O registro de práticas, saberes, festividades e outras manifestações culturais não são mais restritas às ações de reprodução de práticas culturais, mas também resulta na produção de diversos registros bibliográficos, fotográficos, fílmicos e outros documentos em diversos suportes que capturam, registram e possibilitam o conhecimento das informações presentes nestas atividades. O uso cada vez mais frequente das mídias tecnológicas, principalmente à internet, enquanto canal de comunicação e divulgação do patrimônio cultural, festividades, entre outros eventos, implica no surgimento de muitas imagens, vídeos e produções bibliográficas sobre determinadas manifestações culturais que podem ser encontradas na rede e estão disponíveis para acesso público, porém a recuperação deste material enquanto fonte de informação se dá de forma aleatória, pois não foram observados alguns requisitos necessários para a disponibilização destes no ciberespaço. Busca-se com o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa possibilitar maior visibilidade ao setor cultural Mato-Grossense, por meio de um repositório digital para armazenamento e divulgação de documentos, vídeos, sons e outras produções advindas de projetos voltados para a Economia Criativa e o Patrimônio Cultural Imaterial Mato-Grossense. Além de colaborar com a promoção e divulgação do patrimônio cultural imaterial, o Repositório Digital – Cultura do Mato, criado com o software DSpace, contribuirá com a preservação dos conhecimentos tradicionais ao mesmo tempo em que viabilizará o acesso a produção e consumo de informações sobre cultura no estado de Mato Grosso. No primeiro capítulo apresenta-se a introdução da pesquisa discorrendo sobre o porquê de seu desenvolvimento, os objetivos envolvidos e a metodologia aplicada. No segundo capítulo discorre-se sobre os conceitos e informações referentes ao Patrimônio Cultural, dando ênfase na Cultural Imaterial de Mato Grosso, pautando-se principalmente em documentos produzidos pelo IPHAN. O terceiro capítulo discorre sobre a o papel dos Repositórios na Gestão da Informação, focando a importância das Bibliotecas e Repositórios Digitais, bem como as contribuições oferecidas pelo uso do software DSpace no desenvolvimento destas Unidades de Informações Virtuais. O quarto capítulo compreende discussões a respeito do tratamento e representação de informações provenientes do Mapeamento da Cultura em Mato Grosso, o qual envolve projetos relacionados ao desenvolvimento da economia criativa mato-grossense, dos quais resultarão documentos digitais que deverão ser armazenados no repositório digital. O quinto capitulo apresenta a análise das funcionalidades do repositório, fornecendo informações sobre as questões que envolvem a instalação do software DSpace, o registro de comunidades, coleções e itens, e resultado dos testes com os recursos de busca do programa. O sexto capitulo é dedicado as considerações finais desta pesquisa. O desenvolvimento deste trabalho se pautará pelos princípios da pesquisa exploratória, funcionalista e qualitativa, pois suas técnicas permitem uma visão geral, a interpretação e a descrição dos objetos em análise. Por fim espera-se demonstrar os benefícios do emprego de tecnologias que envolvem a criação de um repositório digital, tanto no quesito armazenamento de informações existentes sobre a economia e o patrimônio cultural mato-grossense, quanto na recuperação, acesso e visibilidade destes recursos informacionais. / In the last years, we may observe a higher appreciation of the Brazilian cultural heritage, especially regarding the actions to safeguard intangible heritage. The registration of practice, knowledge, festivities and other cultural events is no longer restricted to breeding actions of cultural practices, but also results in the production of several bibliographic, photographic and filmic records and other documents in several media resources that capture, record and enable the knowledge of the information provided in these activities. The increasingly frequent use of technological media, especially the Internet, as a communication and promotion channel of cultural heritage, festivals and other events, results in the appearance of many images, videos and literature production about certain cultural events that can be found on the net and are available for public access, but recovery of this material as a source of information occurs randomly because some requirements for the provision of those materials in cyberspace were not observed. This research aims to bring to the spotlight the cultural sector of Mato Grosso, through a digital repository for storage and dissemination of documents, videos, sounds and other productions arising from projects focused on the Creative Economy and the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Mato Grosso. In addition to its collaboration with the promotion and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage, the Digital Repository - Mato's Culture, created with the software DSpace, will contribute to the preservation of traditional knowledge whereas will facilitate the access to production and consumption of culture information in Mato Grosso state. In the first chapter, the research introduction is shown discussing about the reason of its development, the involved objectives and the applied methodology. In the second chapter, we discuss about the concepts and information related to the Cultural Heritage, emphasizing the Intangible Culture of Mato Grosso, mainly based on documents produced by IPHAN. The third chapter discusses about the function of repositories in Information Management, focusing on the importance of Libraries and Digital Repositories,and the contributions offered by the use of DSpace software in developing these Virtual Information Units. The fourth chapter includes discussions about the processing andrepresentation of information from the Cultural Mapping in Mato Grosso, which involvesprojects related to the development of Mato Grosso's creative economy, from which digital documents will be resulted and must be stored in the digital repository. The fifth chapter presents the analysis of thefeatures of the repository, providing information on issues involving the installation ofDSpace software, the registration of communities, collections and items, and test results withsoftware search features. The sixth chapter is devoted to the final considerations of this research.The development of this paper will guide the principles of exploratory research, functionalist and qualitative because their techniques allow an overview, the interpretation and description of the objects in question. Finally expected to demonstrate the benefits of using technologiesinvolving the creation of a digital repositor both in the question storage existing informationon the economy and the Mato Grosso cultural patrimony, and the recovery, access andvisibility of these information resources.

Comment l’imaginaire des lieux issu de la littérature contribue-t-il à valoriser un territoire ? À l’heure où des territoires ruraux, soucieux de renforcer leur attractivité, mènent des actions visant à renouveler leur image, la littérature patrimonialisée peut être considérée comme une ressource : maisons d’écrivains, routes ou sentiers littéraires contribuent ainsi à l’inscription territoriale d’une littérature et de ses imaginaires. Cette thèse s’intéresse à l’invention de tels lieux, à leur animation et à leur intégration territoriale. Elle traite aussi de leur réception et de leur appropriation par les habitants et les touristes. Une analyse statistique des maisons d’écrivain en France dresse une typologie qui souligne les spécificités structurelles, spatiales et organisationnelles de ces lieux polymorphes. En complément,des études de cas renseignent sur la singularité de la relation entre l’auteur et le lieu, et sur la dynamique de la maison en tant que projet de territoire multi-acteurs. Deux méthodes sont mises en œuvre afin de saisir les représentations des visiteurs : une enquête par questionnaire, prolongée par l’analyse d’une voie plus créative et sensible d’expression, les livres d’or. L'analyse des questionnaires souligne la diversité des motifs de visite, non exclusivement littéraires. L'étude des livres d'or met en évidence la dimension immersive d’une expérience où les émotions vont à la rencontre des souvenirs et des imaginaires. Une typologie multiscalaire de parcours littéraires est ensuite réalisée, enrichie par des études de cas. Du Berry à la Provence, des Cévennes au Québec en passant par le Livradois, des parcours littéraires proposent de découvrir une région en compagnie d’un écrivain et de personnages imaginaires. Transcendant l’habituelle démarcation entre le réel et la fiction, ils redéfinissent ainsi la notion d’authenticité. L'ensemble des éléments analysés dans la thèse concourt à qualifier une forme de tourisme combinant connaissance, imaginaire et expérience des lieux, dressant les contours d’une nouvelle pratique touristique de l’espace : celle d’un tourisme littéraire tourné sur l’itinérance et la créativité / How does the imaginary of places stemming from literature contributes to enhance a territory? At a time when rural areas, aspiring to strengthen their attractiveness, take actions to renew their image, the literary heritage can be considered a resource: writers' houses, routes or literary trails thus contribute to the territorial inscription of literature and its imagination. This thesis is interested in the creation of such places, in their animation and in their territorial integration. It also deals with their reception and with their appropriation by the inhabitants and tourists. A statistical analysis of writer's houses in France allows for a typology which underlines the structural, spatial and organizational specificities of these polymorphic places. In addition, case studies inform about the peculiarities of the relation between author and place, and about the dynamics of the house as multi-actors territorial project. Two methods are implemented to seize the visitors’ representations: a survey by questionnaire, extended by the analysis of a more creative and more sensitive way of expression, visitors' log (« livres d’or »). The analysis of questionnaires underlines the diversity of the motives for visits which are not exclusively literary. The study of visitors' log highlights the immersive dimensions of an experience where feelings meet memories and imagination. A multiscalar typology of literary routes is then realized, enriched by case studies. From Berry to Provence, from the Cévennes to Quebec via Livradois, literary routes propose the exploring of a region together with a writer and imaginary characters. They so redefine the notion of authenticity by transcending the usual demarcation between the reality and fiction. All the analyzed elements contribute to consider a form of tourism combining knowledge, imagination and experimentation of places, drawing the outlines of a new tourist practice of space : that of a literary tourism focused on itinerancy and creativity

Denna undersökning har studerat fäbodstugan och fäbodmiljön i ett tidsperspektiv. Från att ha varit en del av jordbrukssystemet till att bli ett område för rekreation. En enkätundersökning genomfördes för att fånga brukarnas åsikter i Västtjärnslindans fäbod. En jämförelse mellan värden ur ett myndighetsperspektiv och ett brukarperspektiv genomfördes därefter. Förändringar i fäbodmiljön undersöktes också i Västtjärnslindans fäbod. Undersökningen visar att värderingen skiljer sig inte så mycket mellan parterna, snarare att det handlar om benämningar och tolkningar av de kulturvärden som lyfts i Bastbergets fäbod jämfört med i Västtjärnslindans fäbod. Studien visar att de förändringar som identifierats i Västtjärnslindan inte utgör något hot mot bevarande av kulturmiljön. Snarare att nya värden appliceras på de gamla värdena som kvarstår, som lager på lager. Oavsett om fäbodmiljön är utpekad av kulturarvsmyndigheter eller ej innehar den höga kulturvärden som i ett brukande bevaras för framtida generationer. Ett bevarande i brukandet vill uppnås för att få ett användbart hållbart kulturarv. / This study looks into shacks in a time perspective from being a part of the agricultural system to a new purpose for recreation. This was made by studying cultural values and changes from a authority-perspecitve and from the peoples-perspective living and using the cultural area in these shacks. From the authority-perspecive the study looked into processes in valuing cultural values and management regulations in Bastbergets fäbod as an example. A survey was created to investigating the peoples-perspective in Västtjärnslindan fäbod. The study shows that the most important cultural values are quite similar independent of whom valuing the cultural environment (either authorities or people using it). Changes to more modern appearance in the study shows that they are not affecting character traits of the cultural shacks environment. The cultural values appears to be a layer on layer values in the cultural environment. To conclude it is importent to reach conservation in using the shacks environment to obtain a useful sustainable cultural heritage.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vad som skiljer de lämningar åt från kvarnverksamhet som inte finns i  Fornsök från de som är registrerade som kulturlämning. Historiskt kartmaterial har studerats för att försöka få en uppfattning om det är så att de inte platsar i ramen för en forn- kulturlämning, dvs tillkommen efter år 1850 och om det är därför de inte finns i registret. Alla lämningarna  från kvarnar i Forshälla socken går att återfinna på kartor före år 1850. Uppsatsen önskar också öka uppmärksamheten på denna typ av lämningar i skog och mark så att de erhåller ett starkare skydd när skogen ska avverkas. En analys har gjorts gällande var och en av lämningarna och miljön runt dessa och om de riskerar att skadas vid en avverkning av skogen. / The purpose of this essay is to investigate what distinguishes the remains from mill activities that are not found in Fornsök from those that are registered as cultural remains. Historical map material has been studied to try to get an idea of whether it is the case that they do not fit within the framework of an ancient cultural relic, i.e., added after the year 1850 and if that is why they are not in the register. All the remains from water mills in Forshälla parish can be found on maps before the year 1850. The essay also wishes to increase attention to this type of remains in forest and land so they can receive stronger protection when the forest is cut down. An analysis has been made of each of the remains and the environment around them and whether they are at risk of damage when the forest is harvested.

Master's dissertation is devoted to the problem of interaction of public authorities and business representatives in the field of preservation of cultural heritage in the Sverdlovsk region. The first сhapter deals with the activities of the executive bodies of state power in the sphere of preservation of cultural heritage, analyzes the legal framework of interaction between public authorities and business structures for the conservation and use of cultural heritage in the region, and also reveals the features of public and private partnership in the study area. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the experience of interaction between the executive bodies of state power and business for the preservation of cultural heritage in the Sverdlovsk region, identifying problems and opportunities for such cooperation. The third paragraph of the chapter presents the project «Development and implementation of a mechanism for the involvement of cultural heritage objects in the Treasury of the Sverdlovsk region in the economic turnover in 2018». / Магистерская диссертация посвящена проблеме взаимодействия органов государственной власти и представителей бизнеса в сфере сохранения объектов культурного наследия в Свердловской области. В первой главе работы рассматривается деятельность исполнительных органов государственной власти в сфере сохранения объектов культурного наследия, анализируются нормативно-правовые основы взаимодействия органов государственной власти и бизнес-структур по сохранению и использованию объектов культурного наследия в регионе, а также раскрываются особенности развития государственно-частного партнерства в изучаемой сфере. Вторая глава работы посвящена изучению опыта взаимодействия исполнительных органов государственной власти и бизнеса по сохранению объектов культурного наследия в Свердловской области, выявлению проблем и возможностей такого сотрудничества. В третьем параграфе главы представлен проект «Разработка и реализация механизма вовлечения объектов культурного наследия, находящихся в казне Свердловской области, в хозяйственный оборот в 2018 году».

Рассмотрено влияние продуктивности земли в зависимости от использования объекта культурного наследия, при соблюдении ФЗ-73 и охранных обязательств. Проведенные расчеты позволили провести сравнение остаточной стоимости с кадастровой и отметить методологические недостатки в методике оценки кадастровой стоимости земли с позиций экономики городского землепользования. А также в рамка работы предложена модель управления ОКН, включающей проведения аудита с использованием due diligence, и разработку мастер-планов. / The influence of the productivity of the land depending on the use of the object of cultural heritage, in compliance with ФЗ-73 and security obligations, is considered. The calculations made it possible to compare the residual value with the cadastral value and to note methodological shortcomings in the methodology for assessing the cadastral value of land from the standpoint of urban land economics. And also a model of management of cultural heritage objects is proposed, including conducting an audit using due diligence, and creating master plans.

[ES] Las piscifactorías romanas existentes en la provincia de Alicante, al igual que ocurre con el resto de las que se encuentran dispersas por las costas del Mediterráneo, son uno de los ejemplos de patrimonio cultural que actualmente se encuentran más amenazados por efecto del cambio climático. A través del presente trabajo, se ha pretendido documentar el mayor número de instalaciones existentes en todo el Mediterráneo, localizándolas y describiendo brevemente sus características. Dado que posiblemente, dentro de poco tiempo, muchas de ellas hayan quedado definitivamente sumergidas o muy dañadas por efecto del aumento del nivel del mar y el oleaje. La investigación comenzó con el estudio y el análisis de la, no excesivamente abundante, bibliografía sobre el tema. Así, se pudo comprobar cómo, el aumento del nivel del mar, pese a ser una amenaza generalizada para todos estos enclaves, había afectado en mayor medida a las instalaciones situadas en la zona central del Mediterráneo norte, principalmente en la costa tirrénica italiana. A través de una Estancia de Investigación en la Sapienza-Università di Roma, fue posible visitar in situ muchas de las piscifactorías existentes en esta costa, y documentar su estado de conservación, sus características físicas, sus relaciones con el entorno y sus valores. A su vez, fue posible aumentar el volumen de bibliografía analizada, al contar los fondos de diversas instituciones situadas en Roma, con mucho mayor número de publicaciones sobre estas instalaciones. En lo que respecta a los cuatro enclaves detectados hasta el momento en la provincia de Alicante, la descripción realizada ha sido mucho más detallada. Se ha analizado el estado socioeconómico del entorno, tanto del momento histórico en el que se construyeron como del actual, al igual que su situación legal. De esta forma, y conociendo el estado actual del yacimiento, es posible abordar una eventual puesta en valor que pueda repercutir de manera reseñable en el destino turístico. Las propuestas planteadas para el uso y la conservación de estos elementos se centran en garantizar la seguridad jurídica de los bienes patrimoniales, establecer unos criterios y exigencias que han de cumplirse para realizar la visita pública en unas condiciones mínimas para el visitante de confort y calidad, y marcar las directrices a seguir para que todo el proceso llegue a buen puerto. Por último, se ha planteado la posibilidad de presentar una candidatura de inscripción a la lista de Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO que dotaría de mayor significancia a este tipo de patrimonio. / [CA] Les piscifactories romanes existents a la província d'Alacant, igual que ocorre amb la resta de les que es troben disperses per les costes de la mar Mediterrània, són un dels exemples de patrimoni cultural que actualment es troben més amenaçats per efecte del canvi climàtic. A través del present treball, s'ha volgut documentar el major nombre d'instal·lacions existents en tota la mar Mediterrània, localitzant-les i descrivint breument les seues característiques. Tenint en compte que possiblement, d'ací a poc temps, moltes d'elles hauràn quedat definitivament submergides o molt danyades per efecte de l'augment del nivell de la mar i l'onatge. La investigació va començar amb l'estudi i l'anàlisi de la, no excessivament abundant, bibliografia sobre el tema. Així, es va poder comprovar com, l'augment del nivell de la mar, malgrat ser una amenaça generalitzada per a tots aquests enclavaments, havia afectat en major mesura a les instal·lacions situades en la zona central del Mediterrani nord, principalment en la costa tirrènica italiana. A través d'una "Estada de Recerca" a la Sapienza-Università di Roma, va ser possible visitar 'in situ' moltes de les piscifactories existents en aquesta costa, i documentar el seu estat de conservació, les seues característiques físiques, les seues relacions amb l'entorn i els seus valors. Al mateix temps, va ser possible augmentar el volum de bibliografia analitzada, en comptar els fons de diverses institucions situades a Roma, amb molt major nombre de publicacions sobre aquestes instal·lacions. Pel que fa als quatre enclavaments detectats fins al moment a la província d'Alacant, la descripció realitzada ha sigut molt més detallada. S'ha analitzat l'estat socioeconòmic de l'entorn, tant del moment històric en el qual es van construir com de l'actual, igual que la seua situació legal. D'aquesta manera, i coneixent l'estat actual del jaciment, és possible abordar una eventual posada en valor que puga repercutir, de manera ressenyable, en la destinació turística. Les propostes plantejades per a l'ús i la conservació d'aquests elements es centren en garantir la seguretat jurídica dels béns patrimonials, establir uns criteris i exigències que han de complir-se per a realitzar la visita pública en unes condicions mínimes, per al visitant, de confort i qualitat, i marcar les directrius a seguir perquè tot el procés arribe a bon port. Finalment, s'ha plantejat la possibilitat de presentar una candidatura d'inscripció a la llista de Patrimoni Mundial de la UNESCO que dotaria de major significança a aquesta classe de patrimoni. / [EN] The existing Roman fish tanks in the province of Alicante, as is the case with the rest of those scattered along the Mediterranean coast, are one of the examples of cultural heritage that is currently most threatened by the effect of climate change. Through this work, we have tried to document the largest number of existing facilities throughout the Mediterranean, locating them and briefly describing their characteristics. Given that possibly, within a short time, many of them will have been definitively submerged or severely damaged by the effect of rising sea levels and waves. The research began with the study and analysis of the not excessively abundant bibliography on the subject. Thus, it was possible to verify how the rise in sea level, despite being a generalized threat to all these sites, had affected the facilities located in the central area of the northern Mediterranean, mainly on the Italian Tyrrhenian coast, to a greater extent. Through a Research Stay at the Sapienza-Università di Roma, it was possible to visit in situ many of the existing fish tanks on this coast, and document their state of conservation, their physical characteristics, their relationships with the environment and their values. In turn, it was possible to increase the volume of bibliography analyzed, by counting the holdings of various institutions located in Rome, with a much greater number of publications on these facilities. About the four sites detected so far in the province of Alicante, the description made has been much more detailed. The socioeconomic status of the environment has been analyzed, both from the historical moment in which they were built and from the current one, as well as their legal situation. In this way, and knowing the current state of the site, it is possible to address an eventual enhancement that could have a significant impact on the tourist destination. The proposals made for the use and conservation of these elements focus on guaranteeing the legal certainty of heritage assets, establishing criteria and requirements that must be met to carry out the public visit in minimum conditions for the visitor of comfort and quality, and mark the guidelines to follow so that the entire process reaches a successful conclusion. Finally, the possibility of presenting a candidacy for inscription on the UNESCO World Heritage list has been raised, which would give greater significance to this type of heritage. / Caballero Rubio, FJ.
