近年來，電子商務蓬勃發展，Web應用系統是企業提供電子商務應用必要的選擇之一。然而隨著軟體使用率的增加與需求變動的頻繁，現有系統架構因不易擴充與維護，造成企業系統開發成本的支出逐漸提高。以Java為基礎的JSP（Java Server Pages）為目前Web應用系統開發的主要程式語言之一。不過企業往往基於建置時間的考量，雖然JSP可以提供程式設計上的彈性，但沒有考慮到系統架構的良好規劃，造成Web應用系統在擴充與維護上的不易。MVC（Model、View、Controller）架構是一個具有層次區分功能的系統架構，而Struts - Framework是一個以MVC為基礎架構的框架，且提供了多項服務功能，因此以Struts - Framework來開發Web應用系統讓我們在開發上更有效率，而在維護上也將更為容易。 本論文希望透過軟體重整工程並配合以MVC為基礎架構的Struts - Framework，提出一套重整流程及對應方法，協助我們將現有系統架構（JSP Model 1架構）轉換成具擴充性且易於維護的新系統架構（Struts架構），以提升系統的擴充彈性，並降低維護成本。

<p>AVL LIST Nordiska AB ska certifieras enligt ISO 9002 och måste, för att uppfylla kraven, arbeta efter ett flertal processer. En av processerna har krav på spårbarhet med vilket menas att företaget snabbt ska kunna ta reda på detaljerad information om sina kunders produkter. Då företaget inte kunde uppfylla det kravet insåg de att de behövde en skräddarsydd applikation. </p><p>I samråd med företaget gjordes en specificerad beställning som innehöll företagets krav och önskemål angående applikationens användargränssnitt och funktionalitet. Därefter gjordes en förundersökning vars syfte var att reda ut vilket programmeringsspråk och vilken databashanterare som var mest lämpad att använda. </p><p>Applikationen har implementerats som en trelagerstruktur bestående av databashanteringslager, logiklager och användargränssnitt. Databashanteringslagret utgörs av en databas som hanteras av MySQL och logiklagret utgörs av objektorienterad Javakod. Användargränssnittet utgörs av Java Server Pages, körs av en webbserver och visas i en webbläsare hos användaren. </p><p>Applikationen skulle från början tas fram som en prototyp. Eftersom den uppfyller alla företagets krav och önskemål kan den dock betraktas som ett färdigt system. Med detta system uppfylls spårbarhetskravet och företaget kan ta ett steg närmare ISO-certifiering.</p>

<p>The purpose of this report has been to develop an administrative web interface. The web interface is to be used by the company Zidango and it is going to make it easier for them in their daily work of running a web portal. The interface had to be developed so it would fit in Zidangos web portal. This meant the work had to be done in the framwork Struts and mostly in JAVA. Thereforeis a shorter theory chapter included in the report that discusses frameworks. In addition to the theory chapter the report describes the development of the interface, the solution and thoughts around it.</p>

<p>This thesis work resulted in a template for how the thermal spray process can be controlled through robot programs. The robots today and their programs need to be replaced, therefore a new structure which can be matched with the new robot systems is needed. The work is limited to only concern structured programming on the new robots on Thermal Spray Centre (TC) with the programming language Rapid. The basic data for the program was retrieved from interviews with concerned personnel at TC, from studies on process parameters for thermal spray and from existing specifications at Volvo Aero Corporation (VAC). The thesis work briefly describes the process thermal spray and the four methods used at VAC. A literature survey on Jackson Structured Programming, Human Machine Interface and structured programming was made and used to compare, evaluate and suggest improvements for the thermal spray work cell. A functional suggestion for a menu system in a robot program for the thermal spray robot was presented. This will be in the robot permanently for uploading of detail programs from a network connected computer. An example of such a detail program was made but without robot movement and communication with the process computer. Testing of the programs has therefore only been made on a robot not suited for thermal spraying. The new detail program shows its parameters directly on the screen so they can be controlled against the operation papers. A programmer\2019s guide to the detail program has been made which is presented in the report.</p>

Dieser Vortrag soll einen Überblick über Erweiterungsmöglichkeiten auf der Serverseite geben. Mit Hinblick auf Performance werden im Vergleich zum CGI eingebettete Interpreter beleuchtet und spezielle Scriptsprachen wie PHP,Perl oder Tcl genannnt.

Vi har utvecklat två fristående webbapplikationer till det webbaserade hälsovårdsstödsystemet Asynja. Den ena är en designapplikation för enkätundersökningar och den andra är en svarsapplikation där respondenterna kan besvara enkäterna. Utvecklingsprocessen har bestått av planering, design, implementation, testning och dokumentation. Mycket av arbetet har skett parallellt vilket vi har sett som en framgångsfaktor i examensarbetet. Projektet har präglats av att applikationerna ska vara användarvänliga och funktionella samtidigt som designen och koden ska göra att applikationerna kan vidareutvecklas och underhållas effektivt. Arbetet med att utveckla J2EE-applikationer och använda sig av ramverket Struts har gett goda erfarenheter och det har även visat sig att denna plattform är väl lämpad för denna typ av uppgifter.

This master thesis deals with technologies for persistence of objects in Java. It briefly describes options of persistence of objects into files and further especially modern technologies for persistence of objects into database systems, particularly relational. It describes JDBC technology, framework Hibernate, application interface JDO, SQLJ technology, frameworks OJB and TopLink in detail and briefly the other tools. The emphasis is especially put on their usage, which is illustrated by amount of examples, their properties comparison and recommendation for the application building. The other part of thesis deals with life phases of information system development, where the differences of usage of JDBC and Hibernate, their mutual comparison from different points of view, importance of software architecture and design patterns for the application development in J2EE are presented.

The World Wide Web contains a vast amount of information. This feature makes it a very useful part of our everyday activities but the information contained within is made up of an exponentially increasing repository of semantically unstructured data. The semantic web movement involves the evolution of the existing World Wide web in order to enable computers make meaning of and understand the data they process and consequently increase their processing capabilities. Over the past decade a number of new projects implementing the semantic web technology have been developed albeit still in their infancy. These projects are based on semantic data models and one such is the Wikidata project. The Wikidata project is targeted at providing a more semantic platform for editing and sharing data throughout the Wikipedia and Wikimedia communities. This project studies how the Wikidata project facilitates such a semantic platform for the Wikimedia communities and includes the development of an application utilizing the semantic capabilities of Wikidata. The objective of the project is to develop an application capable of retrieving and presenting statistical data and also be able to make missing or invalid data on Wikidata detectable. The result is an application currently aimed at researchers and students who require a convenient tool for statistical data collection and data mining projects.
