Sparčių socialinių, technologinių ir ekonominių pokyčių veikiamoje Europoje mokymasis visą gyvenimą tapo būtinybe. Nuotolinis mokymas(-is) (NM) puikiai sprendžia strateginių švietimo sistemos siekių įgyvendinimą, sukuriant mokymosi galimybes ir efektyvesn�� mokymo(-si) procesą, užtikrinant lankstesnį mokymo(-si) veiklos organizavimą. Naujai atsirandančioms NM formoms turi būti taikoma kokybės kriterijų bei rodiklių sistema, o NM turinio kokybė turi būti įvertinama prieš kiekvieną mokymo(-si) organizavimą. Lietuvoje parengtos NM turinio kokybės vertinimo metodikos leidžia įvertinti jo kokybę prieš jo akreditaciją, tačiau pasirinktų NM turinio realizavimo formų ir NM turinio projektavimo strategijos efektyvumas ir poveikis mokymo(-si) organizavimo procesui lieka neįvertinti. Mokymo(-si) turinio kokybės vertinimo proceso metu neužtikrinama konstruktyvaus mokymo(-si) samprata, nes nėra įvertinama, ar NM turinys leis mokymo(-si) organizatoriams savarankiškai veikti individualiose, nenumatytose situacijose mokymo(-si) organizavimo metu. Qualitative training and learning process is influenced by many factors that should be carefully examined during the curriculum design phases, as well as during the learning/ teaching process. Distance learning and teaching is the efficient means to implement strategic aims of the system of education: to create learning possibilities for all society members, to contribute to designing effective learning/ teaching process, as well as to ensure more flexile organization of learning activities. While new distance learning/ teaching forms are getting more and more popular, they should be reviewed regularly applying a consistent quality evaluation methodology based on quality criteria and indicators, and distance learning/ teaching curriculum quality should be examined before each learning/ teaching process. In this study, the criteria for quality assessment and problems of open source (OS) product quality assurance, based on these criteria, are discussed. Broad use of open source products both in personal and business environment prove sufficient quality, despite of absence of traditional quality assurance methods for these products. There is no mature model for OS product quality evaluation - only various experimental models are applied (for example, OS project statistics criteria evaluation). OS product quality is also managed in unconventional methods, related to OS specific software development procedures (for example, volunteer control). A generalized method for OS product quality evaluation, derived from a combination of various metrics, is proposed.

Tyrimo problema, aktualumas ir naujumas Nuolat tobulinant kirpėjų profesijos mokytojų profesines kompetencijas, kurių dėka būtų kartu gerinami mokinių praktiniai įgūdžiai ir žinios, parengsime kūrybingus, kompetentingus, aukštos kvalifikacijos kirpėjus, gebančius taikyti naujas darbo technikas ir technologijas, turinčius puikias galimybes Europos darbo rinkose. Svarbu, kad patys profesijos mokytojai siektų tobulėti. Todėl profesinių kompetencijų tobulinimas yra aktuali problema, nuo kurios priklauso praktinio mokymo kokybė. Lietuvoje yra atlikta tyrimų apie įvairių profesijų atstovų požiūrį į profesines kompetencijas, jų raišką bei tobulinimo/si poreikius. Tad akivaizdu, kad kompetencijoms skiriamas didelis dėmesys, tačiau mažai tyrinėta kirpėjų profesijos mokytojų tobulnimąsi, kaip prielaida praktinio mokymo kokybei gerinti. Todėl šiame darbe, bus siekiama atskleisti kirpėjų profesijos mokytojų požiūrį ir socialinių dalininkų nuomonę į profesinių kompetencijų tobulinimo svarbą, gerinant praktinio mokymo kokybę. Aim of the study. To evaluate possibilities to implement the program of health care quality assurance in health care institutions from the physicians’ point of view. 58.4 percent of respondents are aware with the program of health care quality assurance. 71.2 percent of those who are aware with the program believe in health care quality improvement when the program will be implemented. 41.5 percent of respondents maintain that program will be implemented under condition of proper financing while 20.8 percent assert that program will not be implemented. 65.4 percent of physicians evaluate quality of care in their institution as good and 33.7 percent as satisfactory. According the opinion of the respondents’ quality of care could be improved with teamwork and good qualification of the physicians, a half of respondents maintain that the main obstacle for better examination of the patients is insufficient financing. Almost one third of physicians state that information about safety of health care is insufficient. 44.6 percent of respondents are not satisfied with their work, and 85.1 percent affirm that quality of care is influenced with satisfaction with work, 93.1 percent maintain that quality of care is influenced with workload, 43.6 percent relate their quality of work with payment. The purpose of the research – to evaluate satisfaction of patients expectations in Vilnius emergency university hospital. The object of the research. In-patient expectations in Vilnius emergency university hospital. The hypothesis of the research- patient’s expectations are not successfully satisfied because of the organizational problems, their analysis is useful in order to make better organizational work. Conclusions. Patient's expectayions satisfaction is influenced by the structure of resources in healthcare organization and person's (patient's) individual characteristics.
