Fazer imagens, inventar lugares: experimentações fotográficas e audiovisuais em práticas artísticas na interface Cultura e Saúde / Making images to invente places: photographic and audiovisual experimentations in artistic practices on Culture and Health interface

O território desta pesquisa se tece a partir de experiências acompanhadas como terapeuta ocupacional em dispositivos transversais que tocam a experiência artística com destaque para a arte contemporânea, fotografia e audiovisual e se instauram na vizinhança de práticas de saúde e/ou envolvem a presença de pessoas em situações de vulnerabilidades. Descrições e relatos dessas experiências se entrecruzam com conceitos filosóficos e referências artísticas, compondo ensaios que discutem problemáticas relativas às estratégias de participação social e cultural de pessoas que, por múltiplas questões, vivem situações de vulnerabilidades. Essa discussão contribuiu para delinear analisadores de situações de sofrimento e exclusão nos processos de subjetivação contemporâneos para além dessas populações específicas, configurando um campo problemático definido pela biopolítica enquanto regime de poder hegemônico que compõe os domínios da terapia ocupacional e da cultura, e por processos de relação com a imagem onde a prevalência da discursividade prescreve vivências blindando a possibilidade de se viver experiências. A partir da cartografia mapeou-se linhas transversais vividas de forma singular em cada experiência: a presença da câmera fotográfica e/ou audiovisual e a circulação nos diferentes espaços da cidade e da vida coletiva. As referências artísticas se constituíram por projetos cuja produção de imagens fotográficas e/ou audiovisuais envolve processos colaborativos e, as referências conceituais se constituíram no campo da filosofia, da estética e da cultura envolvendo diferentes autores, com destaque para Foucault, Bergson, Benjamin, Deleuze, Guattari, Pèlbart, Rancière, Groys, Galard e Hall. As práticas artísticas, engendradas numa determinada perspectiva, destacam-se enquanto alternativas para instaurar experimentações que possibilitam a produção de subjetividade a partir da heterogênese. Assim, esta pesquisa contribui ao conjunto de estudos interdisciplinares na interface das artes, da cultura e da produção de saúde. / The territory of this research is determined by accompanied experiences of an occupational therapist in transversal devices that compose artistic experiences especially contemporary arts, photography and video and involve health practices and/or the presence of people in vulnerable situations. Descriptions and reports of these experiences are mutually crossed with philosophical concepts and artistic references, producing essays to discuss and appoint problems related to strategies of social and cultural participation of people who, by multiple issues, live in vulnerable situations. This discussion contributed to outline indicators of suffering and exclusion in contemporary subjectification processes beyond these specific populations. Facing a problematic field defined by biopolitics as an hegemonic power regime that compose the occupational therapy and culture domains, and the processes of dealing with images, the discursivity prevalence dictates experiences plating the possibility of experimentation. The cartography method was used to survey transversal lines revealed in a particular way in each experience: the presence of a camera and the circulation in different urban and collective spaces. The artistic references were built by projects that produce images and videos by collaborative processes; the conceptual references were produced in the philosophy, esthetics and culture fields and involved several authors, specially Foucault, Bergson, Benjamin, Deleuze, Guattari, Pèlbart, Rancière, Groys, Galard e Hall. The artistic practices, generated in a certain perspective, appear as alternatives to establish experimentations that allow the subjectivity production from heterogenesis. Therefore, this research is a contribution to interdisciplinary studies on arts, culture and health production interface.

Collaborations complexes : modèle théorique et vérification empirique préliminaire en contexte de projets interdisciplinaires et interorganisationnels

La collaboration constitue une stratégie efficace pour aider les organisations et les individus à évoluer dans des environnements dynamiques et complexes, et génère de nombreux avantages cognitifs, affectifs et pécuniaires. De plus en plus, les équipes de travail sont impliquées dans des collaborations complexes, lesquelles requièrent de transiger à travers les frontières nationales, organisationnelles et disciplinaires. Bien que les collaborations complexes soient de plus en plus courantes en milieux organisationnels et étudiées par les scientifiques, peu d’études empiriques ont été réalisées sur le sujet et la documentation inhérente est disséminée dans divers silos parallèles de connaissances, donnant lieu à des modèles conceptuels divergents et incomplets. L’importance croissante de ces formes de collaboration crée l’impératif scientifique et pratique d’en acquérir une meilleure compréhension ainsi que d’identifier et d’évaluer les conditions et les facteurs qui favorisent leur succès et leur efficacité. Cette thèse vise à combler les lacunes susmentionnées et permettre un avancement des connaissances sur le sujet par l’entremise de deux articles répondant à divers objectifs de recherche. Le premier article avance une définition claire des collaborations complexes, en vue de réduire la confusion entourant ce construit. Il présente également la première revue de documentation sur les facteurs favorisant le succès des collaborations complexes, unifiant les résultats issus de divers contextes et disciplines scientifiques. Cette démarche a permis d’identifier 14 variables clés provenant de 26 études empiriques. À partir de ces données, un modèle conceptuel fondé sur des assises théoriques solides et reconnues en psychologie du travail et des organisations est proposé, offrant ainsi un canevas systémique et dynamique du phénomène ainsi qu’une orientation détaillée des pistes de recherches pertinentes. Le deuxième article part des résultats obtenus dans le premier article afin d’évaluer empiriquement les relations entre certains facteurs clés ayant un impact sur des extrants importants de collaborations complexes. L’étude multiphasique est réalisée auprès de 16 équipes de projets (N=93) interdisciplinaires et interorganisationnelles prenant part à des sessions de travail intensives visant la production de concepts novateurs en design intégré lié au développement durable. Les analyses corrélationnelles montrent des liens positifs entre l’ouverture à la diversité, les processus collaboratifs, la viabilité, la performance d’équipe et la performance de projet, ainsi que des liens négatifs entre les conflits et ces mêmes extrants. De plus, les analyses de médiation multiple révèlent qu’une plus grande ouverture à la diversité influence positivement la viabilité, la performance d’équipe et la performance de projet en favorisant les processus collaboratifs efficaces et en réduisant les conflits. Les implications théoriques et pratiques découlant de ces résultats sont discutées. / Collaboration is an effective strategy to help organizations and individuals evolve in turbulent and complex environments, yielding numerous cognitive, affective, financial benefits. Increasingly, work teams are involved in complex collaborations, which require working across national, organizational and disciplinary boundaries. Although complex collaborations are increasingly prevalent and studied, there are few empirical studies on the subject and related literature is scattered in parallel knowledge silos, and poorly integrated conceptually. The growing ubiquity and reliance on these forms of collaboration creates a scientific and practical imperative to improve their understanding, as well as to identify and assess conditions and factors that promote their success and effectiveness. This thesis aims to address abovementioned gaps and knowledge advances through two articles, each targeting several objectives. The first paper provides a clear definition of complex collaborations, meant to decipher some of the confusion surrounding this construct. It also presents the first review of literature on factors fostering success of complex collaborations, unifying findings across research disciplines and contexts, which allowed to uncover 14 key variables from 26 empirical studies. Based on these findings, a theoretically grounded framework capturing functional and dynamic relationships among identified factors is introduced and developed, providing comprehensive and systemic view of the phenomenon and orienting pertinent research paths. The second article capitalizes on findings from the first paper to empirically investigate relationships between key factors affecting important outcomes of complex collaborations. The multi-wave survey is conducted with 16 interdisciplinary and inter-organizational projects teams (N=93) participating in intense work sessions aimed at producing innovative integrated design concepts. Correlational analyses show positive relationships between openness to diversity, collaborative processes, viability, team performance, and project performance, as well as negative relations between conflicts and the latter constructs. Further, multiple mediation analyses reveal that greater openness to diversity affects viability, team performance, and project performance by way of promoting efficient collaborative processes and inhibiting conflicts. Theoretical and practical implications from these findings are discussed.

These stagings took place in São Paulo, Brazil, in distinct periods, between the second half of the twentieth century and the beginning of the twenty-first century. The first is that of Celso Nunes, with adaptation of Carlos Queiroz Telles, in 1972. Iacov Hillel directed the second staging, adapted by José Rubens Siqueira, in 2001. The third spectacle was directed by Márcio Aurélio and adapted by Valderez Cardoso Gomes, also in 2001. What makes them objects of research relevant to the Brazilian Theater and to literature from the perspective of Theatrical Aesthetics and of History of Entertainment are multiple artistic readings inserted in distinct historical circumstances. In transcreations to the scene from a work not intended for the stage as Os Lusíadas transpire relations between languages and meanings of the theater spectacles and the literary work. This study seeks to examine three different possibilities of staging and of theatrical adaptation, which gave voice and scenic forms to the classical poetry´s ideas and ideals. This work draws on theatrical theories of Patrice Pavis and Anne Ubersfeld, on historians such as Werner Jaeger and Jacques Le Goff, on Camoens scholars like José Maria Rodrigues and Segismundo Spina, and on other names that stand out regarding the topic of the present study. Thus, the analyses punctuate aspects about these theater spectacles, these dramatic adaptations and the original aforementioned text, which served as raw material for new creations. By establishing specific points of each language and navigating the broad spectacular and intertextual dialogism conformed, the horizon that is shown points the theatrical staging as autonomous work of art. / O objetivo desta tese é estudar três encenações teatrais brasileiras que possuem como ponto de partida comum a obra Os Lusíadas, do poeta português Luís de Camões. Essas montagens ocorreram em São Paulo, Brasil, em períodos distintos, compreendidos entre a segunda metade do século XX e o início do século XXI. A primeira é a de Celso Nunes, com adaptação de Carlos Queiroz Telles, em 1972. Iacov Hillel assinou a direção da segunda montagem, adaptada por José Rubens Siqueira, em 2001. O terceiro espetáculo foi dirigido por Márcio Aurélio e adaptado por Valderez Cardoso Gomes, também em 2001. O que as torna objeto de pesquisa relevante para o Teatro Brasileiro e para a literatura sob o ângulo da Estética Teatral e da História do Espetáculo são as múltiplas leituras artísticas inseridas em circunstâncias históricas distintas. Nas transcriações para a cena, a partir de uma obra não destinada ao palco como Os Lusíadas, transparecem as relações entre as linguagens e as significações dos espetáculos e da obra literária. Este estudo busca reconstituir três possibilidades diferenciadas de encenação e de adaptação teatral, as quais deram voz e formas cênicas às ideias e aos ideais da poesia clássica. O trabalho apoia-se em teorias teatrais de Patrice Pavis e de Anne Ubersfeld, em historiadores como Werner Jaeger e Jacques Le Goff, em estudiosos camonianos como José Maria Rodrigues e Segismundo Spina, e em outros nomes que se destacam no que concerne ao tema estudado. Desse modo, as análises pontuam aspectos sobre esses espetáculos, sobre essas adaptações dramatúrgicas e sobre o texto original, o qual serviu de matéria-prima para as novas criações. Inventório. Processos de design na divulgação científica para crianças: estudo de caso de livro informativo / Inventory design processes in science communication for children: informative book case study

A pesquisa de caráter qualitativo teve como objetivo levantar e discutir maneiras pelas quais o campo do design pode contribuir para a divulgação científica para o público infantil. A partir de um levantamento de casos de comunicação da ciência para crianças no Brasil e exterior, de naturezas e mídias diversas, foram identificados os processos de design empregados e determinados os eixos investigativos da pesquisa: processos colaborativos, processos participativos, ludicidade e design da informação. Para evidenciar e discutir as questões relativas aos quatro eixos, foi realizado um estudo de caso sobre o livro informativo para crianças Lá fora - Guia para descobrir a natureza (textos de Maria Ana Peixe Dias e Inês Teixeira do Rosário, ilustrações de Bernardo P. Carvalho, editora Planeta Tangerina, Portugal, 2014). O estudo de caso baseou-se em revisão bibliográfica relativa a: processos colaborativos, processos participativos, processos voltados ao lúdico, design da informação, livros ilustrados e livros informativos para crianças. As análises sugerem que as contribuições do campo para a divulgação científica para crianças potencializam-se quanto mais abrangente for o escopo de participação do design e quanto mais inicial for o estágio de projetação em que é introduzido. Além disso, de cada eixo investigativo sobressaem contribuições específicas ligadas às forma de participação do design no processo de produção da divulgação, a saber: o rigor informativo, investigativo e crítico, e a criatividade na abordagem dos temas da ciência (processos colaborativos); a defesa da autonomia, do protagonismo e do respeito às necessidades cognitivas e emocionais da criança (processos participativos); a aproximação poética, aberta, imaginativa e complexa dos assuntos tratados (processos voltados à ludicidade); e o cuidado com a usabilidade dos objetos, a legibilidade e a visualização da informação (design da informação). / This qualitative study aimed to raise and discuss ways in which the design field can contribute to science communication for children.
