol?gico - CNPq / This reasearch discusses the concept of ideology on the work of Ign?cio Mart?n-Bar?, the pioneer of Liberation Psychology. One of the most controversial concepts within the Social Sciences, ideology has a fundamental place in the work of this Spanish-Salvadoran psychologist, who considered this concept as a study object from Social Psychology. We start from the Dialectical-Historical Materialism and from present discussions about ideology on this theoretical tradition, also from debates about the referred concept on the modern social thought and on the international and Latin-American psychology, to reflect the author?s formulations. We focused on his formulations considering the whole of the work, the historical context of his productions, and the main conjunctural influences, like the Salvadoran civil war and the Liberation Theology. We have selected 22 texts from Mart?n-Bar? that presented in their titles and/or abstracts the concept of ideology and/or derived terms (ideologization and de-ideologization), and/or concepts of alienation and/or consciousness and analyzed them on the time sequence of their elaborations. Our analysis allows us to afirm that Mart?n-Bar? reflected about the possibilities of psychologists actions on the subjective dimensions of life producted by objetive situations of oppression and exploitation. It is in this way that he discusses ideology, considering that it changes its meaning throughout his work, one that is a synonymous of ?point of view?, and the other, more complex, known as a false consciousness that conceals and hides the social determinants according to the interests of the dominant class. Ideology foments in the dominated classes an alienated consciousness which prevents them from understanding their own reality, their own form and identity and to be the subject of their own story. Against this occulting and classist function that ideology possesses, the author claims for the de-ideologization as a way to deconstruct the dominant ideology, the disalienation to enable the individuals to overcome the alienated consciousness and both as components of a conscientization that aims to build new ways of critical consciousness and relations with a transformer and liberator horizon, politically oriented in favor of popular majorities. / Esta pesquisa discute o conceito de ideologia na obra de Ign?cio Mart?n-Bar?, precursor da psicologia da liberta??o. Um dos conceitos mais controversos no ?mbito das ci?ncias sociais, ideologia tem lugar fundamental na obra do psic?logo espanhol-salvadorenho, considerado por ele como objeto de estudo da psicologia social por excel?ncia. Partimos do materialismo hist?rico dial?tico e de discuss?es sobre ideologia presentes nesta tradi??o te?rica e de debates sobre o referido conceito no pensamento social moderno e na psicologia internacional e latino-americana para refletir sobre as formula??es do autor. Nossa an?lise permite afirmar que Mart?n-Bar? reflete sobre as possibilidades de a??o dos psic?logos nas dimens?es subjetivas da vida produzidas por situa??es objetivas de opress?o e explora??o. Pois ? neste sentido que ? discutido o conceito de ideologia, o qual, ao longo da obra, possui diferentes significados, um que ? sin?nimo de vis?o de mundo e outro, mais elaborado, como falsa consci?ncia que encobre e oculta os determinantes sociais segundo os interesses da classe dominante. A ideologia, por sua vez, fomenta nas classes dominadas uma consci?ncia alienada que as impede de compreender sua realidade, formarem uma identidade pr?pria e serem sujeitos de sua pr?pria hist?ria. Frente a esta fun??o ocultadora e classista que a ideologia possui e suas consequ?ncias, o autor reivindica a desideologiza??o como forma de desconstruir a ideologia dominante, a desaliena??o para possibilitar que os sujeitos superem a consci?ncia alienada e ambas como componentes da conscientiza??o que, orientada politicamente em favor das maiorias populares, visa construir novas formas de consci?ncia cr?tica e de rela??es com horizonte transformador e libertador.

their own practice, this thesis deals with the contribution of Paulo Freire thoughts to
teacher s formation process. The study was made over an intervention carried out at
a regular Pedagogy Course, however directed to teachers on duty inside a program
called PROFOMA??O (Special program for professional formation on Basic
Education) promoted by Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (UERN).
From Freire s ideas of problematizing education, action and reflection dialectics,
conscientization and from the analysis of the course itself, I support the idea that the
dynamics of collective construction of knowledge- three pedagogical moments
(ANGOTTI, DELIZOICOV e PERNAMBUCO) when intermediated by individual
reflection, provided by written register, permits the development of three important
dimensions of knowledge about pedagogical practice; observation and selfobservation;
understanding the theories witch grounds the action; and theorization.
By these means, initial and permanent teacher s formation could materialize its
political commitment in a concrete action of collective and participative act of
conscientization and transformation of the reality of pedagogical practice at school
ground, developing itself as a truly circle of action and reflection / Considerando o di?logo como um ato gnosiol?gico e o professor como um
