Suffering from those who atone to their punishment, from those who work on behalf of an alleged regeneration, suffering that has remained for over two centuries. For those who had their conducts characterized as a crime, many studies have been developed. On the other hand, little is known about the prison servants. This research focused mainly on the identification, from the perspective of the correctional officers from two prisons in different states of Brazil, of the negative influence that their jobs have on them, on the factors that serve as protection, as well as the ones that offer them risk. It was observed that hygiene and security conditions are precarious in both prisons. From the reports, scabies, tuberculosis, hepatitis, H1N1, constant violence, politicization of the working environment, doubled working hours, lack of career planning and salaries emerge as evidence of the place where the bodies who work there are subdued, not taking the differences into account. From the above, and as of the many things that still need to be said about this category, it is reiterated the importance in developing studies about the conditions and the work organization and its implications on the mental health of those workers, who lack of public policies committed to their working realities / Por tr?s dos muros altos de um pres?dio, h? sofrimento! Sofrimento daqueles que expiam suas penas, sofrimento daqueles que trabalham em prol de uma pretensa regenera??o, que vem se mantendo por mais de dois s?culos. Para aqueles que tiveram suas condutas tipificadas como crime, muitos estudos t?m sido produzidos. Por outro lado, pouco se sabe sobre o servidor penitenci?rio. A ?nfase desta investiga??o centrou-se na identifica??o, sob a ?tica dos agentes penitenci?rios de dois pres?dios de diferentes Estados do Brasil, das influ?ncias negativas que seus trabalhos t?m sobre eles mesmos, nos fatores que lhes servem de prote??o, bem como nos fatores que lhes oferecem risco. Observou-se que as condi??es de higiene e de seguran?a s?o prec?rias nos dois pres?dios. Dos relatos, escabioses, tuberculoses, hepatites, H1N1, viol?ncias constantes, politiza??o do ambiente ocupacional, carga hor?ria duplicada, aus?ncia de planos de cargos e sal?rios surgem como reflexos dos locais onde est?o submetidos os corpos que ali trabalham, guardadas as diferen?as. Buscou-se de tal forma, tentativas de di?logo para a constru??o de uma abordagem a fim de pensar desde as transforma??es do regime de acumula??o e as suas implica??es na vida dos trabalhadores da f?brica. O estudo em um primeiro momento verificou as mudan?as da ind?stria automobil?stica no que concerne ? organiza??o do trabalho na passagem do Fordismo ao Toyotismo. Dentro do regime de acumula??o flex?vel, as empresas passam a demandar novas habilidades de seus oper?rios, o conhecimento, comunica??o e a coopera??o assumem um papel fundamental na linha de produ??o. No prop?sito de compreender como se realiza a organiza??o da produ??o e do trabalho no polo automotivo Jeep, identificou- se as caracter?sticas de um trabalhador dito flex?vel que vive para o trabalho, polivalente e proativo. No intuito de atender os objetivos propostos neste estudo, utilizou-se do m?todo qualitativo de an?lise, mediante entrevistas em profundidade com os trabalhadores da f?brica. A escolha desse m?todo permitiu verificar a realidade cotidiana dos trabalhadores, a fim de que eles pudessem relatar um pouco das suas experi?ncias sociais, da rotina de trabalho e as suas hist?rias de vida. Constatou-se assim, velhas e novas formas de explora??o, em que a subjetividade do trabalhador passa a ser tamb?m incorporada neste processo fabril. / This research proposes a discussion among the theories dedicated to understanding the phenomenon of labor relations within the Jeep automotive hub, located in the city of Goiana-PE. Such attempts have been sought to construct an approach in order to think from the transformations of the accumulation regime and its implications on the lives of factory workers. The study at first verified the changes of the automobile industry with regard to the organization of work in the passage from Fordism to Toyotism. Within the regime of flexible accumulation, companies start to demand new skills from their workers, knowledge, communication and cooperation play a fundamental role in the production line. In order to understand how the organization of production and work in the Jeep automotive pole is carried out, the characteristics of a flexible worker who lives for work, polyvalent and proactive, has been identified. In order to meet the objectives proposed in this study, we used the qualitative method of analysis, through in-depth interviews with factory workers. The choice of this method made it possible to verify the daily reality of the workers, so that they could relate a little of their social experiences, the work routine and their life histories. It was thus verified, old and new forms of exploitation, in which the subjectivity of the worker happens to be also incorporated in this factory process.

These changes, which passed in the process of work, generate a combined share of the risk factors that result in numerous injuries and illnesses among banks, notably between the operators of banks tellers. The Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disordes - WRMD represent a group of occupational diseases always present among these workers. Because of its high incidence and the amount of financial resour envolved to manage the problem has been the object of constant study. This paper aims to analyze the bank teller activity; search the occurrence of WRMD in the activity, identifying the factors determining the occurrence of WRMD in the activity and determine the real number of touchs on a keyboard made by the operator and propose solutions that influence the reduction of illness in the workplace of the bank teller. Methodological tools of ergonomics are used to provide a broad knowledge of aspects of work that have been studied and influential in the generation of occupational diseases studied. It was found that activity put workers to serious risk of occupational diseases. As the main contributory factors and determinants for this illness: the requirements and control the numbers daily endorsements; evaluation system based on performance targets for productivity; management system at time of service to customers; work with stressful factors (broken box); excess of time worked; furniture of workstations with ergonomic inadequacies and policy for the prevention of occupational diseases inefficient. They have also noted cases of illness for DORT workers without fulfilling the legal requirement of the issuance of the communication of labour accident and without the removal of the employee of the workplace / As transforma??es ocorridas no sistema financeiro com a introdu??o de novas tecnologias e novas formas de administra??o dos bancos t?m causado impacto na sa?de dos trabalhadores. Estas mudan?as, que repercutem no processo de trabalho, geram uma a??o combinada de fatores de riscos que resultam em in?meros agravos e doen?as entre os banc?rios, notadamente entre os operadores de caixa de bancos. Os Dist?rbios Osteomusculares Relacionados ao Trabalho DORT representam um grupo de afec??es ocupacionais sempre presente entre estes funcion?rios. Pela sua alta incid?ncia e pelo montante de recursos financeiros envolvidos para o gerenciamento do problema, os DORT t?m sido objeto constante de estudo. Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a atividade do operador de caixa de um banco; pesquisar a ocorr?ncia dos DORT na atividade; identificar os fatores determinantes da ocorr?ncia dos DORT na atividade; determinar o n?mero de toques reais sobre um teclado realizado pelo operador de caixa e propor solu??es que influenciem na diminui??o do adoecimento no ambiente de trabalho do operador de caixa de banco. Instrumentos metodol?gicos da ergonomia s?o utilizados para proporcionar um amplo conhecimento dos aspectos do trabalho no banco estudado e que foram influentes na gera??o das patologias ocupacionais existentes. Constatou-se que a atividade submete os trabalhadores ? condi??o de trabalho em situa??o de risco grave de adoecimento, sendo os principais fatores contributivos e determinantes para este adoecimento: as exig?ncias e o controle dos n?meros de autentica??es di?rias; sistema de avalia??o de resultados baseado em metas de produtividade; sistema de gerenciamento de tempo de atendimento ?s filas de clientes; trabalho com fatores estressantes (quebra de caixa); sobrejornada de trabalho; mobili?rio dos postos de trabalho com inadequa??es ergon?micas e pol?tica de preven??o de doen?as ocupacionais ineficiente. For this, the study elected as a matter central question: What are the implications of Law 11.274 / 2006 in the organization of educational work to care for six year-old children inserted in elementary public schools in Concei??o do Jacu?pe? In dialogue with this issue, this research aimed to analyze the implications of Law 11.274 / 2006 in the organization of educational work to care for six year-old children inserted in elementary public schools of Concei??o do Jacu?pe. The methodology is based on qualitative approach and seeks to articulate policy analysis with the processes experienced by the subjects, taking as main categories of analysis the concepts of childhood and organization of educational work. As data collection instruments, were used analysis of national and local official documents related to the object, particularly those that indicate the guidelines for education policy in the municipality, as well as semi-structured interviews with teachers who work in the first year, teaching managers and coordinators of two municipal schools, and systematic observations of educational relations established in schools in order to care for six year-old child. The data collected allow us to infer that the documents prepared by the Education City of Concei??o do Jacu?pe to implement the basic education of nine years, dialogue with the proposal of the law, with regard to operational aspects: a gradual transition from elementary school from eight to nine years' duration; cutting age for enrollment and the recast proposal of the organization of pedagogical work to care for six year-old children. The analysis of the processes experienced by the subjects in the law implementation process revealed the theoretical and methodological challenges that come into play, especially regarding the vagueness of childhood conception and organization of educational work in the statements of the subjects and the documents of the institutions; the fragility of discussions about the organization of the pedagogical work and its relationship with childhood specificities and the need for a debate, in the municipality, on for what and for whom we are educating. / Esta pesquisa problematiza as implica??es da Lei 11.274/06 na organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos inseridas no ensino fundamental, em escolas municipais de Concei??o do Jacu?pe, no per?odo de 2007 a 2012. Para isso, o estudo elegeu como quest?o central de investiga??o: Quais as implica??es da Lei 11.274/2006 na organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos inseridas no ensino fundamental, em escolas municipais de Concei??o do Jacu?pe? E di?logo com esta quest?o a pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as implica??es da Lei 11.274/2006 na organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos inseridas no ensino fundamental, em escolas municipais de Concei??o do Jacu?pe. A metodologia dotada baseia-se na abordagem qualitativa e busca articular a an?lise da pol?tica com os processos vividos pelos sujeitos, tomando como principais categorias de an?lises os conceitos de inf?ncia e organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico. Os dados coletados permitem afirmar que os documentos elaborados pelo Conselho Municipal de Educa??o de Concei??o do Jacu?pe para implanta??o do ensino fundamental de nove anos, dialogam com a proposta da lei, no que diz respeito aos aspectos operacionais: transi??o gradativa do ensino fundamental de oito para nove anos de dura??o; idade de corte para matr?culas e proposta de reformula??o da organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico para atendimento das crian?as de seis anos. A an?lise dos processos vividos pelos sujeitos no processo de implementa??o da lei revelaram os desafios te?ricos e metodol?gicos que entram em cena, especialmente em rela??o ? indefini??o de concep??es de inf?ncia e organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico nos depoimentos dos sujeitos e nos documentos das institui??es; ? fragilidade das discuss?es acerca da organiza??o do trabalho pedag?gico e suas rela??es com as especificidades da inf?ncia, bem como, a necessidade de um debate, no munic?pio sobre para que e para quem estamos educando.
