Salutogent perspektiv på gymnasielärares hälsa i arbetslivet

Dzubur, Mia January 2023 (has links)

Kvinnor som varit utsatta för människohandel för sexuella ändamål : Hälsofrämjande omständigheter / Women who have been victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation : Health promoting circumstances

Ljungberg, Frida, Folkesson, Patricia January 2014 (has links)
In this study we have attempted to create an understanding of which circumstances help women who are victims of trafficking for sexual exploitation to go ahead and build a new life. To achieve this understanding a qualitative interview study was made where people who help these women shared their experience and knowledge. Based on their statements five themes, that describe the helping circumstances, have been identified in the analysis. These themes describe for example how women get away from their traffickers through others, how they are described as strong survivors, how they need time, encouragement and to get order in practical issues and how relationships and a hope for the future can give them strength. These circumstances, which emerged help women to build a new life, were then interpreted based on the salutogenic model with focus on general resistance resources and a sense of coherence. With these theories as a starting point, it became clear how some general resistance resources can be seen in the helping circumstances and how the women seem to be able to find a sense of coherence. Taken together, this could explain why these circumstances help women build a new life.

Att lyckas lämna en våldsam man : En litteraturstudie om våldsutsatta kvinnors uppbrottsprocesser / To succeed in leaving a violent man : A literature study of abused women's breakup processes

Cedergren, Carolina, Hertzberg, Nadine January 2022 (has links)
Domestic violence is a global issue and violates abused women's latitude, living space and human rights. Women are overrepresented victims of domestic violence and research about abused women’s breakup processes is limited. The purpose of this study was to examine how former research describes abused women’s breakup processes when they leave violent men. We have investigated facilitating and obstructing factors in women’s breakup processes. With an integrative literature study 12 science articles have been chosen where the results have been thematized whereupon an analysis have been implemented from an intersectional perspective and general resistance resources. The result indicates that breakup processes are complex and that ignorance in surrounding networks and among professionals who work with abused women exists. The analysis shows that the breakup process can’t be seen from only one perspective but that factors before, during and after the breakup must be accounted for to be able to give the support that abused women need.

The maintenance of a caring concern by the care-giver

Van der Wal, Dirk Mostert 11 1900 (has links)
The question the researcher set out to answer during this research is: How is a caring concern maintained by the (student nurse) as caregiver? It stemmed from unresolved plausible hypotheses stated during a previous qualitative study into the phenomenon caring, from media reports on the "poor care" rendered in health institutions in South Africa, and a concern about the Tylerian rationale in nursing education. The theory generation required was achieved through Wertz's Empirical Psychological Reflection and existential phenomenology. Heidegger's theory of"Care as the essence of being" constituted a central concept in this research. A linguistic epistemology and expanded definition of the term empirical were also pertinent in this research. The literature review focussed on the methodology, ontology (caring and maintenance) and epistemology, serving a purpose towards bracketing. A purposive sample of informants was extracted according to students' performance on the Personal Orientation Inventory (POI). Sixteen qualitative research interviews were conducted. Analysis was conducted through open coding, categorisation and axial coding. At the idiographic level, twelve individual psychological profiles were constructed serving the purpose of imaginative variation. At the nomothetic level four major themes emerged, namely: The Caring Phenomenon (Contextualisation); Factors Eroding a Caring Concern; Factors in the Maintenance of a Caring Concern; and Core Experiences. The dialogue among the four intra-psychic processes of Care, will, meaning attribution and conscience accounts for all events encountered in the data. This dialogue results in either reason or intuition, displaying caring and the maintenance of a caring concern. Positing will and conscience as thesis and antithesis, the resulting synthesis postulates the basic ethical concepts of autonomy, authority, responsibility and accountability as existentially inherent to being and existence, and to the maintenance of a caring concern. The final manifestation of the object ofintention, maintenance, is proposed as an anthropological model. When extended to the fields of (nursing) education, human motivation and the teaching of (nursing) ethics, emotional intelligence, social intelligence, the self-science curriculum and life-skills training become imperative to (nursing) curricula. It is also proposed that human caring be studied as a manifestation of human motivation. / Health Studies / D. Litt et Phil. (Advanced Nursing Sciences)
