LUIZ FERNANDO PERROTTA DA ROCHA 08 November 2021 (has links)
[en] Many people have searched the internet for a way to make money. Among those who try, there are those who manage to make a living selling digital services and products and building careers dedicated to such an initiative: they are called digital entrepreneurs. The professional trajectories of these entrepreneurs are still poorly understood, which motivated the completion of this dissertation, which sought to understand the construction of a digital entrepreneur career. Therefore, Life Design theory was used as the main conceptual lens to unveil these careers. To achieve the proposed objective, 13 digital entrepreneurs were interviewed. The results obtained indicate that those who call themselves digital entrepreneurs are dedicated, above all, to digital marketing and build their careers confirming the rhetoric that digital entrepreneurship is a viable path to enrichment, to achieve flexibility in time, space and area of performance, as long as one works consistently, constantly learning and networking. Among the main motivations to be a digital entrepreneur are dissatisfaction with previous work; ambition to earn more money; desire to undertake with low investment and risk and monetizing a hobby. The main challenges are lack of support from family and friends; mental and physical health concerns; difficulties with the use of technology; fear of believing empty promises and concerns about hate attacks on the internet. With regard to the objective aspects of career building, four moments appeared as important: searching google for ways to earn money on the internet; consume content about digital marketing; make the first online sale and participate in congresses or events in the sector. It was found that, by overcoming difficulties and achieving goals, digital entrepreneurs legitimize their career choices.

Alayo Amorós, Christian Oswaldo, Ayala Espinoza, Astrid Fiorella, Callata Paasaca, Xiomara Vanessa, López Cisneros, Grecia Andrea Paola, Santamaria Criollo, Wendy Loana 06 July 2021 (has links)
This work has been prepared to know and evaluate the viability and scalability of the business model called "Golden Store". This is a virtual venture that is dedicated to the design, purchase, and sale of items. Golden Store is aimed at fans of One Direction and BTS, who are the main consumers of the brand. In other words, Golden is responsible for offering articles and garments that have an eye-catching design for its customers, thus making them able to identify with their favorite artist, and express their musical tastes, by the product. This project arose for two fundamental reasons. On the one hand, Golden was born because of a problem identified by three members of the team, who identify themselves as fans of the musical groups of said musical groups. They agreed that original merchandise items are expensive for customers and take months to arrive in the country. Likewise, they recognized that in the virtual merchandising platforms they did not find the diversity of designs that they wanted, being these repetitive and without originality. To verify this, interviews were conducted with different fans of One Direction and BTS, thus knowing the reasons for their dissatisfaction with the purchase of the merch items. Consequently, Golden emerges as a "From fans to fans" venture that seeks to increase the recognition and preference of the brand by addressing their unmet needs by offering an enjoyable and reliable shopping experience.

The project under the name intiplaza shows its viability through a website developed to connect small businesses of the clothing and accessories industry and customers male and female of the upper-middle economic class and middle economic class. / This project consists of the development of a digital entrepreneurship that offers homemade food and allows housewives, with great cooking talent, to connect with an important group of clients. Likewise, the feasibility of its implementation is shown based on the research we carried out in the districts of Modern Lima. This allowed us to detect that young people want a different alternative to the one offered by delivery applications, mostly processed food, and in this way to be able to obtain a homemade and balanced meal. In addition, a segment of housewives was identified who have the desire to increase their income, who have been affected economically by the pandemic, and who also have great culinary skills that they can take advantage of. For the implementation of the project, an analysis of the potential market was previously carried out and experiments were developed to validate the parts of the business model: channels, customer segments, relationship with customers, key activities, key partners, cost structure, and sources of entry. On the other hand, a Marketing Plan, a Loyalty Plan, and a Financial Plan were drawn up. Which are intended to reaffirm the viability of the project. As a result, after an initial investment of 11,993 soles in the first year of operations, a net profit of 5,600 soles will be obtained, 65,000 soles for the second year, and 144,000 soles for the third year. / Trabajo de investigación

Plataforma web de búsqueda de prácticas preprofesionales

Cardenas Gallo, Arthur Alfredo, Cavero Ramírez, César Iván, Cuadros Quinto, Victor Alejandro, Morales Chavez, Carlos Josue, Paz León, Daniel Alejandro 08 July 2021 (has links)
The development of pre-professional internships is of utmost necessity in the university environment because it allows young students to develop their knowledge and skills in a purely work and business environment, the different knowledge acquired in their formative years in both Universities and Technical Institutes. However, during the last years many companies have raised the requirements to hire an intern such as having previous experience, availability more than the hours required for an intern, etc. Because of this, many students have difficulties in obtaining internships due to lack of experience and conflicts with their university schedules. Professional unemployment and underemployment are problems that afflict thousands of young Peruvians and their incidence is generally attributed to a mismatch between labor demand and supply. In addition, the lack of information resources that young people have when it comes to finding internships such as job offer websites, job announcements made by companies or simply that their own house of study does not offer them tools to find work such as a "job bank". Finally, as mentioned above, our next business project is aimed at university and technical institute students who have problems finding internships and offer them a solution through a platform aimed especially at this group of young people where they will find different tools that will help them find their first internships quickly and easily. / Trabajo de investigación

Female entrepreneurship on social media; An analysis ofGreek female artists using Instagram for entrepreneurialpurposes

Kontogianni, Irene, Germanakou, Georgia January 2021 (has links)
The main purpose of this thesis is to recognize the entrepreneurial identity of femaleartists today in Greece, as portrayed from their accounts on Instagram. This study uses aquantitative method to examine the ways in which artists become digital and culturalentrepreneurs. The results reveal that cultural and digital entrepreneurial identity is evidentthrough entrepreneurial marketing by female artists in Greece. The findings can also supportfuture research on the digitization of art and the entrepreneurial activities and marketingstrategies from the art world in Greece. The proposed research question of this study refers to the ways in which Greek femaleartists act as digital and cultural entrepreneurs on Instagram. The study is based on a specificsample of female artists in Greece who use Instagram to project and promote their artworks. In doing so, there are samples of entrepreneurial marketing which indicate that beside theirrole as artists they act as entrepreneurs and they are heading towards a social impact on the artworld in Greece. The “4Ps” of marketing mix were used as a method for collecting data from Instagramaccounts while for the analysis a code book was created, in order to interpret the collecteddata. The findings of this research were able to confirm that the traditional marketing mixapplies to the accounts of the five artists and also can be used in a digital and cultural context. One main limitation of this study was the number of accounts included in the research, aswell as the weaknesses of content analysis as a method itself. However, the findings can shedlight in the area of female entrepreneurship in Greece and valuable insights in how the “4Ps”of marketing can be applied in a modern context. Additionally, this research can be used as astarting point for further research on female entrepreneurship and for the application ofvarious research methods on the subject.

African American Women Bloggers’ Lived Experiences with Digital Entrepreneurship: A Transcendental Phenomenological Study

McDowell, Melissa 01 January 2020 (has links)
The professionalization of blogs has elevated blogging to an organizational field whereby bloggers develop a legitimate career path. For many minority women bloggers, the transition from being traditionally employed to managing a one-person digital enterprise is often met with racial and gender imbalances created by nontraditional modes of work. The purpose of this qualitative transcendental phenomenological study was to gain a deeper understanding of how African American women bloggers described their lived experiences with managing a one-person digital enterprise and the implications of their racial and gender identity within this nontraditional mode of work. To address this gap, a transcendental phenomenological method was used to collect data from African American women bloggers. This study was framed by 3 key concepts focused on African American women bloggers: Brydges and Sj00F6holm’s concept of personal style blogger, Martinez Dy et al’s concept of women digital entrepreneurs, and Gabriel’s concept of Black female identity online. Data were gathered using 9 virtual semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the modified Van Kaam method. Eight themes emerged when answering the research question. The findings of the research showed that being an African American woman blogger means conducting entrepreneurial activity, working towards financial solvency, being proud of racial identity, and creating and delivering content as a blogger. Results gleaned from this transcendental phenomenological study may help promote social change by bringing awareness to policymakers on the issues of equity, access, and opportunity for marginalized populations who seek to become digital entrepreneurs.
