strategic position facing the reality of their surroundings. Organizations, especially
the medium and large sizes, have solutions from various sources, with more facilities
for the deployment of a KM practice. As for the small ones, they have yet to
understand the challenges and opportunities of KM to improve their business
processes and develop their Competitive Intelligence. This can be achieved through
a strategic practice to provide sustainability to the KM activities, reducing the risk of
rejection by the various actors to changes resulting from the implementation of this
practice into the organization s body of work routines.
This paper presents a flexible mould (metamodel) to aid the planning and
implementation of an effective organizational KM, i.e., a tool for designing a KM
practice adaptable to the organization profile, whichever its size and its rate of
absorption of the designed practice. From an instance of strategic planning and
evaluation of the voice from organization actors is built a model, through the
intantiation of the mould for each single case, for the design of a KM practice liable to
strict management based on Administration Theory sub-functions (planning,
organization, direction and control), allowing managers of an organization (the
strategic level actors) to display its weaknesses and identify its potentialities in
relation to the KM practice. In keeping with the profile of the various actors in the
organization, the mould can be instantiated minimizing the rejection to the additional
work routines and changes in the actors new way of working, due to the
implementation of the new practice.
To demonstrate the mould and exemplify its instatiation, the case of a virtual
organization, Farol Digital a project for strengthning the Paraiba State ICT Cluster,
is analysed along with the artifacts produced by the instantiation of this particular
case. / A Gestão do Conhecimento tornou-se indispensável para garantir às organizações
um melhor posicionamento estratégico frente à realidade do seu entorno. As
organizações, principalmente as médias e grandes, dispõem de soluções de
diversas fontes, possuindo mais facilidades para a implantação de uma prática de
GC. Já as de pequeno porte ainda precisam compreender os desafios e
possibilidades da GC para aprimorar seus processos de negócio e desenvolver sua
Inteligência Competitiva. Isto pode ser alcançado através de uma prática estratégica
para dar sustentabilidade às atividades de GC, diminuindo os riscos de rejeição
pelos seus diversos atores às mudanças decorrentes da implantação da prática
junto às rotinas de trabalho da organização.
Este trabalho apresenta um molde flexível (metamodelo) de apoio ao planejamento e
a implementação de uma GC organizacional efetiva, ou seja, uma ferramenta para o
desenho de uma prática de GC adaptável ao perfil de uma organização, qualquer
quer seja o seu porte e a sua velocidade de absorção da prática desenhada.
Partindo de uma instância do planejamento estratégico e da avaliação da voz dos
atores da organização é construído um modelo, através da instanciação do molde
para cada caso específico, visando ao delineamento de uma prática de GC passível
de gerenciamento estrito com base nas subfunções da Administração
(planejamento, organização, direção e controle), permitindo aos gestores de uma
organização (atores do nível estratégico) a visualização de suas fragilidades e
identificação de suas potencialidades para a prática da GC. Ao respeitar o perfil dos
diversos atores que compõem a organização, o molde pode ser instanciado
minimizando a rejeição às rotinas de trabalho adicionais e às mudanças impostas na
nova forma de trabalhar desses atores, decorrentes da inclusão da nova prática.
Para a demonstração do molde e exemplificar sua instaciação, é analisado o caso
da organização virtual Farol Digital, projeto de fortalecimento do APL de TICs do
Estado da Paraíba, sedo apresentados os artefatos produzidos com a instanciação
deste caso particular.

O primeiro visou a modelagem da evolução espaço-temporal da incidência do Huanglongbing ao longo dos anos de 2004, 2007 e 2008 em cinco grupos de idade (0 a 2 anos, 3 a 5 anos, 6 a 10 anos, mais de 10 anos, todas as idades), por meio da técnica geoestatística da krigagem e da técnica de inteligência artificial de rede neurais do tipo perceptron de múltiplas camadas com topologia 3x10x10x1, treinada pelo algoritmo da propagação elástica do erro. Neste ensaio foi ainda realizada a análise do modelo do semivariograma, cálculo da média zonal dos talhões dentro de cada faixa de idade e mesorregião do estado de São Paulo, e finalmente, foi previsto o padrão espacial da incidência da doença para o ano de 2009 pelas redes neurais. O segundo ensaio consistiu em se verificar o efeito do alinhamento de plantio na severidade da mancha preta dos citros e sua implicação na qualidade do suco e produção. Neste ensaio foram selecionados talhões distribuídos ao longo do cinturão citrícola paulista com diferentes alinhamentos de plantio, onde foram analisadas as variáveis supracitadas nas linhas de plantio e nas faces expostas da planta. / Abstract: For viability study of using geographic information systems, geostatistics and neural networks two experiments were carried out. The first one was focused on modeling the spatial-temporal progress of Huanglongbing incidence in 2004, 2007 and 2008 on five age groups (0 - 2 years old, 3 - 5 years old, 6 - 7 years old, more than 10 years old and all ages) using the geostatistical technique of kriguing and the artificial intelligence technique of neural networks of multi-layer perceptron type with 3x10x10x1 topology, trained by resilient error propagation. Complementing the study the analysis of semivariogram model, zonal mean calculation of blocks on each age group were realized inside the mesoregions of São Paulo state and finally the disease incidence spatial pattern for 2009 was forecasted by the neural networks. The objective of the second experiment was verifying effect of planting alignment on citrus black spot severity and its implication on juice quality and production. On this experiment was selected blocks distributed among the São Paulo state citrus belt with different planting alignments, where was analyzed those variables on the lines and exposed faces. / Doutor

desenvolvimento desta pesquisa e desta Dissertação inicialmente foram motivados por
investigações como as acima propostas, que posteriormente se tornaram mais
complexas. Questionar o modo de se pensar o uso das tecnologias e o pensamento
sobre este uso foi o ponto de partida, mas somente tais questionamentos seriam
insuficientes para compreender a virtualização, o virtual e toda a sua fecundidade.
Partindo disto, pensar a formação do homem em geral influenciada, principalmente nos
dias de hoje, pela prática dos jogos online norteou o núcleo deste trabalho. / The relationships and social interactions that occurs through Information and
Communication Technologies can be considered reals? Is there a politic, ethic or
aesthetic model that need to be followed in this context, and if it exists it is similar to
real world models? The users of Technologies, and mainly online gamers, are affected
by the act of playing electronic games? The development of this research and
dissertation was initially motivated by these investigations, and posteriorly became

were the start point, but just these questions are insufficient to comprehend the

This graduation thesis is concerned with the role of a psychologist in the work team building. The organisation where I did the qualitative research work was Police of the Czech Republic. I wanted to confirm or rebut the assertion that the role of psychologist in police teams buliding is irreplaceable. I used methods of questioning, interview and observation. Police teams are created to solve some issues (e.g. drug-traffic) or a concrete crime (e.g. a murder). I found out that police teams are built by supervisors. They are choosing team members in accordance with their specialization, skills and experience. The police psychologists have no dealing with the team building. Police psychologists pick new policemen {--} they test their memory, reactions (this test examines functions of celebral cortex) and intelligence. New policemen also have to pass a test of personality. All these tests are necessary, because police work is extremely exacting. Next police psychologist´s task is policemen training. Psychologists teach them the assertivity, how to cope with stress and how to deal with a suicide. Very important part of police psychologists´ job is a consulting service, which can involve policemen, their wives and kids. Police psychologists offer the post-traumatic care as well. This care is established for policemen who used a gun, who are investigating death of a child or some grave murder. Police psychologists are working as investigation´s consultants, especially by investigation of self-murders, rapes, maltreatment with children. They help to ease the situation, to calm down the sufferer, they also help by the questioning and they instruct policemen how to behave to the sufferer.

It describes some of the factors that can develop the empathetic behaviour in the last chapter.

Previous issue date: 2006-03-30 / This research has the objective of analysing the contribution of a paradidatical book for the historical-cultural contextualization of the bodies movement concept. The reason for this review owes to the focus adopted by didatical book for this subject, which privileges the representation and comunication just as investigation and comprehension related aspects, treating superficially the aspects related to the historical-cultural contextualization. The nominated methodology was condensed into following the didatical intervention of a physics teatcher, helped by an Arts teatcher, on an 8th grade High School class with 33 students. Ten classes were realized, in which, in the first one a quiz was applied for setting up the multiple inteligences potential of the students and, in the second one, a pre-test was applied for gathering their main conceptions of the movement concept. In the next classes, there were many activities developed using didatical books and also paradidatical books, reflecting the verbal-linguistical inteligence potentialization. In the seventh and eighth classes the students mounted texts written based on the paradidatical book content; in the ninth it was applied a pos-test and in the tenth the teatcher made an interview with ten students. The analysis of the pre-test and pos-test found that there was a concept changing from Aristotle's to Galileo's vision of movement, having 79% of satisfying answers on the proposed itens. This way, we concluded that this paradidatical book has complemented the didatical one regarding to historical-cultural contextualization of the bodies movement concept. / Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a contribuição dada por um livro paradidático para a contextualização histórico-cultural do conceito de movimento dos corpos. A justificativa para este estudo deve-se ao enfoque adotado pelos livros didáticos para esse assunto, que privilegia os aspectos ligados à representação e comunicação, assim como à investigação e compreensão, tratando de forma superficial os aspectos ligados à referida contextualização. A metodologia empregada consistiu em acompanhar a intervenção didática de um professor de Física, auxiliado por uma professora de Artes, junto a uma turma de 8ª série com 33 alunos. Foram realizadas dez aulas, sendo que, na primeira foi aplicado um questionário para levantar o potencial de inteligências múltiplas dos alunos e, na segunda, um pré-teste para descobrir as suas concepções prévias sobre o conceito de movimento. Nas aulas seguintes, foram desenvolvidas diversas atividades utilizando o livro paradidático, além do livro didático, levando em consideração a potencialização da inteligência verbal-lingüística. Nas sétima e oitava aulas os alunos encenaram textos escritos com base no conteúdo do paradidático, na nona foi aplicado um pós-teste e na décima o professor fez uma entrevista com dez alunos. A análise do pré-teste e pósteste constatou que houve mudança conceitual da visão aristotélica de movimento para a galileana com respostas satisfatórias acima dos 79% dos itens propostos. Dessa forma, concluímos que esse livro paradidático complementou o didático com relação à contextualização histórico-cultural do conceito de movimento dos corpos.

Previous issue date: 2015-04-29 / Programas chamados de Mindfulness Based Therapy, de meditação atenção-conscientização, têm apresentado resultados significativos em meta-análises. Devido a isso, diversos estudos qualitativos têm investigado as transformações pessoais e construído teorias, sendo a principal a teoria da transformação da situação perceptiva. Mas apenas recentemente, em 2014, foi publicada a primeira investigação qualitativa investigando transformações interpessoais consequentes de tais intervenções. Já no Brasil, a Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares no SUS incentiva o ensino da meditação para promoção da saúde. Localmente, o programa Atentamente de ensino de práticas no SUS compõe, com outras práticas integrativas, as abordagens do Núcleo de Apoio em Práticas Integrativas (NAPI) SUS Recife. Nesse programa o aprendizado de atenção-conscientização é apresentado em consonância com as vivências dos participantes. Quanto à metodologia, o presente estudo de caso construiu roteiro de entrevista qualitativa semi-estruturada e dialogada a partir das teorias fundamentadas. Foram entrevistados seis informantes chaves sobre as experiências com os estágios de desenvolvimento em intenção, atitude e atenção. Além disso, foram acompanhados quatro turmas do curso com observação participante. Quanto aos resultados, as categorias mais importantes elencadas no processo de transformação intrapessoal foram Aceitação, leveza, permitir mudança e deixar os pensamentos irem. Já na compreensão das transformações interpessoais as de maior significância foram Estar presente com o Outro, reagir menos, pensar melhor e autoconfiança. A teoria da dádiva se mostrou potente na elucidação da mudança de atitude frente ao outro a partir das práticas contemplativas, e recirculação de dádivas fundamentais. / Programs classified as “Mindfulness Based Therapies” have shown significant results in meta-analyzes teaching attention-awareness meditation. Because of this, several qualitative studies have investigated the personal transformations building theories, the main theory being the transformation of the perceptual situation theory. But only recently, in 2014, was published the first qualitative research investigating interpersonal transformations related to such interventions. In Brazil, the National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices in the SUS encourages the teaching of meditation for health promotion. Locally, the mindfulness-awareness based educational program Atentamente (“mindfully”) is part of the governmental strategy, the Center for Support in Integrative Practices (NAPI) SUS Recife. In this program attention-awareness of learning is presented in line with the experiences of the participants. As for the methodology, this is a case study built with qualitative interviews based upon the grounded theories. 6 key informants were interviewed about the experiences with the development stages in intention, attitude and attention. In addition, were followed four courses with participant observation. As for the results, the most important categories listed in personal transformation process were “Acceptance”, “lightness”, “enable change” and “let the thoughts go”. In the understanding of interpersonal transformations the main categories were “present with the Other”, “less reactive”, “better thinking” and “self-confidence”. The Gift theory proved powerful in elucidating the change of attitude from the other contemplative practices, and recirculation fundamental gifts.

The Woodcock-Johnson 4th Edition Test Battery is the latest version of assessment battery which measures cognitive function in childhood and adulthood. This is a very large test battery and the adaptation of the Czech version of this method is in progress. However, some subtests are closely related to the language and cultural habits of a country. The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine selected verbal tests of the Woodcock-Johnson assessment battery in the Czech environment. Specifically if these subtests do not disadvantage children who are from other language environment than Czech. The theoretical part of the thesis speaks about the concept of bilingualism (definition, categorisation) and how bilingualism is reflected in the results of cognitive tests. It also introduces the theory of CHC, which was the basis for the creation of the Woodcock- Johnson assessment battery. It analyses verbal subtests of the Woodcock-Johnson test battery, fourth edition, in more details. The research study focuses on comparison of the results of two groups of children. The groups are divided according to the language environment from which the tested children come from: either Czech or Russian-Czech. Vhodnost využití Testu struktury inteligence IST při diagnostikování dyslexie u studentů středních škol / Suitability of Intelligence Structure Test IST for high school students dyslexia diagnosisVatrtová, Viera January 2017 (has links)
Diploma thesis focuses on examination of the use of Intelligence Structure Test IST 2000 R in diagnostics of high school students with dyslexia. To verify the suitability of its use, the thesis compares overall results of 56 dyslexic students with results of their peers who attend the same high schools in Prague 10 (Gymnázium Voděradská, Omská a Přípotoční, Střední průmyslová škola elektrotechnická V Úžlabině, Obchodní Akademie Heroldovy Sady). Afterwards, the results of 35 students with dyslexia are compared with their results of different in the past administrated intelligence tests (Pražský dětský wechsler, Wechslerova inteligenční škála pro děti). The results of the study showed that students with dyslexia scored significantly lower than their peers from intact population in the IST 2000 R test and their final score is significantly lower than their own results from different intelligence tests. Therefore, it is not correct to evaluate the IST 2000 R test as suitable for assessment of high school students with dyslexia.

The goal of the diploma thesis is to map the relationship between two intelligence tests for children based on comparison of selected verbal subtests used on pre-school children. The thesis deals with the verification of the so-called Flynn effect in relation to the different age of S-B IV. test and IDS test. The theoretical section describes the intelligence as a concept, individual approaches to its research and diagnostics, including specifics of working with children in this age group. Different tests of intelligence designed for children are presented with more attention paid to the tests used in the research. The theoretical part also deals with the development period of pre-school children, speech and issues with an obsolescence of the tests. In the empirical section of the thesis, the data from 30 children that have undergone the tests are processed using correlation and regression analyses. Conclusions based on the statistical analyses are developed further in an empirical section while the study revealed the following surprising findings. A significant relationship between the S-B IV. test and IDS test has not been found and there was no confirmation of the Flynn effect hypothesis.
