Prisitaikymo organizacijoje, saviveiksmingumo ir darbinio streso sąsajos / Connection between adjustment in organization, self-eficacy and work stress

Tyrimo tikslas - nustatyti, X ir Y organizacijų darbuotojų prisitaikymo organizacijoje, saviveiksmingumo bei darbe patiriamo streso sąsajas. Naudoti metodai: Darbiniui stresui įvertinti naudotas Amerikos Streso Instituto darbinio streso klausimynas, sudarytas iš 10 klausimų. Prisitaikymui organizacijoje naudotas Prisitaikymo organizacijoje klausimynas (Morton, 1993), sudarytas iš 4 subskalių (darbinių žinių subskalės, santykių su kolegomis subskalės, akultūrizacijos subskalės, pasitenkinimo darbu subskalės). Šį klausimyną sudaro 22 teiginiai, vertinami Likerto skalėje, nuo 1 iki 5. Saviveiksmingumas matuojamas 16 teiginių Noe, Wilk (1993) Požiūrio į mokymus klausimyno viena subskale (saviveiksmingumo subskale), kuri buvo naudojama ir A. Skrydailaitės magistriniame darbe – „Požiūrio į profesinį tobulėjimą sąsajos su psichologinėmis charakteristikomis tarp darbuotojų dirbančių nevyriausybinėse ir vyriausybinėse įstaigose”. Tiriamąją imtį sudarė dviejų organizacijų darbuotojai. Pirmoji organizacija X – 62 darbuotojai, antroji – Y organizacija – 205 darbuotojai. Iš viso – 267 respondentai. Atlikto tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad saviveiksmingumas siejasi su prisitaikymu organizacijoje, o prisitaikymas organizacijoje su patiriamu darbiniu stresu. Apdorojus respondentų duomenis galima teigti, kad nuo sociodemografinių rodiklių labiausiai priklauso darbinis stresas. Saviveiksmingumo lygmuo taip pat priklauso nuo šių rodiklių, išskyrus amžiaus grupes. O su prisitaikymu... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The aim of the study to asses the the connection between adjustment in organization, self-eficacy and work stress in X organization and in Y organization”. Methods. To asses the work stress in organizations was used American Institute of Stress questionare – Job stress. It compound from 10 propositions. Them employers should evaluate from 1 „absolutely agree” to 10 – „absolutely disagree”. 10 points mean that responder have no work stress at all. To asses adjustment in organization was used Workplace adaptation questionare (Morton, 1993), which is compouned from 4 suscales – job knowledge, relations between colleques, job satisfaction and aculturization subscale. Responders shold evaluate propositions in Likert scale from 1 to 5. Self-eficacy was evaluated by Wilk‘s (1993) questionare Attitude to education one of 13 subscales (self-eficasy subscale). The subjects of the study were 267 employers from both organizations: 62 from X organization and 205 responders from Y organization. The results of the study showed that self – efficacy is connected with adjustment in organization, and adjustment in organization is connected with work stress. Affter analysing empoyeers answers we can say that the hardest connection of sociodemographic statistic‘s is with work stress. The impact of ethical and participative leadership on innovative work behaviour in tech firms : The role of self-efficacy and creative process engagement

Background: Nowadays, companies from the technological sector confront extreme competition and itis always a challenge for leadership teams to increase competitiveness. This study aims to investigateinnovation advancement within tech companies in an international context from the leadership andmanagement incentives point of view. Leadership plays a vital role in giving direction to the path anorganization should follow. It is of significant interest to examine how leadership can drive anorganization to innovative thinking. Different approaches and leadership styles can be adopted andpracticed by leaders to produce different outcomes on employees’ creative culture. Additionally,individual characteristics of the employees such as self-efficacy and creativity may allow the innovativebehaviours to strive and create a workplace culture that is inducing innovative output. Innovative workbehaviour is becoming more popular or even mandatory within several firms in the technological sectorin contrast to previous decades. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore how ethical leadership and participative leadershipstyle can affect innovative work behaviour and to examine if the creative process engagement and selfefficacylead to enhanced innovative work behaviour. Methodology: For this thesis a quantitative approach for data collection, as well as data analysis is used.This study is based on a SEM model which contains close-ended questions that were answered througha self-administrated questionnaire. The survey was answered by employees working at companies fromthe field of technology, covering different positions. A total of 177 respondents answered thequestionnaire, and the results were analysed both in quantitative and qualitative ways. IBM SPSSsoftware was used for the statistical analysis, and AMOS 26 for the Structural Equation Modeling tests. Results: The results of the statistical analysis performed unveiled that the aspects of ethical andparticipative leadership can positively affect creativity and innovation and that self-efficacy canpositively relate to creative process engagement.Conclusion: This study contributes in showing that two positive ways of management, ethical andparticipative can be introduced by leaders that are interested in increasing creativeness and innovationat work; it also shows that for the sample tested, ethical and participative leadership does not necessarilyhas a major effect on employee’s self-efficacy. Delimitations: The geographical locations, the time and sample size, the choice of participatingorganizations, and the framework designed for the evaluation of the theoretical problem are consideredas limitations for this study. This research is mainly limited to professionals working in the technologicalsector and the study is restricted in time since the participants had to answer in a certain time frame. O presente trabalho trata da questão da Cooperação Jurídica Internacional em matéria penal e seus reflexos no direito à prova no processo penal brasileiro, nos diferentes pontos de intersecção de diversos temas contemporâneos, decorrentes da globalização da economia e da crescente demanda de segurança pública internacional. Em razão dessa tendência, vimos cada vez mais o risco de violação das garantias inerentes ao justo processo, asseguradas aos acusados em geral, no que concerne ao direito à prova. Neste sentido, o estudo que ora realizamos aborda as questões dos mecanismos de cooperação jurídica internacional, em um mundo de diversidade cultural, em matéria de prova penal, quando o Brasil é o país requerente; das garantias processuais inerentes ao justo processo, asseguradas pelos direitos humanos, que constitui o padrão normativo da cooperação; dos limites impostos pela soberania e ordem pública na cooperação jurídica; da admissibilidade da prova produzida no exterior e o respeito ao núcleo central dos direitos fundamentais (vida privada, intimidade etc.), sob a ótica do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro, de modo a evitar, insegurança jurídica e a inadmissibilidade da prova. Procurou-se demonstrar a importância do direito à prova no processo penal e a necessidade de se garantir paridade de armas na cooperação, com eficácia, propugnando-se pela normatização e harmonização das legislações, de modo a permitir a admissibilidade das provas obtidas pela via cooperacional. A pesquisa e o exame das fontes bibliográficas utilizadas foram fundamentais para a realização desta tese. / The present work is about the International Legal Cooperation regarding penal matters and the repercussions in the right to proof in the Brazilian Prosecution, upon the different intersection points of several contemporary themes from the globalization of the economy and the rising demand on international public security. As for this tendency, the risk of breach of warranties inherent in the due process is currently perceived, insured to the accused ones in general, on the issue of right to proof. In this sense, the study here presented approaches the issues of the mechanisms on the international legal cooperation, in a world of cultural diversity, concerning the evidence in criminal proceedings, when Brazil is the claimant country; of the warranties inherent in the due process, insured by the human rights, constituting the normative standards of the cooperation; the limits imposed by the sovereignty and the public order in the legal cooperation; the admissibility of the presented evidence abroad and concerning the core of the fundamental rights (private life, intimacy etc.), from the perspective of the Brazilian legal system, as to prevent legal uncertainty and the inadmissibility of evidence. In order to demonstrate the importance of the right to proof in criminal proceedings and the need to insure even parity in the cooperation, efficacy, advocating the standardization and harmony of the legislation, so as to enable the admissibility of the presented evidence via cooperation. The research and examination of the bibliographic sources were fundamental to this thesis accomplishment.
