The theoretical part is about basic knowledge of project and change management. Analysis of current state is done primarly with strategic analysis. Practical part include Logical Framework approach, risk analysis, budget etc. In this part we also choose and implement chosen IT solution. Benefits of the project and project itself is summarized at the end of thesis.

Title: Marketing communication of shop and e-shop Sporticus Objectives: The main objective of this master's thesis is to analyse and evaluate marketing communication of shop and e-shop Sporticus. Based on the acquired knowledge, then propose adjustments to streamline the already established activities in the field of marketing communication and at the same time present new measures and opportunities that should contribute to exploiting the potential and further development of shop and e-shop Sporticus. Methods: Qualitative research methods were used for the analysis of marketing communication. Specifically, a semi-structured interview with the shop owner, sales manager and administrator of e-shop. Selected internal documents and statistics (Heureka, SEO test, Facebook, business results) were analyzed. The selected method was accompanied by the participant observation, because the author has been regularly in direct confrontation with development of shop and e-shop Sporticus since September 2016. Selected methods provided the author evidence for designing appropriate changes and measures. Results: The evaluation of marketing communication revealed mostly positive results, which correspond to predominantly positive ratings in online shopping comparison engines. Communities in Maseru, the capital of Lesotho, are not excluded from this trend. Online collaborations are consequently at the heart of addressing these challenges. This study examines the probability of encouraging and engaging online communication for social and economic development in Maseru. The promises of online communication for transforming society and advancing the new economy have rested on the arguments that online communication could expand and widen access to electronic commerce, enhance the quality of distance education, improve the general quality and standard of living , and eventually improve the economy of Maseru. Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) are very powerful tools for diffusing knowledge and information to society which is a fundamental aspect of the development process. The presence of new communication technologies has a greater influence on human lives than we ever thought. It is imperative that every community in Lesotho examines ways and means of adopting their information communication technology (ICT) infrastructure as soon as possible or face the possibility of social and economic stagnation and isolation. The Internet has ushered in innovative ways of socialising and conducting business. Although it has, through the process of globalization, created a wide space to engage in business and eradicate poverty, many societies are still isolated. There are many reasons for this which could range from voluntary isolation, inadequate infrastructure, ignorance or sheer laziness. The study was conducted within the paradigm of both qualitative and quantitative methods. Stratified and simple random sampling techniques were used and this allowed the researcher to divide the population of Maseru into various Strata. This research explored why Maseru is slow to adopt ICTs to enhance their economic and social development. Revelations from the study will benefit this community and will also assist in making recommendations for overcoming economic and social decline.

Humans have found ways to communicate with each other since the beginning of time. However, the way we communicate has changed over the years. Today we can communicate with people from all over the world by employing digital technologies, and this can sometimes be done without revealing individuals’ actual identity. With anonymity comes many problems, such as a lack of responsibility, the feelings of other people seem to be valued lower in an online setting than in the real world, and there are often no consequences for those who behave badly or unethically. This study investigates how our morals correlate with our degree of anonymity while we communicate in an online setting. To achieve the study’s goal, a social experiment, where participants had the choice to act either altruistic or selfish, was performed. The social experiment was in the form of an online competition and was conducted under two different conditions. In the first clause, the participants were completely anonymous and in the second, they were exposed with their full names and a picture with their face visible. The hypothesis for the study was that a higher level of anonymity reduces the feeling of responsibility, which causes a person to care less about her moral compass, and will therefore make more selfish choices. The results showed that this was not the case. A higher percentage chose the selfish option when presented with name and picture. However, the result also exhibited that the majority of the study participants felt a difference in their behaviour during the two clauses. / Människor har hittat sätt att kommunicera med varandra så länge människor har funnits på jorden, men sättet vi kommunicerar på har förändrats över tid. De senaste decennierna har denna förändring skett på en helt ny nivå. Idag kan vi kommunicera med personer över hela världen, och detta utan att nödvändigtvis avslöja vår identitet. Med denna möjlighet till anonymitet kommer många problem, såsom en brist på ansvar för ens egna handlingar. Det är lätt att dela sina åsikter och att bete sig dåligt. I de fall där våra ideer och åsikter sårar en annan person, finns det sällan något som kräver att vi ska ta konsekvenserna för våra handlingar. Denna studie undersökte om det fanns ett samband mellan förändring i vår moral och vår grad av anonymitet. Detta gjordes genom ett socialt experiment där deltagarna fick möjligheten att vara givmilda eller själviska. Det sociala experimentet skedde i form av en tävling online, två matcher under två olika förutsättningar. I den första matchen var deltagarna helt anonyma och i den andra var de presenterade med fullständigt namn och profilbild med synligt ansikte. Hypotesen för studien var att en högre grad av anonymitet minskar känslan av ansvar, vilket i sin tur får personen att ta mer själviska beslut. Resultatet från det sociala experimentet visade att så inte var fallet. En högre procent av deltagarna valde det själviska alternativet när de var presenterade med namn och bild. Resultaten visade dock även att en majoritet av deltagarna kände sig påverkade av sin grad av anonymitet, men inte tillräckligt att det skulle påverka deras beslut.

While technology continues to advance, so do methods of learning. In post-secondary education during the twentieth century, the traditional classroom setting was geared toward auditory instruction and face-to-face peer interaction. Not only was this the most efficient means of instruction for the time period but the only means. Along with the advent of communication technology came the concept of Web courses. Web courses have expanded the means by which students can experience course lectures and have beckoned the use of updated media by which such lectures can take place. Such media include threaded discussions, chat rooms and e-mail. At the University of Central Florida, the gradual change from WebCT to Webcourses offered students more direct contact with updated threaded discussions and more centralized communication on the whole. The quality of such communication measures has been in question, though, and the effectiveness of such online communication methods is the focus of my research.

FOREIGN WAR,LOCAL WIN? : The invasion of Ukraine through the lens of onlinepolitical campaigns in the Czech Republic

In 2022, Russia started a full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This act had created turmoil outside of Ukraine’s border and politicians around the globe took this as a chance to promote themselves and their values. This thesis follows how was the war used in the Czech Republic during Senatorial, Municipal, and Presidential campaigns. To do so, a qualitative analysis of multimodal content uploaded to individual politicians and full-party Facebook and Twitter profiles has been conducted. The author argues that a phenomenon discovered in journalism called “media domestication” can be applied also to the field of political communication. Each party and politician has constructed the war in their own way to present their values while sharing the content, due to the fact that in their communication, different elements of the war have been used. This allows its own interpretation to fit the agenda of the sender of said communication.
