Esta pesquisa associa a enunciação fílmica ao âmbito do traumático e da repetição, procedimento que produz variações que constituem uma imagem fundamental. Esta imagem não pode ser configurada materialmente no relato, só vislumbrada através justamente das variações, das repetições com diferenças. A inacessibilidade da imagem fundamental reside justamente em sua pregnância, sua perfeição na articulação de sentidos e de significação na síntese. A imagem fundamental pode, por sua vez, dialogar também com o traumático na instância do enunciado, dos significados que podem ser constituídos e alterados a partir do procedimento de repetição dos acontecimentos no decorrer da narrativa. A motivação para desenvolver esse estudo surgiu a partir de uma longa trajetória de trabalho junto a diversas equipes de Recursos Humanos inseridas nas organizações. Durante essa caminhada pôde-se analisar, conviver e intervir em inúmeros conflitos, cujas partes envolvidas, os trabalhadores, apresentavam divergências acerca de processos organizacionais de diversas naturezas. Essa experiência levou-nos a observar que as práticas psicológicas nas organizações parecem privilegiar os aspectos voltados aos objetivos institucionais e gerenciais em detrimento aos aspectos biopsicossociais dos trabalhadores que as demandam. Essa percepção nos impulsionou a investigar a ação do profissional de psicologia nas organizações e a problematizar a sua escuta clínica ao lidar com os conflitos que surgem entre os trabalhadores. De forma específica, nos interessamos por compreender as ações desenvolvidas por esses profissionais e as demandas que emergem dos conflitos vividos no mundo do trabalho. Outra questão, de mesmo peso, diz respeito à contribuição da escuta clínica e da formação em psicologia para as estratégias interventivas adotadas frente ao sofrimento do trabalhador. Soma-se às razões advindas de nossa prática profissional junto às organizações, os estudos e pesquisas desenvolvidas por diversos autores que foram trabalhados ao longo do texto e que serviram de aporte teórico a esta dissertação. Para a compreensão do campo a ser investigado, realizou-se uma entrevista semidirigida com sete profissionais de psicologia que possuem vínculo empregatício na área de Recursos Humanos de suas respectivas organizações, sendo seis da iniciativa privada e uma da administração pública, todas situadas na região metropolitana de Recife/PE. Através da análise dos conteúdos explicitados por eixos temáticos e da elaboração de núcleos de sentidos, as narrativas obtidas permitiram-nos compreender que a ação do psicólogo nas organizações é caracterizada, principalmente, por um discurso e uma escuta calcada nos objetivos institucionais, visando uma operacionalidade e produtividade do trabalhador. Também nos revelaram que são muitos os desafios enfrentados pelos profissionais, considerando-se, sobretudo, a condição de estarem, também, na posição de empregados, fato que favorece a adoção do discurso organizacional, da servidão voluntária e do gerencialismo. Pretende-se que os resultados dessa pesquisa possam contribuir para a formação de uma postura crítica e reflexiva na ação profissional dos psicólogos nas organizações, de forma a lhes oferecer subsídios para uma escuta voltada às reais necessidades dos empregados que demandam pelas suas intervenções. Espera-se, ainda, que este estudo possa oferecer para esses profissionais, uma melhor compreensão dos conflitos que se revelam no âmbito do trabalho, relacionando-os às possibilidades de ressignificação do sofrimento do trabalhador

Ir et Sedjem forment un couple divin complémentaire et indissociable qui apparaît au Nouvel Empire et qui perdure jusqu'à l'époque romaine. Le premier volume regroupe toute la documentation nécessaire à cette étude. Quatre-vingt-neuf documents mentionnant Ir et Sedjem ont été recensés et classés par type puis par ordre décroissant du nombre d'attestations : les temples (rangés chronologiquement et du Sud au Nord), les papyrus et les bandelettes de momies (ordonnés par musées puis par numéro d'inventaire) et enfin les objets divers (classés par époque). Chaque fiche créée au sein de notre corpus est composée de cinq entrées : l'emplacement de l'attestation d'Ir et Sedjem dans le temple, le papyrus, la bandelette ou l'objet, la datation, la description détaillée suivant la nature et l'état de conservation du document ; la bibliographie et le contexte d'apparition qui indique si Ir et Sedjem sont représentés, simplement cités et/ou s'ils tiennent un discours. Enfin, sur la page paire sont regroupées la ou les différentes illustrations. Le deuxième volume est consacré à la synthèse de notre étude sur Ir et Sedjem divisée en quatre chapitres. Le premier traite des noms de nos deux divinités notamment de leurs graphies respectives afin d'établir une translittération définitive et une traduction de leurs noms. Leur iconographie a été étudiée ensuite (attitudes, perruques, signes-emblèmes, vêtements, éléments de parure, barbe postiche) ainsi que les quelques cas particuliers relevés (zoomorphie totale ou partielle, possible aspect féminin, symbiose éventuelle) et enfin ,leurs attributs ont été traités. La troisième partie de notre développement est consacrée à l'analyse des liens qui unissent Ir et Sedjem aux autres divinités du panthéon égyptien. Avant de procéder à l'étude des différentes fonctions de nos deux divinités, un inventaire de leurs épithètes, de leurs discours et des offrandes qu'ils reçoivent a été établi. Nous avons également examiné les divers emplacements sur lesquels ils sont mentionnés dans les temples. Enfin, nous avons terminé notre recherche en proposant un bref examen sur les liens indirects qui existent entre Ir et Sedjem et le Ka royal, les deux vautours In-nout et Sedjemet dans le Mythe de l'Oeil du Soleil et les 14 Kaou de Rê. / Ir and Sedjem form a complementary and inseparable divine couple that appears in the New Kingdom, which lasted until the Roman period. The first volume includes all necessary documentation in this study. Eighty-nine documents mentioning Ir and Sedjem were listed and classified by type then in decreasing order of the number of certificates : temples (tidied up chronologically and from South to North), papyri and strips of mommies (ordered by museums then by number of inventory) and finally the diverse objects (classified by time). Each file created within our corpus consists of five entries : the location of the certificate of Ir and Sedjem in the temple, papyrus, the strip or object ; the dating ; the detailed description following the nature and the state of preservation of the document ; the bibliography and the context of appearance which indicates if Ir and Sedjem are represented, even-numbered page are grouped one or several various illustrations. The second volume is devoted to the synthesis of our study on Ir and Sedjem divided into four chapters. The first deals with names of our two deities includong their respective written form in order to establish a definitive transliteration and translation of their names. Their iconography was then studied (attitudes, wigs, signs-emblems, clothes, elements of finery, false beard) as well as the few particular cases found (total or partial zoomorphic shape, possible feminine aspect, prospective symbiosis) and finally, their attributes were handled. The third part of our development is dedicated to the analysis of the links between Ir and Sedjem and the other divinities of the Egyptian pantheon. Before proceeding to the study of the various functions of our two divinities, an inventory of their epithets, their discourse and the offering which they receive was established. We also examined the diverse locations on which they are mentioned in temples. Finally, we completed our research by proposing a brief review of the indirect links which exist between Ir and Sedjem and royal Ka, the both vultures In-nout and Sedjemet in the Myth of th Eye of the Sun and the 14 Kaou of Rê.

During this walk we could analyze, share and engage in numerous conflicts, which the parties involved, the workers, had misgivings about the organizational processes of various natures. This experience led us to observe that the psychological practices in companies seem to emphasize the aspects related to institutional objectives and management over the biopsychosocial aspects of the workers who demand. This realization prompted us to investigate the action of professional psychology in companies and discuss the clinical listens to deal with the conflicts that arise between workers. Specifically, we are interested in understanding the actions developed by these professionals and the demands that emerge from the conflicts experienced in the world of work. Another issue, with respect to the contribution of listening and clinical training in psychology to the interventional strategies adopted in response to suffering of the worker. Adds to reasons arising from our work experience with companies, studies and surveys conducted by several authors who have worked throughout the text, which served as a theoretical contribution to this dissertation. To understand the field to be investigated, there was a semistructured interview with seven professional psychology that have employment relationship at Human Resources of their respective companies, six from the private sector and public administration, all located in the metropolitan area Recife / PE. By analyzing the contents explained by thematic areas and the development of core meanings, narratives obtained enabled us to understand the action of psychologists in companies is characterized mainly by a speech and a listener grounded on institutional goals, aimed at operational and worker productivity. We also revealed that there are many challenges faced by practitioners, considering especially the condition that they, too, in the position of employees, a fact that favors the adoption of the organizational discourse of voluntary servitude and managerialism. It is intended that the results of this research can contribute to the formation of a critical and reflective in the professional organizations of psychologists in order to offer them subsidies to a listener focused on the real needs of employees who demand for their interventions. <p>In many practical multi-channel active sound control (ASC) applications, such as active noise control (ANC), various constraints need to be satisfied, such as the robust stability constraint, noise amplification constraint, controller output power constraints, etc. One way to enforce these constraints is to add a regularization term to the Wiener filter formulation, which, by tuning only a single parameter, can over-satisfy many constraints and degrade the ANC performance. Another approach for non-adaptive ANC filter design that can produce better ANC performance is to directly solve the constrained optimization problem formulated based on the <em>H</em>₂/<em>H</em>_inf control framework. However, such a formulation does not result in a convex optimization problem and its practicality can be limited by the significant computation time required in the solving process. In this dissertation, the traditional <em>H</em>₂/<em>H</em>_inf formulation is convexified and a global minimum is guaranteed. It is then further reformulated into a cone programming formulation and simplified by exploiting the problem structure in its dual form to obtain a more numerically efficient and stable formulation. A warmstarting strategy is also proposed to further reduce the required iterations. Results show that, compared with the traditional methods, the proposed method is more reliable and the computation time can be reduced from the order of days to seconds. When the acoustic feedback path is not strong enough to cause instability, then only constraints that prevent noise amplification outside the desired noise control band are needed. A singular vector filtering method is proposed to maintain satisfactory noise control performance in the desired noise reduction bands while mitigating noise amplification.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The proposed convex conic formulation can be used for a wide range of ASC applications. For example, the improvement in numerical efficiency and stability makes it possible to apply the proposed method to adaptive ANC filter design. Results also show that compared with the conventional constrained adaptive ANC method (leaky FxLMS), the proposed method can achieve a faster convergence rate and better steady-state noise control performance. The proposed conic method can also be used to design the room equalization filter for sound field reproduction and the hear-through filter design for earphones.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Besides efficient filter design methods, efficient filter implementation methods are also developed to reduce real-time computations in implementing designed control filters. A polyphase-structure-based filter design and implementation method is developed for ANC systems that can reduce the computation load for high sampling rate real-time filter implementation but does not introduce an additional time delay. Results show that, compared with various traditional low sampling rate implementations, the proposed method can significantly improve the noise control performance. Compared with the non-polyphase high-sampling rate method, the real-time computations that increase with the sampling rate are improved from quadratically to linearly. Another efficient filter implementation method is to use the infinite impulse response (IIR) filter structure instead of the finite impulse response (FIR) filter structure. A stable IIR filter design approach that does not need the computation and relocation of poles is improved to be applicable in the ANC applications. The result demonstrated that the proposed method can achieve better fitting accuracy and noise control performance in high-order applications.</p>
