Problematika integrace dětí azylantů a imigrantů žijících v ČR / Integration of Recognized Refugees and Immigrants Children living in the Czech Republic

HODOUŠOVÁ, Jana January 2011 (has links)
The issue of integration of children of asylum seekers and immigrants living in the Czech Republic is the theme of the thesis. I have chosen the topic because I find it very interesting and an up-to-day subject which is in the way of all citizens of the Czech Republic. I have focused the theoretical part on clarifying some concepts, such as: asylum seeker, immigrant, foreigner, refugee, unaccompanied minors, integration and other ones. The aim of the thesis is to find out obstacles for the integration of children of asylum seekers and immigrants living in the Czech Republic. For the implementation of the research part of the thesis, I have chosen the qualitative type of research - the method of interview - the technique of interview. A sociometric test has been chosen as a complementary method. The research was conducted in Permon, a facility for foreign children, from January 2011 to March 2011. The Research Group No 1 consisted of ten immigrant children from 7 to18 years old (in case of students their age could be 21 years at the utmost). The research of asylum seeking children was not enabled. The facility is obliged to protect the children and does not provide any information about them. I have processed the results through the form of case studies. For the purpose of the research implementation, I have divided the integration into five areas (language, culture, housing, social relations and needs). A questionnaire designed by PhDr. Kovařík and Prof. Dunovský was another independent part of my research. In the area of language, it came in sight that most immigrant children communicate in Czech language which they learned from their parents or, and it is very rare, in detention facilities for foreigners. The most frequent problem in this area is writing (spelling). In the area of culture, it came in sight that despite the possibility to observe customs of their original countries, very few respondents cherish them here in the Czech Republic. Customs and traditions differ from country to country, but it does not hinder the integration of children of immigrants. As for the area of housing, all respondents are living in the facility for children ? immigrants. They travel home, if there is the home, only at weekends or according to capability of their parents. All but two respondents are happy at home. In the area of social relations, it came in sight that if respondents need any help, they mostly approach teachers and educators but also friends and parents. In the last area, the area of needs, it came in sight that the most frequent need is to be with their families and then the need for greater freedom. The additional questionnaire for children revealed that what respondents are the most worried about is that they will not see their families any more. On the other hand, weekends spent with their families and leaving the facility are the two things that they are looking forward to the most. It is possible to say that respondents feel that the facility is a barrier which prevents them from integration into mainstream society and deprives them from their freedom. The sociometric test was performed in one secondary school and in one primary school in the town of Písek in February and March 2011. The Research Group No 2 consisted of students of different grades and age (7-17 years old) including foreigners. The test was performed in five classes. The test results showed that foreign children have no problem with their integration. Based on the results of the sociometric test, it is possible to take the assumption that the origin of children is not an obstacle in communication with other children. This assumption can be a basis for more extensive research. It is possible to use the thesis as a basis for any quantitative research. What is more, the thesis can serve the general public to increase their awareness of this issue.

Biologická aktivita sekundárních metabolitů rostlin VII. Alkaloidy Vinca minor L. / Biological aktivity of secondary plants metabolites VII. Alkaloids of Vinca minor L.

Marečková, Lucie January 2018 (has links)
Marečková, L .: Biological activity of secondary plant metabolites VII. Alkaloids of Vinca minor L. Diploma thesis, Charles University, Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Kralove, Hradec Králové, Department of pharmaceutical botany and ecology, Hradec Králové 2018 There was prepared an extract from aerial parts of the plant Vinca minor L. This prepared extract was separated by the column chromatography into individual fractions. One chosen fraction was separated by TLC on silicagel. Two substances were isolated and they we identified by GC/MS and NMR as (-)-minovin and (+)-minovincin. These two substances were tested for their inhibition activity against human acetylcholinesterase (hemolysate of human erythrocytes) and butyrylcholinesterase (human plasma). Their inhibition activity was compared to standards which were Galanthamin, Huperzin A and Eserin. (+)-Minovincin did not show significant inhibitory activity against either enzyme (IC50 = AchE > 1000 µM, BuChE 655,05 ± 35,37 µM) and it is not suitable for further investigation. (-)-Minovin showed no significant activity against AChE (IC50 = 234,27 ± 63,40 µM), activity against BuChE (IC50 = 26,32 ± 2,52 µM) was higher than inhibitory akctivity of Galanthamin, but still relatively low for further investigation. The aim of this work was mainly the...

Bueno, Kim Amaral January 2017 (has links)
This thesis investigates the work of the Portuguese author Gonçalo M. Tavares, Uma Viagem à Índia (2010). This text embodies a double possibility of reading: that of a (anti)epic versified narrative; and that of a set of small lyric poems organized by the visual instrument presented at the end of the book. Tavares subverts the epic form in a movement that, while appealing to the epic model in the origin of literature, also refers to a postmodern, postfigurative and post-representative temporality, in a very contemporary aesthetic and thematic arrangement. The thematic extracted from this corpus of investigation is the possibility of survival of the epic model in the contemporary travel literature. Tavares, by establishing deep intertextuality with Os Lusíadas, plays with the hybrid and unfinished form of the novel, making it in a long narrative poem, but also in a brief lyric and an extensive aphoristic profusion, charted at the end of the work through an interesting paratactic invention. This visual tool "illuminates" the fragmented epic textual making in lyric, ensuring its "survival", concept taken from Georges Didi-Huberman in his work Sobrevivência dos vaga-lumes (2011). Such subversion, occurring within the Epic, a seminal and grandiloquent poetic form - therefore a "major" poetic form - impute to it a subversive index that "minorizes" it, that is, makes it a "minor poetic" in the contemporary. This movement is similar to the theorized by Deleuze & Guattari in Kafka por uma literatura menor (1975).

Realizace a zaměření sítě polohových a výškových bodů podrobného polohového bodového pole v dané lokalitě / Project and surveying of the network for planimetry and height points of the detailed minor horizontal control in a chosen area

UHLÍK, Michal January 2012 (has links)
This dissertation entitled "Project and surveying of the network for planimetry and height points of the detailed minor horizontal control in a chosen area" aims to build a detailed minor horizontal control in a target area, located in the cadastral area Jenín and Horní Kaliště, that would serve as a basis for future detailed measurements. Prior to the field measurements I assembled existing materials and carried out a reconnaissance. After finding the density of current minor control, the detailed minor horizontal control was completed with 14 points. 7 of them make the subject of this dissertation. Surveying work was carried out using geodetic and GPS methods. As a geodetic method I used the method of plane network, from GPS methods I chose the GPS fast static method. Next I created necessary graphic attachments. Finally, I used all the gained data to conduct the evaluation and comparison of the particular activities and technologies.

Návrh a vybudování sítě bodů podrobného polohového bodového pole metodou geodetickou a GPS. / Design and Development of the Network of Points of the Detailed Minor Horizontal Control using Geodetic and GPS Methods

ŽAHOUREK, Jakub January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with "Design and Development of the Network of Points of the Detailed Minor Horizontal Control using Geodetic and GPS Methods" in the cadastral territory Jenín and Horní Kaliště. Using the map basis I conducted the reconnaissance and analysis of the current level of the minor control points in the target territory. Next I stabilized 14 new points of the DMHC, however, this thesis uses only 7 of these 14 points. The work aims to analyze the current level of the minor control and if needed to increase the field density for detailed large-scale mapping. For this purpose I used total station Leica TCR 407 power for the geodetic method and Trimble 4600LS device for the GPS method. Consequently I analyzed the accuracy of both methods.

Schneider, Márcia Lacerda de Medeiros January 2009 (has links)
Cronotipos vespertinos foram associados ao sexo masculino odds ratio OR=1,72; pobre qualidade do sono OR=1,89; distúrbios psiquiátricos menores OR=1,92 e uso de tabaco OR=3,65. / The impact of morningness-eveningness dimension can affect social behavior and individual health. The aim of the present study was to determine the chronotype of full time university students in the 6th semester of the Universidade de Passo Fundo - Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil - and evaluate its influence in behavioral parameters. The instruments used in the study were: a demographic questionnaire; PSQI to evaluate sleep quality; MEQ to determine chronotypes; SRQ-20 to minor psychiatric disorders; ESS to daytime sleepiness; AUDIT to alcohol use. 372 students participated in the study: 66.7% were female and 33.3% were male; aged 21.6 years + 3.08 (mean +SD). 92,2% did not use tobacco, 58.9% practiced physical activity and 58,6 showed risks of alcohol abuse; 19.7% reported working in third shift. Regarding the prevalence of chronotypes, it was found 55,9% of indifferent chronotypes, 39,5% of evening, and 4,6% of morning type. Evening chronotypes was associated that male gender odds ratio OR =1,72; poor sleep quality OR=1,89; minor psyquiatric disorders OR= 1,92 and tobacco use OR=3,65. So this study concluded that evening chronotype was related with gender, poor sleep quality, minor psychiatric disorders and tobacco use in the studied population and points to preventive actions and education for this vulnerable population.

Nurses' experiences of working with Prevention of Mother-to-Child transmission of HIV : A minor field study in the Rufiji district of Tanzania

Davidsson, Kajsa, Torstensson, Elisa January 2018 (has links)
This study is a Minor Field Study and is funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA). At the end of 2016 there were 1.4 million people living with HIV in Tanzania; That same year approximately 55.000 people were newly infected with the disease. The most frequent route of infection is through mother to child transmission (MTCT). The risk of transmission can be reduced with the help of medication and other strategies, called prevention of mother-to-child-transmission (PMTCT) of HIV. Tanzania is working actively with these prevention programs, however the rates of MTCT still remains high in the country. Due to their profession, nurses play a significant role in these prevention programs. They have an important role in educating the patients and encouraging a healthier lifestyle. Therefore, it is important to investigate nurses' experiences of working with PMTCT of HIV to gain knowledge and valuable information of their experiences. The aim of the study is to investigate local nurses' experiences of working with PMTCT of HIV in the Rufiji area in Tanzania. The data of the study have been collected through individual interviews with six nurses using a semi-structured guide with open questions. The nurses' experiences of working with PMTCT of HIV covers three key areas. First, they work actively with motivating the mothers in several significant areas, such as motivating the mothers to take a voluntary HIV-test and bringing their partners to undertake the HIV-test. Second, the nurses described the importance of counseling the mothers and their partners. One part in counseling is to get the mother's mind ready to receive the result of the HIV-test. Third, the nurses experienced stigma as something they all had to be aware of and meet in their everyday work life. Stigma from the community and relatives is one reason for poor adherence from the mothers to the PMTCT program.

Violência e descontinuidade psíquica : um estudo sobre a Fundação Casa / Violence and psychic discontinuity : a study in Fundação Casa

Celso Takashi Yokomiso 24 September 2007 (has links)
The present dissertation intends to understand the obstacles in social and educational measure application by Fundação Casa - under René Kaës\' theory - concerning unconscious productions maintained by the group subjects. In our discussion, we give priority to violence and intermediaries\' psychic formations. It still mentions the history of youth and infancy care institutions, aiming to situate Fundação Casa in its \'transgenerational dimension\'. By this way, we investigated the historical process of youth and infancy attendances as well as the contemporary violence view in our society. Further to the field research we used the following instruments: group interviews with pedagogical, technical and security staff and young internees followed by a qualitative analysis of discourses, by Kaës\' group psychoanalysis theory. The discussion suggests the existence of unconscious alliances that obstructs the link psychic process among institutional groups and sustains the violence as the maintainer of institutional structure

Giordani, Tiago Melgarejo do Amaral January 2016 (has links)
This thesis proposes a writing experience from the researcher’s trajectory in its intersection with ‘Malucos de BR’. Such experience was founded on discussions about minor literature carried out by Deleuze and Guattari. In this sense, the production of a novel was experienced, influenced by Kafka and Dostoyevsky’s styles, in an attempt to bring to the setting of academic production the potency in terms of both agency and becoming-other enabled by literary writing. Literature, music, movies and academic production were used to draw a map along the path with ‘malucos’. The thesis-text was born divided in halves, like the novel The Viscount, by Italo Calvino. One of the big halves comprises letters and short stories, and the other consists of what has been called a novel. Writing was inspired by the textual framework of Kafka’s works: letters, short stories and novels. At the beginning, the letters function as an outside text, an explanation that is not part of the main text, but it is positioned on its side, as a subtitle; following the letters, the reader finds what has been called short stories. The texts have a finished look; it is possible to notice its beginning, middle and end. These are the most academic and hardest texts. The last part is the most potent experimentation, in the sense of allowing oneself to write a novel. Like something always unfinished. The trajectory of a conceptual character is found in it - the body, which operates polyphonically, in a singular way, calling for collective agency. It invests in a polyphonic writing performed by several authors in agency with characters from literary stories, thus leading them to new lives. The experience of writing a novel is taken as a point of arrival; despite being unfinished, it is a point in which it is necessary to cut the rhizomatic network on which one has roamed.
