<p>Alltsedan Sveriges inträde i EU (1995) har internationella samarbetsprojekt kontinuerligt ökat i antal, i denna kategori ingår såkallade EU-projekt. Denna rapport syftar till att belysa viktiga aspekter i den administrativa hanteringen av ovannämnda projekt. Fokus ligger framförallt på redovisning och informationsspridning under projekttiden och efter projektets avslut.</p><p>Den intervjuundersökning som ligger till grund för resultatet bygger på insamlat material ifrån 2 kommuner och 2 organisationer som fungerar som stöd för ett antal kommuner.</p><p>Resultatet presenteras i form av 7 punkter, vilka anses vara viktiga att beakta vid styrning av EU-projekt. Punkterna kan således ses som en grund för en projektstyrningsmodell. Resultatet visar att många styrproblem uppstår på grund utav informationsbrist, därför diskuteras punkterna utifrån hur de skulle kunna stödjas av ett datorbaserat informationssystem.</p>

In a global context the traditional democratic process is facing new challenges. Scholars are talking about a transition from government to governance, where local and regional networks as well as international collaboration are an important part in how regional policy is produced and implemented. In this paper the processes in regional projects funded by the European Union are considered, and related to the traditional democratic process. The study has been fulfilled through informant interviews with representatives from four EU-projects. The interviews are supplemented by a qualitative text analysis of current statutes. Results show that the processes can be quite flexible but always has to be carefully formulated and motivated in the application for funds. However, the flexibility seems to be limited by the public ethics formulated in the traditional democratic process.

Work is focused on analyzing exigence of municipalities in the elaboration of projects financed by EU funds and to identify problems in small villages to the processing of such projects. The first step will analyze and assess the system of drawing EU funds in the Czech Republic, then make a direct processing of cost-benefit analysis of the selected project. In the third step I use a questionnaire, in which will be identified the problems which face the municipalities and how they solve these problems.

In this thesis I study the relationship between Malmö Stad, a municipal government agency and external actors in a municipal based EU-project. The project in question is Food Loop System, a pilot project to the larger Cleantech TIPP project by Gate21, partially funded by the EU program Interreg ÖKS. The goal of this study is to establish whether the relationship between public and private or external actors in EU-projects can be considered democratic. Furthermore, the study seeks to bring in a new perspective on how projects can be considered democratic as previous studies have often focused on the relation between politics and public officials rather than external actors' influence on projects. In the thesis I do this by using Robert Dahl's ideal types for democracy and the use of a multilevel governance theory. Robert Dahl's theory is used to study the relationship between actors and the multilevel governance theory is used to establish if the project can be regarded as a type of multilevel governance and what effect that has on the democratic ideals. The study concludes that the relation between Malmö stad and external actors in the project Food Loop System can be considered democratic along with the project as a whole. Furthermore, the negative connotations of multilevel governance are not prevalent enough in the project as it fails to live up to most of the criteria required to be considered a type of multilevel governance, which means most criticism against multilevel governance can't be directed towards the project.

Das Faktenblatt fasst die Ergebnisse aus dem Projekt »KLAPS – Klimawandel, Luftverschmutzung und Belastungsgrenzen von Ökosystemen im polnisch-sächsischen Grenzraum« zusammen. Dabei werden aktuelle und zukünftig mögliche klimatische und lufthygienische Trends sowie die Folgen des Klimawandels für verschiedene Zielgruppen aufgezeigt. Eine detaillierte Darstellung der Methodik und der Ergebnisse kann in den Projektberichten »Das Klima im polnisch-sächsischen Grenzraum« und »Klimaprojektionen, Luftverschmutzung und Belastungsgrenzen von Ökosystemen« nachgelesen werden. The diploma thesis focuses on the acquisition of modern technology with an emphasis on the opportunity to use grant funds from the EU. The intention is to capture the assumptions and theoretical analysis of the situation of the company. The result should be a project which envisages the granting of subsidies.

Am Beispiel des grenzüberschreitenden Pilotgebiets Vogtland/West-Böhmen werden die im EU-Projekt GeoPLASMA-CE entwickelten harmonisierten Methoden geologischer 3D-Modellierung für die Darstellung des geothermischen Potenzials und dessen Nutzungskonflikte erläutert. Die Ergebnisse stellen Informationen zur Nutzbarkeit oberflächennaher Erdwärmesonden und Grundwasserwärmepumpen aufbereitet zur Verfügung und sollen die Akzeptanz bei Behörden, Planern und Bürgern stärken. Vor allem geologische Dienste können die international abgestimmten Methoden nutzen, um eigene Informationsportale zu erstellen. Redaktionsschluss: 02.03.2021

This diploma thesis explores the issue of project activity which has become a new challenge for school directors in EU member states for the last few years. The projects not only contribute to the fulfillment of the tasks of the educational process, but also to the development of the school environment. The aim of this thesis is to compare the use of project possibilities within the research sample of directors of secondary schools in the Czech Republic and France. Theoretical background specifies the project and its cycle together with the strategy, tools and subsidy opportunities within the educational and regional policy of the European Union. The empirical part investigates the differences between the activity and success in the use of grant funds within the sample of directors of Czech and French schools and views on the form of international cooperation in the Comenius sub-program of lifelong learning.

The thesis is focused on the suggestion of implementation of the prospectus, which leads towards the harmonization between work and family life of employees of research organization. The second area deal with European Union financial resources issue aim at research organization, or if you like it deal with Structural funds issue, that gives financial support to our implementation. Results of the thesis are further on check up in the real project that runs also in the time the thesis is drawn up.
