[pt] A Teologia da Criança é o campo de pesquisa que tem como sujeito teológico o ser humano de pouca idade e denuncia o adultocentrismo como estrutura de opressão. O centro de toda construção teológica se estabelece ao redor e a partir da figura da criança. A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre a experiência de Deus e a valorização da infância, sinalizando a existência de uma ligação estreita entre um e outro. A experiência com o Mistério ganha novos contornos a partir da mística singular das crianças, bem como a infância adquire novas cores a partir da revelação desse Mistério em Jesus Cristo. Os pequeninos são a parábola que as Escrituras utilizam para falar sobre Deus, a vida cristã e os vulneráveis desse mundo, transcendendo assim a razão, a instituição e o consumo como lógica adultocentrica e propondo a mística, a liberdade e a generosidade como alternativa para se fazer como criança. Os adultos podem e devem reconhecer nas crianças um caminho para a experiência real de Deus. / [en] Theology of the child is the research field which has as theological subject the earlier-phases human beings and which denounced the adultcentrism as an oppression structure. The core of all theological construction is established around and from the figure of a child. The research has as its main objective to analyze the relation between experiencing God and the appreciation of childhood, pointing out the existence of a close relationship between them. The experience with Mystery assumes new perspectives through the peculiar, mystic worldview of the children. Also, childhood acquires new colors through the revelation of this Mystery in Jesus Christ. The little ones are the parable which are used by Scriptures to talk about God, Christian life and the vulnerable people of this world, transcending as such the reason, the institution and the consumption as adultcentric logic and proposing the mysticism, freedom and generosity as an alternative to become like children. Adults can and should recognize in children a way to really experiencing God.

Summary in English / The purpose of this research is to make a literary appreciation of the detective story in Tshivenda. Chapter 1 is the introductory chapter which discusses the aim of study, the definition of detective story, methodology, detective noels in Tshivenda, background information regarding the authors, summaries regarding selected novels and the scope of research. Chapter 2 is devoted to the plot structure of the two detective novels, and outlines the diegetic and meta-diegetic stories. The elements of mystery and dramatic irony are also discussed. Chapter 3 concentrates mainly on the setting of the two selected detective novels and its influence on the crimes committed, the lives of the characters and the tools that are used. Chapter 4 deals with the depiction of the victims, suspects and detectives in the selected detective stories. But : comparer le processus de transformation intérieure au cours de la psychothérapie par le Jeu de Sable avec la transformation du néophyte au cours des rites d’initiation chez les Chamans, dans l’Alchimie et dans les cultes à mystères en Egypte et en Grèce. Méthodologie : Analyse de 856 photos des jeux de sable construits par 28 enfants de 4 à 12 ans. Conclusion : Il existe une similitude entre le processus de transformation vécu en psychothérapie et la première des trois étapes de l'initiation vécue par le néophyte. On retrouve dans les jeux de sable des scénarios archétypiques qui peuvent être classés dans des catégories spécifiques associées aux différentes étapes de la transformation intérieure décrites dans les mythes initiatiques. / Aim : comparison between the stages of inner transformation in Sandplay therapy with children and the stages of initiation in the Mystery cults of the ancient Egyptians and Greeks, in Alchemy and in Shamanism. Sample : 28 children from 4 to 12 years old. Instrument of analysis : 856 photos made during the therapy. Results : We report on a similarity between the process of transformation in Sandplay therapy and the first stage of initiation in the different cultures. We found out that in Sandplay therapy the archetypes appeared according to the own internal logic of the transformation process described in the great myths. The archetypes can be classified in categories, which are specific to different stages of the inner transformation.

This thesis is focused on evaluation of the service quality in selected retail outlets or shops. The main goal of this thesis was to evaluate the level of customer service while engaged in the transaction of selling pre-selected goods in selected retail outlets. Based on the results of this evaluation, a sub-goal of this thesis was to either validate or to disprove the given hypotheses. As an introduction I define basic terms of service quality, customer satisfaction with a service, marketing Research and mystery shopping. . After depicting the basic theoretical principles of mystery shopping, I moved on to the practical (hands-on) portion of my thesis where I evaluate retail outlets for pre-selected company. Evaluation is carried out by using mystery shopping. After conclusion of mystery shopping, the data was analyzed and synthesized, which allowed me to evaluate the results and draw appropriate conclusions, proposal and recommendation to the pre-selected company.

Master's thesis "Marketing research during the development of the Black pelican shopping centre" deals with the use of marketing research in the preparatory and the operational phase of the project Black Pelican shopping centre. The shopping centre is to be completed in the downtown of the České Budějovice in 2011. Theoretical part of the thesis dealing with the basics of marketing research is followed by the marketing research analysis during the preoperational part of the project. In this analysis, particular emphasis is set on the methodology of the carried out studies and on the summary of the importance of the marketing research in the project of Black Pelican shopping centre.. Next part of the thesis deals with the importance of the marketing research since the opening of the commercial gallery Black Pelican. . Beside the specific research studies that are proposed in this part of the thesis and that should be implemented, their organizational backup is also described.

Marketing communications is analyzed using the research methods of competitive intelligence and mystery shopping. Sub-goal of this paper is a performance of a particular competitive intellingence tool for continuous monitoring of marketing communications. The main aim of this work is the processing of competitive analysis in the different areas of the communication mix. The media spending on ATL communications are evaluated in advertising. In direct marketing there are analyzed and evaluated member gets member activities of Czech mobile operators. The goal in the area of sales promotion is to compare the loyalty communications of the operators and in the branch of public relations CSR activities with an emphasis on the endowment policy are evaluated. Personal selling of mobile operators is evaluated using the method of mystery shopping.

Diante desse evento, os Apóstolos compreenderam que esse dia deveria ser recordado como memorial pascal da nova e eterna Aliança. O domingo constitui, portanto, o novo tempo do culto cristão, deixando o sétimo dia, o sábado judaico, para então se tornar o primeiro dia da semana como o dia santo. O domingo também assume uma perspectiva escatológica, chamado de o oitavo dia, ou seja, o domingo que não tem fim e, para a vida da Igreja nascente, é um dia especial de culto. Os Padres da Igreja deixaram grande testemunho acerca desse dia que começa aqui para ter seu fim na eternidade. Essa dissertação propõe, então, perfazer um caminho de reflexão sobre a teologia do domingo, tendo em vista que, desde o Concílio Vaticano II, o domingo vem sendo celebrado com a proposta de uma participação plena, ativa e consciente. Para tanto, utilizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica, embasada na Sagrada Escritura, na Tradição, Magistério e Documentos da Igreja, assim como as leituras de vários estudiosos do assunto. A Constituição Sacrosanctum Concilium teve grande relevância no tocante à questão litúrgica na vida Igreja, ajudando a comunidade de fé a celebrar e viver o mistério de Cristo. A impostação da pesquisa é histórico-salvífica, visto que, desde a criação, já estava presente o desígnio do Pai de salvar e redimir o ser humano, e reúne elementos bíblicos e da eclesiologia litúrgica.
