This study looks at creating a mobile application prototype of Faculty of Management of University of Economics Prague. The theoretical section discusses the digital product design process, the particularities of the mobile user interface and general cognitive theory. In the practical section, personas and product functional requirements are modelled using user research. The key application structure is designed on the basis of these requirements and cases of use. Finally, an interactive prototype is created and the most important parts of the application are refined using visual design.

Opportunities and barriers of ride-sharing in work commuting – a case study in Sweden.

The world faces human-made hazardous weather events such as heat waves, droughts, floods andwildfires in dimensions which have never been seen before. A crucial contributor to this negative trendis the constantly growing transportation sector. In addition, most urban regions suffer from trafficcongestions which lead among others to local emissions, the loss of time and noise pollution. Onepromising approach to reduce the amount of transport related emissions is ride-sharing. This paperfocuses on the possibilities and barriers of ride-sharing for the daily commute to and from work. To gainreliably results, a real-life test trial was implemented at a Swedish corporation. The gatheredquantitative and qualitative datasets were analysed with the framework of Social Practice Theory, whichsplits up the practice into its three elements of materials, meanings and competences and therebydevelops revealing insights. The reason for the low participation rate during the test trial can be tracedback to the potential loss of flexibility. Despite a high environmental awareness and a deep trust relationto colleagues, the potential loss of flexibility was for most participants the crucial factor to not start ridesharing.Even though individuals’ opinions were very positive towards the idea of ride-sharing, theparticipation rate during the real-life study shows that the perception of ride-sharing highly derivatesfrom the action.

The theme of this thesis is development of multimedia mobile applications. Specifically, applications in the field of rehabilitation and re-education of patients suffering from aphasia. The aim of this thesis is to determine the application parameters, which in practice could be used by people, who suffer from aphasia and all those who assist them in therapy To this end, was developed the first version of Aphasia vocabulary. By the medium of Aphasia vocabulary was then conducted research survey at pacients with aphasia. The research assesses the suitability of various multimedia applications and controls aphasic dictionary while working with a speech therapist with the patient. It is a qualitative research based on the method of interviewing and participant observation at a standard therapeutic practice. The result of the research is a set of recommendations for the development of mobile applications for people with aphasia. Conclusions are useful in the creation of rehabilitation and re-education materials.

The theme of the thesis is the development of the appliacation Aphasia dictionary 2.0. Aphasic Dictionary 1.0 is an application that our project team has developed in terms of side specialization. It is a logopaedic therapeutic tool for patients with aphasia which contains entries in the dictionary with the visuals accompanied by a soundtrack. This device helps make the therapy with expert more attractive and it allows home training for the pacients. Now the team plans to develop a second version which should be comprehensive and professional manner. The aim of the thesis is to prepare the data for this project. Specifically I am going to carry out research among users analyse the changes compared to the first vision and put together a project plan.

The solution is presented on real case with evaluation of its success.

The purpose of this thesis is to demonstrate the creation of a company business plan focused on mediating temporary jobs through the use of mobile applications and websites. Furthermore the thesis articulates, how the business plan serves to assess the project´s feasibility and evaluate the return on investment. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the business as well as the methods of creating a business plan. In the practical part these discoveries are applied to the formation of a business plan. The paper will give a brief introduction of the company followed by a description of the business opportunities, company goals, market potential, competition analysis, market strategy, implementation plan, constructing a financial plan, return on investment calculations, and establishing conditions for success. The conclusion is devoted to an overall assessment of the business plan.

The objective of this thesis is to identify the potential of the usage and to compare the efficiency of the communication through mobile applications for smartphones in communication within the loyalty programs with e-mailing. The comparison of both communication channels was done based on campaigns, which were realized for purpose of this thesis for the real client. Researched metrics were click through rate and conversion rate. The identification of mobile application usage potential for communication was done through questionnaire and interview with experts.

El presente plan de negocio analiza la viabilidad del proyecto empresarial de TaxiAmiga S.A.C. Durante los últimos años se ha podido observar un gran aumento de la delincuencia en el país que, en su mayoría, la parte más afectada es la población femenina. Asimismo, se observa un aumento de mujeres que están optando por trabajar como conductoras de taxis. El proyecto empresarial consiste en la creación de una aplicación móvil de servicios de taxi, exclusivo para mujeres que buscan seguridad y comodidad al momento de trasladarse de un lugar a otro, una conductora mujer transmite dichas cualidades. Además de generar nueva fuente de ingreso para las conductoras, tendrán la tranquilidad de que sus pasajeros son del mismo género. Esta aplicación móvil tendrá una descarga y registro gratuito para usuarias y conductoras. Nuestra fuente de ingreso será la comisión que se cobrará a las conductoras por cada servicio de taxi, que obtendrán mediante las solicitudes por la aplicación móvil de TaxiAmiga. Dicha comisión corresponde al veinte por ciento (20%) del cobro por cada servicio que realice la conductora. Para iniciar el proyecto empresarial se necesitan S/. 109,652.00 que incluye la creación de la aplicación móvil, la adquisición de equipos de cómputo y capital de trabajo, con la cual dará inicio sus operaciones. Los accionistas aportaran el 60% de la cantidad que necesita el proyecto, pero se necesita inversores externos para completar el resto de la inversión. Se proyecta que en el mes diez (10), de iniciado operaciones, comenzara a obtener un flujo constante positivo culminando el primer año con 7,271 clientes con 135,965 servicios realizado. Además, se estima que al mes treinta y dos (32) se podrá recuperar la inversión inicial realizada. Los impulsores de este proyecto son: Clement Felix Aguilar Altamirano, estudiante del último ciclo de la carrera de Administración de Banca y Finanzas; Neglen Jerson Meza Puente, estudiante del último ciclo de la carrera de Administración de Banca y Finanzas; Nubeluz Ccoscco Soto, estudiante del último ciclo de la carrera de contabilidad y Bill Clinton Pozo Soto, estudiante del último ciclo de la carrera de contabilidad. This mobile application will have a free download and registration for users and drivers. El objetivo del presente trabajo es demostrar la viabilidad de un negocio orientado al rastreo satelital de mascotas a través de un microchip insertado en los canes, el cual se encuentra ligado a un aplicativo móvil que ofrece servicios adicionales como la ubicación de veterinarias y pet shops aledaños, así como un historial de paseadores de perros calificados. Para ello, se detalla el planeamiento estratégico que incluye un análisis interno y externo de la organización. Asimismo, se explican los resultados de la investigación de mercado. También, se precisan los planes de marketing, operaciones, económico-financiero y la estructura organizacional, junto con la gestión de recursos humanos. En la investigación, se utiliza tanto la metodología cualitativa como la cuantitativa. Los resultados indican la viabilidad del negocio, así como su aceptación por parte del público objetivo y su rentabilidad para los accionistas e inversionistas de la empresa. Se concluye, por lo tanto, que el modelo de negocio de GPS PETS es viable, alcanzable y expandible en el mercado peruano. / The aim of this project is to prove the viability of a business created to track pets through a microchip inserted in dogs, which is linked to a mobile application that also offers certain services such as the location of pet shops and vet centers nearby. It also contains a list of dog walkers who are highly qualified. Therefore, a strategic planning is listed, which includes an internal and external analysis of the organization. Plus, the results of the market research are explained in detail. Moreover, the marketing, economic, and operational plans are described along with the organizational structure and the human resources management. In this investigation, the quantitative and qualitative research methods are used. The results indicate the viability of this business, as well as its acceptance by the target market, and its profitability for the company’s shareholders and investors. To sum up, it is concluded that GPS PETS business model is achievable, sustainable and expandable in the Peruvian market. / Trabajo de investigación

Para ello, se ideó un aplicativo que ayude a las personas a poder mejorar su rendimiento académico de la manera más flexible, personalizada y sencilla posible. Nuestro negocio, consiste en brindar un servicio que ayude a los usuarios a encontrar asesores de acuerdo con las materias que estos deseen aprender o necesiten reforzar. Dicho servicio, se ofrecerá mediante un aplicativo diseñado por la misma empresa donde se tiene como pilares principales, la calidad, personalización y accesibilidad para la elaboración de esta. Esto se ideó después de evaluar en grupo como es que las circunstancias en la sociedad cambiarán, después de la presente pandemia. Pues ahora se identifica un perfil de cliente que pone primero su salud e integridad, evitando riesgos y aglomeraciones. Debido a ello, se ofrecen clases tanto virtuales, como presenciales que ayuden a mitigar dicha inseguridad en el cliente. La fuente de ingreso se basa en cierto porcentaje cobrado por sesión con el cliente, lo demás se depositará a cada asesor correspondiente. Since now, a new customer profile is identified that puts their health and integrity first, avoiding risks and crowds. Because of this, both virtual and face-to-face classes are offered to help mitigate such insecurity in the client. The source of income is based on a certain percentage charged per session with the client, the rest will be deposited to each corresponding adviser.
