Modelo prolab: Dulce Momento, emprendimiento para promover espacios recreativos y lazos afectivos entre madres y niñosChavez Mendoza, Cesar Jorge, López Rosas, Elizabeth Del Milagro, Yupanqui Santiago, Jenny 11 May 2022 (has links)
This business plan, Dulce Momento, arises by identifying the need for a significant number
of women who work and have small children and who wish to carry out leisure time activities
with them for the satisfaction and family welfare without investing time in such a way
excessive due to their multiple work and domestic occupations, exacerbated in the last year
by the pandemic caused by COVID-19. Among the leisure activities investigated, manual and
homemade ones are recognized those related to cooking and baking.
Dulce Momento, an entrepreneurship that seeks to provide a recreational experience
to strengthen ties between mothers and children through the preparation of desserts. It focuses
on the segment of families with children between 5 and 11 years of age from NSE B and C
who reside in Metropolitan Lima. For the sale, two service channels are established: in person
at stands strategically located in shopping centers or virtual via its website.
The project was validated in inquiries to mothers with the profile. Thus, based on two
basic hypotheses, the desirability was validated: 41.4% would pay S/60 for a pastry kit; 83%
reported having had an experience of well-being and enjoyment when using it; and 63%
indicated that they would recommend the kit to family and friends. For its part, the feasibility
was validated with simulations to determine the profit based on the cost of marketing for the
acquisition of clients and a return of S/6.59 was obtained for each sol invested.
To develop it, it was established that an initial investment of S/682,764.01 is required,
financed by contributions from shareholders and by bank loans from two of the partners. The
financial analysis showed an IRR of 46.28 % and the NPV of S/1’010,739.00, which
indicates that the project is sustainable in an expected scenario. Finally, to validate the
viability the Montecarlo simulation was carried out and a financial NPV of S/1’786,502.00
and a social NPV of S/4’463,782.00 were obtained, and it was concluded that the NPV of the
business represents 40.02 % of the value Dulce Momento project has for society.

Attachment theory proposed that secure base behavior and maternal sensitivity have biological bases and they are context dependent. Furthermore it proposes that quality of maternal care (sensitivity) organizes child´s attachment. This research analyzed relationship between child's secure base behavior and maternal sensitivity. Previously it described ideals´ characteristics held by professionals and mothers about secure base behavior and sensitivity in order to consider its socio-cultural manifestations. Moreover maternal and child behavior were observed. Participants were (a) 18 professionals working or researching with children and their mothers, (b) 30 mothers between 25 to 45 years (M = 34.97, SD = 5.72). The 30% was not migrant, 26.7% was second-generation migrants and 43.3% was first-generation migrants and (c) 30 children, sons and daughters of mothers participating. They were between 4 and 6 years (M = 61 months, SD = 7.52). The 56.7% of them were male. Attachment Q Set (AQS) and Maternal Behavior for Preschoolers Q Sort (MBPQS) were used to report ideals held by professionals and mothers and to describe children and maternal behavior respectively. Results show that secure base behavior and sensitivity are associated. Also results broadly support its similarities with attachment theory´s proposed and, at the same time, both of them have idiosyncratic manifestations.

This research aims to describe the relationship between maternal gatekeeping and ambivalent
sexismin mothers of preeschool children. In addition, the specific objectives of this study are to
compare the reports of mothers and fathers regarding maternal gatekeeping, and compare that variable
based on the mother’s work status, the age of children and the presence of younger siblings. Also, for
ambivalent sexism, the specific objective is to describe it in relation to the years of study of the
mothers and the socioeconomic level of the families. For this, the variables mentioned were measured
in 86 mothers, with ages between 21 and 46 years ( M =35.30; SD =5.72), of children who were
between 24 and 70 months ( M =43.19; SD =11.56), using the Parental Regulation Inventory (PRI) to
measure maternal gatekeeping, and the Ambivalent Sexism Inventory to measure ambivalent sexism.
Negative and significant correlations were found in terms of ambivalent sexism, the mothers’ years of
study and socioeconomic status, and no significant differences were found regarding gatekeeping
according to the characteristics mentioned. Regarding the general objective, a direct and significant
correlation was found between gatekeeping criticism behaviors and benevolent sexism, which
suggests that, the more a mother presents beenvolent sexism attidues, she would be more critical and
controlling of the involvement of the father.

The present research aimed to critically analyze the results of studies that present the
reflexive function (RF) as a variable of change in mother-baby psychoanalytic interventions.
For this, an Integrative Literature Review was carried out following the guidelines of the
Approved Criteria for Research in Psychology (CHIP) for the RIL (Nóblega, Gutiérrez, &
Gómez, 2020). By means of a critical analysis, eight investigations were selected with the
following categories of analysis: instrument for collecting information, social characteristics
of the mothers, group context of the therapies and duration of these. The Parent Development
Interview instrument was found to be insensitive to measure RF in mothers in vulnerable
situations. In addition, due to the current vulnerability and history of trauma, that mothers
recognize their subjective states in the face of intense emotions, was a challenge in the
development of RF. Along these lines, group therapies are beneficial for the development of
RF, especially in contexts where mothers know each other and can continue to model the
mentalizing posture outside of the session. However, very short-term interventions can create
stress and reduce progress in RF in mothers who are just learning to observe their mental states
and those of their babies. Finally, long-term interventions are useful to develop RF, especially
with extra levels of support that help mothers in a sustained way to read the needs of their body
and those of their baby's body.

Mejía Morin, Miriam Betsy 26 March 2014 (has links)
Vida (SOC-13; Antonovsky, 1979) e Índice de Estrés Parental/ Forma breve (PSI/SF;
The aim of this study is to assesthe relationship among cancer related stressors (ERE) and
parental stress (EP), and to define the rol of the , sense of coherence (SOC) in this relation
in mothers of children with leukemia between the ages of six and eleven, from low SES,
and that have come from all over the country for their children to be treated at the INEN’s
pediatric center. Eighty mothers answered to three questionnaires: Disease Related
Stressors (Uncertainty, Healthcare and Communication), developed specifically for the
current research; Life Orientation Questionnaire (SOC-13; Antonovsky, 1979); and Parental
Stress Index/ Short form (PSI/SF; Abidin, 1995), which measures. Both high frequency and
intensity of ERE were found, mainly ERE Uncertainty, as well as high EP scores. On the
other hand, statistically significant differences were found by job occupation (ERE
Communication) and positive correlation betweentime spent in Limaan mother-child
relations problems, together with a negative correlation between ERE Uncertainty and
distance from the place of residence. Finally, hierarchical regression analysis show that
ERE Healthcare and SOC explain high and low levels, respectively, of EP; meeting SOC
an protective role for EP, specially parent-child relationship. It is recommended a model of
psychosocial support for mothers of patients with constrained economical resources that
came from inside the country, with the aim of reinforcing SOC, developing coping skills and
practice positive parenting strategies. / Tesis

The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between coping strategies and
anxiety levels of a group of 22 mothers, between 26 and 51 years old (M = 35.9, SD = 7.18),
whose children were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The participants had
kids between 3 and 10 years old who attend a center specialized in child development placed in
Lima Metropolitana. A group of 22 mothers of children without any developmental disorder
also participated; the total sample consisted of 44 participants. We used the Multidimensional
Coping Estimation Questionnaire COPE, adapted in Peru by Cassaretto and Chau (2016) and
The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory by Spielberger and Díaz-Guerrero (1975). The strategies of
active coping and support for instrumental help were the most used by mothers of children with
ASD. The results indicated significant differences just in the strategies of behavioral
disengagement between both groups. It also demonstrates that the group of mothers of children
with ASD showed higher levels of Anxiety-state and lower levels of Anxiety-trait composed to
mothers of children without any disorder. There were six significant correlations between some
coping strategies and Anxiety-trait and three significant correlations with Anxiety-state.
Finally, we found direct, strong and significant correlations between number of children and
the strategies of planning (r=.70, p=<.001), suppression (r=.52, p=.01), with a high magnitude,
and positive reinterpretation and growth (r=.39, p=.07).

This study aims to describe the characteristics of attachment in girls and boys of an Andean area
of Ayacucho in Peru. The study of the early childhood comprises fundamental aspects of development such as the attachment. It is crucial to consider the socio-contextual variables that might
influence direct or indirectly in its expression, mainly in diverse realities like the Peruvian ones.
In an Andean area of Ayacucho - Peru, 34 mother-child dyads were observed at their homes. The
children were between 24 to 36 months old and their mothers were between 18 to 40 years old.
More than half of them completed 68% or all of primary school. For the natural environment
observation, the AQS attachment was used; in order to obtain information in three levels: children have an attachment rate with a tendency to security; the dimension of pleasure from making
contact with the mother is the closest to the theoretical ideal average; and children have a good
disposition towards their caregivers and other adults, placing their mothers as a security base
from where they actively explore their surroundings. No association was found between the security of attachment and variables of economic risk, but yet association with two emotional risks
variables.
Even with the economic constraints of communities in extreme poverty, this Andean context
would be providing factors that protect the mother-child bonding. It is important to expand the
study of the variables associated with the attachment from an integral and socio-cultural approach in order to know and respond in a timely manner to the infancy in a diverse context in
Peru.
