Bakgrund: Individer med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar är en relativt ny målgrupp, vilket gör det angeläget att undersöka hur de bäst får stöd. Gruppboende och boendestöd är två vanliga stödformer för denna målgrupp. I de lagstiftningar vilka stödformerna befinner sig, kan delaktighet skönjas som ett betydelsefullt begrepp. Att påbörja någon form av stöd kan innebära en stor förändring, det är därför viktigt att uppmärksamma hur detta kan göras på ett bra sätt. Syfte: Studiens syfte har varit att med utgångspunkt hos personal, undersöka och analysera hur insatsen planeras och genomförs i praktiken när en individ med neuropsykiatrisk funktionsnedsättning flyttar till gruppboende eller påbörjar boendestöd. Vidare att undersöka och analysera personals medvetenhet om att skapa förutsättningar för dessa individers delaktighet i insatsens inledande skede, samt vilka utmaningar som finns i det arbetet. Metod: Studien har haft en kvalitativ ansats. Datainsamlingen har skett genom fokusgruppsintervjuer, med tre personalgrupper som arbetar med boendestöd eller på gruppboende. Materialet har analyserats dels genom en empirikopplad analys. Dels genom en teorikopplad analys, där en teori om begreppet delaktighet har använts. Resultat: Resultatet visar att processen när målgruppen flyttar till gruppboende eller påbörjar boendestöd i de flesta fall utgår ifrån en planering. Där den relation som byggs upp mellan individen och personalen är avgörande för hur stödet ska bli. Resultatet visar också att begreppet delaktighet är en betydande del i personalgruppernas arbete med målgruppen. Delaktighet framträder genom analysen på flera olika sätt, men främst genom att individernas självbestämmande betonas. Det är av stor vikt att starten och planeringen av insatsen utgår ifrån vad individen själv vill. Vidare syns också att personalen genom sitt agerande kan ge olika förutsättningar för delaktighet. Utmaningar i det delaktighetsfrämjande arbetet i insatsernas inledande skede kan skönjas främst genom hinder omgivningen skapar för delaktighet men också genom hinder i organisationen.

This diploma thesis deals with functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. It discusses the possible causing factors of these disorders, their manifestations on the body, diagnostics and the possibilities of influencing them. Since this is a very common phenomenon on the human body, I chose mainly the muscle, fascia and joint structure, which I explored and described in more depth. The experimental part of this work aims to demonstrate the possible impact of the intervention of the 1.-3. ribs and claviculosternal joint as described by Ludmila Mojžíšová on the muscles of the neck (m. scalenus anterior, medius and sternocleidomastoideus). To obtain results, I used the ultrasound examination of the diameter of these muscles and Visual analogue scale (VAS) to obtain pain values before and after the intervention using this method. Title: Functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system on individuals after kindey transplantation Defining of the problem: Renal transplantation is a method to treat patients with renal failure,which is associated to a prolonged survival of patients compared to a dialysis method (Viklický et al., 2008). After a successful renal transplantation the renal function is restored and complications caused by dialysis treatment disappear . However, complications due to the transplant, not only in terms of surgical intervention, but also from the point of a lifelong immunosuppressive therapy remain at risk. Functional changes on the locomotor system can occur as a concequence of a long-term renal disease or kidney transplant. This could further reduce the quality of life on patients due to self-sufficiency, being the main role of the locomotor system. Nesse contexto, o objetivo geral é analisar a questão do absenteísmo no trabalho relacionado a motivos de saúde entre os docentes da Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC/RJ). Os objetivos específicos são: descrever a magnitude média de licenças médicas, segundo a Superintendência de Perícias Médicas e a SEEDUC/RJ; identificar e analisar as doenças mais recorrentes que são responsáveis pelo afastamento ao trabalho; e propor ações que partem da contextualização macro do problema para atitudes operacionais visando minimizar o absenteísmo dos professores e o prejuízo pedagógico aos alunos, priorizando a qualidade de vida e o desenvolvimento profissional do docente. No primeiro capítulo foi realizada uma discrição das legislações e do contexto atual da (SEEDUC/RJ), as estratégias de gestão, o regime de trabalho docente e a situação de afastamento docente por licença médica no ano letivo de 2013, que se constituiu o objeto de pesquisa quantitativo e qualitativo. O segundo capítulo apresenta os aspectos teóricos, como a abordagem da Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT) e referências sobre o estudo das doenças mais recorrentes no âmbito escolar, os aspectos metodológicos e as análises com os sujeitos da pesquisa (professores, médicos e gestores), que revelam uma associação do absenteísmo docente com questões do adoecimento desencadeadas por motivos de ordem social. O terceiro capítulo trata do plano de ação, que parte dos resultados das pesquisas, onde foi percebido que a doença que mais afeta os docentes são os distúrbios mentais e comportamentais. O Plano de “Ação integrada gestão escola/aluno/professor” celebra a busca pela colaboração mútua, trabalhando conceitos de pertencionismo e fidelização à escola buscando a mediação de conflitos. Atuando em outra frente, ou seja, a valorização profissional, através de cursos de capacitação aos docentes e, finalmente, cuidando da saúde do professor, através da medicina preventiva, com a psicoterapia. Assim, o plano de ação visa tornar a escola um ambiente agradável de ser frequentado, e consequentemente minimizar o absenteísmo docente. O assunto é amplo e atual, merecedor de novas pesquisas sistemáticas, mais abrangentes e mais aprofundadas. / This work developed at the Graduate Program in Professional Management and Evaluation of Public Education, search the absence of the teacher in the classroom and the actual conditions under which this happens and develops, which reveals itself in an issue of public interest influence the daily school in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Thus, the teacher absenteeism and possible management strategies to minimize this situation is the work object. To this end, delimited to the question: how the government can create actions that can minimize absenteeism, considering the quality of teaching life and the relationship established with more diseases present on sick leave? In this context, the general objective is to analyze the issue of absenteeism in the work related to ill-health among teachers of the Secretary of State of Rio de Janeiro Education (SEEDUC / RJ). The specific objectives are: describe the average magnitude of sick leave, according to the Office of Medical Skills and SEEDUC / RJ; identify and analyze the most frequent diseases that are responsible for clearance to work; and propose actions that depart from the context of the big problem for operational actions to minimize absenteeism of teachers and pedagogical prejudice to students, giving priority to quality of life and professional development of teachers. In the first chapter was held with a description of the laws and the current context of SEEDUC / RJ management strategies, the teaching system and the status of teaching removal for sick leave in the school year 2013 and which was the subject of research quantitative and qualitative. The second chapter presents the theoretical aspects, such as the approach of Quality of Life at Work (QVT) and references on the study of the most prevalent diseases in schools, methodological issues and analyzes with the subjects (teachers, doctors and managers ), which reveal an association of teacher absenteeism with illness issues triggered by reasons of social order. The third chapter deals with the action plan, that part of the results of the research, which was perceived that the disease that affects teachers are mental and behavioral disorders. The plan "Integrated action management school / student / teacher" celebrates the search for mutual cooperation, working concepts appertaining and loyalty to the school seeking the mediation of conflicts. Acting on another front, ie the professional development through training courses for teachers and ultimately caring teacher health through preventive medicine, with psychotherapy. Thus, the action plan aims to make the school a pleasant environment to be attended, and consequently minimize teacher absenteeism. The subject is broad, current, worthy of further systematic research, broader and deeper.

Title: Qualitative diagnostics in fitness center. The aim of the diploma thesis: The aim of the theoretical part of the diploma thesis is to summarize the knowledge about the diagnostic entrance test for motion assumptions in fitness and afterwards to help as a study material for people who are interested in being educated in this department. The aim of the practical part of the diploma thesis is to perform the model situation of the diagnostic entrance test in the fitness center carried out in the presence of 10 certificated personal trainers with many years of experience and then with help of semi-structured dialogs and the overall analysis of the concept of the diagnostic, together with an analysis of their experience with diagnostic entrance test in fitness as a whole. Subsequently these data are compared with the theoretical part of this thesis. Objectives: There was used the method of analyzing specialist literature and qualitative research. Neurotické poruchy u dětí v raném školním věku / Neurotic Disorders of Early-school Age Children

The thesis deals with neurotic disorders problems, which can, due to different causes, affect children in the early-school age. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts and their characteristics (neurotical disorder, history of the concept, early-school age, neurotical symptoms of children, disorders such as: sleep, somatic, food-intake, excretion, adaptation and anxiety, obsessional-compulsive, communication and speaking, sadness and depression, suicidal tendencies and behaviour). Further on it describes a number of internal and external factors, which can participate in the originating of child{\crq}s neurotic disorders. The end of this part is dedicated to the treatment by means of psychotherapy, psychopharmacotherapy, eventualy by means of relaxation. These therapeutical procedures end with preventive aspects and advices how to communicate with neurotic children. The practical part contains four briefly case reports of neurotic children, which lead to the understanding of the problem described on concrete example. Simultaneously it refers to the fact, that in many cases the disorders are a result of dysfunctional family environment.

Chronopsychobiologische Pilotstudie zur objektiven Bestimmung funktioneller Gesundheitszustände

1. Unterschiedliche Definitionen der Gesundheit mit verschiedenen Betrachtungsweisen (WHO: Der Mensch eine biopsychosoziale Einheit. Schulmedizin: ohne klinischen und paraklinischen Befund mit Orientierung an kritikbedürftigen Referenzmittelwerten) führt bei Fachleuten, Behörden und Laien zu Verwirrungen, wenn es um die Beurteilung gesundheitlicher Schäden geht. 2. Es wurde die Aufgabe gestellt zu prüfen, welche der beiden Definitionen der Realität näher kommt. 3. Mittels der chronopsychobiologischen Regulationsdiagnostik, des Dreiphasenentspannungstests (Hecht und Balzer 2001), wurden unter dem Aspekt der beiden Gesundheitsdefinitionen drei Gruppen untersucht (je 40 Probanden). - klinisch Gesunde (klinisch Gesunde nach Schulmedizin ) - Gesunde nach Definition der WHO - Probanden mit nichtorganische Insomnie (ohne pathologische klinische und paraklinische Befunde) 4. Die mit den verwendeten Methoden gewonnenen Daten wiesen aus, dass zwischen den klinisch Gesunden und den Probanden mit nichtorganischer Insomnie weitgehend größere Ähnlichkeiten bestehen. Beide Gruppen zeigten aber zu der Gruppe der Gesunden nach WHO-Definition, welche die biopsychosoziale Einheit des Menschen berücksichtigt, noch hochsignifikante Unterschiede. Die Gruppe der klinisch Gesunden kann daher auf Grund unserer Ergebnisse nicht den Anspruch erheben, real gesund zu sein. 5. Mit der Bezugnahme auf die Internationale Klassifikation der Krankheiten (ICD 10F) haben die von uns untersuchten klinisch Gesunden und die nichtorganischen Insomniker eine mehr oder weniger stark ausgeprägte Symptomatik von psychischen Störungen. Dies müsste bei der Beurteilung von Schadstoff-, Lärm-, und EMF-Wirkungen auf den Menschen, wie auch bei den klinisch-pharmakoloischen Untersuchungen beachtet werden. Die in der Arbeit erzielten Ergebnisse bedürfen durch weitere Untersuchungen eine Fundierung. Sie signalisieren aber sowohl unter praktischen als auch unter theoretischen Aspekten einen dringenden Forschungsbedarf. / 1. Differing definitions of health using different criterea (WHO: The human being as a bio- psycho-social unit versus classical medicine: without clinical and paraclinical results based on suspect reference values) bring confusion to experts, authorities and laymen when assessing health damages. 2. The given task was to check which of the two definitions is closer to reality. 3. Using the chrono-psycho-biological diagnostic of regulation, the three-phase-relaxation test (Hecht and Balzer 2001), three groups were examined considering the aspects of the two health definitions (40 test subjects in the study group). - clinically healthy (clinically healthy per classical medicine definition) - healthy per definition of the WHO - test persons with non organic insomnia (i.e. no pathological or paraclinical findings) 4. The data gained from the employed methods revealed bigger similarities between clinically healthy persons and those with non organic insomnia. Both groups still showed highly significant differences to the group which fulfils the definition of the WHO regarding a human as a bio-psycho-social unit. As a result of this study, persons, though classified as "clinically healthy" might nevertheless not absolutely be healthy in reality. 5. In reference to the international classification of illnesses (ICD 10 F) the groups examined, both of clinically healthy and those with non organic insomnia, have more or less severe psychological symptoms. This should be taken into account when assessing the effects of pollution, noise, and EMF as well as clinical pharmacological studies. These present findings still need broader confirmation by further investigations. However, they clearly indicate, for practical and theoretical considerations, an urgent need for further research.
