O problema desta pesquisa foi fundamentado no fato de que os espaços organizacionais geram grande quantidade de informações orgânicas, cuja importância para o processo decisório é significativa. No entanto, para que haja acesso e recuperação eficiente dessas informações, se faz necessário identificar e caracterizar os tipos documentais desde a produção documental. Para a realização da análise tipológica é preciso conhecer também os fluxos informacionais, pois é por meio deles que as interações entre os indivíduos se materializam resultando nos tipos documentais. O mapeamento dos fluxos informacionais possibilita conhecer a dinâmica informacional de um determinado espaço organizacional, bem como as falhas existentes nos processos organizacionais, isto é, para que os tipos documentais sejam reconhecidos de maneira eficiente é necessário, primeiramente, conhecer os fluxos informacionais das organizações. O objetivo geral deste estudo consistiu em analisar a relação entre tipos documentais e os fluxos de informação como subsídio para o processo decisório em ambientes empresariais. A pesquisa é qualitativa, descritivo-exploratória, cujo método é o ‘Estudo de Caso’, buscando analisar minuciosamente a relação existente entre os tipos documentais e os fluxos informacionais da empresa Dori Alimentos Ltda., localizada na Cidade de Marília, Estado de São Paulo, enfocando a relação, influência e importância de ambos para o processo decisório organizacional. Como resultado desta pesquisa, apresentamos um modelo contendo a tipologia documental existente neste ambiente empresarial, estabelecendo da relação entre os tipos documentais e os fluxos de informação para subsidiar o processo decisório da empresa. Foi possível demonstrar para a organização participante deste estudo a importância do gerenciamento dos tipos documentais, como uma maneira de maximizar o uso/aplicação da informação orgânica para a tomada de decisão. / The documental types support the existing formal flows in organizations, therefore, constitute the organic information of organizational environments, this is an effective way for effective access to such information that actually can contribute to decision making, providing consistency, relevance and reliability to the decision maker. The research problem was based on the fact that organizational spaces generate large quantity of organic information, whose importance for the decision-making process is meaningful. However, there is access to and efficient retrieval of such information is necessary to identify and characterize the documental types since the production. For accomplishment the typological analysis is also necessary to know the information flows, because it is through them that the interactions between individuals materialize resulting in documental types. The mapping of information flows makes possible to know the informational dynamics of a particular organizational space, and the remaining gaps in organizational processes, i.e., that the documental types be recognized in an efficient manner is necessary to first understand the information flows in organizations. The general objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between documental types and information flows as subsidy for decision making in business environments. The research is qualitative, descriptive and exploratory, which method is the 'Case Study', trying thoroughly analyze the relationship between the documental types and information flows of the Dori Alimentos Ltda. company, located in Marilia City, Sao Paulo State, focusing on the relationship, influence and importance both for organizational decision making process. As a result of this research, have presented a model containing documental typology existent in this business environment, establishing the relationship between the documental types and information flows to subsidize the decision making process of the company. Was demonstrated for the participating organization of study the importance of documental type management, as a way to maximize the use/application of organic information for decision making.

Towards a Framework for Identifying Digital Improvement Opportunities : Utilizing Information Flow and its Stakeholder Value

Humanity is at the starting point of a new industrial revolution, affecting our daily life, work and way of thinking. New technologies and breakthroughs drives the fourth industrial revolution, transforming the structure of the world economy, society and its people. The key component of these changes is the rapid technological development, which relies on the high degree of digitalization. The work with digitalization is a highly discussed topic, but no general or standardized method for digital improvement efforts has been established. In order to face the challenges associated with the technological development, which forces organizations to invest time and resources to create their own methods for working with digital improvements. This study focus on the common characteristics or elements found in previous digital improvement efforts, in an attempt to summarize and identify the success-factors. These elements were further analyzed and evaluated against established theory, to assess the element’s trustworthiness and generalizability, resulting in a conceptual framework. The conceptual framework was tested and evaluated in a case study concerning two case companies to achieve practical applicability, leading to the final framework. This final framework, focusing on information flows connected to an organization processes, was found capable of identifying, analyzing and prioritizing digital improvement opportunities, by utilizing external and internal factors. Thus, answering the research questions: RQ 1: How would a framework capable of identifying digital improvement opportunities, based on common characteristics found in literature, be presented? RQ 2: How can digital improvement opportunities be prioritized and evaluated, to create value for an organization, whilst being practicable? RQ 3: Which information is necessary to retrieve, to successfully implement digital improvements?

Foi adotada a análise de rede sociais para identificar propriedades estruturais da rede de empresas pertencentes ao arranjo produtivo de confecções de Salvador- Ba, com base nos fluxos de nformações e conhecimentos envolvidos nas interações que ocorrem em conseqüência da necessidade de desenvolver inovações. Foi realizada uma pesquisa com a aplicação de um questionário estruturado junto a trinta e seis empresas do arranjo produtivo. Os dados obtidos possibilitaram avaliar as métricas da estrutura da rede de interações e a influência que tem em relação aos fluxos de informações e conhecimentos envolvidos com a inovação. No final, são apontados possíveis referenciais de métricas que podem caracterizar a intensidade das interações e cooperação entre empresas do arranjo produtivo. / ABSTRACT The present work studies the dynamics of the innovation in a clusters of companies, its relation with the flows of information and knowledge and the structure of the network of interactions between the companies. The network social analysis was adopted to identify the structural properties of the companies network involved with cluster of confections of Salvador-Ba with the basis in the information flow and knowledge involved in the interactions that occur in consequence of the necessity to develop innovations. A research was carried through with the application of a structuralized questionaire applied to thirty six companies of the cluster. The obtained data made it possible to evaluate structural metrics of the network of interactions and the influence that was related to the information flows and involved knowledge with the innovation. In the end, possible metric references are appointed that can characterize the intensity of the interactions and cooperation between companies of the cluster.

The study aims at analyzing the informational flow of the CSCs of the Brazilian Post and Telegraph Company in its Regional Board of Directors of Paraíba. It is understood that the informational flow of the CSCs, if treated in a systematized way, is presented as valuable tool for the qualitative diagnosis of the offered services, besides attaining the legal requirements and fulfilling an evaluation in the processes of the provided products. Planning future actions and implementing corrective ones are the reasons that justify the study. With reference to the objectives, the methodology is classified as descriptive with quanti-qualitative approach of the case study type. In regard to data collection instruments, the study uses the guided interview and the documental analysis, categorizing data according to content analysis for interpreting them afterwards. As result of the study, it was observed that its aim is accomplished and by the indicators showed, the process seems to be effective. It is disseminated and understood by managers and operators as relationship instrument with the market and clients as well as the management. In spite of this, the potential of the data generated by the system, as its positive residual effect, does not produce direct effects or managerial actions for the continuous improvement of the organization and its final processes, especially the ones in medium and long term, either resulting from limiting factors of the process architecture and their control indicator, or due to limiting factors inherent to managers. From this viewpoint results the loss of competitiveness and the use of other costly and less efficient information sources, remaining the essential function of each manager, the one related to decision-making, submitted to results not always favorable to the company. In this context, We conclude that the management of CSC data flow provides information relative to diagnosis of the offered services, besides indicating the Regional Board of Directors positioning with regard to the company as a whole. It can be used for formulating tactic actions for decision-making and for continuous evaluation of management and organizational performance. / Analisa o fluxo informacional dos Canais de Atendimento ao Cliente (CAC) da Empresa de Correios e Telégrafos, Diretoria Regional da Paraíba ECT/DR-PB, pela perspectiva da gestão da informação (GI), questionando como as informações desse fluxo influenciam na formulação de ações táticas para a tomada de decisão. O estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar o fluxo informacional dos CAC da Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos em sua Diretoria Regional da Paraíba. Compreende-se que o fluxo informacional dos CAC, se tratado de forma sistematizada, apresenta-se como ferramenta valiosa para o diagnóstico qualitativo dos serviços prestados, além de atingir as exigências legais e fazer uma autoavaliação nos processos dos produtos ofertados. Planejar ações futuras e implementar ações corretivas nos processos são as razões que justificam o estudo. Quanto aos objetivos, a metodologia classifica-se em descritiva com abordagem quanti-qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso. Quanto aos instrumentos de coleta de dados, utiliza a entrevista orientada e a análise documental, categorizando as informações segundo a análise de conteúdo para posteriormente interpretá-las. Como resultado do estudo, observou-se que a sua finalidade está atendida e pelos indicadores demonstrados o processo se mostra eficaz por si só, sendo disseminado e compreendido pelos gestores e operadores como ferramenta de relacionamento com o mercado e clientes bem como de gestão. Apesar disso, restou que o potencial das informações geradas pelo sistema, como efeito residual positivo deste, não produz efeitos diretos ou ações gerenciais para a melhoria contínua da organização e dos seus processos finalísticos, sobretudo os de médio e longo prazo, seja em decorrência de fatores limitantes da arquitetura do processo e do seu indicador de controle, seja em razão de fatores limitantes inerentes aos gestores. Dessa compreensão resultam a perda de competitividade e a utilização de outras fontes de informação mais onerosas e menos eficientes, permanecendo a função primordial de cada gestor, a de tomada de decisão, submetida a resultados nem sempre favoráveis à organização. Neste contexto, concluímos que o gerenciamento do fluxo de informações do CAC proporciona informações relativas ao diagnóstico dos serviços prestados, além de indicar o posicionamento da DR frente à Empresa como um todo, podendo ser utilizado para formulação de ações táticas para tomada de decisão e para a avaliação constante da gestão e desempenho organizacional.

Den hållbara microinfluencerns perspektiv / The perspective of the sustainable microinfluencer

Microinfluencers är ett relativt nytt och outforskat fält inom marknadsföring och är en utveckling av den mer frekvent använda termen influencers. Microinfluencers har på senare tid väckt företagens intresse då de, till skillnad från influencers med en bredare följarskara, bedöms uppnå ett större engagemang och en högre grad av förtroende inom sin specifika nisch. I denna studie undersöks nischen hållbart mode och microinfluencers subjektiva uppfattning står i fokus. Det som studeras är microinfluencerns funktion, informationsflöden och samarbeten. För att få inblick i detta genomförs fyra semistrukturerade intervjuer. En kvalitativ innehållsanalys används för att bearbeta vårt datamaterial. När datamaterialet analyseras blir det tydligt att en microinfluencer fyller flera mångfasetterade och komplicerade funktioner. Funktioner som har kunnat urskiljas är: Att debattera och kritisera, att inspirera, att erbjuda information och vägledning, att marknadsföra, samt att agera företag och varumärke. Dessa samspelar med microinfluencerns informationsflöden där två kommunikatörer har kunnat bekräftas; följare och företag. Denna studie belyser även en till kommunikatör; andra influencers. I resultatet av denna studie relateras microinfluencerns funktion med dennes informationsflöden och utifrån detta presenteras rekommendationer och riktlinjer till företag i sina samarbeten med microinfluencers. / Microinfluencers is a relatively new and unexplored field of marketing and is a development of the more commonly used term; influencers. Businesses has recently started to raise interest for microinfluencers, as they, unlike influencers with a broader range of followers, are expected to achieve greater commitment and a greater degree of trust in their specific niche. The niche explored in this study is sustainable fashion and focus lies in the subjective opinion of microinfluencers. The function of microinfluencers, their information flows and their view on collaboration is being studied. To gain insight into this, four semi structured interviews have been conducted. We have used a qualitative content analysis to process our data. When analyzing the data it becomes clear that a microinfluencer has several multifaceted and complex functions. Features that have been identified are: To debate and critizise, to inspire, to provide information and guidance, to market, and act as a company and brand. These interact with the microinfluencer’s information flows where two communicators have been confirmed; followers and companies. This study also shines a light on a third important communicator; other influencers. In the result of this study, the microinfluencers’ functions are related to their information flows, and with this as a basis recommendations and guidelines for companies in their collaborations with microinfluencers are presented. This thesis is written in Swedish.

Využití vybraných logistický metod ve výrobním podniku / The usage of selected logistic methods in the manufacturing concern

The main aim of this work was to rate the usage of selected logistic methods and introduction of the operating system Kanban to the production line in the project {\clqq}C214 Top Roll`` of the company Faurecia Automotive Czech Republic, s.r.o, Interior Systems. A minor aim then was to find out the knowledge level of the Kanban method. Methodics Hypotheses: 1.The logistic flows used in the Faurecia company already function sufficiently enough, the proof of which is the stabilised production. 2.Using the operating system Kanban for functioning production, logistics and the whole company Faurecia is rather advantageous. 3.Training all the employees is a vital part in the process of introducing the operating system Kamban. Methods: deducion, situation analysis - collection of information,interviews, survey, questioning brief, modeling Structure of the practical part is following: company profile, character of pruduction and setting of the main logistical flows, determination of zones and stock sectors, process implementation and using of Kanban in the production line "C214 Top Roll". The first hypothesis can be confirmed by the situational analysis which evaluates the processing and logistic method. The individual methods {\clqq}met`` or {\clqq}nearly met`` the demands and because all the methods together partake of the production and the production has provided very good results in the previous months, we can consider the production being stabilised. A Systems Engineering Analysis of Opportunities for Pharmacists on Diabetes Care Teams

<p>Diabetes is one of the most significant global healthcare challenges of the 21st century: it is estimated that one in three adults will have diabetes in the United States in the year 2050. As a result, healthcare organizations are integrating systemic changes to address the needs of expanding chronic care patient population, including shifting towards a patient-centered medical home philosophy and introducing new health information technology tools to help share the workload for diabetes care activities. Advanced educational opportunities, collaborative-practice agreements, and a shifting model towards community-based care clinics affords opportunities for pharmacy professionals to participate in a more central role on the diabetes care team.</p><p><br></p> <p> </p> <p>This dissertation work explores the intersection of diabetes care coordination and health information technology (IT), with a specific focus on the potential for pharmacist involvement on the diabetes care team. Studies I and II aimed to define the existing diabetes care team as a system, with identifying the specific roles, information flows, tasks, and temporal and geospatial attributes for providing effective care. Study I used a questionnaire and social network analysis tools to identify the key members of the diabetes care team. The results indicated that these team members were the primary care provider, endocrinologist, nurse, pharmacist, dietitian, and social worker. Study II used semi-structured interviews and team task analysis for thirty (N=30) diabetes care team member participants (N=5 for each category indicated in Study I). The results from Study II led to the creation of a new systems engineering analytical framework, titled Diabetes care Roles Information Flows and Team Coordination (DRIFT). This framework expanded existing chronic care and healthcare systems engineering frameworks through the inclusion of granularity, temporal, and sociotechnical factors in a three-dimensional systems model. Study II also provided confirmatory support for the inclusion of pharmacists for sharing more care coordination activities on diabetes care teams.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The results from studies I and II were synthesized to identify potential engineering health IT solutions to gaps in diabetes care activities. The results synthesis was the foundation of a new health IT system prototype, eVincio, developed by the author for this dissertation work. eVincio is comprised of a patient-facing mobile application and a provider-facing desktop software that worked together to help healthcare professionals visualize patient care activities via the DRIFT analytical framework. Study III was a formative usability assessment of the eVincio prototypes with six (N=6) pharmacist participants. Results revealed that eVincio could be very beneficial for helping healthcare professionals visualize patient care activities and identify gaps in care coordination, particularly for professionals who work as case managers, population health analysts, or have some aspect of quality monitoring in their role. As the eVincio system is still in a prototype stage of development, additional studies need to be conducted to determine system requirements for interoperability, evidence-based guidelines, and fulfilling end-user requirements.</p>
