El presente proyecto es una Residencia Universitaria, la cual esta ubicada en el distrito de Pueblo Libre donde se encuentra cerca a diversas universidades y centros de esparcimiento. Este proyecto busca, ante la demanda existente, suplir la necesidad de vivienda para estudiantes de provincia, del extranjero y quienes deseen vivir cerca de la universidad. Asimismo, la residencia esta conformado por un proyecto inmobiliario de vivienda el cual se acomoda a las exigencias de la zona y busca mediante ambientes de esparcimiento generar un sentido de comunidad entre los usuarios. Además, cuenta con espacios destinados a locales comerciales para hacerlo más atractivo a los inversionistas. El objetivo de la residencia es dar alojamiento a los estudiantes a través de espacios flexibles los cuales se adapten a sus necesidades. Además, mediante espacios de reunión y ocio, busca generar una integración social y cultural entre los usuarios. Con la propuesta para el diseño de la residencia universitaria, se busca plantear ambientes de calidad en los cuales el estudiante pueda desarrollarse tanto en lo personal, en lo académico y en lo social. / This project is a Student Housing, which is located in the district of Pueblo Libre, where it is located near various universities and leisure centers. To enjoy a moment of great prosperity in the property market, construction companies have adopted a standard typology extremely fragmented and full af environments and names of high economical value to accelerate the sale of the units. In this process the quality of the living spaces were left behind, reproducing with little changes a model that satisfies the desires of buyers but not the needs of users, leading to many conflicts between form and functions in the home environment. So the city that is being produced has high value but is increasingly poor in the spaces that people inhabit. Spaces assets identified in the areas analyzed in this dissertation can contribute to the enrichment of living space, improve the quality of life within them and minimize conflicts between form and function at home / Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar e comparar alguns espaços soft selecionados, incluindo além de habitações, espaços desenvolvidos pelas indústrias naval, ferroviária e aeronáutica, com o intuito de identificar recursos e soluções úteis para tipologias habitacionais contemporâneas. Para aproveitar um momento de grande prosperidade do mercado imobiliário, as construtoras adotaram como padrão uma tipologia extremamente fragmentada e repleta de ambientes e nomes de alto valor mercadológico para acelerar a venda das unidades. Nesse processo pouco se pensou na qualidade dos espaços de morar, reproduzindo com pouca (ou nenhuma) alteração um modelo que atende aos desejos dos compradores, mas não às necessidades dos usuários, ocasionando inúmeros conflitos entre forma e função nas habitações. Dessa forma a cidade que está sendo produzida tem alto valor financeiro, mas é cada vez mais pobre nos espaços que as pessoas habitam. En esta investigación se busca diseñar la vivienda, no solo como un techo y lugar de refugio, sino como un hogar en el cual los espacios sean habitables, flexibles y dignos para cualquier estrato que se maneje, con un entorno amigable y equipamiento complementario a las necesidades que el usuario este buscando. Por este motivo, se diseña un conjunto residencial que se integra mediante espacios sociales pensados para la familia, cuyo objetivo principal sea entender la vivienda como un sistema, un modelo que cumpla con las necesidades de hábitat, una vivienda pensada de acuerdo al usuario, a los diferentes tipos de familia. Es por ello, que el conjunto de viviendas se basara en una cantidad de personas específicas, para el desarrollo y abastecimiento con mayor ímpetu en el déficit cualitativo que es de gran magnitud en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. / This research seeks to design housing, not only as a roof and a place of refuge, but also as a home in which the spaces are habitable, flexible and worthy for any stratum that is managed, with a friendly environment and complementary equipment to the needs that the user is looking for. Teaching Outside the Box: Student and Teacher Perceptions of Flexible Learning Environments Outside the 21st Century Classroom

The purpose of this study was to ascertain student and teacher perceptions of the environment in which student learning takes place and their perceptions of how it has helped them in the cognitive and social domains. Data collected were through student and teacher perception surveys, student and teacher perception questionnaires, classroom observations, student focus group discussions, and teacher interviews. Themes that emerged from the data sources were student interactions, students' autonomy in personalizing their learning space, teacher perceptions of comfort in the classroom, and student perceptions of comfort in the classroom. The findings of this study point to four recommendations for educational leaders to ensure the effective implementation of new and dynamic learning spaces: (1) consult and support teacher and students, (2) provide professional development, (3) visit campuses and other learning spaces, and (4) add color. In order for real change to take place, teachers need to enquire about and embrace student preferences and allow for the discomfort that will be present when trying something new. Teachers must be willing to relinquish control of the learning experience for the student in order to allow for possibilities in personalized learning on the part of the student. They must risk initial failure in order to allow for greater successes in the long run.

La tendencia del coworking ha ido en aumento gracias al auge de los modelos de trabajo colaborativo; cada vez más en la ciudad de Lima, se ve esta tipología implementada en los centros de trabajo en donde comúnmente se encuentran las típicas oficinas. Actualmente, los mypes y freelancers se ven afectados por tener muchas limitaciones para emprender sus negocios. Como cualquier empresa o profesional, requieren de un espacio de trabajo; sin embargo, el problema aquí radica en que las típicas oficinas, además de tener un alquiler elevado en la ciudad, no son flexibles y no brindan los beneficios que un espacio de coworking puede ofrecer. La idea del proyecto se basa en ofrecer un edificio cuya principal función sea satisfacer las necesidades básicas y laborales del usuario, brindándoles múltiples servicios y usos que define el programa. Los mypes y freelancers necesitan un lugar que sea flexible en cuestión a costos y horarios, y en donde su principal motivación sea la innovación y la cooperación. Esta investigación estudia y caracteriza al coworking, con el objetivo de ofrecerle al usuario lo que realmente necesita, mediante espacios compartidos, áreas recreativas, zona comercial y diversas tipologías y servicios en espacios de coworking, haciendo énfasis en la flexibilidad espacial. / The coworking trend has been increasing thanks to the rise of collaborative work models; Increasingly in the city of Lima, this typology is seen implemented in the work centers where the typical offices are commonly found. Currently, mypes and freelancers are affected by having many limitations to start their businesses. Like any company or professional, they require a workspace; However, the problem here is that the typical offices, in addition to having a high rent in the city, are not flexible and do not provide the benefits that a coworking space can offer. La arquitectura escolar se ha generalizado como la creación de largos pasillos, aulas compactas y rígidas, y sin espacios de encuentro para la interacción de los estudiantes. Estas características responden a una metodología de enseñanza tradicional; sin embargo, en la actualidad, las nuevas necesidades pedagógicas son distintas, debido a que tienen como prioridad considerar un aprendizaje más activo que se centra en el estudiante. Por tal motivo, se plantea un colegio público de primaria y secundaria que tiene como énfasis la arquitectura para el aprendizaje activo aplicado en tres elementos físico-espaciales: espacios flexibles, lúdicos y conectados con el exterior. Asimismo, se propone reforzar el vínculo entre el colegio y la comunidad, compartiendo ciertos espacios fuera del horario escolar. Además, cabe destacar que este proyecto se desarrolla en Manchay, en el distrito de Pachacámac, una zona periférica de la ciudad de Lima con rápido crecimiento poblacional y déficit de infraestructura educativa. Por lo tanto, se realizó la investigación acerca de la tipología, el énfasis arquitectónico, proyectos referenciales, usuarios, programa arquitectónico y estudio del lugar. Por último, se plantean los criterios de diseño para la elaboración del proyecto arquitectónico. / School architecture has become conceived as the creation of long corridors, compact and rigid classrooms without meeting spaces for students' interaction. These characteristics respond to a traditional teaching methodology; however, nowadays, the new pedagogical needs are different since their priority is to consider active learning that focuses on the student. For this reason, a public primary and secondary school with an emphasis on architecture for active learning applied to three physical-spatial elements is proposed. These elements are: flexibility, playfulness and connection to the outside spaces. Likewise, this is proposed to strengthen the bond between the school and the community, sharing certain spaces outside of school hours. In addition, it should be noted that this project is developed in Manchay, in the Pachacamac district, a peripheral area of the Lima city with a fast population growth and deficit in educational infrastructure. Therefore, the research was about the typology, architectural emphasis, referential projects, users, architectural programming and study of the place. Ubicado en Lima Norte en el distrito de Independencia, el cual es el distrito número 1 según un ranking de Pronabec. El proyecto estará ubicado cerca a diversas universidades e institutos que forman parte de dicho programa. Este proyecto busca, ante la demanda existente, cubrir la necesidad de vivienda colectiva que ofrezca principalmente el servicio de alojamiento a alumnos de diferentes niveles socioeconómicos y culturales. Equipada con los componentes necesarios tanto para residir cómodamente como incentivar y promover las actividades académicas del usuario. La edificación está resuelta en base a un módulo de habitación para un usuario y otro destinado a un usuario con capacidades diferentes. Además, el proyecto cuenta con espacios y servicios complementarios indispensables para la facilidad del usuario: salas de estudio, cafetería, comedor, gimnasio, etc. / This project is a University Residence for young people of Beca 18, a program offered by the Peruvian state for young people between 18 and 25 years of age with high academic performance and low resources.
