BACKGROUND: Recreational physical activity is of great importance to human health. Reduces the risk of disease and positively beneficial to the human body. Recreational physical activity is influenced by many factors, eg. Age, sex, place of residence, but also its form. OBJECTIVES: Create a project and presentation of a study on new forms of recreational physical activities focused on geocaching. METHODS: The research involved five families with children permanently living in the Czech Canada. Their task was a regular recreational tourism for the purpose of hunting caches. To obtain data was used informal conversation and as a complementary data collection and record sheet output questionnaire. RESULTS: All the families surveyed had a positive shift in recreational physical activity. The most common form of recreational physical activity was hiking as well as cycling. Thanks geocaching was for all investigated deepened relationship to nature and cultural sites.

Feminism as a tool has lately been used more frequently by governments and institutions, but has been criticized for only representing a Western point of view which has ignored perspectives of women in the so-called Global South. This thesis aims to investigate if Canada, in its recently launched Canada’s Feminist International Assistance Policy, describe women in developing countries from a Western view or if they have incorporated a postcolonial perspective in their policy. By applying a feminist postcolonial theory on Canada’s feminist development policy and with the inspiration of Norman Fairclough’s critical discourse analysis, a shift in in the creation of subject positions of women in developing countries was noticed. The concluding remark emphasize that Canada should keep the postcolonial thought in mind while exercising their policy in the field of development in order to gain trust in the feminist belief.

This diploma work is called: Analysis of Preparation for the Post of Director in Selected OECD Countries. It focuses on preparing directors for their occupation before taking up the post. It describes the different educational systems focused on the training of directors in selected OECD countries - Czech Republic, USA, Canada, Chile. The aim is to compare the directors to prepare their profession before taking up their post in the country with a focus on teaching experience, education, legal base. The theoretical part deals with the initial training of directors prior to becoming director in terms of personality and school manager. The thesis also deals briefly with the OECD and perspective on education policy in different historical periods. The practical part describes the situation of education with a focus on directors in selected OECD countries. The conclusion set out the common elements of education directors. Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku měření atraktivity vybrané turistické destinace - přírodního parku Česká Kanada. Součástí je zhodnocení existujících přístupů a návrhy na zlepšení. V práci je také pro vyčíslení atraktivity proveden monitoring návštěvníků turistické destinace. Stávající stav lokalizačních podmínek, dokreslující situaci v České Kanadě, znázorňuje hodnocení potenciálu destinace.

The thesis which is about the "Analysis of the organizational structure of tourism in Canada", reviews in details the institutions and the management of the travel sector in Canada and puts it into prospective with the Czech one. By utilizing the secondary data, this document locates the Canadian tourism market within the global one and also includes information that feeds the Canadian satellite account. After treating the marketing and the management of destinations, this work covers Canadian institutions and their activities influencing the tourism sector. Equally, it describes the situation in Czech Republic. To conclude it gives matter of comparison between two countries' models, together with financial data.

The aim of this thesis is to answer the question, whether Québec still has a chance to become independent one day? Firt part of the thesis shows theoretical definitions of nationalism, minorities, conflicts and possible solutions. Then there are historical relationships and conflict between anglophone and francophone people. Second part analysis québec´s separatism and his political support. Last part is dedicated to possible economical consequences if Québec separates from Canada.

The aim of the thesis titled Canada's trade policy is to analyze the current Canadian trade policy including its objectives, trade policy instruments that Canada uses for the implementation of its trade policy and how Canada is trying to contribute to the liberalization on the world trade. The first part of the thesis explains the concept of trade policy, introduces the current economic situation of Canada and analyzes the Canadian foreign trade. The most important chapter is devoted to the autonomous and contractual instruments of the trade policy of Canada. The aim of the last chapter is to show through two examples of Canadian trade disputes at the WTO how the decisions taken in these disputes can affect Canadian trade policy.

Taxation of income of individuals in Canada is a significant source of revenue for public budgets. Furthermore, this work compares calculation of income tax within Canada and the Czech Republic and describes the differences among provinces in Canada. The conclusion contains a complete assessment of the findings presented in this work. On the basis of such a diploma thesis, the reader should acquire a complex insight into the Canadian tax system and specifics of income tax in province Ontario.

The foreign direct investment (FDI)nowadays play an important role in the world economy. Canada is one of the traditional investors in the Czech Republic, therefore this thesis informs in detail about those investment. The aim of my master thesis is analysing the Canadian FDI in the Czech Republic. This thesis should provide its readers with a view of sector structure as well as investment incentives granted to canadian investors. In this paper I also mention the topic of projected gold mining in the Mokrsko area.
