Meno kolektyvai yra sociokultūrinės aplinkos reiškiniai, kurių puoselėjimas ir išsaugojimas ypač ryškiai atspindi tautiškumą, jo koreguojamas nūdienos kultūros raidos tendencijas. Šiuo požiūriu meno kolektyvai svarbūs vertinant ir aplinkos kultūros raidą. Kitaip tariant, meno kolektyve atsispindi aplinkos kultūros ypatybės, tarp jų ir tautiškumo samprata. Tautoje, o multikultūrinėje aplinkoje ypač svarbu išvengti vertybių niveliacijos ir sudaryti palankias sąlygas kultūros savitumo puoselėjimui, išgryninimui. Puoselėjimo galimybės ypač ryškios ir aktualios meno kolektyve, kuris ir atspindi aplinkos kultūrą, ir ją veikia. Todėl tautiškumo puoselėjimas meno kolektyve kaip multikultūrinės aplinkos veiksnys yra aktuali pedagoginė problema. Tyrimo objektas – tautiškumo puoselėjimas meno kolektyve kaip multikultūrinės aplinkos veiksnys. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti tautiškumo puoselėjimą meno kolektyve kaip multikultūrinės aplinkos veiksnį. Tyrimas grindžiamas humanistine teorija, atspindinčia toleranciją ir pagarbą kultūrų įvairovei, raidai, tautinių bruožų puoselėjimui. Tyrimu atskleistas meno kolektyvo vaidmens puoselėjant tautiškumą multikultūrinėje aplinkoje modelis. In this aspect, art groups are very important when evaluating the cultural development of particular environment. In other words, an art group reflects cultural features of the environment as well as the conception of nationality. Magistriniam darbe analizuojama Lietuvos lenkų jaunimo socialinė integracija i pilietinis aktyvumas. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama etninės mažumos, etninio tapatumo ir integracijos sampratos, detaliau nagrinėjama lenkų etninė mažuma Lietuvoje, jos pilietinis aktyvumas ir socialinė integracija, lenkų stereotipai Lietuvos visuomenėje. Etniniam tapatumui būdinga sudėtinga struktūra, jam būdingi keli pagrindiniai komponentai: priklausimas tautai, etninė savimonė, kalbos vartojimas, kultūra. Šie komponentai išsamiau aptarti darbe. Didelis dėmesys yra skiriamas integracijos sampratai. Kalbant apie socialinę integraciją negalima pamiršti ir socialinio dalyvavimo sąvokos. Būtent socialinis dalyvavimas nulemia lenkų socialinės integracijos raišką. Darbe smulkiau analizuojamas lenkų socialinis dalyvavimas Lietuvos visuomenės gyvenime ir jų integraciją per politiką ir pilietybę, per švietimą, per darbo rinką, per lenkiškas laisvanoriškas organizacijas. Aptariant šiuos aspektus remiamasi tiek Europos - etnologo M. Kal‘avský, V. Bačová, E. K. Francis, Š. Hernová, J.Mucha ir kt., tiek Lietuvos tyrinėtojų darbais. Lietuvoje apie tautines mažumas, tautinį tapatumą ir integraciją rašė N.Kasatkina, T.Leončikas, V.Beresnevičiūtė, M.Taljūnaitė, N.Statkus, R.Motuzas irk t. todėl remtasi šių tyrinėtojų darbais. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The work is aimed at presenting analysis of social intergation of Lithuanian Poles' Youth and the role of civic activity in this process. In the fisrt, theoretical part, of the work there are discussed conceptions of the ethnic minority, integration and ethnic identity, This part also includes an analysis of the Lithuanian Poles’ minority, its civic activity and integration. The structure of ethnic identity is complex: it consists of belonging to nation, ethnic consciousness, the language, culture. In the work all these conponents are discussed in detail. An particular attention is payed to the conception of integration and the role of social activity in this process. Social activity determines the integration of Poles‘ in Lithuania: such aspects of social acitivity as participation in politics, polish civic organization, issues of education in native language, nationality are discussed in the work.
