Uses the qualitative research approach, associated with vision of social research and cultural studies, defines blogs as empirical field studies making use of the netnography research. It begins the construction of its conceptual basis from reflections about the understanding of the phenomenon information, and to follow building the concept of musical information. Brings a history of Cultural Studies, discusses the understanding of culture and how it operates, also reflects on the concepts of cyberculture, and popular culture, where the funk is understood as an expression of popular culture. Follow investigating blogs as sources of information. Discusses the concepts of race, ethnicity and racism to highlight the need for the construction of black identity. Understood the construction of identity as composed of several elements, giving greater attention to memory and belonging. Makes a description of the environment created by blogging and an interpretation based on the participants' speech. Concludes inferring that musical information and racial-ethnic has a big potential as catalysts in the construction of black identity, creating an environment for socialization, especially young people, who have the capacity to promote change and disseminate a sense of equality that is configured as a mechanism in the fight against prejudice, discrimination and racism. / Investiga a construção da identidade negra através da produção, do acesso, da apropriação e do uso da informação musical e da étnico-racial em blogs de funk. Utiliza-se do enfoque qualitativo de pesquisa, associado à visão da pesquisa social e dos Estudos Culturais, e delimita os blogs como um campo empírico de estudos lançando mão da pesquisa netnográfica. Inicia a construção de sua base conceitual a partir de reflexões sobre o entendimento do fenômeno informação e segue para a tecitura do conceito de informação musical. Traz um histórico dos Estudos Culturais, discute sobre o entendimento de cultura e como ela opera, reflete também sobre os conceitos de cibercultura e cultura popular, em que o funk é entendido como uma expressão da cultura popular, segue investigando os blogs como fontes de informação e discute sobre os conceitos de raça, etnia e racismo, para ressaltar a necessidade de construir a identidade negra. Compreende a construção da identidade como composta por vários elementos, dando mais atenção à memória e ao pertencimento. Descreve o ambiente criado pelos blogs e faz uma interpretação com base nas falas dos sujeitos. Conclui inferindo que a informação musical e a informação étnico-racial têm grande potencial como catalizadoras na construção da identidade negra, criando um ambiente para a socialização, especialmente de jovens que têm a capacidade de promover mudanças e disseminar um sentimento de igualdade que se configura como um mecanismo na luta contra o preconceito, a discriminação e o racismo.

No. of bitstreams: 1 arquivototal.pdf: 1163383 bytes, checksum: b0009473023a1ae6fdd1988ad3d7c9e4 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2015-05-28 / The study has presented a research work about the ethnical-racial information of African origin and of African descendants, due to the understanding that the articulation of this kind of information with the theoretical fundaments of the Science of Information has the purpose of rescuing, spreading and adding value to the knowledge about African ancestry and its descendants. The proposed general goal is to analyze the ethnical-racial information in the perspective of African-rooted and African-descendant ethnics, parting from Discursive Semantics, aiming at the conceptualization of the themes approached in this context. The specific goals were: a) mapping the sources of information; b) identifying descriptors; and c) elaborate the glossary of ethical-racial information. The research intended to afford visibility and due importance to the ethnocentric informational flow for considering that knowledge of the terminology of the field is an inherent necessity to all researches/scholars; initiatives towards constructing a glossary of ethnical-racial information are non-existent; ethnical-racial information is little scarcely available in the academic environment; and, that studies which allow the insertion of the afro-centric culture in the Eurocentric current panorama are incipient. The corpus of this research ha as an ally the web environment to reach the informational sources, searching the keywords History of Africa and black people in Brazil, which and without Boolean operators or hyphen. As a selective criteria was the results until the 10th page of the search engine Google, university library websites, Digital Libraries of Theses and Dissertations (BDTDs), institutional repositories, directories of electronic periodic publications, etc. The methodological path had a qualitative analysis, and, for data analysis, documents were approached from the Discursive Semantics perspective, in an attempt to connect the expression or significant of words or expressions with the content or meaning for the indexation of words and linguistic expressions to be collected. The semantic procedures of thematization and figurativization of Greimasian base were the ones responsible by extracting the figures of natural language and for attributing themes to the identified figures. The process of discursivization employed for obtaining positive results of this research work, since the moment of indexation, has shownefficacy in the proposed task, in a way that the figures and the themes became effective as descriptors and, ultimately, formed a glossary of ethnical-racial information. The research highlighted Discurs Semantic as a method capable to execute the task of analyzing and representing ethnical-racial information of African origin with the intent of contributing in a practical way to disseminate and add positive value to this kind of information. It’s also important that this research can serve as an incentive to guide new works for the studies that search solutions with the intent of reduce the effects of the invisibility of ethnical-racial information of African origin, considering that the same way the black person which, despite all the progress, is still far from being free of inequalities, the ethnical-racial information also needs to circulate freely I the academic context, based in the principle of heterogeneity. / O estudo apresentou pesquisa sobre a informação étnico-racial de matrizes africana e afrodescendente por entender que a articulação desse tipo de informação com os fundamentos teóricos da Ciência da Informação tem a finalidade de resgatar, disseminar e agregar valor ao conhecimento da ancestralidade africana e seus descendentes. Propôs como objetivo geral analisar a informação étnico-racial na perspectiva da etnia de raízes africana e afrodescendente, a partir da semântica discursiva, visando à conceituação de temas abordados nesse contexto. Os objetivos específicos foram: a) mapear as fontes de informação; b) identificar descritores; e c) elaborar o glossário da informação étnico-racial. A pesquisa pretendeu oportunizar visibilidade e importância devida e adequada ao fluxo informacional etnocêntrico por considerar que é uma necessidade inerente a todos os pesquisadores/estudiosos o conhecimento da terminologia de suas áreas de atuação; que inexistem iniciativas no sentido de construção de glossário de informação étnico-racial; a informação étnico-racial é pouco difundida no ambiente acadêmico; e, que são incipientes os estudos que permitem a inserção da cultura afrocêntrica no panorama atual de hegemonia eurocêntrica. O corpus da pesquisa teve como aliado o ambiente da web para chegar às fontes informacionais, utilizando na busca as palavras-chave História da África e do negro no Brasil, com e sem operadores booleanos ou hífen, quando optou-se por adotar como critério de seleção até a 10ª página do buscador Google, sites de bibliotecas universitárias, Bibliotecas Digitais de Teses e Dissertações (BDTDs), repositórios institucionais, diretórios de periódicos eletrônicos etc. O percurso metodológico teve abordagem qualitativa e, para a análise dos dados, abordou-se os documentos na perspectiva da Semântica Discursiva, na tentativa de conectar expressão ou significante das palavras ou expressões com o conteúdo ou significado para a indexação dos vocábulos e expressões linguísticas a coletar. Os procedimentos semânticos de tematização e figurativização de base greimasiana foram os responsáveis por extrair as figuras da linguagem natural e por atribuir temas às figuras identificadas. O processo de discursivização empregado para obtenção de resultados positivos da presente pesquisa, desde o momento da indexação evidenciou eficácia na tarefa a que se propunha, de modo que as figuras e os temas se efetivaram como descritores e formaram, por fim, o glossário, apresentado em forma de quadros e denominado Glossário de informação étnico-racial. A pesquisa destacou a Semântica Discursiva como um método capaz de realizar a tarefa de analisar e representar a informação étnico-racial de matriz africana com a intenção de contribuir de forma prática para disseminar e agregar valor positivo a essa espécie de informação. É importante, também, que esta pesquisa possa servir de incentivo ao direcionamento de novos trabalhos para estudos que busquem soluções na intenção de diminuir os efeitos da invisibilidade da informação étnico-racial de matriz africana, tendo em vista que, assim como o negro que a despeito de todo avanço ainda está longe de ser livre de desigualdades, a informação étnico-racial também necessita transitar de forma livre no contexto acadêmico, baseada no princípio da heterogeneidade.

This research aims to analyze how the process of organizing the ethnic and racial information occurs at Central Library of the UFPB. Its focus of analysis is on the OPAC, contextualizing university libraries, describing the terms concerning matters related to ethnic and racial information in all areas of knowledge, surveying how they are classified and how they were treated within these libraries and thus identifying the importance of ethnic and racial information for preservation of theAfrican/Afro-descendant memory for access and use purposes by researchers, students, representatives of social and black movements. Accordingly,we used the descriptive and exploratory research as well as the qualitative and quantitative approaches for both of them fit well together and are essential in regard to clarity and reliability of the results. The terms founds during search, seem inconsistent, representing only 0,165% of the total of titles that make up the archive of this library demonstrating deficiency of these institutions and the lack of information with the ethnic and racial theme being necessary to adopt an indexing policy with use of the terms that can provide visibility for these data. / As bibliotecas constituem lugares de organização da informação com vistas a disseminar não apenas a informação que privilegia um determinado grupo social, mas também servem como lugares de preservação da história, memória e cultura referentes aos grupos invisíveis, principalmente aqueles inseridos na categoria de grupos sociais etnicamente vulneráveis, incluindo-se africanos e afrodescendentes, cuja participação e contribuição na formação da sociedade brasileira é negada ainda hoje. Esta pesquisa, por sua vez, tem por objetivo analisar como se dá o processo de organização e representação da informação étnico-racial na biblioteca central da UFPB. Tem como foco de análise o OPAC, contextualizando bibliotecas universitárias, descrevendo os descritores referentes aos assuntos relacionados à informação étnico-racial em todas as áreas de conhecimento, verificando como estão indexados e como foram tratados dentro dessas bibliotecas e identificando a importância da informação étnico-racial para preservação da memória africana/afrodescendente para fins de acesso e uso por pesquisadores, estudantes, representantes dos movimentos sociais e negros. Nesse sentido, utilizamos da pesquisa descritiva, exploratória e das abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa por acreditar que ambas abordagens combinam e são fundamentais para se ter maior clareza e confiabilidade dos resultados. Os descritores encontrados aparecem timidamente durante o processo de busca correspondendo apenas 0,165% do total de títulos que compõem o acervo dessa biblioteca demonstrando uma deficiência por parte dessas instituições e a insuficiência da informação étnico-racial sendo necessária a uma política de indexação com aplicação dos termos que possam dar visibilidade a essas informações.

In this context of dissemination of information to produce of the knowledge must be articulated to the multicultural context through of the promotion of diversity and ethnic and racial equality. Regarding to ethnic and racial information, focusing the black population, it reveals as any process, knowledge or registered thing, registered or accommodated in a physical or digital support, passive of the significance linguistic (psychological) of the subjects which uses it. This kind of information has the potential to produce knowledge about the historical and cultural elements of a particular ethnic and racial group. This study investigates the production of ethnic and racial information in the context of postgraduate in Psychology among years 2010 and 2015. The specifics objectives this search are outlined: a) Identify the programs of postgraduate in psychology in Brazil; b) Identify the digital environments used to store and disseminate theses and dissertations of Brazilian programs of postgraduate in Psychology; c) Mapping ethnic and racial themes about black population in dissertations and theses of Brazilian programs of postgraduate in Psychology in the period 2010-2015. Research is understood from the phenomenological method that demonstrate to investigate the essence of the phenomena. Is positioned in the quantitative and qualitative mixed approach and to process the data was used the Alceste software. This study is relevant, therefore, it contributes to the continuation of investigations into the black population in Brazil that has intensified in the last five years. Its importance to field of the Information Science to figure from the social responsibility of IC as a knowledge system. The results show that the scientific production of theses and dissertations in the programs of postgraduate in Psychology in Brazil, producing ethnic and racial information whose essence is of black people subjects in the educational context, in the context of racial quota policies, and culture elements , identity and African and afrodescent memory. / A produção científica no contexto da Sociedade da Informação e do Conhecimento pode se apresentar como um subsídio prático que reforça a ideologia do paradigma sócio técnico. A Informação disponível para ser acessada, usada, apropriada e assimilada pelos sujeitos, possibilita o crescimento cognitivo e individual, bem como o crescimento econômico e social. Neste contexto de disseminação da informação a produção de conhecimento deve estar articulada ao contexto multicultural na perspectiva da promoção da diversidade e da igualdade étnico-racial. No que se refere à Informação Étnico-Racial com o foco na população negra, ela se revela como qualquer processo, conhecimento ou coisa inscrita, registrado ou acomodado em um suporte físico ou digital, passivo de significação linguística (psicológica) por parte do sujeito que a utiliza. Esse tipo de informação tem o potencial de produzir conhecimento sobre os elementos históricos e culturais de um determinado grupo étnico-racial. O presente estudo investiga a produção da IER no contexto da pós-graduação em Psicologia no recorte 2010 a 2015. Traçaram-se os seguintes objetivos específicos: a) Identificar os programas de pós-graduação em Psicologia no Brasil; b) Identificar os ambientes digitais utilizados para armazenar e disseminar as dissertações e teses dos programas brasileiros de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia; c) Mapear as temáticas étnico-raciais sobre pessoas negras nas dissertações e teses dos programas brasileiros de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia no período entre 2010 a 2015. A pesquisa é compreendida a partir do método fenomenológico, que consiste em demonstrar e investigar a essência dos fenômenos. Posiciona-se na abordagem mista, quantitativa-qualitativa, e para tratamento de dados foi utilizado o software Alceste. Este estudo torna-se relevante, pois contribui com a continuidade das investigações sobre a população negra no Brasil que tem se intensificado nos últimos cinco anos. Sua importância para Ciência da Informação se figura a partir da responsabilidade social da CI como sistema de conhecimento. Os resultados apontam que do total de 48 programas que atenderam os critérios desta pesquisa, a produção de IER foi encontrada em 17 PPGP. A busca nos 17 PPGP resultou no total de 52 trabalhos que tratam acerca da IER, consistindo assim em 32 dissertações e 14 teses. A produção científica de dissertações e teses nos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Psicologia do Brasil produzem IER cuja essência trata dos sujeitos negros no contexto educacional, no contexto da políticas de cotas raciais e ainda de elementos da cultura, identidade e memória do negro.
