Dans un contexte de « crises » des démocraties contemporaines et de fractures entre les partis politiques et les « citoyens », cette recherche se penche sur le phénomène des assemblées de quartier du grand Buenos Aires. S'inspirant de la sociologie compréhensive de type « culture studies », cette étude questionne un mouvement « citoyen ». Ce parcours « narratif » à travers les imaginaires politiques argentins aura comme point d'ancrage la dichotomie constituante de la civilisation / barbarie cristallisée au moment de la construction de l'État-nation moderne (argentin). Cette dichotomie servait encore de repère entre le « eux » et le « nous » pour les assemblées de quartier. Celles-ci naquirent en force à la fin de 2001 avec une participation élevée et enthousiaste. Toutefois, en 2005, lors des observations et des entrevues semi dirigées conduites sur le terrain par l'étudiante, cette participation avait diminué au point de rendre le phénomène marginal et en voie de disparition. L'isolement des assemblées les unes envers les autres et envers le reste de la population nous porte à les considérer comme les tribus postmodernes décrites par Michel Maffesoli. Dans la foulée des réflexions sur les nouvelles formes démocratiques, nous nous posons la question suivante: comment surmonter les problèmes de la non-participation? It is followed the hypothesis that Crowley preshaped a religious thinker of a post-modern ethics, and the whole work is developed with the objective to prove such. By the end, it is concluded that, although the crowleyan ethics does possess many of the aspects of the so-called maffesolian ethic-aesthetics, there is still the presence of a categorical imperative, his concept of Will, which is inseparable of his thoughts on ethics and moral due to the mystic nature of his philosophy / A presente dissertação busca realizar uma investigação teórica acerca dos escritos do mago inglês Aleister Crowley (1875-1946), fundador da religião Thelema, que tocam nos temas da Ética e da Moral, visando assim um estudo sobre os possíveis aspectos de uma ética pós-moderna termo assim compreendido de acordo com a obra do sociólogo francês Michel Maffesoli no campo religioso. Parte-se da hipótese de que Crowley préfigurava um pensador religioso de uma ética pós-moderna, e se desenvolve o trabalho com o objetivo de comprovar tal desconfiança inicial. Ao final, conclui-se que, apesar da ética crowleyana possuir muitos aspectos da chamada ética estética maffesoliana, ainda há a presença de um imperativo categórico, o seu conceito de Vontade, que é indissociável de seu pensamento ético-moral devido à natureza mística de sua filosofia

A Tese problematiza o aspecto estético, ético e pedagógico do Ilê axé Oya Gbembale em Goiânia. Propõe-se compreender o Terreiro de Candomblé como espaço de aprendizagem, onde o trágico ganha um contorno pela sua plasticidade, movimento e complexidade que povoa o Cotidiano e a vida do Povo do Santo. Assim, a Educação no Axé ganha uma dimensão política e epistemológica na medida em que as vozes do Terreiro se revelam formando uma ética e uma estética do estar – junto, edificando uma Pedagogia que se constrói na experiência vivida e partilhada com a tribo do Candomblé. Intensifica-se assim, os laços existentes entre os vários aspectos da iniciação pedagógica e do mimetismo, dando um contorno a essa tragédia que faz do Candomblé um espaço vital, alegre e festivo, instaurando aí uma viscosidade nas relações humanas fruto das relações pedagógicas, ontológicas e existenciais entre os Pais e Filhos de Santo. No entanto, a Tese versa-se em torno de um relato que testemunha a gestão de uma vida e das relações dionisíacas que estabeleci com o Povo do Santo, a partir das jornadas que percorri desde o meu processo- de- iniciaçãopedag ógica, entregando-me a essa sensibilidade diante dos signos do Candomblé. Assim, tento decifrar o espaço sagrado e mitológico dos Orixás. Proponho, em outras palavras, mostrar a voz do Terreiro, dentro de uma magia fruto da conjunção humana que é tecida no interior do Terreiro e que faz dessa religião uma verdadeira obra de arte. Estabeleço um entrelaçamento entre a Antropologia Filosófica e a Educação, penetrando nas encruzilhadas teóricas de Michel Maffesoli, Martin Heidegger, Edgar Morin, Georges Balandier, Nietzsche, Deleuze, Gilbert Durand e René Girard. / The Thesis discusses about the esthetical, ethical and pedagogical aspect of Ilê axé Oyá Gbembale in Goiânia. I purpose, in other words, to show the voice of the "Yard of ritual", into a magic as a result of the human conjunction that is formed inside the "Yard of ritual" and that turns this religion a true art work. I establish a mixing up among the Philosophical Anthropology and the Education, going into the theorical cross-roads of Michel Maffesoli, Martin Heidegger, Edgar Morin, Georges Balandier, Nietzsche, Deleuze, Gilbert Durand e René Girard.
