Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Este estudo parte de interrogações provenientes da experiência da autora como psicóloga em diferentes contextos clínicos, nos quais utilizou a expressão plástica. Objetiva compreender como se dá a presença da linguagem plástica na ação clínica em uma perspectiva fenomenológica existencial, além de apresentar a presença da linguagem plástica em diferentes práticas clínicas e discutir a ação clínica psicológica sob uma perspectiva fenomenológica existencial. Sua base fenomenal acolhe a experiência da pesquisadora e de psicólogas clínicas que se dispuseram a participar como interlocutoras. O procedimento de colheita das narrativas aconteceu via entrevista/depoimento, que permitiu o compartilhamento de experiências sobre o fazer clínico das participantes e via Diário de Bordo para registro da experiência da autora/pesquisadora. Através deste contexto, percorre-se sentidos traçados em diferentes modalidades de práticas clínicas desenvolvidas pelas quatro interlocutoras, objetivando oferecer suporte psicológico àqueles que buscam (re) pensar sobre o cuidado e o modo como conduzem suas existências. A aproximação e interpretação das experiências, inspirada na Analítica do Sentido desenvolvida por Dulce Critelli, aponta como a linguagem plástica pode assumir uma posição de presença e entrelaçamento com o trabalho clínico, de modo que, de tão entremeadas que se apresentam e acontecem, não é possível reduzi-las a uma lógica de mero uso ou aplicação técnica. Nessa direção, a linguagem plástica é refletida como mais próxima de uma dimensão poética e gestual, uma vez que foge às relações causais e explicativas tal como cotidianamente a linguagem tem sido moldada em nosso tempo. São tecidas considerações que apontam para um entendimento de que a ação clínica − em um movimento de errância e construção de sentidos − contribui para que as pessoas possam implicar-se e cuidar de suas existências a partir da ampliação da experiência que fazem com a própria linguagem. Perspectiva esta atrelada a uma noção que considera a íntima relação entre ser, sentir, pensar e agir no mundo. Desse modo, compreende a ação clínica como uma oportunidade de escuta e acolhimento às dimensões ética, estética/sensível e poética que compõem a existência, valorizando o horizonte compreensivo do cliente/usuário/grupo para que possa se apropriar do modo como está sintonizado no mundo. / This study starts from questions originated by the authors experience as a psychologist in different clinical contexts, in which the plastic expression was used. The study aims to understand how the presence of the plastic language works on the clinical action under an existential phenomenological perspective, to present the presence of the plastic language in different clinical practices and discuss the clinical psychology action under an existential phenomenological perspective. The phenomenal basis is given by the researchers experience and by clinical psychologists who accept to participate as interlocutors. The narratives collection procedure happened through interviews/testimonials, that allowed the exchange of experiences regarding the clinical practices of the participants and through a field report where the author/ researchers experiences were registered.Through this context it is possible to go along different senses outlined in different clinical practices modalities developed by the four interlocutors. Aiming to offer psychological support for those who look toward (re)thinking about care and the way they lead their existences. The approaching and interpretation of the experiences, inspired on the analytics sense developed by Dulce Critelli points how plastic language can assume a position of presence and interlacement with the clinical work, so that, presenting and happening in a so interspersed way, is not possible to reduce to a logic of mere use or technical application. On this direction, plastic language is reflected as being closer to a poetic and gestural dimension, once that it runs away from causal and explicative relations as language has been daily molded in our times. Considerations are set concerning an understanding that clinical action in an errant movement and senses building contributes for the people to imply and care about their existences starting from the experiences expansion they make with their own language. This perspective is linked to a notion that considers the intimal relation among being, feeling, thinking and acting in the world. This way, understand the clinical action as an opportunity of listening and embracement to ethical, esthetic/sensible and poetical dimensions that composes existence. Giving value to the client/user/groups comprehensive horizon so they can appropriate the way they are connected to the world.

Sendo um fenômeno que permeia o existir, o adoecer se torna alvo importante de reflexões para diferentes abordagens. Enquanto experiência do humano, possui caráter científico, mas principalmente singular a partir de uma postura não redutora quanto à concepção de pathos. Concebendo a apropriação do homem no que diz respeito às suas formas de comunicação consigo e com o mundo, são observados diferentes modos de ação dos pacientes hospitalizados que lidam com o adoecer de câncer. Enquanto uns não conseguem dar qualquer sentido à vivência desse fenômeno, outros vislumbram o adoecer como horizonte de crescimento em suas jornadas de vida. A partir do conhecimento de que tantos outros modos de estar no mundo podem se fazer presentes entre essas pessoas, este estudo tem como objetivo geral a busca pela compreensão da experiência do adoecer pela perspectiva de pessoas com câncer que se encontram hospitalizadas. Pesquisar sobre a vivência de internamento em enfermaria oncológica e compreender o desvelamento de sentidos na experiência do adoecer com câncer constituem os objetivos específicos. Visando conciliar a proposta desta pesquisa com o conhecimento prático adquirido pela pesquisadora enquanto psicóloga hospitalar, foram utilizados como instrumentos a entrevista geradora de narrativa e o diário de campo. Os dados foram coletados em hospital de grande porte da cidade de Recife PE, numa enfermaria de oncologia, com participantes de ambos os sexos e idade mínima de 18 anos. Tendo como fundamentação teórica os estudos do psiquiatra Viktor Frankl, os dados foram analisados a partir da perspectiva da filósofa Dulce Critelli no que se refere ao movimento de desvelamento do fenômeno, e de Gadamer, com sua noção de conversação e fusão de horizontes. Como resultados foram obtidas narrativas que propiciam o desenvolvimento de novos olhares para o fenômeno do adoecer, desmistificando alguns pensamentos culturalmente estabelecidos que restringem a vivência do câncer ao sofrimento intenso e inevitável. / Being a phenomenon that permeates the existence, sickening becomes an important target of reflections for different approaches. As a human experience, it holds a scientific character, but primarily singular from anon-reductive posture regarding the conception of pathos. Conceiving human appropriation with regard to ones own ways of selfcommunication and communication with the world, its possible to observe different means of action by hospitalized patients who deal with sickening by cancer. While some don't succeed in giving any meaning to the living of this phenomenon, others glance sickening as a growing horizon in their life journey. Based on the knowledge that so many other ways of being in the world can be present among these people, this study states as its main objective to search for comprehension of the sickening experience by the perspective of cancer patients under hospitalization. To research the internment experience in oncology infirmary and to comprehend the unveiling of senses in the experience of sickening by cancer constitute the specific objectives. Aiming to conciliate the proposal of this research with the practical knowledge acquired by the researcher as a hospital psychologist, the tools used for the research were the narrative interview and the field diary. The data was collected in a large hospital in the city of Recife - PE, in an oncology infirmary, with participants of both sexes and with the minimum age of 18. The theoretical fundamentals were based upon the studies of the psychiatrist Viktor Frankl, the data were analyzed by the perspective of the philosopher Dulce Critelli regarding the unveiling of senses and of Gadamer concerning his notion of conversation and fusion of horizons. The results were obtained as narratives that allowed the development of a new look in the sickening phenomenon, demystifying some culturally established beliefs that restrict the experience of cancer to intense and inevitable suffering.

Partindo da perspectiva de tecnologia de Álvaro Vieira Pinto esta dissertação explora possibilidade de aproximação do seu conceito de ‘amanualidade’ aos fundamentos em Design de Interação. Este trabalho busca contribuir para a compreensão da transformação social e tecnológica a partir do manuseio de artefatos, e apresenta considerações para fundamentos em Design de Interação tomando por base o pensamento de Vieira Pinto, especialmente a partir do seu conceito de amanualidade, que trata das relações entre o ser humano e os objetos ao seu redor, disponóveis ‘a mão’. Proveniente da filosofia fenomenológico-existencial, esse conceito já é debatido noDesign de Interação Humano-Computador, principalmente pela aproximação realizada por Terry Winograd e Fernando flores, no qual a amanualidade (readness-to-hand) é utilizada para compreender a dimensão existencial da ação humano no uso dos artefatos no cotidiano. Utiliza-se a noção de paradigma de Kuhn para, no quadro do desenvolvimento histórico da psicanálise, distinguir a psicanálise de Winnicott da psicanálise tradicional (Freud e Klein). Destaca-se que, em relação à tradicional, a winnicottiana promove uma mudança paradigmática em todos os elementos que compõem a matriz disciplinar da teoria psicanalítica. O estabelecimento desta distinção permitiu tomar um dos componentes dessa matriz para tema de estudo, a saber, o componente ontológico. Essa escolha pretende mostrar, por um lado, que a ontologia presente na teoria de Winnicott aproxima-se de um modo de pensar a natureza humana, que é muito próximo às concepções pós-metafísicas de Heidegger, podendo a teoria da acontecência desse filosofo iluminar a compreensão dos elementos ontológicos que compõem a teoria winnicottiana. Por outro lado, esse movimento de aproximação aponta para um distanciamento, que permite notar que a psicanálise de Winnicott apresenta várias questões instigantes e suplementares a uma fenomenologia existencial. A investigação sobre as possíveis aproximações e distanciamentos entre essas duas teorias fez com que se questionasse a localização da psicanálise de Winnicott em relação a um pensamento pós-metafísico e deu margem à discussão sobre as possibilidades de se erigir uma ciência do homem / Abstract: The aim of the present work is to investigate the possibility of establishing a bond between Winnicott's theory of personal maturation and Heidegger's theory of Geschichtlichkeit (historicity). We used Kuhn's notion ofparadigm to distinguish Winnicott's psychoanalysis from traditional psychoanalysis (Freud and KIein) within the framework of historical development of psychoanalysis. What stands out is that in comparison to traditional psychoanalysis, Winnicott's psychoanalysis promotes a paradigm shift in alI elements that compose the disciplinary matrix of psychoanalytical theory. The establishment of that distinction allowed us to singIe out one ofthe components ofthat matrix for our study, i.e., the ontological component. By this choice, we intend to show, on one hand, that the ontology found in Winnicott's theory approaches a way of thinking human nature which is very dose to Heidegger's post-metaphysical conceptions so that his theory appropriation could illurninate the comprehension of the ontological elements that compose Winnicott's theory. On the other hand, that movement of approximation points towards a distancing, which shows that Winnicott's psychoanalysis contains several instigating and additional issues in relation to existential phenomenology. Compreender a criança e o adolescente como \"sujeito de direitos\", como propõe o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente ECA (1990), constitui-se entendimento ainda não alcançado na sociedade. A despeito dos anos de vigência do ECA, convive-se com resquícios da doutrina da situação irregular e do modelo tutelar expressos no Código de Menores, anteriores à doutrina da Proteção Integral das Nações Unidas na administração de justiça infanto-juvenil do Brasil. Notadamente, é na esfera judiciária que atende adolescentes infratores que essa transição e mudança de paradigma criança-adolescente como objeto de intervenção do Estado para cidadão sujeito de direitos ocorre com marcadas dificuldades. Nesse cenário, a interlocução entre os profissionais da área psi e do Direito acontece ainda no lastro da associação histórica de ambas as áreas a processos de controle e normatização social. Neste trabalho, empreende-se investigação que busca lançar luz sobre como é compreendida e como acontece a ação do psicólogo em âmbito forense junto a adolescentes que cometeram ato infracional. Apresenta-se, inicialmente, a origem da questão de pesquisa e o recorte que a pesquisadora faz no universo dos Sistemas Socioeducativo e de Justiça Juvenil. Relatos de acompanhamento a adolescentes internos, realizados pela pesquisadora na Fundação CASA, servem de apoio para questionamentos ao modo como eles são alvos da aplicação da lei que, por sua vez, promove uma automática exclusão de sua condição de sujeitos de direitos, aproximando-os da condição de vida nua ao receberem determinações judiciais de medida privativa de liberdade, bem como de tratamento e avaliações psi. É desse modo que alguns desses jovens, após terem cumprido Internação, parecem enfrentar novo julgamento, porém, nesta ocasião com mais um ator envolvido: a Equipe Técnica do Juízo (ETJ). O cotidiano das Varas Especiais da Infância e Juventude revela demandas de profissionais do Direito por avaliação psicológica de adolescentes que restringem a atuação das psicólogas da ETJ à mera produção de laudos como subsídio técnico de decisões de progressão ou manutenção da privação de liberdade. Assim, procurou-se ouvir dos operadores do Direito (juízes, promotores, defensores) no Sistema de Justiça Juvenil como compreendem a ação do psicólogo em meio forense e junto a adolescentes infratores, bem como em quais situações eles demandam uma avaliação psicológica. As psicólogas da ETJ foram convidadas a narrar sobre sua experiência de trabalho e sobre as reflexões e críticas que fazem do mesmo. Também, fez-se consulta a processos devido ao rigor documental do registro das demandas por avaliação psicológica, bem como da expressão da relevância desta nas decisões dos juízes. Percebeu-se dos profissionais que, embora esteja presente uma preocupação em desempenhar suas funções dentro da proposta da Doutrina de Proteção Integral e de Responsabilização, o cotidiano de sua atuação apresenta elementos que revelam um teor neomenorista. Na ETJ parte da equipe apresenta críticas à própria atuação, questionando-se sobre a real viabilidade de uma ação ética e política distinta de um proceder burocrático ao qual, por vezes, sentem-se aprisionadas. A pesquisa foi realizada sob perspectiva Fenomenológica Existencial e manteve interlocução com o pensamento de Heidegger, Foucault, Agamben e Arendt, bem como com autores nacionais e internacionais que refletem sobre a prática psicológica e sua interface com o Direito na administração de Justiça Juvenil / The understanding of the child and the adolescent as Subject of Law, as proposed by the Child and Adolescent Statute ECA (1990), has not yet been reached by society. Considering the years of effectiveness of the ECA, we still live with vestiges of the doctrine of irregular situation and the guardianship model set forth in the Juvenile Code, prior to the Full Protection doctrine of the United Nations in the administration of justice towards children and adolescents in Brazil. Notably, it is in the judiciary scope that deals with these juvenile offenders that this transition and change of paradigm from child-adolescent as object of intervention of the State to citizens Subject of Law occurs with distinguished difficulties. In this scenario, the discussions among the professionals from the Psychology and Law areas take place based on the historical association of both areas with procedures of control and social regulation. This work is aimed at the investigation that tries to clarify how the action of the psychologist with adolescents that committed an offense is understood and occurs within the forensic scope. Initially, we present the origin of the object of the research and the contours analyzed by the researcher in the field of the Social-Educational Systems and Juvenile Justice. Reports on the follow up of interned adolescents, carried out by the researcher at the CASA Foundation (Juvenile Social-Educational Service Center), are used as the basis for questioning the way these adolescents become subject to the application of the law, which, in its turn, promotes the automatic exclusion of their condition of Subject of Law, bringing them close to the bare life condition upon judicial orders of imprisonment, treatment and psychological assessments. This is how some of these youngsters, after having served their sentences, seem to face a new trial, however, on this occasion, with another party involved: The Courts Technical Team (ETJ). The routine of the Juvenile Special Courts reveals demands from the professionals of the Law for psychological assessments that limit the participation of ETJ psychologists to the simple production of reports as technical subsidies for progression decisions or maintenance of freedom deprivation. Accordingly, we tried to hear from the Law operators (judges, public attorneys, defense attorneys) in the Juvenile Justice System on how they understand the participation of the psychologist in the forensic scope and towards juvenile offenders, as well as in which situation they request a psychological assessment. ETJS psychologists were invited to expose their work experience, reflections and criticisms on the subject. In addition, case records have been analyzed due to the documental record of the demands for psychological assessments, as well as the relevance of such assessments in the judges decisions. Despite the concern to perform their duties in accordance with the Full Protection and Accountability Doctrine, it was possible to notice from these professionals that their work routine reveals a trend in favor of a new age for criminal responsibility. At the ETJ, part of the team criticizes its own performance, questioning the actual viability of an ethical and political participation different from the bureaucratic behavior by which, many times, they feel imprisoned. The research was carried out under an Existential Phenomenological perspective and kept the connection with the thoughts of Foucault, Agamben and Arendt, as well as with national and international authors that discourse on the psychological practice and its interface with the Law in the Juvenile Justice administration

Este trabalho apresenta investigação realizada a partir de interrogantes emergentes em projeto de Acompanhamento Psicológico oferecido para adolescentes em privação de liberdade. A prática clínica oferecida aos jovens insere-se no projeto de Atenção Psicológica em Instituições do Laboratório de Estudos e Prática de Psicologia Fenomenológica Existencial do IPUSP. Para contextualizar a construção da modalidade clínica em andamento no projeto retoma-se a história do laboratório e as origens teóricas da prática psicológica por ele desenvolvida. Esta re-visitação lança questionamentos às transformações ocorridas no campo do exercício clínico a partir do estudo e reflexão da Fenomenologia Existencial como referencial filosófico que influencia a pesquisa e intervenção em Psicologia. Após apresentação da história do projeto de acompanhamento, situa-se o leitor no contexto institucional em que este se realiza. Posteriormente, apresenta-se o caminho percorrido junto a adolescentes atendidos, ou em atendimento, no projeto de acompanhamento psicológico. A procura de sentido da atenção psicológica realiza-se pela via da análise interpretativa de narrativas de jovens que relatam o modo como compreendem sua experiência de atendimento. Diários de bordo de atendimentos e de supervisão do projeto oferecem-se como complemento dessas narrativas na tessitura de sentido da ação clínica realizada em instituição para jovens que cumprem medida sócio-educativa de internação. / This work presents an investigation based on questions that emerged from a research on Psychological Accompanying Project for adolescents under freedom deprivation. The clinical practice offered to the juveniles is a part of a Psychological Attention Project at Institutions of the Laboratory of Studies and Practices on Existential Phenomenological Psychology of the IPUSP. In order to contextualize the development of the projects ongoing clinical approach, we revisited the laboratory history and the theoretical origins of its psychological practice. This review raises questions referring to the changes that occurred in the field of the clinical practice due to the reflections brought by the study of the Existential Phenomenology as a philosophical referential that affects psychological research and intervention. After the presentation of the history of the Psychological Accompanying Project, the reader is brought to the institutional context in which it takes place. Subsequent to that, the steps are presented, which were taken along with both of the adolescents that have received psychological care and the ones under treatment in the Psychological Accompanying Project. The search for a sense in psychological attention is carried out through the interpretative analysis of the stories narrated by juveniles describing the way they experienced psychological care. Log books of the projects psychological sessions as well as the supervisions ones complement the narratives in the construction of the sense of the clinical approach done at an institution for adolescents subjected to social-educational freedom deprivation measure.

Among many references, which is the best? which is the most true? Such questions, in one way or another, affect all students and perhaps many professionals. This situation was experienced, with all the intensity, with the gradual integration of psychologists in public health. The requirement of a new context of practice caused confusion and disorientation in the first professionals who have come to work in the area. It is understood that, in large part, this situation is associated with a training procedure based on technical theoretical - and therefore practices - of traditional psychology. Therefore, our objective was to propose new way to practice clinical psychology in public health. Through bibliographical and theoretical reflection, we built two articles detailing our proposal. In the first, preparatory to the second, we characterize the construction of technical-rationalist thought and its consequences for the way people think and realize that includes the development of effective clinical practices. This reflection was based on the Heideggerian perspective. In the second article, from Bachelard´s poetical conception and Pompéia e Sapienza´s psychotherapy proposal which privileges poetic language , we think about attitude, listening, language and construction to restore the poetic existential dimension of man. The conclusions of the first article pointed to the hegemony of the technical thought, however, alongside a critique of this thinking, we propose possible ways to overcome them. These possibilities concern of a way of thinking - thinking meditation - which is not only devalued and risked disappear through the construction of the contemporary. The results of the second pointed to the establishment of clinical practice we have proposed from the poetic, rather than proposing new psychotherapeutic technique. From this perspective, to account for the differences of each client - which also includes its sociocultural aspect as countless others who are - the therapist must, in the therapeutic encounter, be opened, without prior determination of its performance that predates customers behaviors. A position, a listener and, above all, a poetic encouragement, we believe, would help this process / Uma questão fundamental em psicologia diz respeito à construção da ação clínica do psicólogo. Dentre tantos referenciais, qual o mais adequado? qual o mais verdadeiro? Tais questões, de uma forma ou de outra, afetam todos os estudantes e, talvez, até mesmo muitos profissionais. Tal situação foi vivida, com toda a intensidade, com a inserção progressiva dos psicólogos na saúde pública. A exigência de um novo contexto de atuação provocou perplexidade e desorientação nos primeiros profissionais que passaram a atuar na área. Compreende-se que, em grande parte, tal situação se associa a uma formação baseada em modalidades teóricas - e conseqüentemente práticas - técnicas da psicologia tradicional. Portanto, nosso objetivo foi propor nova modalidade de prática clínica psicológica na saúde pública. Para tanto, por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica e reflexão teórica, construímos dois artigos que detalham nossa proposta. No primeiro, preparatório para o segundo, caracterizamos a construção do pensamento técnico-racionalista e de suas consequências para o modo como as pessoas pensam e se percebem o que inclui o desenvolvimento das práticas clínicas vigentes. Tal reflexão baseou-se na perspectiva heideggeriana. No segundo artigo, a partir da poética concebida por Bachelard e da proposta psicoterápica de Pompéia e Sapienza - que dão lugar privilegiado à linguagem poética-, refletimos sobre uma postura, escuta, linguagem e construção que restauram a dimensão poético-existencial do homem. As conclusões do primeiro artigo apontaram para hegemonia do pensamento técnico, entretanto, ao lado de uma crítica desse pensamento, acenamos caminhos para sua possível superação. Esses caminhos dizem respeito ao resgate de um modo de pensar - pensamento meditativo -, que não só é desvalorizado como corre o risco de desaparecer através da construção da contemporaneidade. Já os resultados do segundo apontaram para a constituição da prática clínica que propusemos a partir da poética: como postura do terapeuta diante do cliente na compreensão de sua fala e no exercício de sua possibilidade poética de ser, e não como proposição de nova técnica psicoterápica. Nessa perspectiva, para dar conta das diferenças de cada cliente - o que inclui também seu aspecto sociocultural como inúmeros outros que o constituem -, o terapeuta deve, no encontro terapêutico, estar aberto, sem determinação prévia de sua atuação que anteceda ao modo como o cliente se mostra a ele. Um posicionamento, uma escuta e, sobretudo, um encorajamento poéticos, acreditamos, auxiliam e muito nesse processo

In particular, the aims were to study the anthropological and philosophical foundations of his thinking about the man, research the meaning of his Experimentum Crucis, and also clarify his Dimensional Ontology. The study used a qualitative methodology in existential phenomenological perspective, involving bibliographical research into those writings of Frankl and some of his principal interpreters which are relevant to the theme. The Critelli s analytical method was employed in seeking to understand Frankl s Experimentum Crucis. Conclusions reveal Augustinian and Thomist philosophical elements in Viktor Frankl's conception of "human fulfillment as self-transcendence, as well as shows strong influences of Max Scheler's axiology and Martin Heidegger's fundamental ontology. However, despite the influence of a range of authors with diverse epistemological perspectives, this study reveals the originality and internal unity of Frankl s thought about human / Este artigo teve como objetivo geral compreender a concepção do humano na perspectiva de Viktor Frankl. Os objetivos específicos foram estudar os fundamentos filosóficos e antropológicos do seu pensamento sobre o homem; pesquisar os significados do seu Experimentum Crucis; e, ainda, elucidar a sua Ontologia Dimensional. O estudo optou pela metodologia qualitativa na perspectiva fenomenológica existencial, através de pesquisa bibliográfica realizada a partir de obras selecionadas pela concernência ao tema, na literatura do autor e de alguns de seus principais intérpretes. Lançou-se mão do método analítico de Critelli para a compreensão do Experimentum Crucis frankliano. As conclusões revelaram elementos filosóficos agostinianos e tomísticos na concepção frankliana de plenitude humana como autotranscendência, assim como mostra fortes influências da axiologia de Max Scheler e da ontologia fundamental de Martin Heidegger. Contudo, apesar da influência de uma gama de autores com perspectivas epistemológicas diversas, este estudo revela a originalidade e a unidade interna do pensamento de Viktor Frankl sobre o humano

We make a qualitative study with an existential phenomenological base. As instrument methodological was use the collaborative narrative. At the first moment, each participant expressed individually, themselves freely. In a second moment, were made a group meeting with the same participants, where they were requested to talk about their experiences with each other, favoring a chance of meeting between them. Five Ats who had experience in Recife-PE participated, with mental, physical or both suffering people with difficulty in social integration. When collecting and interpreting the data we used Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics, which substantiate the whole trajectory of this research and that consists in the understanding that all human comprehension is an interpretation of the historical conditions stemming from the tradition of which he is part. Thus, we arrived at a final narrative that was constructed from the dialogue between the participants, the researcher and the texts of theorists who based this research. As results, from the narratives, bring the AT clinic in its different possibilities with the specificities inherent of their field, from the experience of those who practice it. In this direction, we realize that Ats are included in the following segments of clinical action: clinical accompaniment to clients, private or institutional, formation, supervision and research. However, we found that they are operationalizing segregated actions with works done in small teams. On the other hand, the Ats aim an organization, trough a group experience, wich aims to include and aggregate the class of professionals who are working in the field. This perspective points to the persuit of an even more delimited place wich includes organization, institutionalization, formalization and professionalization of Ats. / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo geral: compreender a ação clínica dos Acompanhantes Terapêuticos (Ats), em suas diferentes possibilidades, nas redes sociais da cidade de Recife-PE e, como objetivos específicos: descrever a atividade dos Acompanhantes terapêuticos como modalidade de ação clínica; descrever as diferentes possibilidades de ação clínica dos Acompanhantes terapêuticos e compreender a experiência dos Acompanhantes terapêuticos em sua ação clínica. Realizamos um estudo de natureza qualitativa, de cunho fenomenológico existencial. Como instrumento metodológico foi utilizada a narrativa colaborativa. Em um primeiro momento, individualmente, cada participante se expressou livremente. Em um segundo momento, realizamos um encontro grupal com os mesmos participantes, onde foi solicitado a estes que se dispusessem à conversação sobre suas experiências uns com os outros, favorecendo uma possibilidade de encontro entre eles. Participaram 5 (cinco) Ats que têm experiência, em Recife-PE, com pessoas em sofrimento psíquico, físico ou ambos com dificuldade de inserção social. No processo de interpretação dos dados fizemos uso da hermenêutica filosófica de Gadamer, a qual fundamentou toda a trajetória desta pesquisa e que consiste no entendimento que toda compreensão do homem é uma interpretação das condições históricas advindas da tradição, da qual ele faz parte. Deste modo, chegamos a uma narrativa final que foi construída a partir do diálogo entre os participantes, a pesquisadora e os textos dos teóricos que embasaram esta pesquisa. Como resultados, a partir das narrativas, trouxemos a clínica do Acompanhamento Terapêutico em suas diferentes possibilidades de ação clínica com as especificidades inerentes ao seu campo de atuação, a partir da experiência de quem a pratica. Nessa direção, percebemos que os Ats estão inseridos nos seguintes seguimentos de ação clínica: acompanhamento clínico a clientes, particular ou institucional, formação, supervisão e pesquisa. No entanto, constatamos que eles estão operacionalizando ações segregadas, com trabalhos desenvolvidos em pequenas equipes. Por outro lado, os Ats demonstraram almejar uma organização, através de uma vivência grupal, que objetiva incluir e agregar a classe de profissionais que estão atuando no campo. Essa perspectiva aponta para a busca de um lugar cada vez mais delimitado, o que inclui organização, institucionalização, formalização e profissionalização dos Ats.
