Lithuania experiences cultural, economical, social and moral change, then it is necessary to create miscellaneous and differentiated system of education institutions, with the right conditions for every child to choose the individual method of education according to his capabilities, likes, interests, - motivation. Therefore innovations, implementation and researches become critically important. The research object is innovations in education and its implementation. The research subject is innovative activities of the schoolteachers. The pedagogues resist innovations - that is the problem in this research, hypothesis - the pedagogues resist to innovations and changes. When the research was finished and the data analyzed, the following results were obtained: the conservative attitude of pedagogues, incomprehension of innovation significance, lack of information and reluctance for perfection stop innovations form coming to educational institutions. Therefore the education of pedagogue is very important. The communication among headmasters and teachers and solution of the problems, connected with innovations, is equally important, in order to avoid resistance while implementing it.

Švietimo vadybos novacijų raiškos tyrimas buvo organizuojamas, siekiant apibendrinti pagrindines švietimo vadybos novacijų raiškos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigose tendencijas. Jau iš teoriniais teiginiais pagrįstos operacionalizacijos sudarymo paaiškėjo, kad novacijos teoriniai ir praktiniai aspektai yra nevienalyčiai,priklausomi nuo konteksto. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė skirtingas vadovų ir pedagogų nuostatas vadybinių novacijų kaitos atžvilgiu. Apibendrinus abiejų respondentų grupių vertinimus, paaiškėjo, jog aktualiausios švietimo vadybos novacijos ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigoms yra vadovų gebėjimas organizuoti tėvų finansavimo pritraukimą, įstaigos darbuotojų telkimas bendram darbui, diskusijos apie augančius aplinkos reikalavimus. Dar nepakankamai pasiekta, derinant materialinius ir nematerialinius skatulius, diegiant informacines technologijas bei paslaugas, optimaliai paskirstant išteklius. Šiuos reiškinius siūloma tirti išsamiau, panaudojant kokybinio tyrimo metodikos galimybes. / The research of the expression of education innovations was organized to generalize the main trend of expression of education management innovations in preschool institutions. From the operationalization, reasoned by theoretical prepositions emerged that aspects of theoretical and practical innovation are heterogeneous and can be systemised only in a certain context. The results reveal different headmasters’ and pedagogues’ provisions towards expression of management changes. Generalizing the rate of these two respondents’ groups comes that the topical issues on expression of education management innovations in preschool institutions are headmaster’s competence to organize parents’ sponsorship, his ambition to mass employees to teamwork, to dispute about rising environmental requirements, establishing broad-brush trends of developing institutions proceeding. Šiandienos visuomenės skiriamasis bruožas - naujovės. Daugelis objektų, reiškinių, procesų sulaukia skirtingo vertinimo, požiūrio ir sampratų. Dabartinę žmogaus orientaciją ir gyvenimą socialiniame pasaulyje lemia kaitos procesai. Keičiasi dvasinis, kultūrinis, technologinis kontekstas. Šiame kontekste edukacinių novacijų diegimo ir valdymo veikla kelia daugybę tiek teorinio, tiek praktinio pobūdžio klausymų, todėl išryškėja mokslinė problema. Tyrimo objektas – pedagogų požiūris į edukacinių novacijų diegimo valdymą gimnazijoje. Tyrimo tikslas- atskleisti pedagogų požiūrį į edukacinių novacijų diegimo valdymą gimnazijoje. Anketinė pedagogų apklausa vykdoma Mažeikių bei Akmenės rajonų regionuose esančiose gimnazijose. Iš gautų rezultatų galime daryti tokias išvadas: Edukacinių novacijų diegimas ir valdymas labai aktualus ir problematiškas švietimo sistemos procesas, per kurį perimami nauji veiklos būdai, naudojami edukacinėje terpėje. Contemporary human orientation and life in social world are determined by processes of change. Psychic, cultural and technological contexts are changing. Darbe analizuojama socialinių įmonių, kaip novacijų, raida ir išryškinamos socialinio darbuotojo veiklos galimybės. Literatūros analizė atskleidė, kad socialinės įmonės raida – naujas, netyrinėtas reiškinys Lietuvoje. Darbo teorinėje dalyje apžvelgiama novacijų samprata ir reikšmė užtikrinant žmonių socialinę raidą, pristatoma socialinių įmonių kaip novacijų sąvoka, teisinis reglamentavimas, atskleidžiami socialinio darbuotojo veiklos galimybių šioje srityje teoriniai aspektai. Kokybinio tyrimo fenomenologinė duomenų analizė parodė, kad socialinės įmonės raidos etapuose susiduriama su šiais trikdžiais: teisės aktų vėlavimu, informacijos stoka, didelėmis laiko sąnaudomis steigimo etape, socialinių ��monių įstatymą įgyvendinančių įstaigų darbuotojų kompetencijos ir geranoriškumo stoka. Atskleista, kad atsinaujinusios įmonės veikloje iškyla žmonių išteklių valdymo problemų: sunku rasti norinčių dirbti, sudėtingas darbuotojų adaptacijos periodas. Tyrimo metu išsiaiškinta, kad novacijos idėjos įgyvendinimą skatina noras palengvinti finansinę naštą ir pagerinti materialinę bazę. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / In the work development of social enterprises as inovation is analysed, and possibilities of activity of a social worker are highlighted. Analyses of literature revealed that development of a social enterprise – is a new phenomenon that has never been investigated in Lithuania. In the theoretical part of the work a conception of inovation and its meaning for securing people’s social development, is surveyed, the concept of social enterprises as inovation, juridical regulation, are presented, theoretical aspects of possibilities of a social worker in this sphere are revealed. Phenomenological analyses of data of qualitative research showed, that at the stages of development of a social enterprise one collides with this interference: lateness of juridical acts, lack of information, huge expenditure of time at the stage of establishment, lack of competence and generosity of workers of institutions that implement the law of social enterprises. It was showed that in the activity of a renewed enterprise problems of management of human resources are raised up: it is hard to find people who want to work, a complicated adaptation period for workers. In Lithuanian architecturology, the work is new by its broader and deeper approach to contemporary wooden architecture. The dissertation has analyzed the objects of contemporary wooden architecture, which so far have been discussed only in articles of descriptive character or have not been analyzed or published at all. By revealing the significance of wood in Lithuanian culture, historical development of wooden architecture, the importance of heritage of wooden buildings and ethnic features present in such heritage, the work emphasizes the distinctive place of woodwork in contemporary Lithuanian architecture and culture now influenced by the globalization phenomena. The work deals in more detail with the relationship between traditional and innovative morphologies, and their interlinks in modern architecture. It emphasizes structural and artistic possibilities for the use of wood in contemporary Lithuanian architecture. The work discusses the international experience while revealing important peculiarities of wooden architecture as a phenomenon, which have been lost in Lithuania together with discontinuation of the tradition of wooden architecture during the last occupation of the country. Disertacijoje išanalizuoti šiuolaikinės medinės architektūros objektai, kurie iki šiol buvo aptarti tik pavieniuose aprašomuosiuose straipsniuose arba išvis niekur nenagrinėti ir nepublikuoti. Tyrime atskleidžiant medžio reikšmę Lietuvos kultūroje, medinės architektūros istorinę raidą, medinių statinių paveldo svarbą, jo etninius bruožus, pabrėžiama išskirtinė kūrybos iš medžio vieta dabartinėje Lietuvos architektūroje ir kultūroje, veikiamoje pasaulio globalizacijos reiškinių. Išsamiau nagrinėjamas tradicinės ir novatyvios morfologijos santykis bei tarpusavio sąsajos šiuolaikinėje architektūroje. Išryškintos medžio panaudos konstruktyvinės ir meninės galimybės nūdienos Lietuvos architektūroje. Darbe remtasi pasaulio patirtimi atskleidžiant svarbius medinės architektūros reiškinio ypatumus, kurie prarasti Lietuvoje nutrūkus medinės architektūros tradicijai per paskutinę okupaciją. Šis tyrimas leidžia geriau suvokti visuomenės primirštos ir neretai skeptiškai vertinamos medžio kaip medžiagos vertę, dabartines galimybes architektūroje. Darbas gali būti teoriniu pagrindu tobulinant architektūros, dizaino mokymo programas bei kai kuriuos formalius reikalavimus medinės architektūros projektavimui ir statybai.

Dinamiškos aplinkos reikalavimai įpareigoja švietimo institucijas nuolat keistis, persvarstyti ne tik naujus konceptualius veiklos principus, mokyklos narių naujų, neįprastų vaidmenų prisiėmimą (novatoriaus,kaitos iniciatoriaus,tarpininko,įgyvendintojo), bet ir diskutuoti apie optimalesnes valdymo strategijas,modelius, metodus. Todėl iš esmės turi būti kuriama nauja mokyklos veiklos erdvė. Visa tai lemia edukacinių novacijų ir jų diegimo procesų tyrimų poreikį, modernizuojant bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų veiklą.
