"BRÜDERLICHE EGOISTEN". DIE GEDICHTÜBERSETZUNGEN AUS DEM SPANISCHEN VON ERICH ARENDT UND HANS MAGNUS ENZENSBERGER

Telge, Claus January 2015 (has links)
The authors and translators Erich Arendt and Hans Magnus Enzensberger are two key figures in German literature after 1945, known especially for their appropriation of foreign literatures. They both contributed extensively to the reception of Modern Latin American and Spanish Poetry in East and West Germany by translating poets such as Pablo Neruda, César Vallejo and Rafael Alberti. This is the first study to explore the asymmetrically intertwined literary conditions of the two author-translator figures with regard to the ways in which engaging with a foreign text opens up a perspective on the author-translator’s own poetology.

Risk Management in the bidding context A Schedule Risk Analysis Approach / Risk Management vid offerförfarande Med fokus på tidsriskanalys

Byström, Sten, Pierre, Andreas January 2003 (has links)
Risk Management has emerged during the last decades and is now considered an indispensable component in management of projects. However, no attention has been directed towards Risk management in the bidding context. Uncertainties, but also the opportunities to affect project success, are extremely high during this phase. The purpose of this thesis has been to design a schedule risk analysis method with supporting methodology based on current research and to verify its usefulness in a business environment. We have conducted a case study at the Business Unit Gripen (BUG) subdivision of SAAB Aerospace. BUG produces large and complex offers of defense systems including the Gripen aircraft. Through interviews and participative observation we have gained an understanding of the bidding context and the requirements of risk management in this phase. The case has been used to verify the usefulness of the developed framework. The results of this thesis are a new framework for schedule risk analysis during the pre-project phases and an Excel-based model for estimation and quantification of schedule risks in project networks. The method and methodology developed seems to be able to produce schedules with better precision and quite easy to integrate in the offer process. We believe that the model is applicable to many other contexts, including ongoing projects in diverse industries where it is vital to assess uncertainties in project schedules.

Yarden/Yarden : En berättelse om prekaritetens verklighetsuppfattning

Hammarbäck, Jonas January 2013 (has links)
By using contemorary work-theory this thesis aim to show how Yarden. En berättelse, puts into play the circumstances of precarian work, circumstances that have gender political as well as identity political overtones. It tries to show how the idea of ”class-jouney” is used as a conciliatory element. An element that, acitvitated increasingly towards the end of the text, is significant for the selfs posisiton in relationship to his class identity and the workers collective around him as well as other spheres. It is also significant in relationship to the work which is the writing, and to the product of that work, which is both Yarden and the litterary persona produced by Yarden. This is something that I try to trace to a conflict between class belonging and other identitory political projects that Yarden expresses. The reality which is produced by the text is not only a staging of a litterary persona and the following class-journey. In my thesis I try to show that it is also possible to read it in it self as something that gives us valuable insights on how reality is produced under the circumstances of precarity. Insights that in turn can show us both how the supression of labour is organised in contemporary late-capitalism, and what expressions resistance in turn might take.

Seminariet som ateljé? : När forskning blir konst / The seminar as studio? : When research becomes art

Engqvist, Jonatan Habib January 2014 (has links)
As higher artistic education explicitly becomes prepatory for research, the next generation of artists will inevitably be affected. How this change will constitute itself and whether the effect will be a reaction against or a product of this change is impossible to know. It is however already clear that artistic research is moving from periphery to centre in the Scandinavian art scene. Thus this pilot study essay asks how one can understand the position of the artwork produced within the context of artistic research: Is it a process, a product, a trace – or a combination of these? Is it possible to map the various layers of meaning produced? What does it mean to claim that art ”produces knowledge”? The essay focuses on three recent PhD´s in artistic research from Sweden. Rather than addressing formal questions of what artistic research is, or how art and research intertwine with each other, the investigation attempts to focus on when artists are making art within the context of artistic research, when they are doing something else.

Ribas, Glauco Salomão Ferreira January 2017 (has links)
Not because there are no good students, but for the fact that learning Physics is important, because it is a necessary culture for any citizen of a society and not only for the most educated, I bring a suggestion so that the predisposition to learn Physics of the high school students improve. Thus, this work is focused on presenting resources and activities that seek to bring the contemporary student's life closer to the teaching of Physics, through an approach with information and communication technologies (ICTs). Our disciplinary focus is the teaching of mechanics in an conducive environment to meaningful learning that seeks to treat Physics, as Science, under the epistemological bias of Mario Bunge, namely that, bringing the underlying modeling in the analysis of the physical phenomena related to this study, besides applying this conception in computational activities with the spreadsheet Calc and the softwares Tracker and Modellus. It is also presented the application of this proposal to a public-school class in extracurricular hours that, in addition to highlighting topics traditionally important on Mechanics, innovates with experimental computational activities, dealing with air resistance and Magnus effect in launches with basketball and volleyball. Students can realize that it is not at 45º that a ball should be thrown to go further in practical situations. The results presented were possible because the student was exposed to a less naive view of Physics and closer to his reality with some essential tools such as Modellus software, determining a exploratory reach far greater, for situations involving sports such as soccer, basketball and volleyball, than the most idealized modeling, which only considers the gravitational interaction of bodies with the Earth. At the end of this work, the respective educational product (Appendix B), containing all didactic sequence applied with some improvements, organized in guides for the teacher and for the students.
