In this research work it is strived to examine some of the elements of mathematics analysis such as function, derivative, line, which were published in the textbooks for the higher schools in the 4th decade in the XX th century in Lithuania. These elements were analyzed separately, examining the theory presented in the textbooks of Ketarauskas, Juška, Vaičekauskas, Šikšnys of the afore-mentioned time. It is compared with the facts, proofs, tasks and solution methods which are presented in the textbooks for secondary schools of Lithuanian authors (end of the XX th century). In such a way, not only theory, but practical tasks, illustrating the teaching material, were examined, strengthening theoretical knowledge, forming logical and critical thinking.

Šiame darbe nagrinėjamos teorinės ir praktinės finansinių priemonių rinkų teisinio reguliavimo problemos, didžiausią dėmesį skiriant išvestinių finansinių priemonių (ypač užbiržinių) bei neprofesionalių investuotojų teisių ir teisėtų interesų apsaugos aspektams, atskleidžiama specifika, kurie pasižymi finansinių priemonių rinkos. Doktrininė problema nagrinėjamoje srityje pasireiškia tuo, kad mokslinėje literatūroje nėra aiškios takoskyros tarp vertybinio popieriaus ir finansinės priemonės sąvokų, nors literatūros analizė leidžia daryti išvadą, kad finansinės priemonės sąvoka yra gerokai platesnė. Pastaraisiais metais sparčiai plečiantis finansinių priemonių rinkoms ir sudėtingėjant investuotojams siūlomiems investiciniams produktams, atsiranda vis naujų su investuotojų veikla finansinių priemonių rinkose susijusių rizikų ir grėsmių. Turint omenyje tai, kad Lietuvos finansinių priemonių rinkos yra santykinai silpnai išvystytos, neprofesionalūs investuotojai yra itin priklausomi nuo tinkamo investicines paslaugas teikiančių įmonių pareigų vykdymo, ypač informacijos apie riziką atskleidimo. Diskutuotina, ar yra pakankamas skirstymas į profesionaliųjų ir neprofesionaliųjų investuotojų kategorijas, atsižvelgiant į tai, kad ir pastarosios grupės investuotojai tarpusavyje reikšmingai skiriasi. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Theoretical and practical issues of legal regulation of markets in financial instruments are presented and analyzed in this master thesis, focusing on derivative financial instruments (especially over-the-counter) and on rights and legitimate interests of unprofessional investors. Specifics of markets in financial instruments are revealed as well. Doctrinal issue in the field concerned is that there is no clear divide between concepts of securities and financial instruments; although analysis of literature suggests that the concept of financial instrument is significantly wider. In recent years, the tendency of rapidly expanding markets in financial instruments and growing complexity of investment products offered for investors is seen. As a result new risks and threats in the field of investment occur. Given the fact that Lithuanian markets in financial instruments are relatively weak, unprofessional investors are highly dependent on proper investment firms performance, in particular related to disclosure of information about risks. It is debatable, whether the distinction of investors between professional and unprofessional categories is sufficient, taking into account the fact that the latter group of investors is significantly different inside. Changes in European Union national legal regulation determine the fact that the extent of the duty of providing information differs before and after law of markets in financial instruments entries into force.

In this master thesis it is analyzed the system of four partial fluxions of the primary row of differential equations the row of which dwindles at the point of p+1, when p = 0. The system of partial fluxions of differential equations has been solved through the modified technique of summarized degree rows. Two cases were explored: general and when the system’s ratios initial matrix is a special structure matrix. The solutions of the system dependence on the ratios, which are near partial fluxions of the searched function, were explored. There were designed four families of the detached solutions and proved that each of them depends on one optional function of y and z variables. The structure of system of solutions at the malformation points depends not only on x degree, but also on y and z variables. There is no such type of malformation in the theory of dwindle simple differential equations, therefore this analyzed dwindle of the system of partial fluxion of differential equations is called quasi-regular malformation. Šiame darbe išnagrinėta išsigimstanti keturių pirmos eilės dalinių išvestinių diferencialinių lygčių sistema. Dalinių išvestinių diferencialinių lygčių sistemai spręsti pritaikytas apibendrintų laipsninių eilučių metodas. Rasti analiziniai šios sistemos sprendiniai ir ištirtos jų savybės išsigimimo daugdaros taškų aplinkoje. Apibendrintų laipsninių eilučių metodas gali būti pritaikytas sprendžiant panašios struktūros dalinių išvestinių diferencialines lygtis, kurių eilė išsigimsta. Darbe gauti rezultatai gali būti pritaikomi modeliuojant ir tiriant realius procesus. / In this work the system of four degenerating differential equations with partial derivatives of first order was studied. For the solution of system of differential equations with partial derivatives the method of generalized power series was applied. Analytical solutions of this system were found and properties of solutions on neighbourhood of points of degeneration manifold were investigated. The method of generalized power series can be applied to the solution of systems of differential equations with partial derivatives of similar structure, which order is degenerating. The results, which were obtained in this work, can be applied to modelling and studying the real processes.

Buvo tirta išsigimstančių dalinių išvestinių diferencialinių lygčių sistema, sudaryta iš dviejų lygčių. Gauti formalūs tos sistemos sprendiniai, kurių struktūra yra tokia: kintamojo, pagal kurį išsigimsta sistemos eilė, laipsnis, padaugintas iš eksponentės, kurios rodiklyje yra to kintamojo polinomas neigiamais kintamojo laipsniais, ir ši sandauga padauginta iš laipsninės eilutės teigiamais kintamojo laipsniais. / A degenerative partial derivatives differential equations system consisting of two equations were analyzed. Formal solutions of a system were formed. The structure of solutions is as follows: variable, by which the system degenerates, degree is multiplied by the exponent, which subscript is the variable’s polynome with variable’s negative degrees, and this multiplication is multiplied by power series with positive variable degrees.
