In its theoretical part it focuses on the problems of young school child's development. The key concepts of game and its importance in the process of education are defined here. In the practical part the reservoir of playful forms of work is introduced. The games tested with the fourth-year pupils are embodied in this part.

Essas discussões foram introduzidas oficialmente entre os professores do Ensino Básico a partir de meados dos anos de 1990 com a elaboração e implantação dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais para a área da Geografia. No entanto isso não foi o suficiente para que as reflexões realizadas na universidade, a respeito dessas categorias, se concretizassem na prática dos professores que atuam no Ensino Fundamental. Através de uma investigação junto aos professores de Geografia das escolas estaduais da cidade de Marilia detectamos que as discussões existentes no âmbito do Ensino Fundamental, no que diz respeito ao significado das categorias lugar, paisagem território e região, estão muito aquém daquelas realizadas no Ensino Superior. O que aponta para a existência de um desencontro teórico-metodológico entre a Geografia do Ensino Fundamental e a Geografia do Ensino Superior. Na busca de elementos explicativos para essa realidade nos deparamos com profundas contradições existentes no processo de formação continuada dos professores. Objetivando contribuir para uma melhor qualidade do ensino de Geografia, o presente trabalho promove a socialização dos resultados obtidos em nossa investigação. / The spatial transformations that have taken place worldwide in the last few years have led intellectuals of Geography to a broad debate about the meaning of the categories of place, landscape, territory and region. These discussions were officially introduced among teacher of Elementary Schools in mid-nineties with the implementation of the National Curriculum Parameters for Geography. However, that was not enough for the reflections made at Universities about these categories to become a reality in the practice of Elementary School teachers. In a research/investigation made with teachers of public schools in the city of Marília, we detected that the existing discussions in Elementary Schools concerning the meaning of the categories of place, landscape, territory and region are far from those made at colleges. This indicates that there is a theoreticalmethodological divergence between Geography taught at Elementary Schools and Geography taught at colleges. Looking for an explanation for this reality, we found profound contradictions in the continuing education process of the teachers. Aiming at contributing to a better quality of the teaching of Geography, this present paper promotes the socialization of the results obtained in our research.

Professionals from a lot of knowledge areas are dedicating time of studying to find alternative ways to relieve or eliminate the environmental impacts. The economic development and the population growth have been contributing for the environmental impacts and it is noticed the need of actions from firms and stakeholders. ISO International organization for standardization of normalization presents the series ISO 14000 as a way of establishing requirements for the Environmental Management System, but many firms have the difficulty to implement the system because they don t know how to operate. What is proposed on these is to establish an implementation model of environmental management system to the private and public firms that orientates and gives directions to whom is on charge of the firms. The proposed model involver all the requisites of NBR ISO 14001 and was developed from the facts raisings in 20 firms from many lines of activities and actuation sector. Interviews and observations were made form itinerary of facts collection, previously elaborated. The proposed model involves the many resource types humans, financials, materials and technologicals. The research of environmental impacts aspects is basic to the structuration of the Environmental Management System and should be achieved in a participative way. The stakeholders need to be prepared and the job of a team winch involves many kinds of subjects is basic. The research in the firms was the basis to structure the model by making possible the knowledge about the working process and the internal process extant. / A questão ambiental tem sido foco de debates nos meios acadêmico e empresarial em função da sua importância e necessidade de ações emergenciais. Profissionais de várias áreas de conhecimento estão dedicando tempo de estudo para encontrar formas alternativas de mitigar ou eliminar os impactos ambientais. O desenvolvimento econômico e o crescimento populacional têm contribuído para o aumento dos impactos ambientais e percebe-se a necessidade de ações por parte das empresas e stakeholders. A ISO organização internacional de normalização apresenta a série ISO 14000 como forma de estabelecer requisitos para o Sistema de gestão ambiental, mas diversas empresas sentem a dificuldade de implementar o sistema por não conhecerem a forma de operacionalização. O que se propõe na tese é estabelecer um modelo de implementação de sistema de gestão ambiental para as empresas públicas e privadas que oriente e direcione os responsáveis das empresas. O modelo proposto envolve todos os requisitos da NBR ISO 14001 e foi desenvolvido a partir de levantamentos de dados em 20 empresas de diversos ramos de atividades e setor de atuação. Foram realizadas entrevistas e observações a partir de roteiro de coleta de dados, previamente elaborado. O modelo proposto envolve os diversos tipos de recursos humanos, financeiros, materiais e tecnológicos. O levantamento de aspectos e impactos ambientais é fundamental para a estruturação do Sistema de gestão ambiental e deve ser realizado de forma participativa. Os stakeholders precisam ser preparados e o trabalho de uma equipe multidisciplinar é fundamental. A pesquisa nas empresas foi a base para se estruturar o modelo por ter possibilitado o conhecimento sobre o funcionamento e os processos internos existentes.

This diploma thesis deals with phenomenon of musical fairytale and its aplication in Music education process. The thesis is describing a fairytale as a whole genre and shortly outlines a few perspectives from other fields on this genre. The theoretical part describes the concept of a musical fairytale, shortly describes fairytale as a lyrical and musical genre, introduces the history of fairytale and shortly describes archetypes of heroes and their impact on development of child personality. Practical parts of this thesis is focusing on working with authors fairytale, which was realized within project teaching in music classes. The goal of the thesis is to create and then rehearse author's musical fairytale, and in this way analyze its use in musical educational process. As a research sample a 3rd grade was chosen. It is therefore a group of pupils, of younger school age. The research was conducted at ZŠ and ZUŠ Jabloňová Liberec. Each school allows to work with pupils in classes with extended education of Music and regular music classes. This comparison is important source of knowledge. 馬來西亞留台僑生之教育歷程與「僑生」身分對其在台生命經驗之影響 / The education processes of ethnic chinese students from Malaysia and the impact of the “Overseas Chinese Student” Identity on Their Life Experiences in Taiwan

本研究一方面剖析馬來西亞僑生來台前的教育歷程以及他們選擇來台的原因,另一方面亦深入探討馬來西亞僑生群體內部之國籍異質性對其在台生活經驗及「僑生」身分認同上的影響。本研究採用質性研究方法進行研究,主要透過訪談法與參與觀察法,分別於台灣與馬來西亞地區蒐集田野資料。主要研究發現為: 一、國籍的差異建構了馬來西亞馬籍與台籍僑生個人與國家(馬來西亞、台灣)關係上的差異,以及來台前教育歷程上的歧異性。來台之馬來西亞僑生中,馬籍僑生多畢業於著重華文教學之獨立中學中體系,而台籍僑生主要來自海外台灣學校。在馬來西亞獨立中學與海外台灣學校就讀的學生面對的是迥異的學習環境與教材、隱藏性課程與參考團體,但在不同因素的考量及作用下,他們不約而同地選擇來台就讀大學,並成為「僑生」。不論是馬籍或台籍僑生,他們對於其所具有之「僑生」身份多是採接受但不認同的態度,不過原因不盡相同。 二、「僑生」身份在台灣社會特殊的歷史脈絡中已逐漸與原始意涵脫鉤,並累積了如學業程度不好、說中文有口音及升學制度中之既得利益者等負面標籤,讓「僑生」成為一個被污名之群體。馬來西亞籍僑生由於其成長及受教背景之故,較易具備外顯的僑生符號(如說中文有口音),容易被辨識為「僑生」,因而常需背負「僑生」所具有的污名。台灣籍僑生因為具有台灣國籍以及講中文沒有口音等,迥異於台灣民眾對於一般僑生之想像,而難以被辨識其「僑生」身分,或其僑生身分較難獲得他人認同而另給予「假僑生」的稱謂。 三、依據自身與情境的特質,馬籍與台籍僑生發展相關策略以避免因「僑生」身份而被污名化,包括諸多規避(passing)行為(如口音轉換、呈現在地之身分認同、避免參與僑生團體)以避免身分暴露、構成強凝聚力之僑生團體以獲取社會支持及建構群體認同等策略。另外,台籍僑生一方面由於不符合社會對「僑生」的刻版印象,另一方面也為避免承受「僑生」身份的污名,往往接受「假僑生」的稱謂,並視其為一「戲謔性」但不具污名的稱呼。 / This study alalyzes the the education processes of Malaysian overseas Chinese students and their reasonings for studying in Taiwan on the one hand, and explores how the difference in nationality (Malaysia vs. Taiwan) affect their life experiences in Taiwan and their attitudes toward the “overseas Chinese student” identity given by the Taiwanese society on the other. The study utilizes qualitative research methods and collects field data (mainly through participant observation and in-depth interviewing techniques) from Taiwan and Malaysia. The major findings are stated as follows: 1. Difference in nationality between Malaysian and Taiwanese Chinese students constructs the divergence in their relations with respective states (Taiwan and Malaysia) and eductation tracking processes prior to their study in Taiwan. Among ethnic Chinese students from Malaysia studying in Taiwan, Malaysian Chinese students mostly graduated from independent high schools while Taiwanese Chinese came from overseas Taiwanese schools. The distinctions in these two schooling systems in the academic melius, teaching materials, hidden curriculums, and reference groups shape the different reasonings to study in Taiwan. For various reasons, these students accept but not necessarily agree on the “overseas Chinese student” identity given by Taiwanese soceity upon their arrival in Taiwan. 2. Under the changing historical context, the identity of “overseas Chinese student” has gradually lost its originally denotation and even become a stigmatized label. Malaysian Chinese students tend to be more easily identified as “overseas Chinese students” due to their more salient outer attributes (such as accent) and thus more likely to be stigmatized. Taiwanese Chinese students (from Malaysia), due to their Taiwanese nationality and Taiwanese accent, are less likely to be seen as “overseas Chinese students.”Even if this identity is disclosed, such identity is often challenged by others because of the misfit with the stereotype of “overseas Chinese student” that exists in the Taiwanese society. As a result, Taiwanes Chinese students from Malaysia are often called “psudo overseas Chinese students.” 3. Both Malaysian and Taiwanese Chinese students from Malaysia develop various strategies to aviod or overcome the possible stigmatization brought by the identity of “overseas Chinese students,” including many “passing” techniques as well as forming proactive and powerful overseas student associations. For Taiwanese Chinese students from Malaysia specifically, they often playfully accept the seemly degrading and yet un-stigmatzied title of “psudo overseas Chinese students” as a way to avoid stigmatization embedded in the identity of “overseas Chinese students.”

This thesis deals with the role of experiences at camps for children and youth and the possibilities of subsequent work with these experiences. The theoretical part describes and differentiates between the Czech terms prožitek, zážitek and zkušenost (experience). Special attention is given to the process of experience-based education and six basic experiential learning models are specified. Feedback and targeted feedback are also mentioned with special focus being given to facilitation, its rules and techniques. The thesis also informs about the connection between work with feedback and dramaturgy. Qualitative research finds out whether camp leaders work with the participants' experiences, clarifies the phenomena (not) leading to this fact, describes their experience with the form of processing the experiences and determines if they have some theoretical knowledge in this field.

Towards a reusable process model structure for higher education institutions

One of the tools used during re-engineering of an environment is the process model as modelling tool. The identification of process models within an institution is a difficult and tedious task. A problem is that often process model structures is identified for one specific project and not stored for future reuse. The ideal for institutions is to reuse process model structures within the institution. This study focused on the generic structures within the higher education application domain where the hypothesis for this study was that a generic educational process model structure for higher education institutions can be established; a process management flow procedure can be used to manage the flow within an educational process model; and that aneducational process model can be stored and reused in re-engineering efforts. The study was divided into three research questions, where the first focused on the identification of generic process model structures, the second on the usability of the process model structures within a re-engineering effort, and the last on the preservation of a process model structure. For the first research question, the identification of process model structures, three institutions were used for data collection. It was necessary to develop a requirements elicitation procedure for data collection. The structure derived was confirmed at a fourth institution. For the second research question, which focuses on the usability of process model structures, an ordinal measurement was defined to measure the usefulness of the process model structures in a reengineering effort. A re-engineering procedure was developed for re-engineering the application domain, called the process management flow procedure, and used for a re-engineering effort at one institution. Lastly, for the third research question the preservation of the process model structures, the abstraction of the process model structure was investigated as well as the feasibility of implementing the process model structures physically using existing repository software. The conclusion after the investigation of the three research questions was that the hypothesis was confirmed that there is indeed a set of process model structures within the higher education institution that are generic, preservable and reusable in a re-engineering effort. / Computing / Ph.
