El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional se basa en la mejora de disponibilidad de la Flota de Volquetes de una empresa minera ubicada al sur del Perú con la finalidad de obtener mayores indicadores de producción por la disponibilidad y mayores utilidades producto de la reducción de costos. Se utilizarán las herramientas de ingeniería industrial para identificar el problema, diagnosticar las causas y plantear las alternativas de solución. En el presente trabajo se desarrollarán los capítulos de marco teórico, análisis y diagnóstico de la situación actual, la propuesta de solución, la validación técnica y económica de la propuesta de solución, y las conclusiones y recomendaciones. / Mining companies worldwide are constantly innovating the processes and technology of the equipment they use with the determination to obtain a greater number of mineral production and therefore to increase their income through higher sales. This professional proficiency work is based on improving the availability of the Tipper Fleet of a mining company located in southern Peru with the request to obtain higher production indicators due to availability and higher profits as a result of the cost reduction. Industrial engineering tools will be used to identify the problem, diagnose the causes and propose alternative solutions. Purpose: The purpose of the research is to explore how to use and implement acombination of the tools value stream mapping and discrete event simulation, to supportthe decision-making in the improvement process in an organization. The researchfurther takes the sustainability aspect into consideration. Method: A deductive approach is applied in order to explore and elaborate on existingtheories to fill the identified gap in the research field. To identify already existingtheories a literature review along with a systematic literature review were conducted.Further, to enable the exploration of the purpose, a case study was performed toelaborate on the industrial implementation of the combinational tool use. Findings: The studied research field is well researched but has an identified gapregarding the combinational tool use and its industrial application. Even though, theadvantages and challenges of the integration of the tools are well elaborated on inexisting research, the methodology on how to use and implement them in anorganization was identified as inadequate and therefore this research proposes such acontribution. One of the main conclusions of the study is that integrating DES withVSM early in the process is greatly advantageous in order to utilize theircomplementary capabilities and thus achieve more decisive facts right from the start,from the so-called current state. Implications: The conclusions of the conducted research showed that there are severaladvantages with the combinational tool use but also some challenges that need to betaken into account. In order to bridge these challenges and to take them intoconsideration when implementing the tool combination, an approach was developed tosupport the decision-making within the improvement process. In this study, to enabletool integration on complex production systems, aggregation modeling was applied togenerate a reliable replica of the system. Limitations: This study contains some limitations, whereas the most influentiallimitation is related to the data collection, both in regard to time constraints and validity.Due to the limited time that the researchers had at the factory site, the data collectionperiod was limited to less than 3 months. This in turn resulted in the use of smallersample sizes. The data collected from the case company have been generalized whencreating the models, this was due to the data being too complex to fully compile andunderstand, and a “good enough” perspective was then applied. This perspective is notconsidered to affect the validity or reliability of the study in the wider sense.

Данный процесс основывается на выявлении недостатков в действующем учете с последующими предложенными мерами по его совершенствованию, а также проведении анализа эффективности предложенных мер, которые в дальнейшем могут поспособствовать к росту эффективности компании в целом. / In the developing business environment, it is necessary to make operational management decisions that determine both short-term and long-term prospects for the company's development. The degree of effectiveness of decisions made depends to a large extent on the quality of management accounting at the enterprise. The process of improving management accounting is an integral part of the company's operation. This process is based on the identification of shortcomings in the current accounting, followed by proposed measures to improve it, as well as on analysis the effectiveness of the proposed measures, which in the future can contribute to the growth of the efficiency of the company.

В целях обеспечения корректной и желаемой информации для руководящего состава и учредителей компаний информационные системы необходимо подвергать адаптации в соответствии со спецификой предприятия. Применение инноваций обуславливает сокращение трудозатрат, связанной с обработкой хозяйственных операций, а также получение от использования данной информации при проведении ее анализа более точных результатов. Цель работы заключается в совершенствовании форм и обработке учетно-аналитических данных для соответствия формам и порядку учета автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем управления малыми предприятиями. В качестве объекта данной работы рассматривается функциональность интеллектуальных автоматизированных систем. Задачами данной работы определяются следующие направления в виде: стандартизации форм и порядка получения учетно-аналитических данных организации в отношении функциональности автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем; создания единого алгоритма осуществления анализа учетных данных предприятий; формирования правил для использования автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем на участках налогового учета и отчетности; разработки правил для использования автоматизированных интеллектуальных систем на участках товарно-материальных ценностей, их списания и контроля остатков. / In order to provide correct and desired information for the management and founders of companies, information systems must be adapted in accordance with the specifics of the enterprise. The use of innovations leads to a reduction in labor costs associated with the processing of business transactions, as well as obtaining more accurate results from the use of this information when analyzing it. The purpose of the work is to improve the forms and processing of accounting and analytical data in order to comply with the forms and procedures for accounting of automated intelligent management systems for small businesses. The object of this work is the functionality of intelligent automated systems. The tasks of this work define the following directions in the form: standardization of the forms and procedure for obtaining accounting and analytical data of the organization in relation to the functionality of automated intelligent systems; creating a unified algorithm for analyzing the accounting data of enterprises; formation of rules for the use of automated intelligent systems in areas of tax accounting and reporting; development of rules for the use of automated intelligent systems in the areas of inventory, their write-off and control of balances.

Esminiais prioritetais tobulinant darbuotojų gebėjimus ir kompetenciją tampa darbuotojų mokymo problemų sprendimas, mokymo poreikių nustatymas bei sistemingo mokymo ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo proceso sukūrimas, kas sąlygoja šio darbo aktualumą. This is related to the fact that in many cases multiple competences of specialists, which require various training and improvement forms, are necessary in order to ensure effective activities of the public sector. Solutions of employees’ training related issues, determination of training needs and formation of a systematic training and qualification improvement process become the fundamental principles in improving skills and competences of the employees and this fact determines the relevance of this thesis. However, the practical application of these aspects within organizations requires scientific research, thus, the analysis of the consistent employee’s training and qualification improvement process as well as its peculiarities determines the novelty of this thesis. The main concern of this licentiate thesis is to discuss how built space is used for communication in the manufacturing industry, from a visual communication perspective. The thesis presents and develops the notion of 'communication space' and presents a model to describe the relation between different factors in the communication space. In a multiple case study, six different cases from the manufacturing industry are described and analyzed to highlight how built space is used for communication in a lean production context. Research results on how built spaces such as improvement places, meeting places and a development workshop affect improvement processes and communication are presented. What the studied improvement areas, meeting places and workshop can be said to communicate about the improvement processes is analyzed. The research results show that the built spaces in manufacturing industry are used for communication on two levels, both as places for interaction between employees and as a part of a communication process. The study also shows a relation between architecture from a specific time and the relation to the improvement work in the industrial context. How the results can be used to facilitate communication in the built spaces used for improvement processes in manufacturing industry is suggested in the thesis. / DeViP and Kaikaku

The diploma thesis is focused on software process improvement in very small entities. It contains description of benefits that can be achieved by implementing such improvements. The focus is on the use of the fairly new ISO/IEC 29110 international standard and the basic profile of ISO/IEC 29110 standard for software engineering in particular. The standard is also suitable for use in system engineering. However, such application is not discussed within this diploma thesis. The aim of the work was to promote dissemination of information regarding said standard in the Czech Republic. The thesis, therefore, describes advantages of conforming to the standard and issues that the standard deals with. Thus, the attractiveness of the standard for very small entities is expected to increase. Furthermore, the thesis describes the importance of centers (organizations) providing support for very small entities. These centers are dedicated to spreading information about the standard and helping VSEs with the implementation of ISO/IEC 29110 into practice. The possibility of creation of such center in the Czech Republic is discussed in the thesis. A description for the center is provided designed based on information about similar foreign centers and their experiences gained during execution of pilot projects aimed at implementing the ISO/IEC 29110 processes and practices. In the practical part of the thesis, an informational website about ISO/IEC 29110 has been designed and created. The website will serve as a source of information regarding the ISO/IEC 29110 standard in the Czech Republic. It will also promote the activities of the center for very small entities and provide organizations with possibilities of collaboration. I regard the main contributions of the thesis to be: evaluation of center's competencies needed promote the use of ISO/IEC 29110 in Very Small Entities for example by an execution of pilot projects us; and the creation of a website that can be used to concentrate knowledge about the ISO/IEC 29110 standard and to share it among the target audience.

The thesis is focused on improving quality control in the sales department of the company. First describes established processes and quality systems based on ISO 9001. The next part deals with proposals for improving the operation of established processes change some of them and the introduction of completely new processes.
