Darbuotojų materialinės atsakomybės normos darbo teisiniuose santykiuose turi didelę teorinę ir praktinę reikšmę. Šiame darbe pateikti Kauno miesto apylinkės teismo 2000-2006 metais išnagrinėtų bylų dėl darbuotojų materialinės atsakomybės pagal darbo teisę apibendrinimai. Darbe apibūdinama darbuotojų materialinės atsakomybės samprata, darbuotojų materialinės atsakomybės rūšys, analizuojamos 2000 – 2006 metais Kauno miesto apylinkės teisme išnagrinėtos bylos dėl darbuotojų materialinės atsakomybės, pateikiama šių bylų statistika ir išsami analizė pagal sąlygas materialinei atsakomybei atsirasti, analizuojamos darbdavių, darbuotojų ir teismo, nagrinėjančio darbo ginčus dėl darbuotojų materialinės atsakomybės pagal darbo teisę, daromos klaidos. Darbo pabaigoje pateiktose išvadose atskleidžiamos praktinės bylų nagrinėjime pastebėtos problemos, pateikiami galimi jų sprendimo būdai. / The norms of the material liability of the employees in the legal relations of work have a significant theoretical and practical meaning. This work presents the summaries of the cases investigated by Kaunas City District Court in 2000-2006 regarding the employees’ material liability under labour law. The work describes the concept of the material liability of the employees, the sorts of the employees’ material liability, analyses the cases investigated by Kaunas City District Court in 2000-2006 regarding the employees’ material liability, presents the statistics of these cases and a thorough analysis on the basis of the conditions that cause material liability, analyses the mistakes done by the employers, employees and the court that examines the labour disputes regarding the employees’ material liability under labour law. In the end of the work there are presented the conclusions, which reveal the practical problems noticed in the investigation of cases, and there are presented the possible methods, how to solve them.

Magistro baigiamojo darbo tikslas – išanalizuoti Mažeikių rajono vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros plėtros galimybes, remiantis atlikta eksperto apklausa dėl Mažeikių rajono vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros plėtros galimybių, už Mažeikių rajono vandentvarkos ūkį atsakingos savivaldybės įmonės veiklos analize, svarbiausio dokumento reglamentuojančio Mažeikių rajono vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros plėtrą analize, su regionu ir jo infrastruktūra susijusios užsienio ir lietuvių mokslinės literatūros analize.
Magistro darbe yra nagrinėjama regiono ir jo infrastruktūros plėtros samprata, Lietuvos ir Europos Sąjungos regioninės politikos esmė, pateikti vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros pagrindiniai elementai bei išryškinta vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros plėtros problematika. Atsižvelgiant į tyrimo tikslą bei iškeltus uždavinius darbe buvo apžvelgta Mažeikių rajono vandentvarkos ūkio situacija, atlikta vandentvarkos ūkio SSGG (SWOT) analizė. Išsamiai išanalizuota vandentvarkos ūkį reglamentuojanti teisinė bazė. Darbo autoriai išanalizavo vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros plėtros projektus, nustatė kokios institucijos dalyvauja šių projektų įgyvendinime. Darbe atskleisti veiksniai, kurie gali stabdyti vandentvarkos ūkio infrastruktūros plėtrą.
Gauti tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad Mažeikių rajono vandentvarkos ūkis nėra pakankamai išvystytas, tik didžiuosiuose rajono miestuose yra sudarytos galimybės gyventojams naudotis centralizuotomis vandens tiekimo ir nuotekų surinkimo... This project investigates the possibilities of building on water as a way to add valuable land to dense cities. By utilizing floating structures, I have made a proposal for a new city district on the water outside of Fisksätra, a suburb located 30 minutes east of Stockholm. My ambition was to create a diverse and lively area with business and dwellings that cater to people in all stages of life. The proposal stretches along the western coast of Fisksätra creating a connection between the center of the suburb and a neighboring town as well as making that stretch of the coast accessible for the public. Increasing the access to the water and the coastline has been one of the main goals of the project and the proposal has been made with the ambition to open up the water for both the inhabitants of the new district and the rest of Fisksätra.

The construction of the Southeast city district in Uppsala will start in 2025 with plans to be completed in 2050. When a new district is built, there is an opportunity to explore the best possible solution to all the needs of the city, one of the needs that must be met is the heat demand of all buildings. One possible way to meet these needs is through district heating. The aim of this report is to design and investigate the efficiency of a heat distribution network in the Southeast city district by determining its distribution losses and the requirements that heating distribution networks must fulfill. The method used to satisfy the purpose is to simulate the systems through a model in Python. The model produces key parameters such as distribution losses, pressure drop and temperature drop during high heat demand and low heat demand. The results of the report shows what a possible distribution network design could look like for two stages of construction. It is also shown that during low heat demand, the highest distribution losses were in the return pipe. During the high heat demand, the highest distribution losses were in the supply pipe. This is also the period of the greatest mass flow rate, temperature drop and pressure drop. The discussion addresses the correlation between these parameters as well as exploring how connecting an additional building stage impacts the performance of the system. The conclusions of this paper is that the designed distribution networks fulfill the necessary criteria for pressure, temperature and energy delivery with acceptable distribution losses. When a additional stage is connected to the system, distribution losses do not increase significantly, making the model suitable for future extensions of district heating networks.

This diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of using the left inundation area of Svitava river for purposes of transformation of the 100-years flood wave in Svitava. The area of interest is located on the territory of the Holásky and Chrlice city districts. SMS software with a hydraulic two-dimensional simulation model SRH was used to simulate the flow in the current state and variant solutions of the proposed state. Based on the results of the flow in the current state, two variant solutions of the proposed state were designed and simulated. The result of this work is the quantification of the change in the transformation capabilities of the area of interest in both proposed variants and followed by a recommendation.

Active seniors, their everyday activities and mobility: the example of City District Prague 12 Abstract Regarding to ageing of the Czech population the daily mobility of seniors is becoming still more current topic. The aim of the thesis is to describe daily motion and implemented activities of seniors that are moving into the territory of the City District Prague 12. The first part of empirical research is based on the findings of the questionnaire survey. The second part uses information detected in semi-structured interviews. It was found, that the respondents are quite satisfied with their mobility and other aspects of daily life. The most common activities are motion activities and small purchases. Though the respondents have to deal with several difficulties during their day-to-day travel, a variety of strategies have been identified to help them overcome these complications. Research reveals that measures which might encourage seniors in daily motion should involve great spectrum of actions realized by many different participants. Electric cars : The climate impact of electric cars, focusing on carbon dioxide equivalent emissionsLy, Sandra, Sundin, Helena, Thell, Linda January 2012 (has links)
This bachelor thesis examines and models the emissions of carbon dioxide equivalents of the composition of automobiles in Sweden 2012. The report will be based on three scenarios of electricity valuation principles, which are a snapshot perspective, a retrospective perspective and a future perspective. The snapshot perspective includes high and low values for electricity on the margin, the retrospective perspective includes Nordic and European electricity mix and the future perspective includes electricity on the margin for modest and high climate goals at 2030. The study is applied to an upcoming climate smart district, Brunnshög in Lund, and the goal is to determine the amount of emissions of carbon dioxide equivalents for the mentioned alternatives. The environmental effects depends largely on the fuel consumption for the compared types of cars and what electricity valuation principle that is used. The car fleet of 2012 generated 10 300 tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions. The future car fleet generated 400 tonnes of emissions for Nordic electricity mix, 3 200 tonnes for European electricity mix, 3 100 tonnes for electricity on the margin with low values, 5 800 tonnes for electricity on the margin with high values, 1 200 tonnes for electricity on the margin at 2030 for high climate goals and 4 600 tonnes for electricity on the margin at 2030 for modest climate goals. The emissions of carbon dioxide equivalents are at least halved in Brunnshög if 100 % electric cars are used instead of the composition of petrol, diesel and ethanol cars that are primarily used in Sweden 2012. Hence, the result shows that the electric car is very beneficial from an environmental and health perspective, compared to the composition of cars in Sweden 2012. However, how beneficial the electric car is, largely depends on the fuel consumption for both the electric car and the alternative compared with. Although to be able to increase the use of electric cars there are many challenges that need to be dealt with. In order to increase the use of electric cars, it will require further work in the development of batteries, expansion of charging points and other incentives, such as legislation and investments. It will also require a significant technology development to increase the range of the electric car. A natural step in the transition phase could be plug-in hybrids. It is also important to continue to implement climate smart districts, such as Brunnshög in Lund.

Vliv hospodářské krize na financování obcí a městských částí / The impact of the economic crisis on financing of municipalities and city districts of PragueBrejcha, Tomáš January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis concerns with the influence of the economic crisis on economy of two city districts of Prague, Dolní Počernice and Prague 18 -- Letňany and two municipalities, Sušice and Šestajovice. The main goal is to evaluate the crisis impact on revenues and expenditure of these subjects in the years 2008 -- 2010, compare size of the crisis impact and find out whether the studied subjects performed any solutions against this situation. The theoretical part describes the basic definitions and impact of the economic crisis on public finances as a whole. In the practical part the budgets of subjects are analyzed with an emphasis on the years 2008 - 2010. The final section contains a comparison of the impact of crisis on the subjects and also examined to assess their response to the revenue decline. My conclusion is that all subjects experienced the impact of the crisis on the revenue side of their budgets, which was not very significant. The economic crisis has not significantly affected the normal operation of the surveyed municipalities and city districts of Prague and therefore may not be performed significant to countermeasures impact of the crisis. But it is not possible to precisely determine which subjects were influenced by the crisis more and less.
