The decision by riverside women gave for these are the margins in the broad sense of the word: the margins of society, on the riverbank on the sidelines of the essential rights to health, education, transport and leisure, for example. In this context, we defined the general objective is to analyze the socio-cultural reality and dreams of women riverside students of the Thousand Women Program, Citizenship Project riverfront, the Community of San Carlos Jamari. It decided to methodologically the case study as a group of students in more depth was studied, and as a strategy of analysis and interpretation of the data is used an analysis of the content. The information analyzed and interpreted were obtained from the use of pedagogical tool called map of life. The results indicated that the riverside women have a childhood marked by family difficulties relationship, dialogue, food and housing and adolescence compromised by pregnancy and marriage. Faced with all these women lived diversities have dreams for their lives, although, in most cases, closely related to the children. They dream job, school, health, home, car; They wish for the happiness family, fighting for a better life. / Esta pesquisa se situa no ?mbito da quest?o de g?nero, que aparece na pesquisa tanto no que diz respeito ? hist?rica exclus?o da mulher em decorr?ncia de uma sociedade patriarcal, machista e preconceituosa como tamb?m de lutadoras resilientes, que ainda no s?culo XXI necessitam se organizar para lutar e usufruir de direitos essenciais j? assegurados juridicamente. O objetivo desse estudo ? analisar a realidade sociocultural e os sonhos de mulheres ribeirinhas alunas do Programa Mulheres Mil, Projeto Cidadania Ribeirinha, da Comunidade de S?o Carlos do Jamari. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada atrav?s de estudo de caso, com o emprego do instrumento denominado mapa da vida, em uma turma de 26 alunas do curso de Qualifica??o Profissional em Moda, no per?odo de 31 de julho a 3 de agosto de 2012. O estudo realizou-se por meio da an?lise do conte?do de suas falas. Os resultados indicaram que as mulheres ribeirinhas tiveram a inf?ncia marcada pelas dificuldades familiares, de relacionamento, falta de di?logo, escassez de alimento e moradia, a adolesc?ncia comprometida pela gravidez e casamento. Apesar de todas as diversidades vividas, essas mulheres t?m sonhos para a suas vidas, ainda que, na maioria das vezes, intimamente relacionados aos filhos. Elas sonham com emprego, escola, sa?de, casa, carro; desejam a felicidade da fam?lia, por isso lutam por uma vida melhor.

The problem that guided the reflexion and the analysis of the presented topic involves constant worries and reflexions about the process of evaluation of the educational learning, emphasising the learning assessment in higher education: Teaching as an including or excluding practice?. Several discussions were sparked involving the evaluation of the teaching and learning process over the years, both in the educational field and in the Physical Education area as well. This process has undergone several changes due to the structural changes in society, the changes in human behavior, the scientific and technological progress, among other factors. In order to have a more significant assessment form, new meanings were being incorporated to this process, trying , this way to eradicate the traditional evaluation method used before. The methodology assumes a qualitative research.The method used for data collection was a semi-structured questionnaire composed of ten questions, both opened and closed.Data analysis was performed using the content analysis method proposed by Bardin (2011). Nineteen learners of the referred course contributed to this research. The obtained and analyzed data indicate that, for this group of students, the evaluation of learning is an important element of the teaching process and if it is held in a fair and inclusive way, it can contribute to the learning process. Hence, it is concluded that the discussions that involve the theme of this research has been contributing to some teachers to incorporate new concepts and perspectives about assessment, but this does not reflect significant changes in the accomplishment of the evaluative practices, since much of it still reproduces non-inclusive and classificatory assessment forms. / Essa pesquisa se prop?s investigar as pr?ticas avaliativas do processo de ensino-aprendizagem no curso de Licenciatura em Educa??o F?sica da UFRRJ. O problema que norteou a reflex?o e a an?lise da tem?tica apresentada envolve as constantes inquieta??es e reflex?es acerca do processo de avalia??o da aprendizagem educacional, com ?nfase na avalia??o da aprendizagem no ensino superior: a doc?ncia como pr?tica de Inclus?o ou Exclus?o?. No decorrer dos anos foram deflagradas diversas discuss?es envolvendo o processo de avalia??o do ensino aprendizagem, tanto no campo educacional, como na ?rea da Educa??o F?sica. Este processo sofreu diversas modifica??es em decorr?ncia das transforma??es estruturais na sociedade, das mudan?as no comportamento humano, dos avan?os cient?ficos e tecnol?gicos, entre outros fatores. Novos significados foram sendo incorporados a este processo, com o intuito de tornar a avalia??o mais significativa para a aprendizagem, tentando desta forma desenraizar-se daquele m?todo de avalia??o tradicional do qual este processo se originou. A metodologia parte de uma pesquisa qualitativa. O m?todo utilizado para a coleta de dados da foi um question?rio semiestruturado composto por dez perguntas, abertas e fechadas. A an?lise dos dados foi realizada com o m?todo de an?lise de conte?do proposto por Bardin (2011). Contribu?ram, como sujeitos da pesquisa, dezenove discentes do referido curso. Os dados obtidos e analisados apontam que, para esse grupo de discentes, a avalia??o da aprendizagem ? um elemento important?ssimo do processo de ensino e que se realizada de forma justa e inclusiva pode contribuir para o processo de aprendizagem. Assim, conclui-se que as discuss?es que envolvem a tem?tica dessa pesquisa tem contribu?do para que parte dos docentes incorporem novos conceitos e perspectivas sobre a avalia??o, mas isso n?o reflete mudan?as expressivas na realiza??o das pr?ticas avaliativas, tendo em vista que grande parte ainda reproduz formas de avalia??o n?o-inclusivas e classificat?rias.

The problems encountered by the lack of financial resources in the animal, vegetable and domestic economy sectors. The lack of appropriate didactic material for the students' age and cultural,as well as the non-eplacement of necessary equipments for the field education modality, was a limiting factor for the development of the theoretical and practical classes of the disciplines.All the difficulties encountered day in day outin school justified a more in-depth and in-depth study to develop a less costly alternative, supplying or at least attenuating the adversities encountered in the field.Therefore, the objective of this research to build an educational portal of didactic resources that would attend the specificities of the field education modality, serving as a pedagogical resource in the disciplines that make up the diverse part of Boa Esperan?a?s CEIER. Thereunto, the construction of the Education Portal of the Field was divided in stages known as ADDIE model, widely used in classical instructional design.The analysis phase of the target audience was a brief history of the creation of the municipality of Boa Esperan?a and the construction of the Integrated State Center for Rural Education and its methodology directed to the field education modality.The result of this step was the starting point for the drawing phase, which required careful and detailed planning, attending the requirements of teachers of the diversified part.In the development phase there was the construction of the pages to allocate tools and store multimedia content, being performed by a website builder software that also indicated the frequency, totaling 19064 visitors over a period of twelve months. In the implementation, the portal of the Education of the Field and its proposal of collective construction in the Facebook social network was announced, which indicated 12 audio contents, 86 videos and 108 text files. The evaluation of the portal was made Boa Espearan?a?s CEIER teachers using a usability questionnaire based on the pedagogical characteristics of educational software on the internet. The educational environment category had the recommended usability because it allowed 82% of identification with the target public. In the didactics aspects category, the usability was highly recommended, contributing 91.50% in range the educational goal. Similarly, the pertinence category in relation to the curricular program obtained 83% in relation to the adequacy to the educational context and Boa Esperan?a?s CEIERsubjects , and usability is recommended. The overall average of the attributes of the pedagogical characteristics was 85.50%, and being recommended the usability of the portal. In front of all the above, it can be affirmed that the Field Education Portal has the capacity to satisfy the specific needs of the education modality of the field and it brings together sufficient attributes to ameliorate or even supply the lack of practical classes in the disciplines that make up the diversified part. However, with the limitation of Internet access in the school, the adequacy of the Education of the Field Portal to the educational context of Boa Esperan?a?s CEIER was harmed. / As observa??es feitas, cotidianamente no CEIER de Boa Esperan?a, configuravam o ensino de ci?ncias agr?rias como um desafio para o ensino fundamental. Os problemas encontrados pela falta de recursos financeiros nos setores de produ??o animal, vegetal e economia dom?stica. A car?ncia de material did?tico apropriado para faixa et?ria e cultural dos estudantes, bem como a n?o reposi??o de equipamentos necess?rios a modalidade educa??o do campo, era um fator limitante para o desenvolvimento das aulas te?ricas e pr?ticas das disciplinas. Todas as dificuldades encontradas cotidianamente na escola justificavam um estudo mais embasado e aprofundado para desenvolver uma alternativa menos onerosa, suprindo ou pelo menos atenuando as adversidades encontradas no campo. Sendo assim, o objetivo dessa pesquisa foi construir um portal educacional de recursos did?ticos que atendesse as especificidades da modalidade educa??o do campo, servindo como recurso pedag?gico nas disciplinas que comp?e a parte diversificada do CEIER de Boa Esperan?a. Para isso, a constru??o do portal Educa??o do Campo foi dividida em fases conhecida como modelo ADDIE, amplamente utilizado no design instrucional cl?ssico. A fase de an?lise do p?blico alvo constituiu um breve hist?rico da cria??o do munic?pio de Boa Esperan?a e a da constru??o do Centro Estadual Integrado de Educa??o Rural e sua metodologia direcionada a modalidade educa??o do campo. O resultado desta etapa foi o ponto de partida para a fase de desenho, que exigiu um planejamento minucioso e detalhado atendendo as exig?ncias de professores da parte diversificada. Na fase de desenvolvimento ocorreu a constru??o das p?ginas para alocar ferramentas e armazenar conte?do multim?dia, sendo realizada por um software construtor de sites que tamb?m indicou a freq??ncia, totalizando 19064 visitantes em um per?odo de doze meses. Na implementa??o, realizou-se a divulga??o do portal Educa??o do Campo e a sua proposta de constru??o coletiva na rede social facebook, que indicou 12 conte?dos de ?udio, 86 de v?deos e 108 arquivos de texto. A avalia??o do portal foi realizada pelos professores do CEIER de Boa Esperan?a utilizando um question?rio de usabilidade fundamentado nas caracter?sticas pedag?gicas de softwares educacionais na internet. A categoria ambiente educacional teve a usabilidade recomendada, pois permitiu 82% de identifica??o com o p?blico alvo. Na categoria aspectos did?ticos, a usabilidade foi altamente recomendada, contribuindo em 91,50% no alcance do objetivo educacional. Da mesma forma, a categoria pertin?ncia em rela??o ao programa curricular obteve 83% em rela??o ? adequa??o ao contexto educacional e as disciplinas do CEIER de Boa Esperan?a, sendo recomendada a usabilidade. A m?dia geral dos atributos das caracter?sticas pedag?gicas foi de 85,50% sendo recomendada a usabilidade do portal. Diante de todo o exposto, pode-se afirmar que o portal Educa??o do Campo possui a capacidade de satisfazer as necessidades espec?ficas da modalidade educa??o do campo e re?ne atributos suficientes para amenizar ou at? mesmo suprir a falta de aulas pr?ticas nas disciplinas que comp?e a parte diversificada. Por?m, com a limita??o de acesso a internet na escola, a adequa??o do portal Educa??o do Campo ao contexto educacional do CEIER de Boa Esperan?a foi prejudicado.

The federal institutes are included in this scenario and should seek ways of collaborating in the reduction of production of this waste and find ways to make good use of them. In this sense, the environmental education allied with the artistic education can contribute in the reutilization of computer waste in the Institutes. The purpose of this research was to develop experiences at the Federal Institute of Education of Amapa/AP, where the electronic waste was used in an Environmental Education and Art perspective, adding knowledge of both areas in the objects produced by the students of the technical course of agriculture at the Porto Grande campus. We use the principles of participant survey, where those involved in research become agents of their reality transformation, in a critical way. Through lectures, speeches and art workshops, students were encouraged to produce objects of art that culminated in an exhibition for the community. We can conclude that the concepts of art can and should be added to the objectives of environmental education, so the society can mitigate the impacts caused to the environment by the increasing production of electronic rests. / A produ??o de res?duos de eletr?nicos se apresenta como um grande desafio a ser enfrentado pelos ?rg?os p?blicos municipais, estaduais e federais no Brasil. Os Institutos Federais est?o inseridos nesse cen?rio e devem buscar formas de colaborar para diminuir a produ??o desses res?duos e encontrar formas conscientes de aproveitamento dos mesmos. Nesse sentido, a Educa??o Ambiental aliada ? Educa??o Art?stica pode contribuir na reutiliza??o de res?duos de inform?tica nos Institutos. O objetivo da presente pesquisa foi o de desenvolver experi?ncias no Instituto Federal de Educa??o do Amap?/AP, onde os res?duos eletr?nicos foram utilizados numa perspectiva de Arte e Educa??o Ambiental, agregando conhecimentos de ambas as ?reas nos objetos produzidos por alunos do Curso de T?cnico em Agropecu?ria do campus Porto Grande. N?s utilizamos dos princ?pios da pesquisa participante, onde os envolvidos na pesquisa se tornam agentes de transforma??o da sua realidade, de forma cr?tica. Atrav?s de aulas expositivas, palestras e das oficinas de arte, os alunos foram estimulados a produzir objetos de arte que culminaram numa exposi??o para a comunidade. Podemos concluir que os conceitos de arte podem e devem ser agregados aos objetivos da Educa??o Ambiental de forma que a sociedade possa mitigar os impactos causados ao meio ambiente pela crescente produ??o de res?duos eletr?nicos.

Sousa Campus (former Federal Agrotechnical School of Sousa ?PB) to develop skills and build their knowledge in the preparation of a fermented sausage of salami-type with mutton, observing the kinetics of fermentation and ripening. The understanding of the concepts of microbial ecosystems, strategies and tools to control microbial growth in food bioprocessing was explored. The aim is learning by research, and through integration of research, development, production and technical education. Two groups of students were used (H4 and H5). The group H4 (24 students) was stimulated to inquiry and questioning, and also to expand the information received from the instructors by searching technical literature. The other group (H5, 12 students) was approached by the methodology traditionally applied in the school, an approach of "reproductive action" without encouraging them to inquiry, and without a discussion of the scientific basis of the applied biotechnology. Two types of fermented salami-type sausage were made: using pork and mutton and a referencial product made out of pork and beef. Both products were innoculated with starter culture (Pediococcus pentosaceus). Colour, taste, texture and acceptability were evaluated. All batches had good overall acceptability. The verification of the learning was monitored by applying, to both group of students, questionnaires before and after the activities. It was observed that the students involved in the research-based activities (group H4) have developed the learning and understanding required for the processing of fermented sausages well beyond a instrumental-only knowledge. / Pretendeu-se, com esta pesquisa, incentivar os alunos do M?dulo de Processamento de Produtos de Origem Animal (PPOA) do Curso T?cnico em Agroind?stria do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia da Para?ba ? Campus de Sousa, antiga Escola Agrot?cnica Federal de Sousa-PB, a desenvolverem compet?ncias na constru??o dos seus saberes, na elabora??o de um embutido fermentado tipo salame com carne ovina, observando o bioprocesso durante o per?odo de fermenta??o e acompanhando sua matura??o. Al?m da familiariza??o com conceitos de ecossistemas, estrat?gias e ferramentas para o controle do crescimento microbiano no bioprocessamento de alimentos, objetiva-se o aprendizado, atrav?s do est?mulo ? pesquisa, integrando pesquisa, desenvolvimento e produ??o no ensino t?cnico. Foram utilizadas duas turmas, denominadas H4 e H5. A Turma H4 com 24 alunos foram estimulados a inquirir, questionar, e complementar as informa??es recebidas atrav?s da leitura e pesquisa bibliogr?fica. Enquanto que a Turma H5 com 12 alunos foi aplicada a metodologia tradicionalmente empregada na institui??o de ensino, numa abordagem de ?a??o reprodutiva?, sem estimul?-los a inquirir, e sem discorrer sobre as bases cient?ficas do processo biotecnol?gico empregado. Elaborou-se dois tipos de embutido fermentado tipo salame usando a carne su?na e ovina e outro com su?na e bovina, utilizando a cultura starter (Pediococcus pentosaceus) avaliando cor, sabor, consist?ncia e aceitabilidade. As amostras apresentaram boa aceitabilidade global. A verifica??o do aprendizado foi feita aplicando-se question?rio antes e ap?s o desenvolvimento da pesquisa nas duas turmas fazendo-se o acompanhamento e a compara??o do desempenho dos alunos nas etapas da pesquisa. Observou-se que os alunos envolvidos na pesquisa (turma H4) desenvolveram as compet?ncias necess?rias para o processamento do embutido fermentado tipo salame e tiveram a oportunidade de construir um conhecimento que foi al?m do simples fazer instrumental, mas do aprender.

She attempted to look at the linkage of the National Curriculum Guidelines for Ethnic Social Education as school subjects in Field Education, in order to understand the pedagogical practice developed in the process of schooling of African history and culture of graduates of PROCAMPO - Undergraduate Program in Field Education of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Par? - Campus Tucuru?, who participated in the research. The central objective was to analyze the teaching practice of these graduates, in light of Law 10.639 / 03 and how the use of the mentioned Law is approached in the scope of teaching-learning of Education for Ethnic Affairs in school. The methodology used was based on documentary analysis, field research with elaboration of semi-structured questions, which allowed a descriptive study, to better evaluate the data, in which the main interlocutors who supported this work were Arroyo (2011), Caldart (2004), Munanga (2006) and Sacrist?n (1998), who are references in the studies on Field Education, Ethnic Relationships and Curriculum. The results showed that there is still a need for systemic studies in the focus area, In addition to reviewing the incipient resource with normative guidelines of Law 10.639 / 2003, aiming at the studies and applicability of the Education for Ethnic Relationships in the surroundings of Lake Tucuru?. Faced with such facts, it can be inferred that working in the Field Education requires going through various organizational processes of Ethnic-racial Diversity forums, which should be able to offer theoretical and methodological conditions with parameters articulated with Law 10.639 / 2003, for a critical performance in rural communities, in the opportunity of investing in actions of continuous training of teachers, In the region surrounding the Lake of Tucuru?-PA. / Esta pesquisa foi realizada no estado do Par? - especificamente, nos Munic?pios que comp?em a Regi?o do entorno do Lago de Tucuru?, no Estado do Par?. Ela tratou de olhar o v?nculo das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educa??o das Rela??es Etnicorraciais com as mat?rias escolares da Educa??o do Campo, de forma a compreender a pr?tica pedag?gica desenvolvida no processo de escolariza??o da hist?ria e da cultura africana dos egressos do PROCAMPO - Programa de Licenciatura em Educa??o do Campo do Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia do Par? - Campus Tucuru?, que participaram da investiga??o. O objetivo central foi analisar a pr?tica docente desses egressos, ? luz da Lei 10.639/03 e como o uso da referida Lei ? abordada no ?mbito do ensino-aprendizagem da Educa??o para Rela??es Etnicorraciais na escola. A metodologia utilizada baseou-se em an?lise documental, pesquisa de campo com elabora??o de perguntas semiestruturadas, o que permitiu um estudo descritivo, para melhor avalia??o dos dados, em que os principais interlocutores que respaldaram este trabalho foram Arroyo (2011), Caldart (2004), Munanga (2006) e Sacrist?n (1998), os quais s?o refer?ncias nos estudos sobre Educa??o do Campo, Rela??es Etnicorraciais e Curr?culo. Os resultados evidenciaram que ainda h? a necessidade de estudos sist?micos na ?rea em foco, al?m de rever o incipiente recurso com orienta??es normativas da Lei 10.639/2003 destinando aos estudos e aplicabilidade da Educa??o para Rela??es Etnicorraciais no entorno do Lago Tucuru?. Diante de tais fatos, pode-se inferir que trabalhar na Educa??o do Campo exige perpassar por diversos processos organizacionais de f?runs de Diversidade ?tnico-racial, os quais devem ser capazes de ofertar condi??es te?rico-metodol?gicas com par?metros articulados com a Lei 10.639/2003, para uma atua??o cr?tica nas comunidades do campo, no ensejo de investir em a??es de forma??o continuada dos professores, na regi?o do entorno do Lago de Tucuru?-PA.

O Programa de Assist?ncia Estudantil sob a ?tica da inclus?o social e da garantia de direitos: um estudo realizado no Instituto Federal do Amap?

It aimed to describe the Student Aid Policy adopted in the institution; as well analyze, the perception of students and managers regarding the Student Aid Policy execution, and propose measures that enhance the performance of this policy. To achieve this purpose, we did a documentary research using the qualitative approach. The first step of the study consisted of theoretical reflections, through bibliographic review addressing the concept/definitions of essential terms that substantiate the goals of student's aid; to establish the context to the history of social rights from industrial revolution to present days, based also in current legislation. The next step was to gather information about the institution installation process; the student's aid program implementation and how the policy is being handled. In order to do that, we used as research instruments the documents available at the website, such as the Institutional Development Program (PDI) and public notice, the promotional material available to the students and budget sheets. For the third step, 20% of the students of technical education covered by the aid program responded a survey, which represented 39 students. The survey questionnaire consisted of open and closed-ended questions. Also, semi-structured interviews were used for data gathering, with the people responsible for the establishment of the aid policy in the IFAP. The results reveal that the profile of the students covered by the aid program consists mostly of black women; coming from families with low level of education; composed by 6 people that survive with an income per capita of up to half minimum wage and excluded from the government aid programs. Another fact observed was the contribution of the aid program for the students to continue their professional education, according to the results, although there are actions that aim to guarantee the stay and successful outcome of the students, the policy doesn't fully accomplish its goals, cause there is no section responsible for monitoring the students at the Dean. Aside from the lack of specific regulations, the lack of evaluation mechanisms and the small number of servants to carry out the program, which ends up in a simple cash transfer program. / A presente disserta??o se prop?s a analisar o processo de implementa??o do programa de assist?ncia estudantil do Instituto Federal do Amap? (IFAP) no Campus Macap? e suas contribui??es para a perman?ncia e a sa?da com ?xito dos estudantes na educa??o profissional. Buscou-se descrever a Pol?tica de Assist?ncia Estudantil ora adotada; bem como analisar, frente a esse modelo de refer?ncia, a percep??o dos estudantes e dos gestores quanto ? execu??o da Pol?tica de Assist?ncia Estudantil e assim propor medidas que possibilitem melhor desempenho na implementa??o dessa pol?tica na Institui??o. Para isso, utilizou-se a abordagem qualitativa realizando-se pesquisa documental. A primeira etapa do estudo constituiu-se inicialmente de reflex?es te?ricas, atrav?s de revis?o bibliogr?fica abordando os conceitos/defini??es de termos essenciais que fundamentam o objetivo-fim da assist?ncia estudantil; contextualizou ainda, o percurso da garantia dos direitos sociais desde a revolu??o industrial at? os dias atuais, embasada tamb?m nas legisla??es existentes. No segundo momento, foram levantadas informa??es acerca da implanta??o da Institui??o; da implementa??o do Programa de Assist?ncia Estudantil e como hoje esta pol?tica est? sendo executada, para tal objetivo foi necess?rio utilizar como instrumentos de pesquisa o PDI, editais, a coleta de materiais informativos dispon?veis na p?gina eletr?nica e dos materiais impressos de divulga??o, disponibilizados para os alunos e planilhas or?ament?ria. Para a terceira etapa, preferiu-se a aplica??o de question?rio a 20 % dos alunos do ensino t?cnico contemplados no PAE, correspondente a 39 alunos, o referido instrumento constou de perguntas abertas e fechadas. Ainda como coleta de dados foram realizadas entrevistas com perguntas semiestruturadas aos atores no processo de implanta??o e operacionaliza??o do PNAES no IFAP. Os resultados revelaram que o perfil dos discentes usu?rios da assist?ncia estudantil ? caracterizado em sua maioria de mulheres; pardas, oriundas de fam?lias com baixo grau de escolaridade; composta por at? 6 pessoas as quais sobrevivem com uma renda per capita familiar de at? meio sal?rio m?nimo e exclu?das de programas governamentais. Outro dado constatado diz respeito sobre a sua contribui??o para o a perman?ncia dos estudantes na educa??o profissional, onde a pesquisa revelou que embora ocorra as a??es com vista a garantir tal perman?ncia e a sa?da exitosa, a referida pol?tica n?o consegue efetivar seus objetivos, tendo em vista que n?o ocorre um acompanhamento real dos usu?rios dos servi?os, pois a inexist?ncia um setor respons?vel no ?mbito de Reitoria; a inexist?ncia de uma regulamenta??o pr?pria; a falta de mecanismos de avalia??o e o escasso n?mero de servidores para realizar os servi?os, acaba resumindo as a??es do PAE num processo de transfer?ncia de renda.

Specifically, some objectives were outlined, such as: identifying the strategic management model adopted at Acre Municipal School; To verify if institutional indicators are being reached after the adoption of democratic management; To identify in the Political Pedagogical Project in organizational aspects that subsidize and define the structure of a democratic management model and to discuss with the subjects involved in the research, the mechanisms for the implementation of democratic management in the school in order to achieve the objectives, a research was carried out of a qualitative nature, in which interrogation techniques were applied from individual semi-structured questionnaires for managers, teachers and counselors. The data gathered show that the democratic processes that guide the management of the Acre Municipal School are based on deliberative procedures, although the verticalization of government decisions still constitutes a major obstacle to school and community decision making. Despite government decisions, institutional indicators have been reached since the adoption of democratic management, since school management through deliberative bodies such as the School Council, parents and teachers, public consultation and plenary sessions seeks to hear the Needs and to emphasize what the community is really considered to be a priority. We identified in the Political Educational Project the Class Council, meeting of parents and teachers, public consultation and plenary are the means that subsidize and define the structure of the democratic management model adopted by the Acre school. We conclude that the school Acre seeks to develop a model of democratic management, which despite the vertical regulations of the municipal executive, seeks ways to make decision-making an event for all. That the administrative and pedagogical team seek means for the management of the school to take place in a participatory and democratic manner. However, we believe that participatory school management requires deliberate autonomy in school. / Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar os processos democr?ticos que norteiam a gest?o da Escola Municipal Acre, do ponto de vista dos gestores, professores e conselheiros. Em termos espec?ficos delinearam-se alguns objetivos, tais como: identificar o modelo de gest?o estrat?gica adotada na Escola Municipal Acre; verificar se os indicadores institucionais est?o sendo alcan?ados a partir da ado??o da gest?o democr?tica; identificar no Projeto Pol?tico Pedag?gico aspectos organizacionais que subsidiam e definem a estrutura de um modelo de gest?o democr?tica e discutir com os sujeitos envolvidos na pesquisa, os mecanismos para a efetiva??o da gest?o democr?tica na escola de modo a consecu??o dos objetivos, realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, na qual foram aplicadas t?cnicas de interroga??o a partir de question?rios individuais semiestruturado destinados aos gestores, professores e conselheiros. Os dados levantados revelam que os processos democr?ticos que norteiam a gest?o da Escola Municipal Acre s?o baseados em procedimentos deliberativos, muito embora, a verticaliza??o das decis?es governamentais ainda se constitua um grande obst?culo para as tomadas de decis?es sobre a escola, e a comunidade, que apesar das decis?es governamentais verificou-se que os indicadores institucionais est?o sendo alcan?ados a partir da ado??o da gest?o democr?tica, uma vez que, a gest?o escolar mediante inst?ncias deliberativas como Conselho de Classe, reuni?o de pais e mestres, consulta p?blica e plen?rias busca ouvir as necessidades e dar ?nfase naquilo que ? realmente considerado como priorit?rio a comunidade. Identificamos no Projeto Pol?tico Pedag?gico o Conselho de Classe, reuni?o de pais e mestres, consulta p?blica e plen?rias s?o os meios que subsidiam e definem a estrutura do modelo de gest?o democr?tica adotado pela escola Acre. Conclu?mos que a escola Acre busca desenvolver um modelo de gest?o democr?tica, que apesar das normativas verticalizadas do executivo municipal, busca meios para fazer com que as tomadas de decis?es sejam um acontecimento de todos. Que a equipe administrativa e pedag?gica busca meios para que a gest?o da escola aconte?a de maneira participativa e democr?tica. Entretanto, entendemos que a gest?o escolar participativa necessita que haja autonomia na escola, de forma deliberada.

This town, where more than 5,500 family farmers occupy the land of fifteen settlement projects (PA) of land reform, was founded in the early 1990s, in the context of (re) occupation of the North Araguaia by rural workers from various part of the country seeking a piece of land where they could work and survive. For these workers, which has been facing economic, social and political problems, the implementation of the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso - Campus Confresa was seen as a great achievement for this region. This work dealt with the formal education as a tool to provide individuals the necessary conditions for the transformation of society, we sought to understand the relationships between general education, vocational agriculture education and family farming throughout the history of Brazil; analyzed the process of implanting the IFMT - Campus Confresa a context of expanding the Federal Network of Technological Education and found the relationship between professional profile proposed in the pedagogical project of the technical course in Agriculture and the demands showed by family farming of this county. / O objetivo desta disserta??o foi compreender as realidades vividas no ?mbito do curso t?cnico em agropecu?ria do Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso - Campus Confresa por alunos e familiares e suas perspectivas com rela??o ?s possibilidades de contribui??o deste curso para a sustentabilidade da agricultura familiar do munic?pio de Confresa. Este munic?pio que atualmente possui quinze projetos de assentamentos (PA) da reforma agr?ria, nos quais, vivem e trabalham mais de 5.500 fam?lias de agricultores familiares, foi fundado no in?cio dos anos 1990, num contexto de (re) ocupa??o da regi?o Norte Araguaia por trabalhadores rurais de v?rias parte do pa?s que buscavam um peda?o de terra onde pudessem trabalhar e sobreviver. Para estes trabalhadores, que vem enfrentando problemas econ?micos, sociais e pol?ticos, a implanta??o do Instituto Federal de Mato Grosso - Campus Confresa e a oferta do curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria, foi vista como uma grande conquista para esta regi?o. This research aims to identify, through the use of free evocations technical, social representations of the management of the Instituto Federal do Maranh?o ? Campi S?o Lu?s - Maracan? and Cod? about efficiency in the management of public schools of the Federal Network. The research was conducted among a universe of 73 (seventy-three) of these managers Campi. The theoretical framework on which this research was supported was Social Representation Theory, of Serge Moscovici, and its complementary approach, the Central Nucleus Theory, developed by Jean-Claude Abric. The free evocations were analyzed by the technique of frame construction of four houses, after using the software EVOC 2003 ?, which sued the combination of the frequency of recall of each word and its order of evocation. The results of this research show how the core elements of social representations of managers, the words: commitment, accountability, transparency and ethics. The word dedication represented the first periphery. The words training, commitment, planning, organization and quality formed the third quadrant, where are the contrasting elements of representation. And the words: agility, punctuality and respect formed the Periphery Second of the representation. Through this research, it was also possible to identify the profile of managers and their opinions on various aspects related to the efficient management of public education. / A inser??o do Princ?pio da Efici?ncia na Constitui??o Federal, por meio da Emenda Constitucional n? 19/1998, transformou em exig?ncia legal a efici?ncia na gest?o p?blica do Brasil, que passou a ser formalmente orientada para um modelo gerencial. Esta pesquisa teve por objetivo conhecer, por meio do uso t?cnica de evoca??es livres, as representa??es sociais dos gestores do Instituto Federal do Maranh?o ? Campi S?o Lu?s ? Maracan? e Cod? acerca efici?ncia na gest?o da escola p?blica da Rede Federal. A pesquisa foi realizada junto a um universo de 73 (setenta e tr?s) gestores dos Campi. O referencial te?rico sobre o qual se apoiou esta pesquisa foi a Teoria das Representa??es Sociais, de Serge Moscovici, e a sua abordagem complementar, a Teoria do N?cleo Central, desenvolvida por Jean-Claude Abric. As evoca??es livres foram analisadas por meio da t?cnica de constru??o do quadro de quatro casas, ap?s o uso do software EVOC 2003?, que processou a combina??o entre a frequ?ncia de evoca??o de cada palavra e a sua ordem de evoca??o. Os resultados desta pesquisa apontaram como elementos centrais das representa??es sociais dos gestores, os termos: compromisso, responsabilidade, transpar?ncia e ?tica. A primeira periferia foi representada pela palavra dedica??o. As palavras capacita??o, comprometimento, organiza??o, planejamento e qualidade constitu?ram o terceiro quadrante, onde se localizam os elementos de contraste da representa??o. E as palavras agilidade, pontualidade e respeito formaram a Segunda Periferia da representa??o. Por meio desta pesquisa, foi poss?vel ainda identificar o perfil dos gestores e suas opini?es acerca de v?rios aspectos relacionados ? efici?ncia na gest?o de institui??es p?blicas de ensino.
