Alteridade à margem: estudo de As Noites Marcianas, de Fausto Cunha / Alterity on the margins: a study of As Noites Marcianas, by Fausto Cunha

Giroldo, Ramiro 18 October 2012 (has links)
This work focuses on the anthology As Noites Marcianas (1960), by Fausto Cunha. The short stories will be read as an attempt to deal with, in the aesthetic dimension, tensions between the literary works acknowledged by the literary canon and those which are not. There\'s interest in addressing the generic categorization that fits the anthology as a form of alterity, on the margins of the literature officially accepted as such. To evaluate the option for a genre filiation to science fiction in short-stories that, thematically, seem to cast a negative look to the uniformization of the individual as promoted by the dominant forces, this work uses propositions by Darko Suvin about the subversive potential of the science fiction and about the co-optation by the cultural industry of literary manifestations originally capable of questioning the parametres of the officially endorsed literature. The concept of otherness will be discussed in connection with the familiarly strange, the unheimlich effect proposed by Sigmund Freud. In the light of propositions by Florestan Fernandes in Mudanças Sociais no Brasil, the work will evaluate how As Noites Marcianas deals with conservative instances as well as the forces which try to subvert them.

Choix d’investissement sous incertitude des gestionnaires des réseaux de distribution (GRD) en Europe à l’horizon 2030 / European Distribution System Operators’ (DSOs) investments choices under incertitude by 2030

Andaluz-Alcàzar, Alvaro 31 October 2012 (has links)
Enfin, en s’appuyant notamment sur les études théoriques de Brian Arthur, la thèse identifie les différents effets lock-in qui pourraient entraver l’émergence des smart technologies et les solutions possibles / Distribution activities have been the least studied domain of the electricity sector; over the last few years though, strong debates emerged with regards to the future. Indeed, this activity might soon undergo some deep structural changes, particularly as smart technologies are deployed: theses technologies could strongly impact the current business cases of the DSOs, along with the regulation now in effect, at a time when numerous uncertainties weigh on the distributors choices of investments. This thesis investigates the distributors’ business models evolutions in Europe for the next 20 years, based on technological, macroeconomic and geographical parameters. It proposes an original approach, both theoretical and analytical, to better understand the future world of DSOs. At first, it introduces the notion of “technologies with natural potential” in order to study the optimal development of the different technologies, by geographical context and macroeconomic scenarios. From these results, it then defines various possible evolutions of the distribution activities. Crossing these futures with the various possible investment strategies for the DSOs makes it possible to define the future business models of the European DSOs, according to various combinations of smart technologies displayed and contrasted geographical contexts. In its last part, the thesis studies the predictable changes in the relation DSO / regulator, using a formalization based on the Games Theory; this work is complemented by identifying the different lock-in effects (using the approach described in Brian Arthur’s studies) that could hinder the emergence of smart technologies, and the possible solutions

: une comparaison transnationale des discours journalistiques de Der Spiegel et de la Neue Berliner Illustrierte entre 1949 et 1989 / Stereotypes, representations and identify in West-Germany and Est-Germany : a transnational study of the journalistic speech in Der Spiegel und Neue Berliner Illustrierte between 1949 and 1989

Richter, Tina Julia 10 October 2014 (has links)
What is the origin of the « wall in the minds » between East-germans and West-germans in 1989 ? What is the significance of the stereotypes Besserwessi / Jammerossi ? Do we have two german identities ? Based on a corpus of 312 exemplars of Der Spiegel and Neue Berliner Illustrierte, this thesis analyses the relationship between GDR and West Germany during the cold war. It presents the social representations and defines a double german identity. In 1989, we have a crisis in german language and identity illustrated by soundings, literature, caricatures and stereotypes. Cold war, political speech and destabilizing aspects of 1989 push up stereotypes since 1949. In 1961 they grow up and in 1989 they are on the top. They transform themselves from the stereotype of sole and exclusive representation (1949) to the stereotype of the big socialiste family (GDR) and the big west family (West Germany) in 1961 and to the stereotype of endurance (GDR) and terra incognita (West Germany) in 1989. Stereotypes circulate by language, various leitmotiv and a vocabulary of consumption and egoism in West Germany and solidarity in GDR. They are the sign of a temporarily double german identity. Absence of the same identity and language markers bring up gap between Ossis and Wessis. With a interdisciplinary and comparative approach, this thesis takes place in historic and language studies. The innovation is to connect the question of german identity with stereotypes and representations by defining representations as visible faces of stereotypes. This work studies german history, est-german and west-german memory in the second half of the 20th century with the autors and journalistes Walter Lippmann, Ruth Amossy, Pierre Nora, Etienne François, Hagen Schulze, Pierre Moscovici, Christian Delporte, Dominique Maingueneau, Laurent Gervereau, Heinz-Gerhard Haupt, Henri Ménudier, Sandrine Kott, Alain Lattard and Helmut Kohl, Ludwig Erhard, Konrad Adenauer, Walter Ulbricht, Rudolf Augstein, Rudolf Hernnstadt and Lilly Becher.

With the intention of promoting activities that looking the share of yours of her political culture, stepped in a sociability net, the integralismo moved forward in their lunges, projecting strategies and events to make possible a turn in her political-supporting performance. The publication of the Encyclopedia of Integralismo and the celebration of the 25 years of her political (marks regulators / places of memory and of construction of her cosmogony) existence will be treated here about fundamental points for performance that the integralismo had in ends of the years 1950. The research what proposed, which speech used and which was the purpose of these celebrations and of the own Encyclopedia of Integralismo it can indicate which the proposals and answers integralistas to a series of uncomfortable subjects that the age did.

Distribution de l'intelligence et approche hétérarchique des marchés de l'énergie distribués dans les Smart Grids / Distributed intelligence and heterarchical approach of distributed balancing markets in smart grids

Vanet, Emmanuelle 27 September 2016 (has links)
In close relationship with the European project DREAM, this doctoral thesis focus on operational evolutions in tomorrow’s distribution networks wich will integrate a larger amount of distributed renewable resources. A centralized control of all the entities (from controllable loads to embedded generators) is overall optimal but complex and not so reliable. This study addresses the feasibility of a distributed control, autonomous, self-learning and real time operation of local resources and network’s components. The main concern to explore will be the creation of ad-hoc federations of agents that will flexibly adjust their hierarchy to current needs. These collaborative structures will use different coordination strategies ranging from market-based transactions, to balancing optimization market (ancillary services) and to local control (frequency control and self-healing).
