Final thesis pursues problematics of optimization methods used in PUD optimization project, in TNT Express Worldwide spol. s r.o. In theoretical part, considerable part concentrates on various optimisation methods, which leads to another science branches, mainly quantitative management. Operative part focuses on critical evaluation of PUD optimization project.

The work provides basic information about the infrastructure of Belarus. The work is divided into five chapters. each of them provides information about rail, auto, aviation and water transport. The last chapter is devoted to statistic data that show the development of transport in Belarus in recent years.

The thesis focuses on issues of internal logistics outsourcing of a production company. A concrete example is the cooperation of the logistics provider Dachser s.r.o. and the producer of escalators, moving walkways and elevators Otis Escalators s.r.o. The project is called ILO (Internal Logistics Outsourcing) project and is situated in Břeclav, Czech Republic. After the theoretical introduction follows description of both partners and their relationship. Then the diploma thesis focuses on the phases of the ILO project from its planning and execution to final logistic solution. Work evaluates all these phases and highlights most critical problems. Also suggests ways how to avoid these critical situations in the future and shows benefits of the current solution for the customer. Moreover, it contents optimization suggestions for present solution and recommendations for further development in the future. This text aims to be a guide for future clients considering the implementation of outsourcing and to be independent critique of the entire project for Dachser.

Obsahem této diplomové práce je představení problematiky rozložených vozů jako varianty vstupu automobilky na nové trhy. V první části jsou představeny jednotlivé kategorie rozložených vozů a zahraniční montážní závody automobilky Škoda Auto a související logistické řetězce, v druhé části jsou analyzovány vybrané ekonomické parametry expedice rozložených vozů. Ve třetí části je kritické analýze podroben právě probíhající projekt výstavby výrobního závodu Škoda Auto a Volkswagen v ruské Kaluze se zhodnocením rizikových faktorů.

V dané práci jsem se zaměřil na definovaní principů a odlišností využívaní logistické koncepce v řízení zbožových toků ve velkých městech, které by mohly být užitečné v případě Moskvy a jak by bylo možné lépe vyřešit dopravní obsluhu města. Určit způsoby využívaní logistiky při formovaní infrastruktury města pomoci organizaci dopravy diky různým distribučním modelům. Proanalyzovat efektivnost a zjistit hlavní problémy moskevské logistiky. Identifikovat potřeby města a zahrnout logistická řešení do urbanistické a územní koncepce jeho rozvoje a do systému městské nákladní dopravy.

Práce popisuje trh přepravních služeb v silniční dopravě v ČR. Charakterizuje jednak subjekty přepravních služeb, ale i průběh samotného přepravního procesu a jeho jednotlivé fáze. Zdůrazňuje priority při poskytování přepravních služeb v silniční dopravě a nastiňuje praktické kroky vedoucí k jejich dosažení.

During the work researches the scientific literature analysis about the Logistic Services was made, the main characteristics of the theory of the Logistic Services were assessed, the possibilities of the development of the Logistic Services were inspected in Lithuania. In the Master work the Logistic Conception is proposed, the types of the Logistic Activity are marked, the trends and the problems of the development of the Logistic Services are formulated. The most significant findings in this Study are the proposals how to improve the development of the Logistic Services in Lithuania. The Master work contains the Study of possibilities of getting financial support from EU for small and middle-sized Lithuanian enterprises of Logistics. The material proves the scientific hypothesis formulated by author, that the Logistics in Lithuania has good perspectives. Today the business of Logistic Services in Lithuania is in the stage of evaluation. The Master work in general serves to the analysis, development and improvement of the Logistic Services in Lithuania.

Company marketing strategies and issues related to the development of a logistics system have been formulated in the master’s thesis, factors which predetermine the development of intensive business activity have been discussed as well as the methods and forms for the development of the marketing logistics system have been analysed. By the method of random selection, efficiency of the marketing logistics have been analysed for several groups of goods. The results should assist commercial companies in proper organization of their work, while striving for economy of business activity. The scientific research hypothesis formulated by the author has been confirmed, namely that the marketing logistics system, which is properly arranged and managed, opens new minimiz-ing reserve of general costs as well as provides much better service for users.
